Abstract
SDS-PAGE and LC-MS/MS were used to identify proteins in Saigae Tataricae Cornu (SAH) and Caprae Hircus Cornu (GH). Trypsin digestion peptides from SAH and GH were obtained by in-gel digestion, after which nano LC-LTQ/Orbitrap MS was used to identify the proteins in SAH and GH. As a result, in total 101 proteins and 140 proteins were identified form SAH and GH, respectively. There were 43 keratins (KRTs) and keratin-associated proteins (KAPs) identified, which account for 42.6% of the 101 proteins in SAH. The proportion of KRTs and KAPs in GH was 37.1%. The comparison between SAH and GH showed that the main common components in SAH and GH were structural molecule activity proteins, such as KRTs and KAPs. In the present study, we provide determination method and experimental data for investigating the material basis of SAH and GH, guiding the investigation on effective material basis and quality standard of animal horn derived TCMs.

Abstract
In this Letter, we report a resonant x-ray scattering measurement of stripelike charge order in the 1/8th doped component of electronically phase-separated, orthorhombic La_{2}CuO_{4+y}. This observation is coupled to the absence of any resonant (001) peak, which at different resonant energies has been identified with the presence of low-temperature-tetragonal-like structural tilt patterns or nematicity in the CuO planes. Thus, we provide evidence that structural pinning is not necessary for the formation of static charge stripes and that the relationship between charge nematicity and stripes may not be simple.

Abstract
We report the first results of a light weakly interacting massive particles (WIMPs) search from the CDEX-10 experiment with a 10 kg germanium detector array immersed in liquid nitrogen at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory with a physics data size of 102.8 kg day. At an analysis threshold of 160 eVee, improved limits of 8×10^{-42} and 3×10^{-36} cm^{2} at a 90% confidence level on spin-independent and spin-dependent WIMP-nucleon cross sections, respectively, at a WIMP mass (m_{χ}) of 5 GeV/c^{2} are achieved. The lower reach of m_{χ} is extended to 2 GeV/c^{2}.

Abstract
Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) is a common congenital malformation characterized by mismatch in shape between the femoral head and acetabulum, and leads to hip dysplasia. To date, the pathogenesis of DDH is poorly understood and may involve multiple factors, including genetic predisposition. However, comprehensive genetic analysis has not been applied to investigate a genetic component of DDH. In the present study, 10 pairs of healthy fathers and DDH daughters were enrolled to identify genetic hallmarks of DDH using high throughput whole genome sequencing. The DDH-specific DNA mutations were found in each patient. Overall 1344 genes contained DDH-specific mutations. Functional enrichment analysis showed that these genes played important roles in the cytoskeleton, microtubule cytoskeleton, sarcoplasm and microtubule associated complex. These functions affected osteoblast and osteoclast development. Therefore, we proposed that the DDH-specific mutations might affect bone development, and caused DDH. Our pairwise high throughput sequencing results comprehensively delineated genetic hallmarks of DDH. Further research into the biological impact of these mutations may inform the development of DDH diagnostic tools and allow neonatal gene screening.

Abstract
A novel water-soluble flavonoid with good anti-bacterial activities, naringenin-6″-succl-7-O-glucoside (7-SGN), was synthesised. It was biotransformed from naringenin by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FJ18 in aqueous miscible organic media, and characterised by LC-MS and NMR analysis. The solubility of 7-SGN in water was approximately 102 times higher than that of naringenin. These results demonstrated that both the water solubility and the anti-bacterial activity of 7-SGN were significantly improved.

Abstract
Boron is an essential element for industry, but it is hard to accurately and rapidly determine high boron content with conventional laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), due to the matrix and self-absorption effect. Using molecular emission is an alternative method for boron content analysis, but its weak spectra are major challenges. Here, boron monoxide (BO) radicals were used to establish calibration assisted by LIBS and laser-induced radical fluorescence (LIBS-LIRF). Two types of BO radical excitations, vibrational ground state excitation (LIRFG) and vibrational excited state excitation (LIRFE), were compared. The results showed that LIRFG achieved better sensitivity with a limit of detection of 0.0993 wt.%, while the LIRFE was more accurate with a root mean square error of cross validation of 0.2514 wt.%. In conclusion, this work provided a potential approach for molecular emission analysis with LIBS-LIRF.

