Abstract
INTRODUCTION The medical application of music therapy (MT) has received widespread attention in recent years, some researchers have attempted to apply MT to the treatment of patients with anxiety and delirium in ICU. EVIDENCE ACQUISITION Relevant randomized controlled trials (randomized controlled trials s) were searched in databases, such as Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Medline, Scopus, and CINAHL. Researchers performed literature screening, data extraction, literature quality assessment, and heterogeneity analysis among RCTs. EVIDENCE SYNTHESIS Fourteen studies met the inclusion criteria. In general, we included RCTs with low risk of bias, and the primary outcome indicators, including the Chinese version of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (C-STAI), Visual Analogue Scale for Anxiety Measurement (VAS-A), and Facial Anxiety Scale (FAS), have a recommended level of evidence of "strong". The pooled results indicated that MT was effective in alleviating the anxiety state of ICU patients (95% CI, SMD=-1.09 [-1.52, -0.67], P<0.05) and could reduce mental and physical fatigue in patients with anxious delirium in ICU (95% CI, WMD=-2.35 [-3.37, -1.33], P <0.05). There were significant differences in the therapeutic effects of MT with different intervention durations. Both 15-minute and 30-minute MT were effective in reducing anxiety levels in patients with anxiety disorders in the ICU (15min: 95%CI, SMD=-1.70[-2.15, -1.24], P<0.05; 30min: 95%CI, SMD=-0.73[-1.16, - 0.29], P<0.05). However, when the duration of MT exceeded 45 min, the overtreatment of MT instead interfered with patient rest and failed to produce a positive therapeutic effect (95% CI, SMD=-1.04 [-3.06, 0.97], P=0.31). In addition, a meta-analysis of physiological outcomes found that MT was effective in maintaining the stabilization of heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), and systolic blood pressure (SBP) in ICU patients with anxiety (P<0.05), but did not affect patients' oxygen saturation, mean arterial pressure and diastolic blood pressure (P>0.05). No adverse events occurred during MT treatment in the reports of included 14 studies. CONCLUSIONS MT can safely and effectively reduce the anxiety level of patients with anxiety and delirium in ICU and relieve their psychological and physical fatigue. And MT was able to maintain the stability of HR, RR, and SBP in ICU patients.

Abstract
The interactions between human and natural systems and their effects have unforeseen results, particularly in the management of water resources. Using water stress mitigation as an example, a water resources management effect index (WRMEI) was created to quantitatively evaluate the trends of water management effects. This revealed that the WRMEI was decreasing due to the impact of the water resources management process. The findings demonstrate that water resources management has unintended effects: there was a gap between the expectation of water stress to be mitigated and the actual results of water stress increasing. That is caused by human activities in water utilization: (1) increasing available water resources from water transfer was not utilized sparingly in the receiving cities-increased water transfers from external sources increase domestic water consumption per capita; (2) improving water efficiency has a positive effect on mitigating water stress, but the population growth decreased the efficiency. It was concluded that much greater attention needs to be paid to water conservation in residential and living use to counter these unintended water management effects.

Abstract
A terahertz metamaterial waveguide (meta-waveguide) and a meta-waveguide-based lens-free imaging system are presented. The meta-waveguide not only inherits the low-loss transmission performance of a waveguide but also breaks through the diffraction limit under the action of the metamaterial, achieving subwavelength focusing. The focusing distance is far greater than the Rayleigh length, thus enabling far-field scanning imaging. For verification, a metal ring-based meta-waveguide was fabricated by 3D printing and metal cladding technology. Then, a transmission scanning imaging system working at 0.1 THz was built. High quality terahertz images with a resolution of 1/3 of the wavelength were obtained by placing the imaging targets at the focus and performing two-dimensional scanning. The focusing and transmission of terahertz wave in the meta-waveguide were simulated and analyzed.

Abstract
Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) are essential nutrients for all living organisms. PUFA synthesis is mediated by Δ12 desaturases in plants and microorganisms, whereas animals usually obtain PUFAs through their diet. The whitefly Bemisia tabaci is an extremely polyphagous agricultural pest that feeds on phloem sap of many plants that do not always provide them with sufficient PUFAs. Here, a plant-derived Δ12 desaturase gene family BtFAD2 is characterized in B. tabaci and it shows that the BtFAD2-9 gene enables the pest to synthesize PUFAs, thereby significantly enhancing its fecundity. The role of BtFAD2-9 in reproduction is further confirmed by transferring the gene to Drosophila melanogaster, which also increases the fruit fly's reproduction. These findings reveal an extraordinary evolutionary scenario whereby a phytophagous insect acquired a family of plant genes that enables it to synthesize essential nutrients, thereby lessening its nutritional dependency and allowing it to feed and reproduce on many host plants.

Abstract
Nitrogen is an essential element for all life on earth. Nitrogen metabolism, including excretion, is essential for growth, development, and survival of plants and animals alike. Several nitrogen metabolic processes have been described, but the underlying molecular mechanisms are unclear. Here, we reveal a unique process of nitrogen metabolism in the whitefly Bemisia tabaci, a global pest. We show that it has acquired two bacterial uricolytic enzyme genes, B. tabaci urea carboxylase (BtUCA) and B. tabaci allophanate hydrolase (BtAtzF), through horizontal gene transfer. These genes operate in conjunction to not only coordinate an efficient way of metabolizing nitrogenous waste but also control B. tabaci's exceptionally flexible nitrogen recycling capacity. Its efficient nitrogen processing explains how this important pest can feed on a vast spectrum of plants. This finding provides insight into how the hijacking of microbial genes has allowed whiteflies to develop a highly economic and stable nitrogen metabolism network and offers clues for pest management strategies.

Abstract
In two-dimensional/three-dimensional (2D/3D) perovskite heterostructure, randomly distributed multiple quantum wells (QW) 2D perovskites are frequently generated, which are detrimental to carrier transport and structural stability. Here, the high quality 2D/3D perovskite heterostructure is constructed by fabricating functional-group-induced single QW Dion-Jacobson (DJ) 2D perovskites. The utilization of ─OCH3 in the precursor solution facilitates the formation of colloidal particles with uniform size, resulting in the production of a pure 2D DJ perovskite with an n value of 3. This strategy facilitates the improvement of 3D structural stability and expedites carrier transport. The resultant devices accomplish a power conversion efficiency of 25.26% (certified 25.04%) and 23.56% at a larger area (1 cm2 ) with negligible hysteresis. The devices maintain >96% and >89% of their initial efficiency after continuous maximum power point tracking under simulated AM1.5 illumination for 1300 h and under damp-heat conditions (85 °C and 85% RH) for 1010 h, respectively.

Abstract
Notch pathway has played a significant role in the pathophysiology of pulmonary hypertension (PH). However, the role of Jagged 2 (Jag2), one ligand of Notch, remains to be elucidated.Therefore, determining the contribution of Jag2 to PH and its impact on pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) was the aim of this investigation. Adeno-associated virus-mediated Jag2 inhibition was used to explore the role of Jag2 in peripheral pulmonary vascular remodeling assessed in a rat model of chronic hypoxia (10% O2, 4 weeks) induced pulmonary hypertension. In vitro, the effect of Jag2 silencing on hypoxia (1% O2, 24h) induced rat PASMCs was determined. Group differences were assessed using a 2-sided unpaired Student's t-test for two groups and one-way ANOVA for multiple groups. Jag2 upregulation was first confirmed in rats with sustained hypoxia-induced PH using publicly available gene expression data, experimental PH rat models and hypoxia induced rat PASMCs. Jag2 deficiency decreased oxidative stress injury, peripheral pulmonary vascular remodeling (0.276±0.020 vs. 0.451±0.033 μm, P<0.001, <50μm), and right ventricular systolic pressure (36.8±3.033 vs. 51.8±4.245 mmHg, P<0.001) in the chronic hypoxia-induced rat model of PH. Moreover, Jag2 knockdown decreased proliferation (1.227±0.051 vs. 1.45±0.07, P = 0.012), increased apoptosis (16.733%±0.724% vs. 6.56%±0.668%, P<0.001), and suppressed mitochondrial injury in hypoxia-treated rat PASMCs. Jag2 inhibition restored the activity of the Nrf2/HO-1 pathway, which was abolished by Sirtuin 1 deficiency. These findings show that Jag2 is essential for modulating pulmonary vascular dysfunction and accelerating PH, and that inhibition of Jag2 expression suppresses the progression and development of PH.

