Abstract
BACKGROUND Area postrema syndrome (APS) is recognized as a core feature in neuromyelitis optica (NMO) diagnosis. Isolated APS can occur at NMO onset and frequently results in a delay of diagnosis, along with devastating secondary neurologic deficits. To date, few studies have characterized APS-onset neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (APSO-NMOSD). OBJECTIVE We aimed to describe the clinical and radiologic features of patients with APSO-NMOSD who are initially misdiagnosed in a cohort of patients from Zhengzhou, China. MATERIALS AND METHODS We identified 15 patients who presented with APS as an initial manifestation, based on the 2015 international consensus diagnostic criteria for NMOSD, and reviewed their demographic, clinical, laboratory, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data. RESULT Fifteen patients (3 men, 12 women) aged 14-50 years old were included in our study. All patients presented with APS that included intractable nausea, vomiting, or hiccups (INVH) as the initial manifestation; many experienced a delay in diagnosis. Serum AQP4 was positive in eleven patients and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) in one patient. All patients had a linear medullary lesion or a linear medulla-spinal lesion on sagittal MRI. An "inverted V sign" on axial medulla oblongata images, representing a lesion involving the area postrema, was noted in seven patients in this study. CONCLUSIONS APS can occur as a sole and initial manifestation of NMOSD, often leading to misdiagnosis in the early process of disease. Identifying patients with an "inverted V" sign and a linear medullary lesion upon MRI examination can help to quickly identify APS patients and avoid further diagnostic delays.

Abstract
The DNA methylation statuses of the paired box 1 (PAX1) and zinc finger protein 582 (ZNF582) genes have shown promise in the detection of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The aim of this study was to investigate the ability of PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation to distinguish OSCC and the adjacent normal tissue among cancer patients. This study included 67 patients with OSCC. The methylation levels of these two genes were analysed in tissue specimens (lesion site and adjacent normal site) and in oral swabs (lesion site and contralateral normal site). Levels of DNA methylation were higher at lesion sites than at the corresponding normal sites. According to receiver operating characteristics curve analysis, the area under the curve for PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation ranged from 0.73 to 0.82. No significant difference was observed between tissue specimens and oral swabs (PAX1, P= 0.41; ZNF582, P=0.28). For the oral swab, PAX1 methylation was more pronounced in bone invasion (Z=1.988, P= 0.047), and ZNF582 methylation was more pronounced in early-stage (Z=2.354, P= 0.02) and well-differentiated tumours (Z=3.731, P= 0.0002). Hypermethylated PAX1 and ZNF582 are effective biomarkers to distinguish lesion sites and corresponding normal sites in tissue specimens and oral swabs from OSCC patients.

Abstract
Conyzasaponins produced by the traditional Chinese herb Conyza blinii are oleanane-type saponins with a wide range of biological activities. Here, we identified a gene, designated CbCYP716A261, encoding a β-amyrin 28-hydroxylase in conyzasaponins biosynthesis. Ten full putative CYP sequences were isolated from Conyza blinii transcript tags. The CbCYP716A261 gene product was selected as the putative β-amyrin 28-hydroxylase by phylogenetic analysis and transcriptional activity analysis of methyl jasmonate-treated Conyza blinii. To identify the enzymatic activity, we performed enzymatic activity experiments in vitro and in vivo. The HPLC results revealed that CbCYP716A261 catalyzes the hydroxylation of β-amyrin at the C-28 position to yield oleanolic acid. Our findings provide new information about the conyzasaponin biosynthesis pathway and widen the list of isolated β-amyrin 28-hydroxylases.

Abstract
The management of early metastatic prostate cancer is based on systemic treatment by androgen deprivation therapy with or without chemotherapy or next-generation anti-androgen therapies. Local treatment of the prostate was initially used only to alleviate local symptoms. However, local radiotherapy of the prostate has been the subject of retrospective and prospective studies in patients with better prognostic factors, particularly in oligometastatic status. The results of these studies support that prostate radiotherapy can prolong the survival of patients with a low metastatic burden. This article states the biological bases, the main published and future published studies aimed to embed this strategy to optimize therapeutic management.