Abstract
Effectively tailoring the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) is critical for multifunctional carbon nanotube (CNT) polymer composites with sensing capability. By developing a new multiscale percolation network model, this work reveals theoretically that the zero-TCR could be achieved by adjusting competing contributions from thermally assisted tunnelling transport at CNT junctions and thermal expansion of matrices. On the other hand, the negative temperature coefficient of nanocomposites above glass transition temperature could be greatly enhanced because the transport mechanism at the CNT junctions experienced a transition from tunnelling to hopping. Both tube-tube and/or tube-matrix interactions at conjunction and the structural distortion of nanotubes are considered in the newly proposed model. To validate the model, CNT/polymer nanocomposites with nearly constant resistance values (zero-TCR) below the glass transition temperature and a high TCR (98% resistance change ratio) resulting from the glass transition of the polymer matrix are successfully developed. The study also suggests that the desired parameters to achieve the zero-TCR property and the potential resistance change ratio could be improved by the glass transition in nanocomposites. This could be beneficial for the development of high quality sensing materials.

Abstract
Leonurus japonicus Houtt. is a herbaceous annual of the Lamiaceae family with pantropical distribution; it is called motherwort in China. It plays important roles in anticoagulation and antioxidation. This study aimed to explore the optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of multiple compounds from motherwort as well as their antioxidant and anticoagulation activities using response surface methodology. Box–Behnken design was employed to optimize three significant influences, namely extraction time, extraction temperature and ethanol concentration. The optimum extraction parameters acquired based on a combination of the yield of the target compounds and their antioxidant and anticoagulation activities were an extraction time of 38.2 min, an extraction temperature of 30.0 °C, an ethanol concentration of 48.9% (v/v), a solid–liquid ratio of 30.0 mL g−1 and an ultrasonic power of 500.0 W. Under the optimal conditions, the maximal yield of the anticoagulation and antioxidant compounds of motherwort was 0.994%; the thrombin time was 19.872 s; prothrombin time was 8.270 s; the activated partial thromboplastin time was 15.535 s; the fibrinogen was 1.420 g L−1; and the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical scavenging activity was 1.503 mg mL−1. The optimized conditions model showed a good correlation between the predicted and experimental values. According to the results of our study, the optimization extraction significantly enabled study of the anticoagulation and antioxidant activities of compounds in motherwort; this may contribute to future research on the pharmacological activities of motherwort. Abstract
Two new unusual dimeric selaginellins, diselaginellins A and B (1 and 2), along with two known derivatives, selaginellin (3) and selaginellin B (4), were isolated from Selaginella pulvinata. Their structures were elucidated by extensive NMR and high-resolution ESIMS data analysis. Compound 2 displayed apoptosis-inducing and antimetastatic activities against the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line SMMC-7721. A microarray analysis revealed that genes related to metabolism, angiogenesis, and metastasis were altered by 2. The up- and down-regulation of the mRNA levels of related genes was confirmed by RT-qPCR. Metabolism modulation and metastasis inhibition might be the mechanisms of the antitumor properties of diselaginellin B (2).

