Abstract
Supramolecular peptide nanofiber hydrogels are emerging biomaterials for tissue engineering, but it is difficult to fabricate multi-functional systems by simply mixing several short-motif-modified supramolecular peptides because relatively abundant motifs generally hinder nanofiber cross-linking or the formation of long nanofiber. Coupling bioactive factors to the assembling backbone is an ideal strategy to design multi-functional supramolecular peptides in spite of challenging synthesis and purification. Herein, a multi-functional supramolecular peptide, P1R16, is developed by coupling a bioactive factor, parathyroid hormone related peptide 1 (PTHrP-1), to the basic supramolecular peptide RADA16-Ⅰ via solid-phase synthesis. It is found that P1R16 self-assembles into long nanofibers and co-assembles with RADA16-Ⅰ to form nanofiber hydrogels, thus coupling PTHrP-1 to hydrogel matrix. P1R16 nanofiber retains osteoinductive activity in a dose-dependent manner, and P1R16/RADA16-Ⅰ nanofiber hydrogels promote osteogenesis, angiogenesis and osteoclastogenesis in vitro and induce multi-functionalized osteoregeneration by intramembranous ossification and bone remodeling in vivo when loaded to collagen (Col) scaffolds. Abundant red blood marrow formation, ideal osteointegration and adapted degradation are observed in the 50% P1R16/Col scaffold group. Therefore, this study provides a promising strategy to develop multi-functional supramolecular peptides and a new method to topically administrate parathyroid hormone or parathyroid hormone related peptides for non-healing bone defects.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Inguinal hernia is a relatively common condition. Most patients with inguinal hernia require surgery. At present, mesh repair is one of the most effective methods to treat inguinal hernia, but insertion of the mesh can cause inflammation. Dexamethasone (DEX) can treat inflammation, but the mechanism by which DEX alleviates inflammation caused by inguinal hernia mesh placement remains unclear. METHOD We randomly divided rats into groups: negative control (NC), inguinal hernia (IH), polypropylene mesh (PM), DEX treatment, and miR-155 treatment groups. RT-qPCR was performed to determine the expression of miR-155. ELISA was implemented to determine the secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-18. Western blotting was used to detect caspase-1, JAK1, p-JAK1, STAT3, and p-STAT3 expression. A dual-luciferase reporter gene array identified a connection between miR-155 and JAK1. RESULTS The results revealed that the expression of miR-155, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-18 was upregulated in the PM group. After DEX treatment, the secretion of miR-155, caspase-1, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-18 decreased. Dual luciferase results confirmed that miR-155 induced the targeted downregulation of JAK1, while a miR-155 mimic reversed the therapeutic effect of DEX, and the expression levels of p-JAK1 and p-STAT3 increased. CONCLUSION DEX regulates the JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway through miR-155 to relieve inflammation caused by inguinal hernia meshes.

Abstract
Grading laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) based on histopathological images is a clinically significant yet challenging task. However, more low-effect background semantic information appeared in the feature maps, feature channels, and class activation maps, which caused a serious impact on the accuracy and interpretability of LSCC grading. While the traditional transformer block makes extensive use of parameter attention, the model overlearns the low-effect background semantic information, resulting in ineffectively reducing the proportion of background semantics. Therefore, we propose an end-to-end network with transformers constrained by learned-parameter-free attention (LA-ViT), which improve the ability to learn high-effect target semantic information and reduce the proportion of background semantics. Firstly, according to generalized linear model and probabilistic, we demonstrate that learned-parameter-free attention (LA) has a stronger ability to learn highly effective target semantic information than parameter attention. Secondly, the first-type LA transformer block of LA-ViT utilizes the feature map position subspace to realize the query. Then, it uses the feature channel subspace to realize the key, and adopts the average convergence to obtain a value. And those construct the LA mechanism. Thus, it reduces the proportion of background semantics in the feature maps and feature channels. Thirdly, the second-type LA transformer block of LA-ViT uses the model probability matrix information and decision level weight information to realize key and query, respectively. And those realize the LA mechanism. So, it reduces the proportion of background semantics in class activation maps. Finally, we build a new complex semantic LSCC pathology image dataset to address the problem, which is less research on LSCC grading models because of lacking clinically meaningful datasets. After extensive experiments, the whole metrics of LA-ViT outperform those of other state-of-the-art methods, and the visualization maps match better with the regions of interest in the pathologists' decision-making. Moreover, the experimental results conducted on a public LSCC pathology image dataset show that LA-ViT has superior generalization performance to that of other state-of-the-art methods.

Abstract
Short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), particularly propionate and butyrate, have been reported in many cancers. However, the relationship between propionate and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains unclear. Additionally, Acyl-CoA synthetase long chain family member 4 (ACSL4) has been reported to regulate immunity in solid tumors, but there are still many gaps to be filled in AML. Here, we discovered the underlying mechanism of propionate and ACSL4-mediated ferroptosis for immunotherapy. Our results showed that the level of propionate in the AML patients' feces was decreased, which was correlated to gut microbiota dysbiosis. Moreover, we demonstrated that propionate suppressed AML progression both in vivo and in vitro. In mechanism, propionate induced AML cells apoptosis and ferroptosis. The imbalance of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and redox homeostasis induced by propionate caused mitochondrial fission and mitophagy, which enhanced ferroptosis and apoptosis. Furthermore, ACSL4-mediated ferroptosis caused by propionate increased the immunogenicity of AML cells, induced the release of damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), and promoted the maturation of dendritic cells (DCs). The increased level of immunogenicity due to ferroptosis enable propionate-based whole-cell vaccines to activate immunity, thus further facilitating effective killing of AML cells. Collectively, our study uncovers a crucial role for propionate suppresses AML progression by inducing ferroptosis and the potential mechanisms of ACSL4-mediated ferroptosis in the regulation of AML immunity.

Abstract
Sorafenib is the most widely used first-line drug for the treatment of the advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Unfortunately, sorafenib resistance often limits its therapeutic efficacy. To evaluate the efficacy of artesunate against sorafenib-resistant HCC and to investigate its underlying pharmacological mechanisms, a "sorafenib resistance related gene-ART candidate target" interaction network was constructed, and a signaling axis consisting with artesunate candidate target AFAP1L2 and sorafenib target SRC, and the downstream FUNDC1-dependent mitophagy was identified as a major contributor to the sorafenib resistance and a potential way of artesunate to mitigate resistance. Notably, our clinical data demonstrated that AFAP1L2 expression in HCC tissues was markedly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous liver tissues (P < 0.05), and high AFAP1L2 expression was also significantly associated with an unfavorable overall survival of HCC patients (P < 0.05). Experimentally, AFAP1L2 was overexpressed in sorafenib resistant cells, leading to the activation of downstream SRC-FUNDC1 signaling axis, further blocking the FUNDC1 recruitment of LC3B to mitochondria and inhibiting the activation of mitophagy, based on both in vitro and in vivo systems. Moreover, artesunate significantly enhanced the inhibitory effects of sorafenib on resistant cells and tumors by inducing excessive mitophagy. Mechanically, artesunate reduced the expression of AFAP1L2 protein, suppressed the phosphorylation levels of SRC and FUNDC1 proteins, promoted the FUNDC1 recruitment of massive LC3B to mitochondria, and further overactivated the mitophagy and subsequent cell apoptosis of sorafenib resistant cells. Abstract
Most forms of chemotherapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are often ineffective in eliminating leukemic stem cells (LSCs), as their underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Here, we have identified circFAM193B, which regulates the redox biology of LSCs and is associated with unfavorable outcomes in AML patients. In vitro and in vivo assays suggested that circFAM193B significantly inhibits LSCs chemotherapy resistance and AML progression. Knockdown circFAM193B enhances mitochondrial OXPHOS function and inhibits the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and lipid peroxidation mediated by chemotherapy, which protects AML cells from oxidative stress-induced cell death. Mechanistically, circFAM193B physically interacts with arginine methyltransferase PRMT6 catalytic domain and enhances the transcription efficiency of key lipid peroxidation factor ALOX15 by decreasing H3R2me2a modification. In summary, we have identified circFAM193B was downregulated in LSCs to promote the survival of LSC by modulating energy metabolism and the redox balance in the postchemotherapy persistence of LSC. Our studies provide a conceptual advance and biological insights regarding the drug resistance of LSCs via circRNA mediated PRMT6-deposited methylarginine signaling.