Abstract
The present study was a review of cases of central cystadenocarcinoma over the past 29 years and provides clinical, radiological, and pathological information about these rare lesions. Six cases of central cystadenocarcinoma treated between 1991 and 2019 at Peking University Hospital of Stomatology in Beijing, China, were retrospectively analysed. A comprehensive review of clinical records was summarised and the histological diagnosis was revised using the 2017 World Health Organization criteria. The mean age of patients with central cystadenocarcinoma was 63 (range 51-75) years, and the male:female ratio 1:1. The clinical signs included localised swelling, pain, lower lip numbness, and trismus. There were more cases in the mandible than in the maxilla. All lesions were unilocular or multilocular in radiolucent regions with or without clear margins. The preferred treatment of central cystadenocarcinoma was surgical excision with wide margins, and no local recurrence was found during follow-up. Central cystadenocarcinoma often occurred in middle-aged or elderly patients. Because cystadenocarcinoma is somewhat rare, metastatic tumours of the jaw should be considered when diagnosing cystadenocarcinoma.

Abstract
Objective: To compare clinical characteristics and prognosis between patients with primary (PTL) and secondary thyroid lymphoma (STL) . Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 46 patients with thyroid lymphoma (PTL 19, STL 27) from January 2002 to October 2018. Results: ①PTL group included 4 males and 15 females, with a median age of 57 years. The STL group included 10 males and 17 females, with a median age of 61 years. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) was the main pathological subtype in both PTL and STL groups, with 14 cases (73.7%) and 20 cases (74.1%) respectively. In terms of clinical manifestations, goiter was the most common symptom in PTL patients 100.0% (19/19) , while 29.6% (8/27) STL had goiter (P<0.001) . The incidences of increased thyroglobulin antibody (TRAb) /thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPO) were 81.3% (13/16) in PTL group and 43.8% (7/16) in STL group (P=0.028) respectively. Concerning the clinical features of patients, only two PTL patients (10.5%) with advanced Ann Arbor stage (Ⅲ/Ⅳ) , while 21 (77.8%) STL experienced advanced Ann Arbor stage (P<0.001) . Elevated serum β(2)-MG were appeared in 1 (7.1%) PTL and 9 (47.4%) STL patients (P=0.013) , and advanced IPI score (3-5) was more common in STL than PTL (59.3% vs 5.3%, P<0.001) . ②Among the 17 PTL patients who received treatments, 15 (88.2%) achieved remission; as for STL patients received treatments, 23/25 (92.0%) were in remission. The 5-year overall survival (OS) rates of PTL (n=17) and STL groups (n=25) were (87.4±8.4) % and (70.0±13.1) % (P=0.433) respectively. ③The 5-year OS rate in 41 patients with B-cell thyroid lymphoma was (81.1±7.5) %. Univariate analysis showed that IPI score of 3-5 (P=0.040) and high level of serum IL-8 (P=0.022) were significantly associated with poor outcome. Conclusion: DLBCL was the most common subtype in both PTL and STL, and goiter was the major symptom in PTL. IPI score of 3-5 and high level of serum IL-8 were unfavorable prognostic factors for patients with B-cell thyroid lymphoma.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the factors influencing the efficacy of CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells in the treatment of patients with relapsed refractory B cell lymphoma and to provide evidence for further improvement of CAR-T efficacy. Methods: A total of 34 patients with relapsed and refractory B-cell lymphoma were recruited from the Department of Hematology of Tianjin First Central Hospital from February 2017 to January 2019. All patients received CD19 CAR-T cell therapy. These patients were evaluated for efficacy, factors with poor efficacyand adverse effects. Results: The overall response rate was 58.8% (20/34) and the complete