Abstract
Background Urinary retention is a common complication of spinal cord injury (SCI), which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Function magnetic stimulation (FMS) has been widely used in the recovery of neurological function in various diseases, but its application in urinary retention after SCI remains unclear. Therefore, we would like to conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial (RCT) to observe the feasible effect of FMS on urinary retention after SCI, to explore its mechanism of action. Method/design This is a single-center pilot RCT, which 60 patients with urinary retention after SCI will be selected, numbered in chronological order of hospitalization, and randomly divided into 4 groups using the random number table method, Groups A (control group), Group B, Group C, and Group D; Each group will receive the same conventional rehabilitation treatment. The whole intervention period 2 weeks and will be evaluated before and after treatment to collect data on residual bladder volume, functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), changes in voiding condition, changes in surface electromyography (SEMG) values of pelvic floor muscle and quality of life scores (QoL). Study hypothesis We hypothesized that FMS for the treatment of urinary retention after SCI would have a significant clinical feasible effect;and that peripheral combined with central FMS would be more effective than single-site FMS for the treatment of urinary retention after SCI. Objective (1) To illustrate the clinical effectiveness of FMS in the treatment of urinary retention after SCI and to provide a new treatment modality for the patients; (2) Comparison of the differences in the efficacy of central and peripheral single FMS and combined central and peripheral FMS in the treatment of urinary retention after SCI; (3) To explore the central control mechanisms of bladder function recovery after SCI in conjunction with changes in fNIRS. Trial registration This study has been ethically approved by the Scientific and Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical university with approval number (LLSC-2022112401). It has been registered with the China Clinical Trials Registry with the registration number: ChiCTR2200067143.

Abstract
Rock blasting and other geological disasters occur frequently in the TBM construction of deeply buried tunnels and seriously threaten construction safety and progress. Therefore, it is extremely important to conduct scientific research for effective prevention and control of rockbursts in construction. Based on a large number of field rockburst data, this study analyses the influence of rockburst on construction safety and efficiency by using statistical theory and summarizes the temporal and spatial characteristics of rockburst time, location and influence range. Using these results, combined with the characteristics of the TBM structure and construction method, classification prevention and control objectives, theoretical criteria and prevention and control technology of rock bursts are proposed. A theoretical system of classified prevention and control of rockburst is constructed, which is cooperatively controlled by microseismic monitoring, TBM equipment, TBM excavation and support measures. The system is verified to provide practical protection, demonstrating that this report provides an important reference for the prevention and control of rock bursts in ultradeep tunnels.

Abstract
In 2023, through an ongoing respiratory pathogen surveillance system, we observed from mid-September onwards, an increase of respiratory illness among children aged ≤ 15 years presenting at hospital outpatient clinics in Beijing, China. Data indicated that illness was caused by multiple pathogens, predominantly Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Seasonality, periodicity and high prevalence of resistance to macrolide (30 of 30 strains sequenced with the A2063G mutation) were important characteristics of the M. pneumoniae epidemic, which resulted in a rise in consultations at specialised paediatric hospitals.

Abstract
Ketamine is a multifunctional drug with clinical applications as an anesthetic, pain management medication, and a fast-acting antidepressant. However, it is also recreationally abused for its dissociative effects. Recent studies in rodents are revealing the neuronal mechanisms mediating its actions, but the impact of prolonged exposure to ketamine on brain-wide networks remains less understood. Here, we develop a sub-cellular resolution whole-brain phenotyping approach and utilize it in male mice to show that repeated ketamine administration leads to a dose-dependent decrease in dopamine neurons in midbrain regions linked to behavioral states, alongside an increase in the hypothalamus. Additionally, diverse changes are observed in long-range innervations of the prefrontal cortex, striatum, and sensory areas. Furthermore, the data support a role for post-transcriptional regulation in enabling ketamine-induced neural plasticity. Through an unbiased, high-resolution whole-brain analysis, this study provides important insights into how chronic ketamine exposure reshapes brain-wide networks.

Abstract
To investigate the molecular epidemiological characteristics and genetic variations of human adenovirus (HAdV) in acute respiratory tract infections in Beijing. Whole-genome sequencing and phylogenetic analyses were performed for 83 strains of HAdV with different types in Beijing from 2014 to 2019. The clinical characteristics of HAdV infection were analyzed statistically. HAdV-B was divided into four genotypes, including B3 (n = 11), B7 (n = 13), B14 (n = 4), and B55 (n = 2). HAdV-C was divided into three genotypes, including C1 (n = 14), C2 (n = 13), and C5 (n = 10). In HAdV-C, nine recombinant adenovirus strains were identified in type 1, and seven recombinant strains were found in type 2. In type 1, we found three newly emerged intraspecific recombinant strains (A47, A48, and A52) collected in 2017, 2018, and 2019, respectively. In addition, the previously reported recombinant strains of HAdV-C1 showed more severe disease than other strains of HAdV-C, causing severe community-acquired pneumonia in both the elderly and children. Continuous population-wide molecular epidemiological surveillance of HAdV is essential for the prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases.

Abstract
Layered thio- and seleno-phosphate ferroelectrics, such as CuInP2S6, are promising building blocks for next-generation nonvolatile memory devices. However, because of the low Curie point, the CuInP2S6-based memory devices suffer from poor thermal stability (<42 °C). Here, exploiting the electric field-driven phase transition in the rarely studied antiferroelectric CuCrP2S6 crystals, we develop a nonvolatile memristor showing a sizable resistive-switching ratio of ~ 1000, high switching endurance up to 20,000 cycles, low cycle-to-cycle variation, and robust thermal stability up to 120 °C. The resistive switching is attributed to the ferroelectric polarization-modulated thermal emission accompanied by the Fowler-Nordheim tunneling across the interfaces. First-principles calculations reveal that the good device performances are associated with the exceptionally strong ferroelectric polarization in CuCrP2S6 crystal. Furthermore, the typical biological synaptic learning rules, such as long-term potentiation/depression and spike amplitude/spike time-dependent plasticity, are also demonstrated. The results highlight the great application potential of van der Waals antiferroelectrics in high-performance synaptic devices for neuromorphic computing.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Thymoma is a common mediastinal tumor, but few studies have been performed in thymoma patients 80 years or older. This study aimed to analyze the clinical features, treatment modalities, and survival outcomes of thymoma patients at least 80 years old and compare these features to those of patients younger than 80 years old. METHOD Data from thymoma patients in the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results database between 2000 and 2019 were selected. Clinical features, treatment modalities of the two age groups were compared. Survival rates were calculated by the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test was used to compare survival rates between two groups. Propensity score matching was used based on whether surgery was performed. Univariate and multivariate Cox proportional-hazards regression analyses were performed to identify independent prognostic factors. RESULTS Compared with the younger patients, the patients aged 80 years or older had a similar distribution of Masaoka-Koga tumor stage, a higher proportion of type A thymoma, and a lower recurrence rate in the early stage. In elderly patients after propensity score matching, the overall survival and cancer-specific survival were better in the surgery group with complete resection and compared with patients of different ages, elderly patients showed similar benefit from surgery as younger patients were observed. CONCLUSION In thymoma patients aged 80 years or older, surgery still plays an important role in survival outcome. Compared with younger patients, older patients have unique clinical features.