Abstract
The demand for Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) has significantly grown in the last decade due to their extensive use electric vehicles. To further advance the commercialization of LIBs for various applications, there is a pressing need to develop electrode materials with enhanced performance. The porous microsphere morphology LiNixMn2-xO4(LNMO) is considered to be an effective material with both high energy density and excellent rate performance. Nevertheless, LNMO synthesis technology still has problem such as long reaction time, high energy consumption and environmental pollution. Herein, LNMO microsphere was successfully synthesized with short precursors reaction time (18 s) at 40 °C without using chelating agent by microreaction technology combined solid-state lithiation. The optimized LNMO cathode shows microsphere (∼8μm) morphology stacked by nano primary particles, with abundant mesoporous and fully exposed low-energy plane. The electrochemical analysis indicates that the optimized LNMO cathode demonstrates 97.33% capacity retention even after 200 cycles at 1C. Additionally, the material shows a highly satisfactory discharge capacity of 92.3 mAh·g-1at 10C. Overall, microreaction technology is anticipated to offer a novel approach in the synthesis of LNMO cathode materials with excellent performance.

Abstract
Composite solid electrolytes combining the advantages of inorganic and polymer electrolytes are considered as one of the promising candidates for solid-state lithium metal batteries. Compared with ceramic-in-polymer electrolyte, polymer-in-ceramic electrolyte displays excellent mechanical strength to inhibit lithium dendrite. However, polymer-in-ceramic electrolyte faces the challenges of lack of flexibility and severely blocked Li+transport. In this study, we prepared polymer-in-ceramic film utilizing ultra-high molecular weight polymers and ceramic particles to combine flexibility and mechanical strength. Meanwhile, the ionic conductivity of polymer-in-ceramic electrolytes was improved by adding excess lithium salt in polymer matrix to form polymer-in-salt structure. The obtained film shows high stiffness (10.5 MPa), acceptable ionic conductivity (0.18 mS cm-1) and high flexibility. As a result, the corresponding lithium symmetric cell stably cycles over 800 h and the corresponding LiFePO4cell provides a discharge capacity of 147.7 mAh g-1at 0.1 C without obvious capacity decay after 145 cycles.

Abstract
Li- and Mn-rich layered oxides (LMLOs) are regarded as the most promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries (LIBs), but they suffer from poor rate capability. Herein, a promising and practical method (i.e. a hydroxide coprecipitation method in combination with a microwave heating process) is developed to controllably synthesize cobalt-free Li[Li0.2Ni0.2Mn0.6]O2 with a layered/spinel heterostructure (LLNMO-LS). The cathode made of the LLNMO-LS delivers an excellent electrochemical performance, demonstrating a discharge capacity of 147 mA h g-1 at 10C.

Abstract
Gene mutations are a pivotal component of the pathogenesis of MDS, and they hold profound prognostic significance for predicting treatment responses and survival outcomes. However, reports about mutation patterns in Chinese MDS patients are limited. In this study, we analyzed the genetic mutation of 23 genes in 231 patients with MDS using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, and explored the characteristics of gene mutations in MDS patients and their associations with clinical outcomes, survival, and transformation outcomes. Our results showed that 68.83% patients had at least one gene mutation, and the most common mutations were ASXL1 (21.65%), SF3B1 (17.32%), U2AF1 (16.02%), TET2 (14.72%) and TP53 (8.66%). We also showed that the genetic mutations of TP53, U2AF1 and DNMT3A are independent risk factors for death in patients with MDS, and the ETV6 gene mutation was an independent risk factor for the transformation of MDS patients to AML through the univariate and multivariate Cox regression analysis model. Additionally, the study developed a risk score based on gene mutation data that demonstrated robust predictive capability and stability for the overall survival of MDS patients. Our research provided a strong theoretical basis for the establishment of personalized treatment and prognostic risk assessment models for Chinese MDS patients.

Abstract
Microwave absorbers with high efficiency and mechanical robustness are urgently desired to cope with more complex and harsh application scenarios. However, manipulating the trade-off between microwave absorption performance and mechanical properties is seldom realized in microwave absorbers. Here, a chemistry-tailored charge dynamic engineering strategy is proposed for sparking hetero-interfacial polarization and thus coordinating microwave attenuation ability with the interfacial bonding, endowing polymer-based composites with microwave absorption efficiency and mechanical toughness. The absorber designed by this new conceptual approach exhibits remarkable Ku-band microwave absorption efficiency (-55.3 dB at a thickness of 1.5 mm) and satisfactory effective absorption bandwidth (5.0 GHz) as well as desirable interfacial shear strength (97.5 MPa). The calculated differential charge density depicts the uneven distribution of space charge and the intense hetero-interfacial polarization, clarifying the structure-performance relationship from a theoretical perspective. This work breaks through traditional single performance-oriented design methods and ushers a new direction for next-generation microwave absorbers.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Patients with schizophrenia present difficulties in humor recognition and appreciation, but the neural mechanism of these deficits remains unclear. This study aimed to elucidate neural substrates underlying humor processing in patients with first episode schizophrenia (FES). METHODS This study recruited 40 patients with FES (illness duration ≤ 4 years) and 31 healthy controls matching for age, gender and education level. Participants completed a fMRI verbal humor processing paradigm comprising 96 stories, half for funny punch-line condition and the other half for unfunny condition. Participants were required to judge whether the story was funny or not. Signal detection theory (SDT) analysis was used to calculate d' and β values which represented sensitivity and inner criteria for humor signals respectively. The funny-unfunny contrast was analyzed to identify the brain regions related with humor processing. d' and β values were put into the imaging regression analysis. RESULTS Patients with FES showed significantly lower hit rate and sensitivity of humor signals (d'). At the neural level, patients with FES hypo-activated in ventral medial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC) and anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) while hyper-activated in middle temporal gyrus (MTG) and superior temporal gyrus (STG) compared to controls. In addition, activity in vmPFC and ACC was positively associated with d' and β values, while activity in STG was positively associated with β values in the clinical group. CONCLUSIONS Patients with FES exhibited decreased sensitivity to humor signals. Hypo-activation in frontal regions and hyper-activation in temporal regions were associated with the humor processing deficits.