Abstract
Stability of traditional Chinese medicine injection (TCMI) is an important issue related with its clinical application. TCMI is composed of multi-components, therefore, when evaluating TCMI stability, several marker compounds cannot represent global components or biological activities of TCMI. Till now, when evaluating TCMI stability, method involving the global components or biological activities has not been reported. In this paper, we established a comprehensive strategy composed of three different methods to evaluate the chemical and biological stability of a typical TCMI, Danhong injection (DHI). UHPLC-TQ/MS was used to analyze the stability of marker compounds (SaA, SaB, RA, DSS, PA, CA, and SG) in DHI, UHPLC-QTOF/MS was used to analyze the stability of global components (MW 80–1000 Da) in DHI, and cell based antioxidant capability assay was used to evaluate the bioactivity of DHI. We applied this strategy to assess the compatible stability of DHI and six infusion solutions (GS, NS, GNS, FI, XI, and DGI), which were commonly used in combination with DHI in clinic. GS was the best infusion solution for DHI, and DGI was the worst one based on marker compounds analysis. Based on global components analysis, XI and DGI were the worst infusion solutions for DHI. And based on bioactivity assay, GS was the best infusion solution for DHI, and XI was the worst one. In conclusion, as evaluated by the established comprehensive strategy, GS was the best infusion solution, however, XI and DGI were the worst infusion solutions for DHI. In the compatibility of DHI and XI or DGI, salvianolic acids in DHI would be degraded, resulting in the reduction of original composition and generation of new components, and leading to the changes of biological activities. This is the essence of instability compatibility of DHI and some infusion solutions. Our study provided references for choosing the reasonable infusion solutions for DHI, which could contribute the improvement of safety and efficacy of DHI. Moreover, the established strategy may be applied for the compatible stability evaluation of other TCMIs.

Abstract
This study established a rapid UPLC-TQ-MS/MS method for determination of eight active ingredients in Lilium lancifolium. The contents range of regaloside E, F, C and B are as follows: 0.604 0×10⁻¹-18.62×10⁻¹, 0.680 0×10⁻²-44.75×10⁻², 0.700 0×10⁻³-29.65×10⁻¹, 0.170 0×10⁻¹-4.724 mg•g⁻¹; the contents of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, protocatechualdehyde and ferulic acid, within the range of 6.827×10⁻³-16.07×10⁻³, 0.011 1×10⁻³-79.71×10⁻³, 0.593 7×10⁻³-2.962×10⁻³, 2.606×10⁻²-45.89×10⁻² mg•g⁻¹, respectively. According to PCA (principal components analysis) plotting, 35 batches can be divided into two categories, namely Anhui Huoshan and Hunan Longshan. The main different elements between these two categories are caffeic acid and ferulic acid according to the VIP (variable importance in the projection) points figure. Based on comprehensive principal component values, there are eight batches of L. lancifolium from Huoshan among the comprehensive ranking of ten. The UPLC-TQ-MS method for simultaneous analysis of eight active ingredients is accurate, efficient and convenient. This result can provide scientific basis for quality control of L. lancifolium.

Abstract
To provide a scientific basis for the selection and optimization of the modern drying processing method for Angelicae Sinensis Radix (ASR). Three phenolic acids (esters), 6 phthalides were determined by using UPLC-PDA while polysaccharides were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Then the effects of drying methods on the inner qualities of ASR were evaluated through principle components analysis (PCA) combined with the appearance properties after drying. Results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid in samples obtained with controlled temperature and humidity drying (CTHD), medium and shortwave infrared drying (MSID) and microwave vacuum drying (MVD) methods were significantly higher than those with primary drying processing(PDP) method and the fresh samples. Multivariate statistical analysis showed that samples processed with CTHD had more similar general chemical properties with those processed with PDP, suggesting that CTHD was appropriate for the modern primary drying processing of ASR. With samples processed with traditional PDP method as reference, the CTHD method was further optimized in the processing parameters for ASR by orthogonal experiment design. Considering the consumption of drying power and time and other parameters, the modern drying parameters for the primary drying processing of ASR were finally optimized as follows: controlled temperature and humidity drying at 40-45 ℃, relative humidity below 25% and target moisture content about 50% in the first stage of drying process, tempering for 12-24 h, and then drying under the conditions of temperature at 50-60 ℃, relative humidity below 20% and fan frequency at 30-40 Hz in the second stage. The study provided the scientific evidence for the selection of appropriate drying method and suitable parameters for the modern primary drying processing of ASR, as well as the beneficial exploration and practice on the formation of technical standard of primary drying processing for roots and rhizomes types herbal medicines.