Abstract
Lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries are supposed to be one of the most potential next-generation batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity and low cost. Nevertheless, the shuttle effect of firm multi-step two-electron reaction between sulfur and lithium in liquid electrolyte makes the capacity much smaller than the theoretical value. Many methods were proposed for inhibiting the shuttle effect of polysulfide, improving corresponding redox kinetics and enhancing the integral performance of Li-S batteries. Here, we will comprehensively and systematically summarize the strategies for inhibiting the shuttle effect from all components of Li-S batteries. First, the electrochemical principles/mechanism and origin of the shuttle effect are described in detail. Moreover, the efficient strategies, including boosting the sulfur conversion rate of sulfur, confining sulfur or lithium polysulfides (LPS) within cathode host, confining LPS in the shield layer, and preventing LPS from contacting the anode, will be discussed to suppress the shuttle effect. Then, recent advances in inhibition of shuttle effect in cathode, electrolyte, separator, and anode with the aforementioned strategies have been summarized to direct the further design of efficient materials for Li-S batteries. Finally, we present prospects for inhibition of the LPS shuttle and potential development directions in Li-S batteries.

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to investigate the use intention and influencing factors of telerehabilitation in people with rehabilitation needs. Methods This cross-sectional survey recruited a total of 183 participants with rehabilitation needs from May 2022 to December 2022. Sociodemographic and medical data were collected by a structured questionnaire. The factors influencing the use intention of telerehabilitation were measured by the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. Multiple hierarchical regression analyses were performed. Results A total of 150 valid questionnaires were included for analysis. The results indicated that the use intention of telerehabilitation was overall high in people with rehabilitation needs. Health condition (β = -0.21, p = 0.03), performance expectancy (β = 0.21, p = 0.01), facilitating conditions (β = 0.25, p = 0.03), perceived trust (β = 0.25, p < 0.01), and self-efficacy (β = 0.19, p = 0.04) were significant factors influencing the use intention of telerehabilitation. Conclusion Overall, the use intention of telerehabilitation is high in individuals with rehabilitation needs. Health conditions, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, perceived trust, and self-efficacy are important factors influencing the use intention of telerehabilitation in individuals with rehabilitation needs.

Abstract
BACKGROUND With the development of noninvasive brain stimulation (NIBS) techniques, many researchers have turned their attention to NIBS as a promising treatment for cerebellar ataxia. Therefore, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to investigate the efficacy and safety of NIBS in treating patients with cerebellar ataxia. METHODS Databases, including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Medline, and Cochrane Library, were retrieved for relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Two researchers conducted literature screening, data extraction, literature quality assessment, and heterogeneity analysis between RCTs. According to the magnitude of heterogeneity I2, an appropriate data analysis model was selected for meta-analysis. RESULTS A total of 14 RCTs including 406 patients with cerebellar ataxia met the inclusion criteria. The included RCTs had an overall low-risk bias and an intermediate level of evidence recommendation for key outcome indicators, such as the scale for the assessment and rating of ataxia (SARA) and international cooperative ataxia rating scale (ICARS). The results of meta-analysis showed that cerebellar NIBS, including transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), was effective in reducing the SARA scores (MD = - 3.45, 95%CI = [- 4.85, - 2.50], P < 0.05) and ICARS scores (MD = - 10.87, 95%CI = [- 14.46, - 7.28], P < 0.05) in patients with cerebellar ataxia compared to controls. Subgroup analysis showed that the efficacy of tDCS and rTMS was statistically different in patients with cerebellar ataxia as assessed by the SARA scores, but not by the ICARS scores. There was statistically significant difference in the efficacy of NIBS for the treatment of cerebellar ataxia caused by different etiologies. As for safety, 8 of 14 included studies documented the adverse effects of NIBS, and only two studies reported the mild adverse events of NIBS. CONCLUSIONS Cerebellar NIBS was safe and effective in improving the motor coordination of patients with cerebellar ataxia, and tDCS was better than rTMS in the treatment of cerebellar ataxia. In addition, the efficacy of NIBS was different in the treatment of different types of cerebellar ataxia.

Abstract
This study aims to assess knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, and practices (KABP) among China mainland allergic rhinitis (AR) participants regarding their willingness to use acupuncture. Little is known about the understanding, attitudes, beliefs and practices of people with AR in China. A questionnaire was designed and administered to AR participants in mainland China to gather information about KABP regarding acupuncture use. A total of 324 valid questionnaires were collected from 30 provinces on the Chinese mainland. We recorded basic information and data about AR. The questionnaire designed according to KABP theory and with excellent reliability (Cronbach α coefficient: 0.725) and validity (KMO: 0.819). Knowledge: Fifty-five percent (179) of respondents reported knowing about acupuncture. The majority (172) knew that acupuncture was used for AR; 119 had received acupuncture for AR, and about 66% were aware of acupuncture. Attitudes and beliefs: Seventy percent of patients were willing to recommend acupuncture for AR to family and friends. Practice: Approximately 75% of respondents were willing to undergo acupuncture if they knew it was effective for AR. Approximately 25% of the respondents answered "Do it a few times and see how it works," "Do several treatments depending on how much they can afford," or "It is up to the doctor to decide". Correlation analysis: Those who identified with traditional Chinese medicine showed a robust willingness to recommend acupuncture for treating other diseases to family and friends (R = 0.718, P < .01) and a robust willingness to recommend acupuncture for AR to their families and friends (R = 0.564, P < .01). Acupuncture for AR has shown excellent awareness, recommendation and acceptance in mainland China. Efficacy, affordability, and trust in doctors were the 3 key factors that led respondents to choose acupuncture for their AR. Identification with traditional Chinese medicine culture significantly influenced attitudes, leading to AR recommendations and acceptance of acupuncture.

Abstract
Firefighters' high-intensity training often leads to injuries in the musculoskeletal system. Studies have found that these injuries in the musculoskeletal system may contribute to poor psychological issues. At the same time, low psychological well-being increases the risk of injuries, illness, and mortality. According to research reports, firefighters generally have a good psychological state. So this study aims to survey and analyze the training-related injuries and psychological states of firefighting and rescue personnel in Beijing. This cross-sectional study employed a questionnaire survey to gather data from a total of 214 firefighters in a certain city. The participants were required to complete a questionnaire about musculoskeletal injuries and psychological status, and then these data were statistically analyzed. The incidence of training-related injuries is relatively high among firefighting and rescue teams, with the highest proportions observed in the lower back, knees, and ankles. Overweight and obese firefighters are more prone to ankle injuries. In the group with injuries, the subjective well-being index is lower compared to the group without injuries. Firefighters experiencing moderate to severe pain due to injuries exhibit lower subjective well-being indices compared to those with mild pain. Psychological resilience and the impact of pain on training and sleep can predict the subjective well-being index of firefighters. It is recommended that firefighting and rescue teams enhance preventive measures for musculoskeletal injuries during training to elevate the subjective well-being of firefighters.