Abstract
Objective: In this study, we aimed to compare the short-term safety of two digestive tract reconstruction techniques, laparoscopic total abdominal overlap anastomosis and laparoscopic-assisted end-to-side anastomosis, following radical resection of Siewert Type II adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, we analyzed relevant clinical data of 139 patients who had undergone radical surgery for Siewert Type II esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma. These included 89 patients treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from November 2021 to July 2023, 36 patients treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from December 2020 to June 2021, and 14 patients treated at the Yuncheng Central Hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2021 to November 2022. The group consisted of 107 men (77.0%) and 32 women (23.0%) of mean age 62.5±9.3 years. Forty-eight patients underwent laparoscopic total abdominal overlap anastomosis (overlap group), and 91 laparoscopic-assisted end-to-side anastomosis (end-to-side group). Clinical data, surgical information, pathological findings, postoperative recovery, and related complications were compared between the two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in general clinical data between the overlap and end-to-side anastomosis groups (all P>0.05), indicating comparability. There was no significant difference in operation time (267.2±60.1 minutes vs. 262.8±70.6 minutes, t=0.370, P=0.712). However, the intraoperative blood loss in the overlap group (100 [50, 100] mL) was significantly lower compared to the end-to-side group (100[50, 175] mL, Z=2.776, P=0.005). Compared to the end-to-side group, longer distances between the tumor and distal resection margin proximal(1.7±1.0 cm vs. 1.3±0.9 cm, t=2.487, P=0.014) and the tumor and distal resection margin (9.5±2.9 cm vs. 7.9±3.5 cm, t=2.667, P=0.009) were achieved in the overlap group. Compared with the end-to-side group, the overlap group achieved significantly earlier postoperative ambulation (1.0 [1.0, 2.0] days vs. 2.0 [1.0, 3.0] days, Z=3.117, P=0.002), earlier time to first drink (4.7±2.6 days vs. 6.2±3.0 days, t=2.851, P=0.005), and earlier time to first meal (6.0±2.7 days vs. 7.1±3.0 days, t=2.170, P=0.032). However, the hospitalization costs were higher in the overlap group (113, 105.5±37, 766.3) yuan vs. (97, 250.2±27, 746.9) yuan; this difference is significant (t=2.818, P=0.006). There were no significant differences between the two groups in postoperative hospital stay, total number of lymph nodes cleared, or time to first postoperative flatus (all P>0.05). The incidence of surgery-related complications was 22.9%(11/48) in the overlap group and 19.8% (18/91) in the end-to-side group; this difference is not significant (χ²=0.187, P=0.831). Further comparison of complications using the Clavien-Dindo classification also showed no significant differences (Z=0.406, P=0.685). Conclusions: Both laparoscopic total abdominal overlap anastomosis and laparoscopic-assisted end-to-side anastomosis are feasible for radical surgery for Siewert Type II esophagogastric junction adenocarcinoma. Laparoscopic total abdominal overlap anastomosis achieves longer proximal and distal resection margins and better postoperative recovery; however, end-to-side anastomosis is more cost-effective.

Abstract
Photon-counting micro computed tomography (micro-CT) offers new potential in preclinical imaging, particularly in distinguishing materials. It becomes especially helpful when combined with contrast agents, enabling the differentiation of tumors from surrounding tissues. There are mainly two types of contrast agents in the market for micro-CT: small molecule-based and nanoparticle-based. However, despite their widespread use in liver tumor studies, there is a notable gap in research on the application of these commercially available agents for photon-counting micro-CT in breast and ovarian tumors. Herein, we explored the effectiveness of these agents in differentiating tumor xenografts from various origins (AU565, MDA-MB-231, and SKOV-3) in nude mice, using photon-counting micro-CT. Specifically, ISOVUE-370 (a small molecule-based agent) and Exitrone Nano 12000 (a nanoparticle-based agent) were investigated in this context. To improve tumor visualization, we proposed a novel color visualization method for photon-counting micro-CT, which changes color tones to highlight contrast media distribution, offering a robust alternative to traditional material decomposition methods with less computational demand. Our in vivo experiments confirm its effectiveness, showing distinct enhancement characteristics for each contrast agent. Qualitative and quantitative analyses suggested that Exitrone Nano 12000 provides superior vasculature enhancement and better quantitative consistency across scans, while ISOVUE-370 gives more comprehensive tumor enhancement but with a significant variance between scans due to its short blood half-time. This variability leads to high sensitivity to timing and individual differences among mice. Further, a paired t-test on mean and standard deviation values within tumor volumes showed significant differences between the AU565 and SKOV-3 tumor models with the nanoparticle-based (p-values < 0.02), attributable to their distinct vascularity, as confirmed by immunohistochemistry. These findings underscore the utility of photon-counting micro-CT in non-invasively assessing the morphology and anatomy of different tumor xenografts, which is crucial for tumor characterization and longitudinal monitoring of tumor development and response to treatments.

Abstract
Li-rich cathode materials have emerged as one of the most prospective options for Li-ion batteries owing to their remarkable energy density (>900 Wh kg-1 ). However, voltage hysteresis during charge and discharge process lowers the energy conversion efficiency, which hinders their application in practical devices. Herein, the fundamental reason for voltage hysteresis through investigating the O redox behavior under different (de)lithiation states is unveiled and it is successfully addressed by formulating the local environment of O2- . In Li-rich Mn-based materials, it is confirmed that there exists reaction activity of oxygen ions at low discharge voltage (<3.6 V) in the presence of TM-TM-Li ordered arrangement, generating massive amount of voltage hysteresis and resulting in a decreased energy efficiency (80.95%). Moreover, in the case where Li 2b sites are numerously occupied by TM ions, the local environment of O2- evolves, the reactivity of oxygen ions at low voltage is significantly inhibited, thus giving rise to the large energy conversion efficiency (89.07%). This study reveals the structure-activity relationship between the local environment around O2- and voltage hysteresis, which provides guidance in designing next-generation high-performance cathode materials.

Abstract
Intragranular cracking within the material structure of Ni-rich (LiNix Coy Mn1 - x - y , x ≥0.9) cathodes greatly threatens cathode integrity and causes capacity degradation, yet its atomic-scale incubation mechanism is not completely elucidated. Notably, the physicochemical properties of component elements fundamentally determine the material structure of cathodes. Herein, a diffusion-controlled incubation mechanism of intragranular cracking is unraveled, and an underlying correlation model with Co element is established. Multi-dimensional analysis reveals that oxygen vacancies appear due to the charge compensation from highly oxidizing Co ions in the deeply charged state, driving the transition metal migration to Li layer and layered to rock-salt phase transition. The local accumulation of two accompanying tensile strains collaborates to promote the nucleation and growth of intragranular cracks along the fragile rock-salt phase domain on (003) plane. This study focuses on the potential risks posed by Co to the architectural and thermal stability of Ni-rich cathodes and is dedicated to the compositional design and performance optimization of Ni-rich cathodes.

Abstract
Large quantities of spent lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) will inevitably be generated in the near future because of their wide application in many fields. It will cause not only resource waste but also environmental pollution if these spent batteries are not properly handled. Until now, the recycling of spent lithium manganate batteries has centered on high-valuable elements such as lithium; however, manganese element and current collector Al foil have not yet attracted wide attention. In this work, aluminum-doped manganese dioxide was synthesized by overall recycling cathode active materials and current collector Al foil from a spent lithium manganate battery. Employing such aluminum-doped manganese dioxide as the cathode material of aqueous Zn batteries, it displays better electrochemical performance than manganese dioxide prepared by only recycling the cathode active materials. The overall recycling not only simplifies the recycling process but also realizes high-value recycling of spent lithium manganate batteries. We offer new tactics for overall recycling of cathodes from spent LIBs and designing high-performance manganese dioxide cathodes for aqueous Zn batteries.

Abstract
The skeleton is a highly innervated organ in which nerve fibers interact with various skeletal cells. Peripheral nerve endings release neurogenic factors and sense skeletal signals, which mediate bone metabolism and skeletal pain. In recent years, bone tissue engineering has increasingly focused on the effects of the nervous system on bone regeneration. Simultaneous regeneration of bone and nerves through the use of materials or by the enhancement of endogenous neurogenic repair signals has been proven to promote functional bone regeneration. Additionally, emerging information on the mechanisms of skeletal interoception and the central nervous system regulation of bone homeostasis provide an opportunity for advancing biomaterials. However, comprehensive reviews of this topic are lacking. Therefore, this review provides an overview of the relationship between nerves and bone regeneration, focusing on tissue engineering applications. We discuss novel regulatory mechanisms and explore innovative approaches based on nerve-bone interactions for bone regeneration. Finally, the challenges and future prospects of this field are briefly discussed.