remission rate was 41.2% (14/34) after infusion of CD19 CAR-T cells in 34 patients with relapsed refractory B cell lymphoma. According to the efficacy of CAR-T cells, patients were divided into two groups, 20 in the effective group and 14 in the poorly effective group. The median am ount of CD19 CAR-T cell infusions in these two groups were 8.6 (5.0-12.7)×10(6)/kg and 9.7 (5.8-15.0) × 10(6)/kg, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.654). The percentage of CD19 CAR-T cells in the effective group and the poorly treated group was 10.28% (3.92%-44.16%) and 4.05% (0.92%-28.63%), respectively.The effective group had a higher proportion of CAR-T cells than the poorly treated group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.371).The presence of massive mass was an unfavorable factor affecting the efficacy of CD19 CAR-T cells and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.001). Logistic regression multivariate analysis showed that the characteristics of massive tumors were still independent prognostic factors for poor efficacy of CD19 CAR-T cells (P=0.005, OR=0.039). Of all 34 patients, there were 70.6% (24/34) who showed varying degrees of adverse reactions after the infusion of CD19 CAR-T cells, mainly cytokines release syndrome (CRS). The median time of occurrence of fever was on the third day after infusion (0-11th) day. 16 patients were with grade 1 CRS, 7 with grade 2, and 1 with grade 3. After glucocorticoids and support treatment, they all showed improvements. Conclusions: CD19 CAR-T cell therapy has achieved a certain effect in CD19(+)B cell lymphoma, but has poor efficacy on some patients. Large mass tumors may be an adverse factors to CAR-T cell treatment.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the value of rapid on-site evaluation (ROSE) of bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of pulmonary complications after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the diagnosis and treatment process before and after ROSE examination of 12 patients with pulmonary complications after allo-HSCT who were admitted to the Department of hematology, Tianjin First Central Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019. The diagnostic accuracy of the ROSE was evaluated by comparing the initial diagnosis of ROSE with the final clinical diagnosis. At the same time, the safety of ROSE examination was evaluated and two typical cases were shared. Results: In the 12 transbronchial lung biopsies, there were 5 cases of organizing pneumonia, 3 cases of bronchiolitis obliterans with organizing pneumonia, 1 case of pulmonary fibrosis, 1 case of acute fibrinous and organizing pneumonia, 1 case of pseudomembranous tracheobronchial aspergillosis and 1 case of uncertain diagnosis evaluated by ROSE. Compared with the final clinical diagnosis, there were 10 cases of accurate diagnosis made by ROSE (10/12). All patients were well tolerant to the operation of bronchoscopy. There was only a small amount of bleeding observed during the operation, without pneumothorax and hemoptysis. And no complications related to ROSE occurred. According to the initial diagnosis of ROSE, 10 cases of non-infectious pulmonary complications were treated with methylprednisolone or other immunosuppressive agents and 1 case of Aspergillus infection was given antifungal therapy. Seven patients with non-infectious pulmonary complications improved after treatment. One patient obtained uncertain diagnosis by ROSE was later diagnosed with virus infection by next generation sequencing technology and improved after treatment with foscarnet sodium and immunoglobulin. As of June 30, 2019, 7 patients improved and 5 died. Conclusion: ROSE has the advantages of diagnostic accuracy and rapidity, and is very suitable for patients with critical illness after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, who are in urgent need of definite diagnosis and prompt treatment, which is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.