Abstract
The Yangtze finless porpoise (YFP) (Neophocaena asiaeorientalis asiaeorientalis) is a critically endangered freshwater cetacean, with about 1,249 individuals thought to be left in the wild. However, viral entities and viral diseases of YFPs remain obscure. In this study, anal swabs for virome analysis were collected during the physical examination of YFPs in the Tian-E-Zhou Oxbow (TEO) ex situ reserve. A total of 19 eukaryotic viral species belonging to 9 families, including Papillomaviridae, Herpesviridae, Picornaviridae, Picobirnaviridae, Caliciviridae, Retroviridae, Parvoviridae, Virgaviridae, and Narnaviridae, and other unclassified viruses were identified based on metasequencing. Among these detected viruses, a novel herpesvirus (NaHV), two different kobuviruses (NaKV1-2), and six different papillomaviruses (NaPV1 to -6) were considered potential risks to YFPs and confirmed by PCR or reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR). Most YFPs sampled were found to harbor one or more kinds of detected viral genomes (52/58 [89.7%]). Surveillance results demonstrated that kobuvirus and herpesvirus displayed obvious age distribution and PVs showed significant gender difference in YFPs. According to species demarcation criteria in individual genera in Papillomaviridae, two novel species (referred to as Omikronpapillomavirus 2 and 3) and four novel isolates of PV were identified in YFPs. Further evolutionary analysis suggested that NaPVs would occupy the mucosal niche and that virus-host codivergence mixed with duplications and host-switching events drives the evolution of cetacean PVs. Divergence times of PVs in YFP and other cetacean reflect the incipient speciation of YFPs. In summary, our findings revealed the potential viral entities, their prevalence, and their evolutionary history in YFPs, which raises an important issue regarding effects of viral infection on the fitness of YFPs. IMPORTANCE The Yangtze finless porpoise (YFP) is the only cetacean species in freshwater following the functional extinction of the baiji (Lipotes vexillifer). Health management, disease treatment, and other special measures are important for maintaining the existing YFP populations, especially in in situ and ex situ reserves. The discovery of potential viral entities and their prevalence in YFPs raises an important issue regarding the effects of viral infection on the fitness of YFPs and may contribute to the conservation of YFPs. The evolutionary history of papillomaviruses in YFP and other cetaceans reflects the phylogeny of their hosts and supports the status of incipient species, opening a window to investigate the evolutionary adaptation of cetaceans to freshwater as well as their phylogeny to remedy the deficiency of fossil evidence.

Abstract
The preparation of high-quality perovskite films is key to realize efficient and stable inverted perovskite solar cells. The trap-assisted nonradiative recombination at grain boundary (GB) and surface poses a serious challenge for fabricating high-quality perovskite films. Here, a synergistic modulation strategy of two-dimensional (2D) perovskite with alternating cations in the interlayer space (ACI) and multisite ligand 2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (MTD) for fabricating high-quality methylammonium-free perovskite films is reported. The formation of ACI 2D perovskite promotes the nucleation of three-dimensional (3D) perovskites, suppresses the generation of yellow phase, and promotes the formation of black phase, leading to increased grain size and crystallinity. Due to the synergistic effect of ACI 2D perovskite and MTD, the defects at GBs and surface are healed simultaneously. The significantly inhibited nonradiative recombination enables realization of high-efficiency inverted devices with a fascinating power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 24.58%, which is one of the highest PCEs reported for inverted devices. The synergistically modified unsealed device demonstrates an excellent long-term ambient stability, retaining 90.5% of its initial PCE after 3000 h under a relative humidity of 30-40%. This work provides deep insights into minimizing nonradiative recombination losses through the rational synergistic engineering of GB and surface toward efficient and stable inverted devices.

Abstract
Light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) is a widely used imaging technique for living and large cleared samples. However, high-performance LSFM systems are often prohibitively expensive and not easily scalable for high-throughput applications. Here, we introduce a cost-effective, scalable, and versatile high-resolution imaging framework, called projected Light Sheet Microscopy (pLSM), which repurposes readily available off-the-shelf consumer-grade components and an over-the-network control architecture to achieve high-resolution imaging of living and cleared samples. We extensively characterize the pLSM framework and showcase its capabilities through high-resolution, multi-color imaging and quantitative analysis of mouse and post-mortem human brain samples cleared using various techniques. Moreover, we show the applicability of pLSM for high-throughput molecular phenotyping of human induced pluripotent cells (iPSC)-derived brain and vessel organoids. Additionally, we utilized pLSM for comprehensive live imaging of bacterial pellicle biofilms at the air-liquid interface, uncovering their intricate layered architecture and diverse cellular dynamics across different depths. Overall, the pLSM framework has the potential to further democratize LSFM by making high-resolution light sheet microscopy more accessible and scalable.

Abstract
The recently emerged ferromagnetic two-dimensional (2D) materials provide unique platforms for compact spintronic devices down to the atomic-thin regime; however, the prospect is hindered by the limited number of ferromagnetic 2D materials discovered with limited choices of magnetic properties. If 2D antiferromagnetism could be converted to 2D ferromagnetism, the range of 2D magnets and their potential applications would be significantly broadened. Here, we discovered emergent ferromagnetism by interfacing non-magnetic WS2 layers with the antiferromagnetic FePS3. The WS2 exhibits an order of magnitude enhanced Zeeman effect with a saturated interfacial exchange field ~38 Tesla. Given the pristine FePS3 is an intralayer antiferromagnet, the prominent interfacial exchange field suggests the formation of ferromagnetic FePS3 at interface. Furthermore, the enhanced Zeeman effect in WS2 is found to exhibit a strong WS2-thickness dependence, highlighting the layer-tailorable interfacial exchange coupling in WS2-FePS3 heterostructures, which is potentially attributed to the thickness-dependent interfacial hybridization.