Abstract
Whenever two irreversible processes occur simultaneously, time-reversal symmetry of microscopic dynamics gives rise, on a macroscopic level, to Onsager's reciprocal relations, which impose constraints on the number of independent components of any transport coefficient tensor. Here, we show that in the antiferromagnetic YbMnBi_{2}, which displays a strong temperature-dependent anisotropy, Onsager's reciprocal relations are strictly satisfied for anomalous electric (σ_{ij}^{A}) and anomalous thermoelectric (α_{ij}^{A}) conductivity tensors. In contradiction with what was recently reported by Pan et al. [Nat. Mater. 21, 203 (2022)NMAACR1476-112210.1038/s41563-021-01149-2], we find that σ_{ij}^{A}(H)=σ_{ji}^{A}(-H) and α_{ij}^{A}(H)=α_{ji}^{A}(-H). This equality holds in the whole temperature window irrespective of the relative weights of the intrinsic or extrinsic mechanisms. The α_{ij}^{A}/σ_{ij}^{A} ratio is close to k_{B}/e at room temperature but peaks to an unprecedented magnitude of 2.9k_{B}/e at ∼150 K, which may involve nondegenerate carriers of small Fermi surface pockets.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the status of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection among young women without a history of vaccination in Shanghai, and analyze the related factors of HPV infection in this population. Methods: A total of 2 660 women aged 18-24 years old who had made an appointment for HPV vaccine at 36 community health service centers in Shanghai from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Basic information (including demographic characteristics, previous disease history, female menstrual and reproductive history, sexual life history, etc.) was collected by a self-filling electronic questionnaire. Cervical secretions were detected by HPV nucleic acid typing. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors related to high-risk HPV (HR-HPV) infection in the target population. Results: The age of the subjects was (23±1) years old, and the infection rate of HPV was 14.51% (386 cases), among which the infection rates of HR-HPV and low-risk HPV were 13.53% (360 cases) and 1.84% (49 cases), respectively. The main subtypes of HR-HPV infection were HPV52, 16, 58, 39 and 66. The multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that compared with the control group, the OR (95%CI) values for HR-HPV infection in the group of married, earned less than 2 000 yuan/month, drank alcohol occasionally, gynecological disease history, had two or more sexual partners in the past year, and did not know whether the partners had other sexual partners were 0.41 (0.25-0.66), 0.39 (0.21-0.70), 1.45 (1.13-1.86), 1.29 (1.00-1.66), 2.18-5.18 (1.02-16.05), and 1.82 (1.31-2.54), respectively. Conclusion: The infection rate of HPV among women aged 18-24 years old in Shanghai remains at a high level. The main subtypes of HR-HPV infection are HPV52, 16, 58, 39 and 66. The marital status, economic income level, drinking status, gynecological disease history and sexual life history are related to HR-HPV infection.

Abstract
Lithium-sulfur batteries with high capacity are considered the most promising candidates for next-generation energy storage systems. Mitigating the shuttle reaction and promoting catalytic conversion within the battery are major challenges in the development of high-performance lithium-sulfur batteries. To solve these problems, a novel composite material GO-CoNiP is synthesized in this study. The material has excellent conductivity and abundant active sites to adsorb polysulfides and improve reaction kinetics within the battery. The initial capacity of the GO-CoNiP separator battery at 1 C is 889.4 mAh g-1 , and the single-cycle decay is 0.063% after 1000 cycles. In the 4 C high-rate test, the single-cycle decay is only 0.068% after 400 cycles. The initial capacity is as high as 828.2 mAh g-1 under high sulfur loading (7.3 mg cm-2 ). In addition, high and low-temperature performance tests are performed on the GO-CoNiP separator battery. The first cycle discharge reaches 810.9 mAh g-1 at a low temperature of 0 °C, and the first cycle discharge reaches 1064.8 mAh g-1 at a high temperature of 60 °C, and both can run stably for 120 cycles. In addition, in situ Raman tests are conducted to explain the adsorption of polysulfides by GO-CoNiP from a deeper level.

Abstract
PURPOSE Stem cells are known to play an important role in tumor treatment and many of them have shown tumor-suppressing ability in different cancers; however, whether hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) have growth-inhibiting effects on leukemia cells has not been fully evaluated. Herein, we aimed to demonstrate the growth-restraining function of HSCs in acute leukemia treatment. METHODS Cell fusion experiment was conducted by PEG-1500. The viability, proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation of leukemia cells were evaluated by cell counting, CCK-8 and flow cytometry analysis. The morphological changes were imaged using a fluorescence microscope. The expression of genes was detected by quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR). RESULTS We observed that HSCs and their lytic extracts had the capability to suppress leukemia cells proliferation, promote apoptosis and especially induce acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cells differentiation, which might have an effect on differentiation therapy to leukemia especially AML treatment. The expression levels of Bcl-2, Survivin decreased and Bax increased following HSCs extracts treatment. Furthermore, the expression of inflammatory cytokines also changed in AML cells which might have to do with the mechanism of HSCs/extracts suppressing effect. CONCLUSION HSCs and their extracts can suppress the proliferation of leukemia cells and enhance the differentiation of AML cells and using the extracts of HSCs might be a probable therapeutic option for acute leukemia.