Abstract
Objective: To construct and identify a mouse model with conditional knockout (cKO) of p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR-cKO) gene in epidermis cells by Cre-loxP system. Methods: Five p75NTR(flox/flox) transgenic C57BL/6J mice (aged 6-8 weeks, male and female unlimited, the age and sex of mice used for reproduction were the same below) and five keratin 14 promotor-driven (KRT14-) Cre(+ /-) transgenic C57BL/6J mice were bred and hybridized via Cre-loxP system. Five p75NTR(flox/+) ·KRT14-Cre(+ /-) mice selected from the first generation of mice were mated with five p75NTR(flox/flox) mice to obtain the second generation hybrids. After the second generation mice were born 20-25 days, the parts of the mice tail were cut off to identify the genotype by polymerase chain reaction method. Four p75NTR gene complete cKO mice (6 weeks old) and 4 wild-type mice (6 weeks old) were selected and sacrificed respectively. The abdominal skin tissue and brain tissue were excised to observe the expression of p75NTR in the two tissue of two types of mice by immunohistochemical staining. The abdominal skin tissue of two types of mice was obtained to observe the histomorphological changes by hematoxylin and eosin staining. Results: (1) Twenty second generation mice were bred. The genotype of 4 mice was p75NTR(flox/flox)·KRT14-Cre(+ /-)(p75NTR(-/-)), i. e. p75NTR gene complete cKO mice; the genotype of 5 mice was p75NTR(flox/+) ·KRT14-Cre(+ /-), i. e. p75NTR gene partial cKO mice; the genotype of 5 mice was p75NTR(flox/flox)·KRT14-Cre(-/-), and that of 6 mice was p75NTR(flox/+) ·KRT14-Cre(-/-), all of which were wild-type mice. (2) The expression of p75NTR was negative in skin epidermis tissue of p75NTR gene complete cKO mice, while numerous p75NTR positive expression was observed in skin epidermis tissue of wild-type mice. Abundant p75NTR positive expression was observed in brain tissue of both wild-type mice and p75NTR gene complete cKO mice. (3) There was no abnormal growth of skin epidermis tissue in both wild-type mice and p75NTR gene complete cKO mice, with intact hair follicle structure. Conclusions: Applying Cre-loxP system can successfully construct a p75NTR-cKO mice model in epidermis cells without obvious changes in skin histomorphology.

Abstract
We present a detailed study of the photoinduced magnetization precession and magnetic relaxation in epitaxial Pd/Fe films on MgO(0 0 1) substrates via all-optical pump-probe techniques. We explicitly formulate the correlation between the Gilbert damping and the effective damping in the optical approach. Furthermore, a non-local Gilbert damping induced by spin pumping is demonstrated self-consistently by the Gilbert damping dependence on Pd thickness and the [Formula: see text] relationship of damping with Fe thickness [Formula: see text]. The non-local Gilbert damping enables the determination of spin diffusion length [Formula: see text] in Pd and interfacial spin mixing conductance [Formula: see text]. Our work paves the way toward the optical determination of spin transport parameters.