Abstract
A sensitive, reliable, and powerful ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for simultaneous quantification of the 15 main bio-active components including phenolic acids and flavonoids within 13 min for the first time. The proposed method was first reported and validated by good linearity (r2 > 0.9975), limit of detection (1.12-7.01 ng/mL), limit of quantification (3.73-23.37 ng/mL), intra- and inter-day precisions (RSD ≤ 1.92%, RSD ≤ 2.45%), stability (RSD ≤ 5.63%), repeatability (RSD ≤ 4.34%), recovery (96.84-102.12%), and matrix effects (0.92-1.02). The established analytical methodology was successfully applied to comparative analysis of main bio-active components in the herb pair Danshen-Honghua and its single herbs. Compared to the single herb, the content of most flavonoid glycosides was remarkably increased in their herb pair, and main phenolic acids were decreased, conversely. The content changes of the main components in the herb pair supported the synergistic effects on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The results provide a scientific basis and reference for the quality control of Danshen-Honghua herb pair and the drug interactions based on variation of bio-active components in herb pairs.

Abstract
Objective: To explore the relevant factors of behavioral development among 30-month-old infants in rural area, Shaanxi Province. Methods: The behavioral development among 977 infants aged 30-month-old was evaluated in Changwu and Binxian of Shaanxi province from July 2006 to August 2008. The inclusion criteria included single live birth between January 2004 and February 2006, mother had participated in a community-based intervention study named "Impact of multi-micronutrient supplementation during pregnancy on low birth weight and premature delivery" . Infants who had obvious deformity or other birth defects, infants who could not complete the questionnaire survey, physical examination were excluded from the study. The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the information of feeding patterns, disease status, physical development, and immunization status of the infants, and their behavioral development were assessed by Bayley scales of infant development (BSID). General Linear Model was used to adjust the possible confounding factors, and the analysis of variance was performed to explore the effects on the behavioral development among infants aged 30-month-old. Results: Among the infants in the study, the average age was (30.6±0.6) months old, the mean birth weight was (3 199.1±405.9)g. After adjusted the mothers' age of delivery, educational level and occupation of the parents, family ecnomic conditions and the number of children, infants whose mother exposed to toxic chemicals during pregnancy had lower score in activity (-0.179±0.961) and lower score in concentration (-0.177±1.099) compared with infants with unexposed mother (0.058±1.006, P=0.001; 0.057±0.960, P=0.003). Similarly, infants whose mother took drugs during pregnancy had lower score in persistent behaviors (-0.070±1.000) compared with infants whose mother did not(0.085±1.006, P=0.017). Compared with normal birth infants(0.043±0.981, P=0.007; 0.021±0.984, P=0.034), infants less than gestational age and low birth weight had lower score in concentration(-0.198±1.063 and-0.389±1.285, respectively). After adjusted the delivery gestational age of mothers, the months of infants, the mothers' age of delivery, educational level and occupation of the parents, family ecnomic conditions, the number of children, and the main orderlies of infants, the score of activity of infants suffered from diseases in early month age was-0.049±0.992, which was lower than those who did not(0.207±1.011, P=0.001). The infants with Rickets signs had lower score in motor coordination (-0.218±0.896) than normal infants (0.031±1.011, P=0.013). Infants whose mother with adequate micronutrient supplementation in pregnancy had higher score in concentration (0.066±0.966) than those whose mother with insufficient supplementation (-0.062±1.027, P=0.043). Furthermore, infants with fine protein added and minerals and vitamins added had higher score in activity and concentration compared with those insufficient, who scored 0.078±1.013 and 0.496±0.872 (-0.254±0.924, P<0.001; 0.001±0.997, P=0.033), respectively. Conclusion: Micronutrient supplementation during pregnancy and reasonable nutrition added during childhood could affect behavioral development among infants.