Abstract
Na2 Ti6 O13 (NTO) with high safety has been regarded as a promising anode candidate for sodium-ion batteries. In the present study, integrated modification of migration channels broadening, charge density re-distribution, and oxygen vacancies regulation are realized in case of Nb-doping and have obtained significantly enhanced cycling performance with 92 % reversible capacity retained after 3000 cycles at 3000 mA g-1 . Moreover, unexpected low-temperature performance with a high discharge capacity of 143 mAh g-1 at 100 mA g-1 under -15 °C is also achieved in the full cell. Theoretical investigation suggests that Nb preferentially replaces Ti3 sites, which effectively improves structural stability and lowers the diffusion energy barrier. What's more important, both the in situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) and in situ Raman furtherly confirm the robust spring effect of the Ti-O bond, making special charge compensation mechanism and respective regulation strategy to conquer the sluggish transport kinetics and low conductivity, which plays a key role in promoting electrochemical performance.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological features of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor (PEComa) of the lung. Methods: Eight PEComa cases of the lung diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University, Suzhou, China from July 2008 to December 2021 were collected and subject to immunohistochemical staining, fluorescence in situ hybridization and next generation sequencing. The relevant literature was reviewed and the clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results: There were 5 males and 3 females, aged from 18 to 70 years (mean 39 years). There were 3 cases of the right upper lung, 3 cases of the left lower lung, 1 case of the left upper lung and 1 case of the right middle lung. Seven cases were solitary and 1 case was multifocal (4 lesions). Seven cases were benign while one was malignant. The tumors were all located in the peripheral part of the lung, with a maximum diameter of 0.2-4.0 cm. Grossly, they were oval and well circumscribed. Microscopically, the tumor cells were oval, short spindle-shaped, arranged in solid nests, acinar or hemangiopericytoma-like patterns, with clear or eosinophilic cytoplasm. The stroma was rich in blood vessels with hyalinization. Coagulated necrosis and high-grade nuclei were seen in the malignant case, and calcification was seen in 2 cases. Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for Melan A (8/8), HMB45 (7/8), CD34 (6/8), TFE3 (4/7), and SMA (3/8). All cases were negative for CKpan and S-100. TFE3 (Xp11.2) gene fusion was examined using the TFE3 break-apart fluorescence in situ hybridization in 5 cases, in which only the malignant case was positive. The next generation sequencing revealed the SFPQ-TFE3 [t(X;1)(p11.2;p34)] fusion. Follow-up of the patients ranged from 12 to 173 months while one patient was lost to the follow-up. The malignant case had tumor metastasis to the brain 4 years after the operation and then received radiotherapy. Other 6 cases had no recurrence and metastasis, and all the 7 patients survived. Conclusions: Most of the PEComas of the lung are benign. When there are malignant morphological features such as necrosis, high-grade nuclei or SFPQ-TFE3 gene fusion, close follow-up seems necessary.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to assess the scanning time (ST) and accuracy of 10 repeated upper and lower dentition scans by four groups of operators with different professional backgrounds. METHODS There were a total of 32 participants, including dentists, nurses, postgraduates, and undergraduates (n=8). They received the same training about intraoral scanning and then performed 10 repeat scans on the plaster maxillary and mandibular dentition models in a manikin head, with the first five scans being the T1 phase and the last five scans being the T2 phase. Each ST was recorded. Trueness and precision were evaluated by root mean square (RMS) value gained from alignments of corresponding virtual models. For statistical analysis, the paired-sample t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation tests were employed (α=0.05). RESULTS Limiting the comparison in scan phase and scan target the sequence of STs for the four groups was the same (p<0.05), by which undergraduates, postgraduates, nurses, and dentists were in descending order. Undergraduates gained the best precision, followed by postgraduates, dentists, and nurses, in both maxillary and mandibular scanning (p<0.05). Compared with corresponding items of the T1 phase, the trueness of the T2 phase was much higher (p<0.05), while the ST of the T2 phase was much shorter (p<0.05). CONCLUSIONS The operator's professional background affects the precision and scanning time but not the trueness. Most dental personnel have good access to the intraoral scanner. As the number of scans increased, the accuracy and scanning efficiency also improved.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Iliosacral screw insertion by computer-assisted navigation gradually became the main technique in some hospitals, but the expensive price limited the extensive application. But other techniques such as 3D printed template was used to place iliosacral screw as novel method. This study was to compare the efficiency of percutaneous iliosacral screw placement by using patient-specific template and computer-assisted navigation. METHODS Total of 58 patients from September 2017 to September 2021 with sacral injury were treated operatively with percutaneous screw technique, which was selected for this retrospective analysis and divided into two groups (template and computer-assisted navigation). There were 31 patients in template group and 27 patients in computer-assisted navigation group. The surgical details (operation time, blood loss, number of screw placements, and number of fluoroscopies), complications, radiographic and clinical results were recorded. The quality of reduction was assessed by the Matta scoring system. T-test and rank-sum test was used in this study. RESULTS Operation time in template group was less (33.97 ± 16.61 < 60.31 ± 11.46 min, p < 0.01), but the preoperative preparation time was more (6.35 ± 1.60 > 5.41 ± 1.58, p < 0.05). The quality of reduction in both groups was no difference (p = 0.352). A patient was complicated with gluteal vessel injury in operation in navigation group, which was treated with ligation, but the same injury was not observed in template group. The related surgical data of patient with gluteal injury was ignored in statistical analysis. CONCLUSION Both of the two techniques could improve surgical efficiency, the operation time in template was less than computer-assisted navigation group, but the preoperative preparation time was more.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Ventricular septal rupture (VSR) following myocardial infarction (MI) is a rare but lethal complication. We analyzed the long-term results and risk factors for survival in the treatment of VSR. METHODS From January 2012 to December 2021, 115 consecutive patients with post-MI VSR were admitted to our hospital. Depending on different treatment methods patients were divided into following three groups: medical, transcatheter intervention, and surgical repair. During the study, relevant clinical data, operation-related conditions, and follow-up data were analyzed. The Kaplan-Meier method and log-rank test were used to determine the cumulative incidence of mortality. The independent risk factors for patient mortality were evaluated by multivariate logistic regression. RESULTS The mean follow-up time was 43.4 ± 34.7 months. The overall in-hospital, 30-day, and long-term mortality rates were 24.3%, 38.3%, and 51.3%, respectively. In the medical group, the in-hospital and 30-day mortality rates were 46.7 % (21/45) and 82.2 % (37/45), respectively, with only three patients alive at follow-up. In the transcatheter intervention group, 30-day and long-term mortality rates were 12% and 28%, respectively. In the surgical repair group, 30-day and long-term mortality rates were 8.9% and 22.2%, respectively. Compared with the surgery-group patients, patients with transcatheter intervention had a longer time from VSR to intervention. Logistic regression analysis revealed that age, previous infarction, Killip class, serum creatinine, Troponin T, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide, and medical strategy were risk factors for all-cause mortality. CONCLUSIONS The 30-day and long-term outcomes of patients treated with surgical repair and transcatheter intervention were significantly better than medically treated patients.

Abstract
Mitochondria are energy-generated organelles and take an important part in biological metabolism. Mitochondria could be transferred between cells, which serves as a new intercellular communication. Mitochondrial transfer improves mitochondrial defects, restores the biological functions of recipient cells, and maintains the high metabolic requirements of tumor cells as well as drug resistance. In recent years, it has been reported mitochondrial transfer between cells of bone marrow microenvironment and hematological malignant cells play a critical role in the disease progression and resistance during chemotherapy. In this review, we discuss the patterns and mechanisms on mitochondrial transfer and their engagement in different pathophysiological contexts and outline the latest knowledge on intercellular transport of mitochondria in hematological malignancies. Besides, we briefly outline the drug resistance mechanisms caused by mitochondrial transfer in cells during chemotherapy. Our review demonstrates a theoretical basis for mitochondrial transfer as a prospective therapeutic target to increase the treatment efficiency in hematological malignancies and improve the prognosis of patients.

Abstract
AFB1 (Aflatoxin B1) contamination is becoming a global concern issue due to its extraordinary occurrence, severe toxicity, as well as the great influence on the economic losses, food safety and environment. Therefore, it is desirable to develop novel analytical techniques for simple, rapid, accurate, and even point-of-care testing of AFB1. Fortunately, aptamer, considered as a new generation bioreceptor and even superior to classic antibody and enzyme, has been emerged remarkable application in food hazards detection. Correspondingly, aptasensors have been well-established toward AFB1 determination with outstanding performance. In this article, we first discuss and summarize the recent progress in optical and electrochemical aptasensors to monitor AFB1 over the past three years. In particular, the embedding of advanced nanomaterials for their improved analytical performance is highlighted. Furthermore, the critical analysis on various signal transduction strategies for aptasensors construction is discussed. Finally, we reveal the challenges and provide our opinion in future opportunities for aptasensor development.