Abstract
Background In recent years, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for osteoarthritis (OA) have been widely promoted in clinical practice, but their effectiveness is controversial. Therefore, we conducted a meta-analysis of relevant randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to determine the efficacy and safety of PRP injections for the treatment of OA. Methods We searched databases including Embase, Web of Science, Medline, PubMed, and the Cochrane Library for relevant studies. Two researchers (YQX and CG) performed literature screening, baseline data extraction, literature quality assessment, and heterogeneity analysis of RCTs from the retrieved studies. Based on the magnitude of heterogeneity I2, random-effects or fixed-effects models were selected for the meta-analysis. Results We included 24 RCTs comprising 1344 patients with OA who met the inclusion criteria, with the main types of morbidity being knee osteoarthritis (KOA), hip osteoarthritis (HOA), ankle osteoarthritis (AOA), and temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA). Our results indicate that PRP injections were effective in improving Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain scores in patients with KOA, HOA, and AOA compared to controls (AOA, MD = -1.15, CI = 95% [-1.74, -0.56], I2 = 40%, P < 0.05; KOA, MD = -1.03, CI = 95% [-1.16, -0.9], I2 = 87%, P < 0.05; TMJOA, MD = -1.35, CI = 95% [-1.74, -0.97], I2 = 92%, P < 0.05) but showed no significant efficacy in patients with HOA (MD = -0.27, CI = 95% [-0.8, 0.26], I2 = 56%, P>0.05). Compared to controls, PRP injections were effective in improving Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS), including the patient's pain symptoms, activities of daily living (ADL), and adhesion symptomatology, but not for that of sports function (KOOS-pain, MD = 2.77, CI = 95% [0, 5.53], I2 = 0%, P < 0.05; KOOS-symptoms, MD = 3.73, CI = 95% [0.76, 6.71], I2 = 0%, P < 0.05; KOOS-ADL, MD = 3.61, CI = 95% [0.79, 6.43], I2 = 0%, P < 0.05; KOOS-QOL, MD = 4.66, CI = 95% [0.98, 8.35], I2 = 29%, P < 0.05, KOOS-sport, MD = 0.48, CI = 95% [-3.02, 3.98], I2 = 0%, P > 0.05). PRP injections were effective in improving Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC) scores, including pain, stiffness, and functional joint motion, in patients with OA compared with the control group (WOMAC-pain, MD = -1.08, CI = 95% [-1.62, -0.53], I2 = 87%, P < 0.05; WOMAC-stiffness, MD = -1.17, CI = 88% [-1.72, -0.63], I2 = 87%, P < 0.05; WOMAC-function, MD = -1.12, CI = 95% [-1.65, -0.58], I2 = 87%, P < 0.05). In addition, subgroup analysis showed that leukocyte-poor (LP) PRP injections were more effective than leukocyte-rich (LR) PRP injections in improving pain symptoms in patients with OA (VAS, LR-PRP, MD = -0.81, CI = 95% [-1.65, -0.03], I2 = 83%, P = 0.06 > 0.05; LP-PRP, MD = -1.62, CI = 95% [-2.36, -0.88], I2 = 92%, P < 0.05). A subgroup analysis based on injection sites showed that no statistical difference in efficacy between intra-articular (IA) combined with intra-osseous (IO) simultaneous PRP injections. IA PRP injections only improved VAS pain scores in patients with OA (IA+IO PRP injections, MD = -0.74, CI =95% [-1.29, -0.18], I2 = 61%, P < 0.05; IA PRP injections, MD = -1.43, CI = 95% [-2.18, -0.68], I2 = 87%, P < 0.05, test for subgroup differences, P > 0.05, I2 = 52.7%). Conclusion PRP injection therapy can safely and effectively improve functional activity in patients with OA and produce positive analgesic effects in patients with KOA, TMJOA, and AOA. However, PRP injection therapy did not significantly reduce pain symptoms in patients with HOA. In addition, the analgesic effect of LP-PRP was greater than that of LR-PRP. Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the expected population impact of benefit and risk of aspirin treatment strategies for the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases recommended by different guidelines in the Chinese Electronic Health Records Research in Yinzhou (CHERRY) study. METHODS A decision-analytic Markov model was used to simulate and compare different strategies of aspirin treatment, including: Strategy ①: Aspirin treatment for Chinese adults aged 40-69 years with a high 10-year cardiovascular risk, recommended by the 2020 Chinese Guideline on the Primary Prevention of Cardiovascular Diseases; Strategy ②: Aspirin treatment for Chinese adults aged 40-59 years with a high 10-year cardiovascular risk, recommended by the 2022 United States Preventive Services Task Force Recommendation Statement on Aspirin Use to Prevent Cardiovascular Disease; Strategy ③: Aspirin treatment for Chinese adults aged 40-69 years with a high 10-year cardiovascular risk and blood pressure well-controlled (< 150/90 mmHg), recommended by the 2019 Guideline on the Assessment and Management of Cardio-vascular Risk in China. The high 10-year cardiovascular risk was defined as the 10-year predicted risk over 10% based on the 2019 World Health Organization non-laboratory model. The Markov model simulated different strategies for ten years (cycles) with parameters mainly from the CHERRY study or published literature. Quality-adjusted life year (QALY) and the number needed to treat (NNT) for each ischemic event (including myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke) were calculated to assess the effectiveness of the different strategies. The number needed to harm (NNH) for each bleeding event (including hemorrhagic stroke and gastrointestinal bleeding) was calculated to assess the safety. The NNT for each net benefit (i.e., the difference of the number of ischemic events could be prevented and the number of bleeding events would be added) was also calculated. One-way sensitivity analysis on the uncertainty of the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases and probabilistic sensitivity analysis on the uncertainty of hazard ratios of interventions were conducted. RESULTS A total of 212 153 Chinese adults, were included in this study. The number of people who were recommended for aspirin treatment Strategies ①-③ was 34 235, 2 813, and 25 111, respectively. The Strategy ③ could gain the most QALY of 403 [95% uncertainty interval (UI): 222-511] years. Compared with Strategy ①, Strategy ③ had similar efficiency but better safety, with the extra NNT of 4 (95%UI: 3-4) and NNH of 39 (95%UI: 19-132). The NNT per net benefit was 131 (95%UI: 102-239) for Strategy ①, 256 (95%UI: 181-737) for Strategy ②, and 132 (95%UI: 104-232) for Strategy ③, making Strategy ③ the most favorable option with a better QALY and safety, along with similar efficiency in terms of net benefit. The results were consistent in the sensitivity analyses. CONCLUSION The aspirin treatment strategies recommended by the updated guidelines on the primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases showed a net benefit for high-risk Chinese adults from developed areas. However, to balance effectiveness and safety, aspirin is suggested to be used for primary prevention of cardiovascular diseases with consideration for blood pressure control, resulting in better intervention efficiency.

Abstract
Due to the limitation of Abbe diffraction limit, the traditional terahertz (THz) continuous wave imaging methods based on lenses or mirrors are difficult to achieve super-resolution. Here we present a confocal waveguide scanning method for THz reflective super-resolution imaging. In the method, a low loss THz hollow waveguide is used to replace the traditional terahertz lens or parabolic mirror. Through optimizing the size of the waveguide, we can achieve far field subwavelength focusing at 0.1THz and achieve super-resolution terahertz imaging. In addition, a slider-crank high-speed scanning mechanism is used in the scanning system, and the imaging speed is more than 10 times faster than the traditional step scanning system based on linear guides.

Abstract
The existing space manipulator joints with permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) have many deficiencies, such as large size, low output torque, and long settling time. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of space manipulators with smart giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) joints is studied. A nonlinear dynamic model considering the magneto-thermal-mechanical coupling for the manipulator is established, and an experiment is conducted to evaluate the performance of the GMM joint. After verifying the accuracy and availability of the model, we find that comparing with the PMSM joint, manipulators with the GMM joint have better performance, which has large output torque, fast settling time, and wide temperature adaptation range. These essential investigations will be of significant benefit to the applications in space manipulators.

Abstract
The seasonal human coronaviruses (HCoVs) have zoonotic origins, repeated infections, and global transmission. The objectives of this study are to elaborate the epidemiological and evolutionary characteristics of HCoVs from patients with acute respiratory illness. We conducted a multicenter surveillance at 36 sentinel hospitals of Beijing Metropolis, China, during 2016-2019. Patients with influenza-like illness (ILI) and severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) were included, and submitted respiratory samples for screening HCoVs by multiplex real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction assays. All the positive samples were used for metatranscriptomic sequencing to get whole genomes of HCoVs for genetical and evolutionary analyses. Totally, 321 of 15 677 patients with ILI or SARI were found to be positive for HCoVs, with an infection rate of 2.0% (95% confidence interval, 1.8%-2.3%). HCoV-229E, HCoV-NL63, HCoV-OC43, and HCoV-HKU1 infections accounted for 18.7%, 38.3%, 40.5%, and 2.5%, respectively. In comparison to ILI cases, SARI cases were significantly older, more likely caused by HCoV-229E and HCoV-OC43, and more often co-infected with other respiratory pathogens. A total of 179 full genome sequences of HCoVs were obtained from 321 positive patients. The phylogenetical analyses revealed that HCoV-229E, HCoV-NL63 and HCoV-OC43 continuously yielded novel lineages, respectively. The nonsynonymous to synonymous ratio of all key genes in each HCoV was less than one, indicating that all four HCoVs were under negative selection pressure. Multiple substitution modes were observed in spike glycoprotein among the four HCoVs. Our findings highlight the importance of enhancing surveillance on HCoVs, and imply that more variants might occur in the future.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders are closely related to high-angle and skeletal Class II malocclusion. Sometimes pathological changes in the mandibular condyle can cause open bite to occur after growth is complete.
CASE SUMMARY This article is about the treatment of an adult male patient with a severe hyperdivergent skeletal Class II base, an unusual and gradually occurring open bite and an abnormal mandibular condyle anterior displacement. Because the patient refused surgery, four second molars with cavities and root canal therapy were extracted, and four mini-screws were used for intrusion of the posterior teeth. The treatment duration was 22 mo, and after the treatment, the open bite was corrected and the displaced mandibular condyles were seated back to the articular fossa as shown by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Based on the patient’s open bite history, the result of clinical examinations and CBCT comparisons, we believe it is possible that the occlusion interference was eliminated after the four second molars were extracted and the posterior teeth were intruded, and the patient's condyle spontaneously returned to its physiologic position. Finally, a normal overbite was established, and stable occlusion was achieved.
CONCLUSION This case report suggested that identifying the cause of open bite is essential, and the TMJ factors for hyperdivergent skeletal Class II cases should be particularly examined. For these cases, intruding posterior teeth may place the condyle in a more appropriate position and provide an environment suitable for TMJ recovery.