Abstract
Objectives The primary objective was to evaluate whether a molecular point-of-care test (POCT) for viral and atypical pathogens added to routine real-time PCR could reduce duration of intravenous antibiotics in hospitalized patients with lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) compared with routine real-time PCR. Methods In this single-centre, open-label, randomized controlled study, we enrolled hospitalized adults diagnosed with LRTI. Patients were randomized to an intervention group (POCT FilmArray Panel for 20 viruses, atypical pathogens and bacteria plus routine real-time PCR) or a control group (routine real-time PCR for ten pathogens). The primary outcome was duration of intravenous antibiotics during hospitalization. The secondary outcomes included length of stay, cost of hospitalization and de-escalation within 72 hours and between 72 hours and 7 days. Intention-to-treat analysis was used. Results Between October 2017 and July 2018, we enrolled 800 eligible patients (398 in the intervention group and 402 in the control group). Duration of intravenous antibiotics in the intervention group was shorter than in the control (7.0 days (interquartile range (IQR) 5.0–9.0) versus 8.0 days (IQR 6.0–11.0); p <0.001). Length of hospital stay in the intervention group was significantly shorter (8.0 days (IQR 7.0–11.0) versus 9.0 days (IQR 7.0–12.0; p <0.001) and the cost of hospitalization in the intervention group was significantly lower ($1804.7 (IQR 1298.4–2633.8) versus $2042.5 (IQR 1427.4–2926.2); p 0.002) than control group. More patients in the intervention group achieved de-escalation within 72 hours (7.9%, 29/367 versus 3.2%, 12/377; p 0.005) and between 72 hours and 7 days (29.7%, 109/367 versus 22.0%, 83/377; p 0.024). Conclusions Use of molecular POCT testing for respiratory viruses and atypical pathogens might help to reduce intravenous antibiotic use in hospitalized LRTI patients. Abstract
This study aimed to unravel the molecular mechanism of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). With microarray dataset GSE30784, differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified between OSCC and control samples. The DEGs overlapped with genes obtained from online database MalaCards were determined as OSCCDEG, followed by Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis. A total of 5177 up-regulated and 6081 down-regulated DEGs were identified between OSCC and control. Out of the DEGs, 451 genes were overlapped with the 704 genes gained from MalaCards and regarded as "OSCCDEG". Up-regulated OSCCDEG were associated with cell cycle pathway, while down-regulated OSCCDEG were linked to ErbB pathway. ANGPT1, ANGPT2 and 3 hub proteins (EGFR, HSP90AA1, RB1) in the PPI network were associated with the survival rates of several tumors. The largest network module with the hub protein EGFR was associated with positive regulation of cell communication. The second largest module with the hub node FN1 was related to angiogenesis. For the third network module in connection with DNA metabolism, the hub protein was PCNA. ErbB and cell cycle pathways were crucial for OSCC. EGFR, FN1, PCNA, ANGPT1 and ANGPT2 might be potential biomarkers for OSCC. These findings help provide guidelines for treating OSCC.

Background: Understanding to what extent a breast tumor's genetic composition may change over the course of a few months of neoadjuvant therapy has implications for optimal therapeutic approach. However, genomic changes observed across treatment may result from either treatment-induced clonal evolution or geographically disparate sampling of a heterogeneous tumor. We sought to characterize the geographic heterogeneity in primary breast tumors, and to incorporate this information into analysis of clonal evolution with neoadjuvant therapy.
Methods: We assembled the largest cohort to date of multi-region (n=2-3) whole-exome sequenced (WES) or whole-genome sequenced untreated primary breast tumors with matched normal and adequate tumor purity for analysis: four tumors with data generated for this study and five tumors compiled from three previous studies. We also generated the first cohort of multi-region (n=2-6) WES breast tumors post-neoadjuvant HER2-targeted therapy and chemotherapy, sequencing one region from a pre-treatment diagnostic specimen, multiple regions from the post-treatment surgical specimen, and matched normal for five HER2+ breast tumors that did not achieve a pathologic complete response. We used an agent-based model of spatial tumor growth to investigate whether the mutational patterns we observed with treatment were consistent with pre-existing heterogeneity or treatment-induced selection.
Results: In untreated primary breast tumors, on average 30% (range 1-70%) of apparently clonal mutations from a single region were absent or rare in a second, spatially disparate region (high-frequency regional, or HFR). Intra-tumor heterogeneity was similar post-treatment (HFR 28%, range 10-54%), and was higher in breast tumors than in previously analyzed colon, brain, lung, and esophageal tumors. Simulation studies confirmed that with high heterogeneity as observed in breast tumors, analysis of one pre-treatment and one post-treatment region could not distinguish treatment-induced clonal evolution from pre-existing heterogeneity; however, obtaining at least two post-treatment regions allowed for detection of clonal shifts with treatment. Analysis of multi-region data revealed that clonal replacement occurred with neoadjuvant therapy in two of the five tumors. Candidate causes of therapeutic resistance included amplifications in CCND1, ERBB4, and MYC in one subclone, and functional protein-altering mutations in ERCC2, SMO, and WT1 in another. Mathematical modeling suggested that these putative resistant subclones comprised 0.02-12.5% of the overall pre-treatment cell population, substantially larger than previous estimates of resistant tumor clone size.
Conclusions: WES data from multiple regions of untreated and treated primary breast tumors revealed considerable heterogeneity that remained present throughout treatment with chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy, even while major clonal sweeps took place in a minority of tumors. Obtaining at least two samples for analysis from breast tumors post-neoadjuvant therapy may reveal the tumor's evolutionary path and, especially as increasing numbers of molecular and immune therapeutic targets are identified, inform new clinical strategies.