Abstract
Subwavelength perfect optical absorption structures based on monolayer-graphene are analyzed and demonstrated experimentally. The perfect absorption mechanism is a result of critical coupling relating to a guided mode resonance of a low index two-dimensional periodic structure. Peak absorption over 99% at wavelength of 1526.5 nm with full-width at half maximum (FWHM) about 18 nm is demonstrated from a fabricated structure with period of 1230 nm, and the measured results agree well with the simulation results. In addition, the influence of geometrical parameters of the structure and the angular response for oblique incidence are analyzed in detail in the simulation. The demonstrated absorption structure in the presented work has great potential in the design of advanced photo-detectors and modulators.

Abstract
Kansui, the root of Euphorbia kansui T.N. Liou ex T.P. Wang (Euphorbiaceae), is a well-known poisonous traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). However, many monographs of TCM indicated that it cannot be co-used with licorice, as kansui-licorice is a typical "eighteen incompatible" medicaments. Our previous studies have indicated that kansui was effective in treating malignant pleural effusion (MPE), and the efficacy could be weakened by the co-use of licorice, even causing serious toxicity at the given ratio. Nevertheless, the actual mechanisms of their dosage-toxicity-efficacy relationship need to be well clarified. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of individual and combined use of kansui and licorice on MPE rats, and explain the underlying mechanisms from a metabolomic perspective. Urine samples were analyzed by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-QTOF/MS). Partial least-squares discriminate analysis (PLS-DA) models were built to evaluate the interaction between kansui and licorice. Seven potential biomarkers contribute to the separation of model group and control group were tentatively identified. And selenoamino acid metabolism and nicotinate and nicotinamide metabolism with the impact-value 0.31 and 0.24, respectively, were filtered out as the most important metabolic pathways. Kansui and kansui-licorice at a ratio of 4:1 can treat MPE rats by adjusting abnormal metabolic pathways to the normal state, while it may have opposite result with kansui-licorice 1:4. The different influences to the two metabolic pathways may partially explain the dosage-toxicity-efficacy relationship of kansui-licorice with different ratios. The results could offer valuable insights into the compatibility property changes for the two herbs.

Abstract
To explore the clinical characteristics and imaging features of miliary tuberculomas in central nervous system(CNS). A total of 5 cases diagnosed with tuberculosis in CNS first diagnosed by neurologists in Navy General Hospital of PLA were enrolled in the study. All clinical and imaging data were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The main initial symptoms were fever and headache (4/5). Multiple diffused miliary lesions were shown by brain MRI, with maximum diameter ranged from 1-4 mm and ring-shape or nodular enhancement after gadolinium injection. As mycobacterium tuberculosis could seldomly be found in serum and cerebrospinal fluid, contrast MRI remains the effective method for detecting miliary tuberculomas in CNS.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the performance of Zika virus(ZIKV)disease prevention and control. METHODS Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations, laboratory detection results and disease progression of the third imported ZIKV disease case in the mainland of China. RESULTS On 19 February 2016, a ZIKV disease case was confirmed in Yiwu, Zhejiang province, which was the third imported case of ZIKV disease confirmed by China CDC laboratory and expert consulting. The patient just had a travel to Fiji and Samoa and had mosquito bite history in Samoa. The patient was hospitalized on 16 February after the onset on 14 February and the eruption on 15 February. The body temperature of the patient became normal on 17 February, the rash disappeared on 19 February and the conjunctivitis resolved on 20 February. The positive detection of the viral nucleic acid in blood was only for 3 consecutive days, and the viral nucleic acid could be detected in urine even after negative detection in blood for 4 days. CONCLUSION The symptoms of the patient were typical. ZIKV can be detected by using blood sample in early phase, but after body temperature become normal, the virus can be detected in urine.