Abstract
PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE(S) Approximately half of patients with advanced HER2-positive breast cancer (BC) will develop brain metastases (BM) over time. Local therapy including stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) and whole brain radiotherapy (WBRT) is the main initial treatment in malignant tumor patients with BM. However, more than 50% patients after radiotherapy in one year suffered intracranial recurrence. Pyrotinib, a small molecule, irreversible, pan-ErbB receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), has a high potency for controlling BM and reducing the occurrence of brain metastases in advanced HER2-positive BC patients. We hypothesized that SRT or WBRT combined with pyrotinib and capecitabine could decrease intracranial progression in HER2 positive BC with newly diagnosed BM. MATERIALS/METHODS In this prospective single-arm phase Ib/II trial (NCT04582968), eligible patients were assigned to either fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (FSRT) or whole-brain radiation therapy (WBRT), combined with pyrotinib and capecitabine. The primary endpoint was one-year CNS progression-free survival (PFS) rate. Secondary endpoints included intracranial objective response rate (IC-ORR) according to RANO-BM criteria, progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS) and evaluation of safety and neurocognitive function. RESULTS From January 2020 to August 2022, 40 patients were enrolled. Twenty-nine patients were treated with FSRT in 8 Gy per fraction with 3 to 5 fractions and 11 were treated with WBRT in 3 Gy per fraction with 10 fractions, and then received chemotherapy in a time frame starting from 0 to 7 days after radiotherapy. At a median follow-up of 17.3 months, 1-year CNS-PFS rate was 74.9% (95% CI 61.9-90.7%) and median CNS-PFS was 18 months (95% CI, 15.5 to NA months). One-year PFS rate was 66.9% (53.1-84.2%) and median PFS time was 17.6 months (95% CI 12.8-34.1 months). The best intracranial response rate (IC-ORR: complete response and partial response) was 92.5% (37/40). The most common grade 3 or worse toxicity was diarrhea (7.5%) and asymptomatic radiation necrosis was detected in 4 of 67(6.0%) lesions treated with FSRT. No differences of neurocognitive function evaluated by MMSE (Mini-Mental State Exam) were observed between different groups at any time point. CONCLUSION Radiotherapy combined with pyrotinib and capecitabine resulted in a promising efficacy that crossed the pre-specified boundary in patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer with brain metastases. This is the first prospective study showing the efficacy and safety of CNS radiotherapy concurrent with pyrotinib and capecitabine in patients with BM from HER2-positive breast cancer. Further investigation in a randomized controlled study is warranted.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Recent studies identified several risk factors of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), including dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and obesity. But they were not so reliable and some studies contradicted with one another. Hence, a reliable method is urgently needed to explore exact factors that facilitated BPH development. METHODS The study was based on Mendelian randomization (MR) design. All participants were from the most recent genome-wide association studies (GWAS) with large sample size. The causal associations between nine phenotypes (total testosterone level, bioavailable testosterone level, sex hormone-binding globulin, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, type 2 diabetes mellitus, hyper-tension, and body mass index) and BPH outcome were estimated. Two sample MR, bidirectional MR, and multivariate MR (MVMR) were performed. RESULTS Increase in bioavailable testosterone level was able to induce BPH based on nearly all combination methods [beta (95% confidence interval (CI)): 0.20 (0.06-0.34) for inverse variance weighted (IVW)]. The other traits seemed to interact with testosterone level and did not cause BPH generally. Higher triglycerides level was likely to raise bioavailable testosterone level [beta (95% CI): 0.04 (0.01-0.06) for IVW]. In MVMR model, bioavailable testosterone level was still associated with BPH occurrence [beta (95% CI) 0.27 (0.03-0.50) for IVW]. CONCLUSIONS We for the first time validated the central role of bioavailable testosterone level in the pathogenesis of BPH. The complex associations between other traits and BPH should be further investigated.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Posterior wall (PW) fractures were sometimes associated in both-column acetabular fractures. How to evaluate pre-operatively the necessity for the performance of the posterior approach was an issue to be solved. In order to solve this issue, the computer-assisted virtual surgery technique was used to evaluate if the involved PW in both-column acetabular fractures (BACF) should be managed through posterior approach and verify the feasibility of this method. METHODS Data of a consecutive cohort of 72 patients with both-acetabular fractures from January 2012 to January 2020 was collected for retrospective study, of which 44 patients had concomitant acetabular PW fractures, and patients without PW fractures were labeled as the BCAF group. Computer-assisted virtual surgery technique was performed pre-operatively to evaluate the necessity for performance of posterior approach in 44 patients, and posterior approach was required if more than 3 mm of displacement was still present in the reduced 3D model. The 23 patients without treatment through posterior approach were labeled as the BCAF-PW- group, and the 21 patients with treatment through posterior approach were labeled as the BCAF-PW+ group. Operation-related and post-operative parameters were recorded. The quality of reduction and functional outcomes were assessed by the Matta scoring system and modified Merle d'Aubigné and Postel scoring system. The measurement data were analyzed using the t-test of independent samples and rank-sum test of ranked data between every two groups. Also, the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to analyze data between the three groups. RESULTS Comparing operation-related and post-operative parameters in the three groups, some PW fractures in both-column acetabular fractures could be ignored, and which could be evaluated pre-operatively for necessity of an additional posterior approach. Operative time (271.2 ± 32.8 mins) and intra-operative blood loss (1176.7 ± 211.1 mL) were significantly higher in the BCAF-PW+ group. The excellent/good of reduction (25/28 of the BCAF group, 21/23 of the BCAF-PW- group, 19/21 of the BCAF-PW+ group) and functional outcomes (24/28 of the BCAF group, 18/23 of the BCAF-PW- group, 18/21 of the BCAF-PW+ group) of three groups were similar. The incidence of complications, such as deep vein thrombosis (4/28 of the BCAF group >3/23 of the BCAF-PW- group >1/21 of the BCAF-PW+ group) and injury of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve (3/23 of the BCAF-PW- group >2/28 of the BCAF group >0/21 of the BCAF-PW+ group), was no significant difference. CONCLUSION The partial both-column acetabular fractures with PW involvement could be managed through a single anterior approach without another posterior approach by evaluation of computer-assisted virtual surgery technique.

Abstract
Background The retrieval of a proximally migrated pancreatic duct (PD) stent via endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is technically challenging, often requiring surgical intervention. We report a case with proximal migration of a pancreatic stent that was successfully removed by a basket-through-the-sphincterotome technique. Case presentation A 46-year-old man with prior history of chronic pancreatitis was admitted to our hospital with 1 month history of epigastric discomfort. 9 months prior he had undergone ERCP with Endoscopic sphincterotomy (EST) and a 5 Fr × 9 cm plastic pancreatic stent placement to relieve pancreatic duct stricture and abdominal pain. Magnetic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) done this time revealed PD dilation and a stent-shaped signal inside the PD. The subsequent endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) verified total pancreatic stent proximal migration with no visible distal end of the stent in the papilla. ERCP was performed again with an attempt to retrieve the stent. General techniques of PD cannulation with a 0.035-in guidewire over the migrated stent and balloon extraction failed. We used a mini-basket (Endoflex Germany) to replace the guidewire, which was inserted into the PD and advanced over the proximal end of the stent through the channel of the sphincterotome. The distal end of the stent was easily caught by manipulating the tip of the sphincterotome, and the stent was then pulled out. A naso-pancreatic drainage tube was placed in the main PD, and the patient was discharged 2 days after tube withdrawal. Conclusion This was a successful case of proximally migrated pancreatic stent retrieval using the unique idea of basket-through-the-sphincterotome technique, which has rarely been reported. The basket-through-the-sphincterotome technique provides the endoscopist another way to catch the distal end without difficulty. It can improve the success rate of proximally migrated pancreatic stent retrieval, especially the pig-tail pancreatic stent, of which the sticking of the proximal end into pancreatic duct branches often makes the distal end the only choice to retrieve.