Abstract
Mandibular prognathism (MP) is regarded as a craniofacial deformity resulting from the combined effects of environmental and genetic factors, while the genetically predetermined component is considered to play an important role to develop MP. Although linkage and association studies for MP have identified multiple strongly associated regions and genes, the causal genes and variants responsible for the deformity remain largely undetermined. To address this, we performed targeted sequencing of 396 genes selected from previous studies as well as genes and pathways related with craniofacial development as primary candidates in 199 MP cases and 197 controls and carried out a series of statistical and functional analyses. A nonsynonymous common variant of MYO1H rs3825393, C>T, p.Pro1001Leu, was identified to be significantly associated with MP. During zebrafish embryologic development, expression of MYO1H orthologous genes were detected at mandibular jaw. Furthermore, jaw cartilage defects were observed in zebrafish knockdown models. Collectively, these data demonstrate that MYO1H is required for proper jaw growth and contributes to MP pathogenesis, expanding our knowledge of the genetic basis of MP.

Abstract
Complex tissue-specific and cell-specific signaling by the estrogen receptor (ER) frequently leads to the development of resistance to endocrine therapy for breast cancer. Pure ER antagonists, which completely lack tissue-specific agonist activity, hold promise for preventing and treating endocrine resistance, however an absence of structural information hinders the development of novel candidates. Here we synthesize a small panel of benzopyrans with variable side chains to identify pure antiestrogens in a uterotrophic assay. We identify OP-1074 as a pure antiestrogen and a selective ER degrader (PA-SERD) that is efficacious in shrinking tumors in a tamoxifen-resistant xenograft model. Biochemical and crystal structure analyses reveal a structure activity relationship implicating the importance of a stereospecific methyl on the pyrrolidine side chain of OP-1074, particularly on helix 12. Estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) plays critical roles in the etiology and treatment of breast cancer. Here the authors synthesize benzopyrans with variable side chains to identify antiestrogenic compounds and characterize OP-1074, a compound that exhibits pure antiestrogenic activity by inducing the degradation of ERα and possesses greater potency than tamoxifen or fulvestrant in a xenograft model.

However, the association between CNVs and the development and prognosis of fetal isolated mild ventriculomegaly (IMV) is unclear. OBJECTIVES To investigate possible associations between CNVs and the development of fetal IMV. METHODS This retrospective study recruited 154 subjects with ultrasound-confirmed fetal IMV and 190 subjects in a control cohort who underwent a high-risk prenatal serum screening program. The exclusion criteria included fetus G-banding chromosomal abnormality or positive fetus TORCH infection. DNA samples from all 344 fetuses were examined by an SNP-array. Developmental outcomes were assessed during postnatal follow-up. RESULTS Fourteen pathogenic CNVs (pCNVs) were identified in 13 out of 154 IMV fetuses. Three pCNVs were found in 3 out of 190 subjects in the prenatal screening high-risk cohort, with a significant difference (P value=0.016, X2 test). Notably, the 14 pCNVs detected in the IMV cohort were all associated with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDs), including autism, intellectual disability. Among the 13 IMV fetuses carrying pCNVs, five subjects were found in the postnatal follow-up to manifest NDs, including two with autism and three with mild neurodevelopmental delay. The other 8 subjects consisted of three normal infants younger than 12-months old, two lost in the follow-up, and three with the termination of pregnancy. Out of 141 IMV subjects without detectable pCNVs, 123 subjects showed normal development, 16 were lost in the follow-up, 2 subjects terminated the pregnancy due to fetal hydrocephalus or congenital heart disease in the late fetus development. CONCLUSIONS This study suggests an association between pCNVs and fetal IMV. pCNVs may be involved in the pathological process of fetal IMV and postnatal NDs. Identifying specific genomic alterations may provide an insight into pathogenetic mechanism and aid better diagnosis and prognosis of neurodevelopmental outcomes in fetal IMV.