Abstract
Acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin, ASA) is a famous drug for cardiovascular diseases in recent years. Effects of ASA dosage on the metabolic profile have not been fully understood. The purpose of our study is to establish a rapid and reliable method to quantify ASA metabolites in biological matrices, especially for glucuronide metabolites whose standards are not commercially available. Then we applied this method to evaluate the effects of ASA dosage on the metabolic and excretion profile of ASA metabolites in rat urine. Salicylic acid (SA), gentisic acid (GA) and salicyluric acid (SUA) were determined directly by UHPLC-MS/MS, while salicyl phenolic glucuronide (SAPG) and salicyluric acid phenolic glucuronide (SUAPG) were quantified indirectly by measuring the released SA and SUA from SAPG and SUAPG after β-glucuronidase digestion. SUA and SUAPG were the major metabolites of ASA in rat urine 24h after ASA administration, which accounted for 50% (SUA) and 26% (SUAPG). When ASA dosage was increased, the contributions dropped to 32% and 18%, respectively. The excretion of other three metabolites (GA, SA and SAPG) however showed remarkable increases by 16%, 6% and 4%, respectively. In addition, SUA and SUAPG were mainly excreted in the time period of 12-24h, while GA was excreted in the earlier time periods (0-4h and 4-8h). SA was mainly excreted in the time period of 0-4h and 12-24h. And the excretion of SAPG was equally distributed in the four time periods. We went further to show that the excretion of five metabolites in rat urine was delayed when ASA dosage was increased. In conclusion, we have developed a rapid and sensitive method to determine the five ASA metabolites (SA, GA, SUA, SAPG and SUAPG) in rat urine. We showed that ASA dosage could significantly influence the metabolic and excretion profile of ASA metabolites in rat urine.

Abstract
The study aims of this study is to analyze and evaluate the resourceful chemical compositions in different parts of mature fruit of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, and provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive utilization of this medicinal plant resources. GC-MS method was used to analyze the volatile oils and the fatty acids, and HPLC method was used to determine the flavonoids and phenolic acids in the pericarp, seed and seed oil of Z.bungeanum. There were 26, 19 and 11 kinds of volatile components detected in the pericarp, seed and seed oil, respectively, in which terpenoids and their oxy-derivatives were the main components, and the contents of linalool and its esters in pericarp were relatively high. The contents of total fatty acids in the pericarp, seed and seed oil were 108.42, 331.63, 966.04 mg•g⁻¹, respectively.Oleic acid, linoleic acid andα-linolenic acid were abundantin all samples. The pericarp contains relatively high content of flavonoids, such as hyperoside, quercitrin, rutin, isoquercitrin, while the above components were not detected in the seed and seed oil. These results confirmed that the fruit of Z.bungeanum contains high contents of the resourceful chemical compositions, and their composition and contents were differed among organs, which provide a scientific basis for the utilization of Z.bungeanumfruit.

Abstract
To establish the suitable modern drying processing parameters for Scrophulariae Radix (SR). With reference to the traditional drying processing method of SR and the characteristics of modern drying equipment, the drying process for SR was simulated as the following three stages: temperature-controlled drying-tempering-temperature-controlled drying. Eighteen batches of SR samples were obtained by the drying methods after the orthogonal design experiment with seven factors namely temperature, wind speed, and target moisture for the first stage, tempering time and temperature, as well as temperature and wind speed for the second stage. UPLC-TQ-MS was applied for determination of nine target compounds including catalpol, harpagide, verbascoside, ferulic acid, angroside-C, aucubin, harpagoside, cinnamic acid and ursolic acid in those dried samples and another 19 batches of SR samples collected from genuine producing area. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was performed, and total energy consumption was also taken into consideration for analysis and evaluation. Results showed that the optimal drying processing method for SR was as follows: drying temperature of 60 ℃, drying wind speed of 50 Hz, and 50% for target moisture in the first stage; 24 h for tempering time and temperature of 20 ℃ in the second stage; drying temperature of 60 ℃, and drying wind speed of 30 Hz in the third stage. The medicinal materials with optimized modern drying processing method were extremely similar to those collected from genuine producing area in the aspect of both external properties and target compounds, and they were in line with the 2015 version of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" requirements. In addition, they could help to shorten the drying time and increase the efficiency of primary processing, and thus promote the normalization and standardization of primary drying processing for SR.