Abstract
Comprehending bacterial genomic variation linked to distinct environments can yield novel insights into mechanisms underlying differential adaptation and transmission of microbes across environments. Gaining such insights is particularly crucial for pathogens as it benefits public health surveillance. However, the understanding of bacterial genomic variation is limited by a scarcity of investigations in genomic variation coupled with different ecological contexts. To address this limitation, we focused on Listeria, an important bacterial genus for food safety that includes the human pathogen L. monocytogenes, and analyzed a large-scale genomic dataset collected by us from natural and food-associated environments across the United States. Through comparative genomics analyses on 449 isolates from the soil and 390 isolates from agricultural water and produce processing facilities representing L. monocytogenes, L. seeligeri, L. innocua, and L. welshimeri, we find that the genomic profiles strongly differ by environments within each species. This is supported by the environment-associated subclades and differential presence of plasmids, stress islands, and accessory genes involved in cell envelope biogenesis and carbohydrate transport and metabolism. Core genomes of Listeria species are also strongly associated with environments and can accurately predict isolation sources at the lineage level in L. monocytogenes using machine learning. We find that the large environment-associated genomic variation in Listeria appears to be jointly driven by soil property, climate, land use, and accompanying bacterial species, chiefly representing Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria. Collectively, our data suggest that populations of Listeria species have genetically adapted to different environments, which may limit their transmission from natural to food-associated environments.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of esophageal carcinoma with gland duct differentiation. Methods: The clinical, morphologic and immunohistochemical (IHC) features of eight cases of esophageal carcinoma with gland duct differentiation diagnosed from 2012 to 2022 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were summarized. Results: There were four males and four females, with a mean age of 68.5 (range 59-82) years. Two tumors were located in middle esophagus, five in the lower esophagus, and one in the cardia. The mean diameter was 2.4 cm (range 0.6-4.5 cm). The tumor had a bilayer epithelial structure, including the inner luminal epithelium and the outer basal epithelium. Immunohistochemistry showed that CK7 (8/8) and CK18 (8/8) were positive in the inner epithelium. p40 (8/8), p63 (8/8) and CK5/6 (8/8) were positive in the outer epithelium. SMA, calponin and CD117 were all negative. p53 mutants were found in all eight cases (strong and diffuse positivity in 6/8; complete loss of expression in 2/8). No columnar metaplasia, intestinal metaplasia and ectopic gastric mucosa were observed in the surface squamous epithelium in the cases. The mean follow-up time was 21.5 months (range 5-51 months). Seven patients survived and one patient died 31 months after surgery due to recurrence and liver metastasis. Conclusion: Esophageal carcinoma with esophageal gland duct differentiation is a rare tumor with unique histologic and IHC characteristics.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Mutations in splicing factor (SF) genes are frequently detected in myelodysplastic syndrome, but their clinical and prognostic relevance in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) have rarely been reported. METHODS A total of 368 newly diagnosed non-M3 AML patients were included in this study. Next generation sequencing including four SF genes was performed on the genomicDNA. The clinical features and survival were analyzed using statistical analysis. RESULTS We found that 64 of 368 patients harbored SF mutations. The SF mutations were much more frequently found in older or male patients. SRSF2 mutations were shown obviously co-existed with IDH2 mutation. The level of measurable residual disease after first chemotherapy was higher in SF-mutated patients compared to that in SF-wild patients, while the complete remission rate was significantly decreased. And the overall survival of SF-mutated patients was shorter than that of SF-wild patients. Moreover, our multivariable analysis suggests that the index of male, Kit mutation or ZRSR2 mutation was the independent risk factor for overall survival. SRSF2mut was associated with older age, higher proportion of peripheral blasts or abnormal cell proportion by flow cytometry. CONCLUSION SF mutation is a distinct subgroup of AML frequently associated with clinic-biological features and poor outcome. SRSF2mut could be potential targets for novel treatment in AML.

Abstract
In order to achieve the "dual carbon goal", the Chinese government is actively encouraging the adoption of household photovoltaic (PV) systems. While there has been considerable research on residents' inclination to install PV, limited attention has been given to understanding how the installation and utilization of PV systems influence pro-environmental behaviors. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the potential impact of pro-environmental behavior resulting from household PV installation on users' green purchasing behavior. Based on the "learning by doing" theory, a survey was conducted with 1249 participants, and the generalized structural equation model was employed as our analytical approach. The findings of this research indicate that the adoption and utilization of household photovoltaic (PV) systems have a positive impact on green consumption. The test results demonstrate that the overall effect coefficient is 0.03, indicating that current PV promotion policies have an indirect impact on green consumption. Moreover, economic incentive policies have a more substantial influence than environmental publicity policies, with total indirect effect coefficients of 0.005 and 0.002, respectively. Based on the findings above, the following recommendations are proposed: (1) It is recommended to maintain stable economic incentives to promote the adoption of household PV systems. (2) Emphasizing the dissemination of knowledge and skills for promoting environmental protection should be prioritized. (3) Efforts should be made to align personal interests and societal interests with low-carbon policies.

Abstract
Nickel-rich layered oxides are promising cathodes in commercial materials for lithium-ion batteries. However, the increase of the nickel content leads to the decay of cyclic performance and thermal stability. Herein, in situ surface-fluorinated W-doping LiNi0.90Co0.05Mn0.05O2 cathodes enhance integral lithium-ion migration (transfer in bulk and diffusion in the interface) kinetics by synergistically solving the problems of bulk and interface structural degradation. Owing to the introduction of tungsten, the growth of primary particles is regulated toward the (003) crystal plane and with the acicular structure, which further stabilizes the bulk structure during cycling. Moreover, the LiF coating layer on the cathode/electrolyte interface physically isolates the attack of the electrolyte on the surface cathodes and accelerates the lithium-ion diffusion rate, ultimately ameliorating the interfacial dynamics and structural stability. Dual-modified LiNi0.90Co0.05Mn0.05O2 exhibits superior electrochemical properties, especially more remarkable cyclic retention (88.16% vs 70.44%) after 100 cycles at 1 C and more outstanding high current rate properties (173.31 mAh·g-1 vs 135.97 mAh·g-1) at 5 C than the pristine one. This work emphasizes the probability of an integrated optimization strategy for Ni-rich materials, which provides an innovative idea for ameliorating (bulk and interfacial) structure degradation and promoting the diffusion of lithium ions during cycling.

Abstract
Objective: To understand the incidence of delayed vaccination with the national immunization program vaccines among children aged 0-6 years in Xuhui District, Shanghai, and to evaluate the safety of delayed vaccination. Methods: A stratified random sampling was used to obtain six vaccination clinics in Xuhui District, Shanghai. The vaccination records of children 0-6 years from these six vaccination clinics were collected from the Shanghai Immunization Program Information Management System. Adverse events following immunization (AEFI) data were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the data. Children were divided into the timely vaccination group and delayed vaccination group according whether they were delayed in vaccination (received one month or more after the recommended age among children aged ≤1 year; received three months or more after the recommended age among children aged >1 year). The safety of four vaccination methods-individual vaccination, simultaneous vaccination, routine vaccination and combined vaccination-were further compared. Differences between groups were compared using chi-square test. Results: From 2019 to 2021, six vaccination clinics in Xuhui District administered 124 031 doses of the national immunization program vaccines among children aged 0-6 years, and delayed vaccinations accounted for 25.99% (32 234/124 031) of these doses. In 2020, the delayed vaccination rate during the first-level COVID-19 public health emergency response period in Shanghai was significantly higher than that in the same period in 2019 (34.70% vs. 24.19%, χ2=136.23, P<0.05). The delayed vaccination rate during the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in 2021 was significantly higher than that in the same period in 2019 (25.27% vs. 22.55%, χ2=82.80, P<0.05). From 2019 to 2021, a total of 475 cases of AEFI were reported in six vaccination clinics, with a reported incidence of 382.97 per 100 000 doses, including 421 cases of common adverse reaction (88.63%, 339.43 per 100 000 doses), 51 cases of rare adverse reaction (10.74%, 41.12 per 100 000 doses) and 3 cases of coincidences (0.63%, 2.42 per 100 000 doses). The reported incidence of AEFI among delayed vaccinations was significantly lower than that among timely vaccinations (291.62 per 100 000 doses vs. 415.05 per 100 000 doses). The incidence of AEFI for the four delayed vaccination methods (individual vaccination, simultaneous vaccination, routine vaccination and combined vaccination) was lower than that for timely vaccination. There were significant differences between the groups except for the routine vaccination group (χ2=9.82, P<0.05; χ2=5.46, P<0.05; χ2=2.97, P>0.05; χ2=11.89, P<0.05). Conclusions: In Xuhui District of Shanghai, 25.99% of doses of the national immunization program vaccines administered to children 0-6 years were delayed. Delayed vaccination does not increase the risk of AEFI compared with timely vaccination.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Though immunological abnormalities have been proven involved in the pathogenesis of lymphoma, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. METHODS We investigated 25 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of 21 immune-related genes and explored their roles in lymphoma. The genotyping assay of the selected SNPs was used by the Massarray platform. Logistic regression and Cox proportional hazards models were used to analyze the associations of SNPs and the susceptibility of lymphoma or clinical characteristics of lymphoma patients. In addition, Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator regression was used to further analyze the relationships with the survival of lymphoma patients and candidate SNPs, and the significant difference between genotypes was verified by the expression of RNA. RESULTS By comparing 245 lymphoma patients with 213 healthy controls, we found eight important SNPs related to the susceptibility of lymphoma, which were involved in JAK-STAT, NF-κB and other functional pathways. We further analyzed the relationships between SNPs and clinical characteristics. Our results showed that both IL6R (rs2228145) and STAT5B (rs6503691) significantly contributed to the Ann Arbor stages of lymphoma. And the STAT3 (rs744166), IL2 (rs2069762), IL10 (rs1800871), and PARP1 (rs907187) manifested a significant relationship with the peripheral blood counts in lymphoma patients. More importantly, the IFNG (rs2069718) and IL12A (rs6887695) were associated with the overall survival (OS) of lymphoma patients remarkably, and the adverse effects of GC genotypes could not be offset by Bonferroni correction for multiple comparison in rs6887695 especially. Moreover, we determined that the mRNA expression levels of IFNG and IL12A were significantly decreased in patients with shorter-OS genotypes. CONCLUSIONS We used multiple methods of analysis to predict the correlations between lymphoma susceptibility, clinical characteristics or OS with SNPs. Our findings reveal that immune-related genetic polymorphisms contribute to the prognosis and treatment of lymphoma, which may serve as promising predictive targets.