Abstract
AIM To determine the clinical non-inferiority of recombinant glargine-Basalin vs glargine-Lantus, in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) using continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS). METHODS One hundred patients with T2DM were recruited. They were either regularly taking Basalin (Basalin group) or Lantus (Lantus group) (n = 50 each). CGMS was employed to real-time monitor blood glucose profile for 4 days (from day 1 to day 5). To exclude the effect of patient background, the study design was to have a blinded crossover from glargine-Basalin to glargine-Lantus on day 3, and vice versa. 24-hour mean blood glucose (24hMBG), 24-hour standard deviation of blood glucose (24hSDBG), 24-hour mean amplitude of glycemic excursion (24hMAGE), and number of glycemic excursion (NGE) every 24 h (24hNGE) were calculated for each glargine from 100 patients. RESULTS No significant difference of 24hMBG, 24hSDBG, 24hMAGE, and 24hNGE (p > 0.05 for all) was found between Basalin and Lantus treatments. The glucose area under the curve and time when blood glucose was below 3.9 mmol/L, between 3.9 and 10.0 mmol/L, or above 10.0 mmol/L were similar between Basalin and Lantus treatment. The frequency of hypoglycemic episodes was also similar. However, the mean cost of Basalin was only 72% of Lantus's in one treatment course. CONCLUSION Glargine-Basalin is non-inferior in clinical efficacy compared to glargine-Lantus. In view of the large difference in the cost of glargine-Basalin, it would be much more cost-effective for our patients.

Abstract
Medical image processing and analysis (also known as Radiomics) is a rapidly growing discipline that maps digital medical images into quantitative data, with the end goal of generating imaging biomarkers as decision support tools for clinical practice. The use of imaging data from routine clinical work-up has tremendous potential in improving cancer care by heightening understanding of tumor biology and aiding in the implementation of precision medicine. As a noninvasive method of assessing the tumor and its microenvironment in their entirety, radiomics allows the evaluation and monitoring of tumor characteristics such as temporal and spatial heterogeneity. One can observe a rapid increase in the number of computational medical imaging publications-milestones that have highlighted the utility of imaging biomarkers in oncology. Nevertheless, the use of radiomics as clinical biomarkers still necessitates amelioration and standardization in order to achieve routine clinical adoption. This Review addresses the critical issues to ensure the proper development of radiomics as a biomarker and facilitate its implementation in clinical practice.