Abstract
Background In recent years, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has emerged as a noninvasive and painless treatment for post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI). However, few studies have analyzed the intervention parameters of cognitive function and the effectiveness and safety of rTMS for treating patients with PSCI. Thus, this meta-analysis aimed to analyze the interventional parameters of rTMS and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of rTMS for treating patients with PSCI. Methods According to the PRISMA guidelines, we searched the Web of Science, PubMed, EBSCO, Cochrane Library, PEDro, and Embase to retrieve randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of rTMS for the treatment of patients with PSCI. Studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and two reviewers independently performed literature screening, data extraction, and quality assessment. RevMan 5.40 software was used for data analysis. Results 12 RCTs involving 497 patients with PSCI met the inclusion criteria. In our analysis, rTMS had a positive therapeutic effect on cognitive rehabilitation in patients with PSCI (P < 0.05). Both high-frequency rTMS and low-frequency rTMS were effective in improving the cognitive function of patients with PSCI by stimulating the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), but their efficacy was not statistically different (P > 0.05). Conclusions rTMS treatment on the DLPFC can improve cognitive function in patients with PSCI. There is no significant difference in the treatment effect of high-frequency rTMS and low-frequency rTMS in patients with PSCI between high-frequency and low-frequency rTMS. Abstract
Urbanization-induced phenological changes have received considerable attention owing to their implications for determining urban ecosystem productivity and predicting the response of plants and ecosystem carbon cycles to future climate change. However, inconsistent rural-urban gradients in plant phenology remain, and phenological drivers other than temperature are poorly understood. In this study, we simultaneously observed the micro-climate and spring leaf phenology of seven woody plant species at 13 parks along a rural-urban gradient in Beijing, China. The minimum (Tmin) and mean (Tmean) air temperature and the minimum (VPDmin) and mean (VPDmean) vapor pressure deficit increased significantly along the rural-urban gradient, but the maximum air temperature (Tmax) and maximum vapor pressure deficit (VPDmax) did not. All observed leaf phenological phases for the seven species were significantly advanced along the rural-urban gradient by 0.20 to 1.02 days/km. Advances in the occurrence of leaf phenological events were significantly correlated with increases in Tmean (accounting for 57-59% variation), Tmin (21-26%), VPDmin (12-16%), and VPDmean (3-5%), but not with changes in Tmax or VPDmax. Advances in spring leaf phenology along the rural-urban gradient differed between non-native species and native species and between shrubs and trees. The reason may be mainly that the sensitivities of spring leaf phenology to micro-climate differ with species origin and growth form. This study highlights that urbanization-induced increases in Tmean and Tmin are the major contributors to advances in spring leaf phenology along the rural-urban gradient, exerting less influence on native species than on non-native species.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain syndrome characterized by persistent and widespread musculoskeletal pain. Telerehabilitation is a promising treatment for patients with fibromyalgia through long-term monitoring, intervention, supervision, consultation, and education. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to perform a comprehensive systematic review and meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of telerehabilitation in patients with fibromyalgia. METHODS Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to fibromyalgia and telerehabilitation were systematically searched in the PubMed, PEDro, Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect, Ovid MEDLINE, Embase, and Web of Science databases from inception to November 13, 2022. Two independent researchers screened the literatures and evaluated the methodological quality using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool. The outcome measures included the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire scale, pain intensity, depression, pain catastrophizing, quality of life (QoL), and adverse events. Pooled effect sizes were calculated by Stata SE 15.1; a fixed effects model was used when I2<50%, whereas a random effects model was used when I2≥50%. RESULTS A total of 14 RCTs with 1242 participants were included in this meta-analysis. The pooled results indicated that the telerehabilitation improved the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire score (weighted mean difference -8.32, 95% CI -11.72 to -4.91; P<.001), pain intensity (standardized mean difference [SMD] -0.62, 95% CI -0.76 to -0.47; P<.001), depression levels (SMD -0.42, 95% CI -0.62 to -0.22; P<.001), pain catastrophizing (weighted mean difference -5.81, 95% CI -9.40 to -2.23; P=.001), and QoL (SMD 0.32, 95% CI 0.18 to 0.47; P<.001) in patients with fibromyalgia compared to control interventions. Only 1 RCT reported a mild adverse event of telerehabilitation; the other 13 RCTs did not mention this. CONCLUSIONS Telerehabilitation can improve the symptoms and QoL of fibromyalgia. However, the safety of telerehabilitation remains uncertain due to the lack of sufficient evidence for the management of fibromyalgia. More rigorously designed trials are needed in the future to verify the safety and efficacy of telerehabilitation in fibromyalgia. Abstract
BACKGROUND Lupus nephritis is a rare immunological disorder. Genetic factors are considered important in its causation. We aim to systematically investigate the rare pathogenic gene variants in patients with lupus nephritis. METHODS Whole-exome sequencing was used to screen pathogenic gene variants in 1886 probands with lupus nephritis. Variants were interpreted on the basis of known pathogenic variants or the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics guidelines and studied by functional analysis, including RNA sequencing, quantitative PCR, cytometric bead array, and Western blotting. RESULTS Mendelian form of lupus nephritis was confirmed in 71 probands, involving 63 variants in 39 pathogenic genes. The detection yield was 4%. The pathogenic genes enriched in nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB), type I interferon, phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/serine/threonine kinase Akt (PI3K/AKT), Ras GTPase/mitogen-activated protein kinase (RAS/MAPK), and Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) pathways. Clinical manifestation patterns were diverse among different signaling pathways. More than 50% of the pathogenic gene variants were reported to be associated with lupus or lupus nephritis for the first time. The identified pathogenic gene variants of lupus nephritis overlapped with those of autoinflammatory and immunodeficiency diseases. Inflammatory signatures, such as cytokine levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-1 β , IFN α , IFN γ , and IP10 in serum and transcriptional levels of interferon-stimulated genes in blood, were significantly higher in patients with pathogenic gene variants compared with controls. The overall survival rate of patients with pathogenic gene variants was lower than those without pathogenic gene variants. CONCLUSIONS A small fraction of patients with lupus nephritis had identifiable pathogenic gene variants, primarily in NF-κB, type I interferon, PI3K/AKT, JAK/STAT, RAS/MAPK, and complement pathways.

Abstract
Ketamine is a multifunctional drug with clinical applications as an anesthetic, as a pain management medication and as a transformative fast-acting antidepressant. It is also abused as a recreational drug due to its dissociative property. Recent studies in rodents are revealing the neuronal mechanisms that mediate the complex actions of ketamine, however, its long-term impact due to prolonged exposure remains much less understood with profound scientific and clinical implications. Here, we develop and utilize a high-resolution whole-brain phenotyping approach to show that repeated ketamine administration leads to a dosage-dependent decrease of dopamine (DA) neurons in the behavior state-related midbrain regions and, conversely, an increase within the hypothalamus. Congruently, we show divergently altered innervations of prefrontal cortex, striatum, and sensory areas. Further, we present supporting data for the post-transcriptional regulation of ketamine-induced structural plasticity. Overall, through an unbiased whole-brain analysis, we reveal the divergent brain-wide impact of chronic ketamine exposure on the association and sensory pathways.