Abstract
AIM OF THE STUDY Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), one of the clinical common diseases, shares similar pathogenesis with ancient disease "Feibi" in Chinese medicine, Renshen pingfei decoction (RPFS), a classical prescription, was commonly used in treating Feibi. In the current study, the protective role of RPFS in rats model of IPF and the mechanism via regulation of TGF-β1/Smad3, were evaluated and explored. METHODS The chemicals of RPFS were analyzed by UPLC-QTOF-MS. Under the optimized chromatographic and MS condition, the major components in RPFS were well separated and detected. An IPF model was established in rats which were induced with Bleomycin (BLM). After treated with corresponding medicine for 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days respectively, lung function of rats were measured; peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were assessed; histopathological changes and homogenate of lung tissue were detected; TGF-β1 and Smad3 mRNA and protein expressions in lung tissue were examined as well. RESULTS 43 signal peaks of chemical components in RPFS were identified by UPLC-QTOF-MS method. Compared with model group, RPFS group exerted significant effects on IPF model rats in improving lung function and decreasing HYP content of lung tissue (P<0.01), reducing the level of TGF-β1 and NFκB in BALF (P<0.05), decreasing SOD and MDA level in serum (P<0.01), as well as down-regulating TGF-β1 and Smad3 mRNA and protein expressions of lung tissue (P<0.01). CONCLUSION RPFS could reduce the lung injury and fibrosis degree and improve lung function of IPF model rats. The protective role might mediated by down-regulating TGF-β1/Smad3 signaling pathway.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnosis strategy, radiology and clinical pathology feature of craniomaxillofacial primary tumor induced osteomalacia. METHODS Twelve cases of craniomaxillofacial primary tumor induced osteomalacia were reviewed, including 5 male and 7 female with a age range from 16 to 69 years. The clinical characteristics, radiology examinations and pathological features were analyzed. RESULTS The craniomaxillofacial primary tumor induced osteomalacia occurred in different ages, with 2 to 30 years of medical history. Seven of the twelve cases were octreotide scintigraphy positive, nine of the twelve cases invaded bone, exhibiting destruction of the adjacent cortex, ten of the twelve showed gingival lesions of local thickening or epulis. The tumor arises from mesenchymal tissue, infiltrating local gingiva and bone trabecular with spindle like fibroblasts and dental epithelial rests. CONCLUSIONS The concealed nature of the tumor induced osteomalacia requires multiple methods to locate the primary tumor and the tumors located in craniomaxillofacial region have unique clinical and pathological features.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between type D personality and cognitive fusion in 388 employees from state-owned enterprises, and to provide a theoretical basis for psychological intervention for type D personality. METHODS In May 2014, cluster random sampling was used to randomly select 400 employees from two state-owned enterprises who underwent physical examination and were willing to participate in the test. The test was performed with Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire(CFQ) and Type D Personality Scale(DS-14). RESULTS The social inhibition group and the group without negative affectivity and social inhibition had a significantly lower mean cognitive fusion score than the type D personality group(25.62±8.92/20.58±8.26 vs 32.38±9.66, P <0.01). The group without negative affectivity and social inhibition had a significantly lower mean cognitive fusion score than the negative affectivity group(31.96±10.20) and the social inhibition group(P<0.01). The social inhibition group had a significantly lower mean cognitive fusion score than the negative affectivity group (P<0.05). In the employees with type D personality, the subscales negative affectivity and social inhibition were positively correlated with cognitive fusion(r=0.599 and 0.392, P<0.01). Negative affectivity(ΔF= 211.484, P<0.05) played a role in explaining cognitive fusion. CONCLUSION In the employees of state-owned enterprises, cognitive fusion is different between those with type D personality and those without type D personality. In the employees with type D personality, social inhibition and negative affectivity are correlated with cognitive infusion, and negative affectivity plays a role in explaining cognitive fusion.