Abstract
Removable complete denture are still the primary prosthetic solution for edentulous patients. Functional pressure impression obtaining, jaw relation recording, personalized balance occlusion and highly precise fabrication of denture are difficult. The digital restoration technique represented by intraoral three-dimensional scanning and three-dimensional (3D) printing compensates for the shortages of the manual techniques, but there are still many limitations in the application of complete dentures. At present, a few computer aided design and computer aided manufacture (CAD/CAM) complete denture systems have been developed both domestically and abroad, and these system are mainly focused on the digital design and manufacture of denture, and are seldom used for the recording of impression and jaw relation. This review is based on the main clinical procedures of the traditional complete denture restoration, elaborating the research and application status of digital technique in each steps, in order to provide reference for clinical application.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To compare the differences of anatomical and histological characteristics of lymph nodes between BALB/c nude mice and BALB/c mice. METHODS Firstly, twenty BALB/c nude mice and twenty BALB/c mice were dissected by using a surgical microscope. Secondly, the differences of T cells and B cells at the lymph node were compared by the expressions of CD3 and CD20 immunohistochemistry dyes. RESULTS There were, on average, 23 nodes per mouse contained within the large lymph node assembly in the BALB/c nude mouse. The anatomical features of the lymph node distribution in the nude mice were mainly found in the neck with relatively higher density. There were two lymph nodes both in the submandible lymph nodes group and in the superficial cervical lymph nodes group (the constituent ratios were 95% and 90%, respectively) in the BALB/c nude mice, but there were four lymph nodes (the constituent ratios were 95% and 90%, respectively) in the BALB/c mice. There were significant difference between the BALB/c nude mice and the BALB/c mice. Mostly there were two lymph nodes of deep cervical lymph nodes both in the BALB/c nude mice and the BALB/c mice (the constituent ratios were 95% and 100%, respectively). There were no significant difference between the BALB/c nude mice and the BALB/c mice. We confirmed that the number of CD3-positive T lymphocytes in lymph nodes of the nude mice decreased greatly as compared with the BALB/c mice. Expressions of CD3 in T cells were 95% and 100% in the BALB/c nude mice and in the BALB/c mice, respectively. There were significant differences between the BALB/c nude mice and the BALB/c mice. Expressions of CD20 in B cells were 95% and 100% in the BALB/c nude mice and in the BALB/c mice, respectively. There was no significant difference between the BALB/c nude mice and BALB/c mice. CONCLUSION The anatomical pictures of lymph node distribution in the nude mouse will be benefit to those who are interested. The anatomical features of the lymph node local higher density in neck of the nude mouse and lack of CD3-positive T lymphocytes would be useful for obtaining a better understanding of localized lymph node metastasis of oral transplant tumors.

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the impact of thyroid hormone replacement in patients with OSAHS and hypothyroidism.Method:The related case-control study of thyroid hormone replacement in patients with OSAHS and hypothyroidism had been searched from Cochrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Resource Database.The case-control study which were in line with the condition need to be evaluated the quality and to be extracted in literature. The RevMan 5.3 and STATA softwares were applied to carry out the Meta analysis.Result:Seven literatures of case-control study were included. The Meta analysis showed that: After the thyroid hormone replacement, the patient's AHI index, TSH index, LSaO₂ index were significantly improved (P< 0.05). The AHI index statistical results of the patients were [SMD= 3.15, 95%CI: (4.36-1.94), P< 0.000 01; I²= 96%], TSH index were [SMD= 4.15,95%CI: (1.15-7.15), P= 0.007; I²= 99%], LSaO₂ index were [SMD=-1.08, 95%CI: (-1.46--0.70), P< 0.000 01, I²= 68%].Conclusion:The use of thyroid hormone replacement can effectively reduce the patient's hypothyroidism symptoms and AHI symptoms.

Abstract
Background The odontogenic cystic lesions happened in the angle and ramus region are frequently associated with impacted mandibular third molars. The treatment plan was difficult to work out for the huge cystic lesions with deeply impacted third molars, since the enucleation with simultaneously removing the deeply impacted teeth may cause serious complications. Therefore, the marsupialization of the cystic lesions followed by enucleation with tooth removal has also been advocated. The aim of this study was to explore the movement of cystic lesion-associated deeply impacted mandibular third molars (IMTM) after marsupialization. Material and Methods Between July 2009 and December 2015, patients who had mandibular cystic lesion associated with IMTM and underwent marsupialization followed by enucleation with tooth extraction were included in our retrospective study. The clinical and pathological data was collected. The distance and direction of movement of the IMTM after marsupialization was measured on panoramic radiograph and computed tomography. Results Four male and six female patients whose ages ranged from 14 years to 67 years were enrolled in this study. Among the all impacted molars, there were 3 cases with mature roots. After marsupialization, all the cystic lesions shrunk and all impacted teeth moved toward the bony windows, and the distance of tooth movement were from 8.3mm to 12.1mm. The complications included swelling and pain, while no numbness of the ipsilateral lower lip was happened. Conclusions Marsupialization can promote the movement of impacted teeth with or without mature roots, and may be an optimal treatment approach for the huge posterior mandibular cystic lesions with deeply impacted third molar.