Abstract
Terahertz metamaterials are some of the core components of the new generation of high-frequency optoelectronic devices, which have excellent properties that natural materials do not have. The unit structures are generally much smaller than the wavelength, so preparation is mainly based on semiconductor processes, such as coating, photolithography and etching. Although the processing resolution is high, it is also limited by complex processing, long cycles, and high cost. In this paper, a design method for dual-band terahertz metamaterials and a simple, rapid, low-cost metamaterial preparation scheme based on step-motor-driven electrohydrodynamic jet technology are proposed. By transforming an open-source 3D printer, the metamaterial structures can be directly printed without complex semiconductor processes. To verify effectiveness, the sample was directly printed using nano conductive silver paste as consumable material. Then, a fiber-based multi-mode terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system was built for testing. The experimental results were in good agreement with the theoretical simulation.

Abstract
This paper reports a multi-functional terahertz (THz) metamaterial based on a nano-imprinting method. The metamaterial is composed of four layers: 4 L resonant layer, dielectric layer, frequency selective layer, and dielectric layer. The 4 L resonant structure can achieve broadband absorption, while the frequency selective layer can achieve transmission of specific band. The nano-imprinting method combines electroplating of nickel mold and printing of silver nano-particle ink. Using this method, the multilayer metamaterial structures can be fabricated on ultrathin flexible substrates to achieve visible light transparency. For verification, a THz metamaterial with broadband absorption in low frequency and efficient transmission in high frequency is designed and printed. The sample's thickness is about 200 µm and area is 65 × 65 mm2. Moreover, a fiber-based multi-mode terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system was built to test its transmission and reflection spectra. The results are consistent with the expectations.

Abstract
Discrete event simulation (DES) model is based on individual data, by which discrete events over time are simulated to reflect disease progression. The effects of individual characteristics on disease progression could be considered in the DES model. Moreover, unlike state-transition models, DES model without setting of fixed cycle can contribute to more accurate estimation of event time, especially in the evaluation of the long-term effectiveness of screening strategies for complex diseases in which time dimension needs to be considered. This article introduces the general principles, construction steps, analytic methods and other relevant issues of the DES model. Based on a research case of estimating the cost-effectiveness of screening for abdominal aortic aneurysms in women aged 65 years and above in the United Kingdom, key points in applications of the DES model in analysis on effectiveness of complex disease screening are discussed in detail, including model construction and analysis and interpretation of the results. DES model can predict occurring time of discrete events accurately by establishing the distribution function of their occurring time and is increasingly used to evaluate the screening strategies for complex diseases in which time dimension needs to be considered. In the construction of DES model, it is necessary to pay close attention to the clear presentation of model structure and simulation process and follow the relevant reporting specification to conduct cost-effectiveness analysis to ensure the transparency and repeatability of the research.

Abstract
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs), one of the most promising photovoltaic technologies, have been widely studied due to their high power conversion efficiency (PCE), low cost, and solution processability. The architecture of PSCs determines that high PCE and stability are highly dependent on each layer and the related interface, where nonradiative recombination occurs. Conventional synthetic chemical materials as modifiers have disadvantages of being toxic and costly. Natural molecules with advantages of low cost, biocompatibility, and being eco-friendly, and have improved PCE and stability by modifying both functional layers and interface. In this review, we discuss the roles of natural molecules on PSCs devices in terms of the perovskite active layer, interface, carrier transport layers (CTLs), and substrate. Finally, the summary and outlook for the future development of natural molecule-modified PSCs are also addressed.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to clarify the conceptual confusion in the extant literature about organizational agility and explore its role in different relationships in the context of digital transformation.
Design/methodology/approach
An integrative review of the relevant literature on agility was conducted. The literature on organizational agility and other variables in recent quantitative research was also examined to explore its role in different relationships.
Findings
Organizational agility is the ability to quickly respond and proactively embrace unanticipated changes in dynamic environments through effective resource reconfiguration and rapid decision-making. The role of organizational agility in achieving digital transformation has not been addressed from a holistic conceptual perspective. This paper addresses that gap and proposes that organizational agility is the underlying mechanism for an organization to fully use and engage its workforce, operation and network in the process of digital transformation.
Research limitations/implications
This research is an integrative review of the existing literature on the concept of agility and its relationships. The next phase of research needed for theory building will be the operationalization of constructs.
Practical implications
Organizations should strive to strategically develop both the reactivity and proactivity sides of organizational agility in achieving digital transformation that involves fundamental changes at different levels of the organization.
Originality
This paper explores the role of organizational agility in digital transformation through an integrative review of the relevant literature.

Abstract
Feng spinal mobilization (FSM) is one of the most widely practiced techniques in traditional Chinese osteopathy, especially in China. However, whether this FSM technique is more effective than the Maitland posteroanterior mobilization (MM), which is widely used all over the world, is still unknown. The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze and compare the efficacy of these 2 treatments in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNLBP) as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of chronic low back pain. A total of 83 patients, including 43 patients in the FSM group and 40 in the MM group, were enrolled in this cohort study. FSM or MM was performed on patients 3 times during a period of 2 weeks. Changes in the subjective and objective measurements were measured before and after the third treatment. The subjective symptoms recorded included the visual analogue scale (VAS), Oswestry disability index, and Patient Health Questionnaire-9. The objective symptoms, including the lumbar range of motion (ROM), and straight leg raise (SLR) height were also checked for any changes. The VAS scores were reassessed at the 1-year follow-up visit. The results showed that 2 weeks of FSM treatment significantly improved CNLBP patients modified Schober test (P < .05), extension ROM (P < .01), and SLR height (P < .05) while MM treatment did not. Both treatments significantly decreased the values of VAS, Oswestry disability index, and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (P < .01). Compared to the MM treatment, the FSM treatment showed a much more significant improvement in VAS score (P < .01), range of motion of extension (P < .01), and SLR of both sides (P < .05). At the 1-year follow-up, VAS scores in both groups decreased significantly compared to pretreatments; however, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups. Our data suggested that the FSM treatment can provide better efficacy than MM in CNLBP patients, improving the VAS scores, lumbar extension ROM, and SLR height in a shorter time.

Abstract
Sewage treatment provides a pathway for anthropogenic water purification that can address the growth in domestic sewage volumes due to urbanization and protect the aquatic environment. However, the process can also generate greenhouse gases (GHGs), which are sometimes termed "unrestricted" GHG emissions and are neglected by low carbon policies. A combination of a life cycle analysis (LCA), data envelopment analysis (DEA), and questionnaire survey was used to evaluate sewage treatment related GHG emissions and assess the GHG emission reduction efficiencies during 2005-2020, as well as determine the opinions of environmental managers regarding the threats to climate change mitigation posed by sewage treatment in the low carbon pilot city of Shenzhen, China. There were four main results. (1) GHG emissions from sewage treatment plants (STPs) in Shenzhen increased gradually from 0.22 Mt. CO2-eq in 2005 to 1.16 Mt. CO2-eq in 2020 with an emission intensity ranging from 0.41 to 0.58 kg CO2-eq/m3, mainly due to the indirect emissions from sludge disposal (35-57 %). Longgang administrative district was the hotspot of these GHG emissions during the study period. (2) Reductions in GHG emissions were achieved in most years since 2012 with the greatest efficiency observed in 2020. (3) Beyond the environmental managers' perceptions of the challenges in GHG mitigation, future sewage treatment may create the potential for more substantial GHG emission growth compared to the emissions from energy combustion, due to policy deficiencies, growth in sewage volumes, and the enforcement of stricter effluent quality control. (4) Several opportunities to overcome these barriers were considered including innovational environmental management, planting of constructed wetlands, and the promotion of water-saving behavior. This case study of Shenzhen has valuable implications for the synergistic governance of water pollution and climate change mitigation in megacities in China and elsewhere, enabling a move towards a future carbon-neutral society.