Abstract
The high spatial and temporal resolution of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer screening in patients who have dense breasts or are at high risk of breast cancer. However, the spatiotemporal resolution of DCE-MRI is limited by technical issues in clinical practice. Our earlier work demonstrated the use of image reconstruction with enhancement-constrained acceleration (ECA) to increase temporal resolution. ECA exploits the correlation in k-space between successive image acquisitions. Because of this correlation, and due to the very sparse enhancement at early times after contrast media injection, we can reconstruct images from highly under-sampled k-space data. Our previous results showed that ECA reconstruction at 0.25 seconds per image (4 Hz) can estimate bolus arrival time (BAT) and initial enhancement slope (iSlope) more accurately than a standard inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) when k-space data is sampled following a Cartesian based sampling trajectory with adequate signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). In this follow-up study, we investigated the effect of different Cartesian based sampling trajectories, SNRs and acceleration rates on the performance of ECA reconstruction in estimating contrast media kinetics in lesions (BAT, iSlope and Ktrans) and in arteries (Peak signal intensity of first pass, time to peak, and BAT). We further validated ECA reconstruction with a flow phantom experiment. Our results show that ECA reconstruction of k-space data acquired with 'Under-sampling with Repeated Advancing Phase' (UnWRAP) trajectories with an acceleration factor of 14, and temporal resolution of 0.5 s/image and high SNR (SNR ≥ 30 dB, noise standard deviation (std) < 3%) ensures minor errors (5% or 1 s error) in lesion kinetics. Medium SNR (SNR ≥ 20 dB, noise std ≤ 10%) was needed to accurately measure arterial enhancement kinetics. Our results also suggest that accelerated temporal resolution with ECA with 0.5 s/image is practical.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the direct economic burden caused by measles cases in Shanghai from 2017 to 2019 and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 161 laboratory-confirmed measles cases reported from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2019, in Shanghai were included in the study through the "Measles Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System" of the "China Disease Surveillance Information Reporting and Management System". Through telephone follow-up and consulting hospital data, the basic information of population, medical treatment situation, medical treatment costs and other information were collected, and the direct economic burden of cases was calculated, including registration fees, examination fees, hospitalization fees, medical fees and other disease treatment expenses, as well as transportation and other expenses of cases. The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the main influencing factors of the direct economic burden. Results: The age of 161 measles cases M (Q1, Q3) was 28.21 (13.33, 37.00) years. Male cases (56.52%) were more than female cases (43.48%). The largest number of cases was≥18 years old (70.81%). The total direct economic burden of 161 measles cases was 540 851.14 yuan, and the per capita direct economic burden was 3 359.32 yuan. The direct economic burden M (Q1, Q3) was 873.00 (245.01, 4 014.79) yuan per person. The results of multiple linear regression model analysis showed that compared with other and unknown occupations, central areas and non-hospitalized cases, the direct economic burden of measles cases was higher in scattered children, childcare children, students, and cadre staff in the occupational distribution, suburban areas and hospitalized, with the coefficient of β (95%CI) values of 0.388 (0.150-0.627), 0.297 (0.025-0.569), 0.327 (0.148-0.506) and 1.031 (0.853-1.209), respectively (all P values<0.05). Conclusion: The direct economic burden of some measles cases in Shanghai is relatively high. Occupation, area of residence and hospitalization are the main factors influencing the direct economic burden of measles cases.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of immediate cytoreductive nephrectomy (CRN) followed by programmed cell death factor-1 (PD-1) inhibitors vs. deferred CRN after the administration of 4 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy using nivolumab preceding the debulking and postoperative chemotherapy in metastatic renal cell carcinoma (mRCC). PATIENTS AND METHODS We recruited 84 patients with primary mRCC admitted to our Oncology Department from 2018 to 2020 and randomized them 1:1 to receive either CRN followed by nivolumab (control group) or 4 cycles of neoadjuvant therapy using nivolumab before CRN and postoperative chemotherapy (study group), with 42 patients in each group. The primary clinical endpoints were the clinical efficacy and safety of the PD-1 antibody. Clinical outcomes were assessed 3 months after treatment. RESULTS Patients were followed-up for 10-52 months, with a median follow-up period of 40.50 months. The control group reported 2 cases of complete remission and 10 cases of partial remission, with an objective response rate (ORR) of 28.57% (12/42). The study group reported 4 cases of complete remission and 14 cases of partial remission with an ORR of 42.86% (18/42). No significant differences in the ORR were identified between the two groups (p > 0.05). Progression-free survival of the patients was significantly extended from 30 months (19-51) to 43 months (38-76) after administrating the PD-1 inhibitors before the debulking (HR = 0.501, 95% CI: 0.266 to 0.942). There were no significant differences in the median survival of patients between the two groups [44 months (38-79) vs. 44 months (32-81)] (HR = 0.814, 95% CI: 0.412 to 1.612). The two protocols had a similar safety profile. CONCLUSIONS Nivolumab administration preceding delayed CRN provides significant progression-free survival benefits for patients with mRCC, but its impact on overall survival requires further investigations.

Abstract
Image denoising is a prerequisite for downstream tasks in many fields. Low-dose and photon-counting computed tomography (CT) denoising can optimize diagnostic performance at minimized radiation dose. Supervised deep denoising methods are popular but require paired clean or noisy samples that are often unavailable in practice. Limited by the independent noise assumption, current self-supervised denoising methods cannot process correlated noises as in CT images. Here we propose the first-of-its-kind similarity-based self-supervised deep denoising approach, referred to as Noise2Sim, that works in a nonlocal and nonlinear fashion to suppress not only independent but also correlated noises. Theoretically, Noise2Sim is asymptotically equivalent to supervised learning methods under mild conditions. Experimentally, Nosie2Sim recovers intrinsic features from noisy low-dose CT and photon-counting CT images as effectively as or even better than supervised learning methods on practical datasets visually, quantitatively and statistically. Noise2Sim is a general self-supervised denoising approach and has great potential in diverse applications.