Abstract
The interfacial defects and energy barrier are main reasons for interfacial nonradiative recombination. In addition, poor perovskite crystallization and incomplete conversion of PbI2 to perovskite restrict further enhancement of the photovoltaic performance of the devices using sequential deposition. Herein, a buried interface stabilization strategy that relies on the synergy of fluorine (F) and sulfonyl (S=O) functional groups is proposed. A series of potassium salts containing halide and non-halogen anions are employed to modify SnO2/perovskite buried interface. Multiple chemical bonds including hydrogen bond, coordination bond and ionic bond are realized, which strengthens interfacial contact and defect passivation effect. The chemical interaction between modification molecules and perovskite along with SnO2 heightens incessantly as the number of S=O and F augments. The chemical interaction strength between modifiers and perovskite as well as SnO2 gradually increases with the increase in the number of S=O and F. The defect passivation effect is positively correlated with the chemical interaction strength. The crystallization kinetics is regulated through the compromise between chemical interaction strength and wettability of substrates. Compared with Cl-, all non-halogen anions perform better in crystallization optimization, energy band regulation and defect passivation. The device with potassium bis (fluorosulfonyl) imide achieves a tempting efficiency of 24.17%.

Abstract
Trees growing on paved lands endure many environmental stresses in the urban environment. However, the morphological and physiological mechanisms underlying tree adaptation to pavement in the field are less known. In this study, we investigated 40 sites where Ginkgo biloba and Platanus orientalis grow on adjacent pairs of paved and vegetated plots in parks and roadsides in Beijing, China. Relative to the vegetated land, the mean increments in the diameter at breast height and height in the paved land were significantly decreased by 44.5% and 31.9% for G. biloba and 31.7% and 60.1% for P. orientalis, respectively. These decreases are related to both the decrease in assimilation products due to the reductions in leaf area, leaf total nitrogen content, and chlorophyll content and the increase in energy cost due to the synthesis of more soluble sugar and proline for mitigating stress. The increase in leaf soluble sugar content, proline content, and δ13C indicated that trees could adapt to the paved land through the regulation of osmotic balance and the enhancement of water-use efficiency. Piecewise structural equation models showed that trees growing on the paved land are stressed by compounding impacts of the leaf morphological and physiological changes. Therefore, it is critical to explore the complex response of plant morphological and physiological traits to the pavement-induced stress for improving tree health in urban greening.

Abstract
The objective of this paper is to explore the characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) epidemics in Beijing, China. Patients with acute respiratory tract infection (ARTI) were enrolled from 35 sentinel hospitals in Beijing, 2015–2020. Their medical records were reviewed and respiratory specimens were collected for assay for nucleic acids of 24 respiratory pathogens, including MP. The genotypes of MP were analysed using a real-time PCR method. The domain V of 23s rRNA gene was sequenced to identify macrolide-resistant mutations. A total of 41,677 specimens of ARTI patients were included, with an MP positive rate of 6.16%. MP prevalence mainly occurred between August and January, and peaked in October. The increase in the MP detection rate was coincident with the elevation of the reported number of patients with pneumonia in the 35 sentinel hospitals. One or more respiratory pathogens were co-detected in 27.1% of the MP-positive patients. Type 1 MP remained predominant, and the macrolide-resistant rate of MP had exceeded over 90%. A2063G mutation accounted for 99.0% of macrolide-resistant MP infections. MP epidemic in Beijing mainly occurred between August and January with a remarkable high macrolide-resistant rate. MP is one of the important contributors to the pneumonia epidemic in autumn and winter in Beijing.

Abstract
In this paper, the effect of the laser repetition rate on the long-distance femtosecond laser filament in air is investigated by measuring the fluorescence characteristic of the filament. A femtosecond laser filament emits fluorescence due to the thermodynamical relaxation of the plasma channel. Experimental results show that as the repetition rate of femtosecond laser increases, the fluorescence of the filament induced by a single laser pulse weakens, and the position of the filament moves away from the focusing lens. These phenomena may be attributed to the slow hydrodynamical recovery process of air after being excited by a femtosecond laser filament, whose characteristic time is on the millisecond time scale and comparable to the inter-pulse duration of the femtosecond laser pulse train. This finding suggests that at a high laser repetition rate, to generate an intense laser filament, the femtosecond laser beam should scan across the air to eliminate the adverse effect of slow air relaxation, which is beneficial to laser filament remote sensing.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES To develop and evaluate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based radiomics models for predicting residual myoma regrowth within 1 year after high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation of uterine myomas. METHODS A retrospective analysis of residual myoma regrowth within 1 year was performed on 428 myomas in 339 patients who were diagnosed with uterine myoma and treated with HIFU ablation in two hospital centers. In total, 851 radiomics features were extracted from T2-weighted images (T2WI) obtained 1 day after HIFU ablation, and the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator in the training cohort (n = 243) was employed to select radiomics features. Support vector machines were adopted to develop radiomics, clinicoradiological and combined radiomics-clinical models to predict residual myoma regrowth, defined as an increase in residual myoma volume of > 10% between that at day 1 post HIFU and that at follow-up MRI within 1 year. These models were validated in both internal (n = 81) and external (n = 104) test cohorts. The predictive performance and clinical application of these models were assessed using receiver-operating-characteristics-curve analysis, the area under the curve (AUC) and decision-curve analysis. RESULTS The AUCs of the T2WI-based radiomics prediction model in the internal and external test cohorts were 0.834 (95% CI, 0.747-0.920) and 0.801 (95% CI, 0.712-0.889), respectively, and those of the clinicoradiological model were 0.888 (95% CI, 0.816-0.960) and 0.912 (95% CI, 0.851-0.973), respectively. The combined model had better predictive performance than either the radiomics or the clinicoradiological model, with AUC values of 0.922 (95% CI, 0.857-0.987) and 0.930 (95% CI, 0.880-0.980) in the internal and external test cohorts, respectively. Decision-curve analysis also indicated that application of the combined model has clinical value, this model achieving more net benefits than the other two models. CONCLUSION T2WI-based radiomics features can predict effectively the occurrence of residual myoma regrowth within 1 year after HIFU ablation of uterine myomas, which serves as an accurate and convenient reference for clinical decision-making. © 2022 The Authors. Abstract
The objective of this study is to investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of the acute respiratory tract infections (ARTI) caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) among the population of all age categories in Beijing, China. Outpatients and inpatients with ARTI were enrolled from 35 sentinel hospitals in Beijing between March 2015 and February 2019. They were interviewed and their medical records were collected using a standardized form. Their respiratory specimens were collected and tested for the nucleic acid of RSV. The RSV-positive specimens were further genotyped into RSV-A and RSV-B groups. A total of 29,923 cases were included in this study. RSV was detected in 623 (2%, 623/29923) patients, with 391 (62.8%) genotypd as RSV-A, 126 (20.2%) as RSV-B, and 106 (17.0%) untyped. The RSV epidemic season usually occurred between October and March covering approximately 90% of annual RSV infections. The RSV-infected children aged < 5 years accounted for 52.2% of the total RSV infections with cough and fever as the most common manifestations. The RSV-infected elderly adults aged ≥ 60 years have the second largest proportion (25.2%) with dyspnea and lymphocytopenia as the most common manifestations and showed an elevated rate of hospitalization, an increased rate of ICU admission, an extended length of hospital stay, and an elevated mortality compared to the RSV-infected children. The RSV infections aged ≥ 60 years old, as the second largest population of the total annual RSV infections, usually developed worse outcomes than children and should be taken seriously.
