Abstract
Objective: To explore the association between maternal bisphenol A (BPA) exposure during pregnancy and neurobehavioral development in infant. Methods: Participants were from the Ma'anshan Birth Cohort, which was established from October 2008 to October 2010 based on four municipal medical and health institutions in Ma'anshan. High-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was applied for the determination of serum BPA concentration in 1 783 pregnant women sampled at their first filing, and during 2.97 to 28.1 months age of the infants. Neurobehavioral development were assessed by 0-6-year-old pediatric examination table of neuropsychological development. Generalized linear model was used to analyze the association between serum BPA levels during pregnancy and infants' neurobehavioral development. Results: A total of 931 mother-child pairs had complete data on serum BPA detection during pregnancy and assessment of infants' neurobehavioral development status. The age of pregnant women at their first filing was (26.67±3.45) years old, and the M (P25,P75) of serum BPA concentration (ng/ml) was 0.23 (0.11, 0.52), with a detection rate of 84.1% (783/931). The age of infants was (13.18±5.46) months, and 53.5% (498) were boys. The developmental quotient scores of large motor, fine motor, adaptive ability, language ability and social behaviors of infants were (97.88±16.32), (97.16±15.35), (99.64±15.47), (95.3±16.04) and (98.95±14.76) points, respectively. Generalized linear model showed that after adjusting for factors such as delivery mode, feeding mode, family per capita monthly income, preterm delivery, gender, maternal age, residence, pre-pregnancy body mass index and residence time, serum BPA level in pregnancy was negatively associated with infant's development of social behavior [β (95%CI):-2.42 (-4.71, -0.12)]. The post-stratification analysis by infant age revealed that the serum BPA level in pregnancy was only negatively associated with the development of language and social behavior developmental quotient scores in infants between the ages of 12 and 18 months, with β (95%CI) about -6.66 (-13.06, -0.25) and -7.401 (-12.97, -1.83), respectively. Conclusion: BPA exposure during pregnancy affects language and social behavior development in infants, and the detection window is between 12 and 18 months old of the infant.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the impacts of antenatal anxiety on preterm birth and low birth weight. Methods: Women in early pregnancy were recruited for follow-up, antenatal anxiety in three trimesters was screened using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the score ≥50 was regarded as anxiety. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the associations of the anxiety in three trimesters, new onset anxiety in the second and third trimesters with infant birth outcomes, such as preterm birth and low birth weight. Results: The rates of anxiety in the first, second and third trimesters of pregnancy were 12.5%, 3.7%, and 7.4% respectively. We found that there was no statistical association between anxiety in the first and second trimester and preterm birth. The anxiety in the third trimester was associated with increased odds for preterm birth (OR=3.55, 95%CI: 1.62-7.82). Associations between anxiety in all three trimesters and low birth weight were not significant. New onset anxiety in the third trimester was associated with significant increased risk of premature delivery (OR=5.20, 95%CI: 1.84-14.70) and low birth weight (OR=6.93, 95%CI: 2.42-19.88). Conclusions: Our study showed that anxiety in the third trimester is an important risk factor for premature delivery, new onset anxiety symptoms in the third trimester can significantly increase the incidence of premature birth and low birth weight of infant.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between pregnancy-related anxiety and executive function in preschool children. Methods: From October 2008 to October 2010, pregnant women and live births were enrolled in the study. The expectant pregnant women and their live singleton fetuses were recruited from the antenatal care clinic of Ma'anshan maternal and Child Health Care Hospital. The cohort was followed up from April 2014 to June 2015. A total of 3 556 pairs of maternal and child were included in the final analysis. The questionnaire was used to collect the relevant information of pregnant women and the follow-up data of children. Pregnancy-related anxiety was assessed by using the Pregnancy-Related Anxiety Questionnaire, and the executive function of preschool children was assessed by using the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Preschool (BRIEF) (Parent Version). Bi-nominal logistic regression was used to analyze the effect of pregnancy-related anxiety on executive function in preschool children. Results: The average age of 3 556 pregnant women was (26.78±3.42) years old, and the average age of preschool children was (4.32±0.46) years old. The proportion of primipara, only child and urban children was 94.96% (3 375/3 556), 91.37% (3 249/3 556) and 88.98% (3 164/3 556), respectively. The prevalence of pregnancy-related anxiety in the 1(st) and 3(rd) trimester was 17.60% (626/3 556) and 6.30% (224/3 556) respectively. The prevalence of abnormal global executive composite was 8.54% (304/3 556). The prevalence of anxiety in both trimesters was 7.68% (273/3 556). After controlling for confounding factors such as monthly family income, education years of parents, maternal age, pre-pregnancy weight, previous adverse pregnant outcomes, number of pregnancy, pregnant complications, the main residence of the children in the past six months, and Z score of birth weight, compared with the group without pregnancy-related anxiety in either 1(st) or 3(rd) trimester, pregnancy-related anxiety in the 1(st) trimester increased the risk of preschool children's abnormality in inhibition, working memory, planning/organization and global executive composite, and the OR (95%CI) value was 1.52 (1.08-2.13), 1.41 (1.14-1.74), 1.62 (1.13-2.33), and 1.60 (1.18- 2.17), respectively. Anxiety in the 3(rd) trimester increased the risk of children's abnormality in inhibition and global executive composite, and the OR (95%CI) value was 1.90 (1.15-3.12) and 1.69(1.05-2.71). Pregnancy-related anxiety in both trimesters increased the risk of abnormality in inhibition, working memory, planning/organization, and global executive composite in preschool children, and the OR (95% CI) value was 2.41 (1.61-3.62), 2.19 (1.66-2.88), 1.80 (1.11-2.92), and 2.41 (1.65-3.52), respectively. Conclusion: The exposure to pregnancy-related anxiety during pregnancy increases the risk of executive dysfunction in preschool children.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Ovarian cancer is one of the most ordinary malignant tumors. Recently, the role of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in tumor progression has caught attention of numerous researchers. In this research, lncRNA DARS-AS1 was studied to identify how it functions in the development of ovarian cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS DARS-AS1 expression was detected by Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) in ovarian cancer tissue samples. Moreover, functional experiments were conducted to detect the effect of DARS-AS1 on the proliferation and metastasis of ovarian cancer. In addition, the underlying mechanism was explored through luciferase assay and RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay. RESULTS In this study, DARS-AS1 expression was remarkably higher in ovarian cancer tissues compared with that in adjacent ones. Cell proliferation was inhibited after DARS-AS1 silenced in ovarian cancer cells. Moreover, cell migration and invasion were also inhibited after DARS-AS1 silenced in ovarian cancer cells. Furthermore, results of luciferase assays and RIP assay showed that microRNA-532-3p (miR-532-3p) was a direct target of DARS-AS1 in ovarian cancer. The expression of miR-532-3p was upregulated after DARS-AS1 was knocked down. CONCLUSIONS Our study suggests that DARS-AS1 enhances cell proliferation and metastasis via sponging miR-532-3p in ovarian cancer.

Abstract
It is well-known that it is crucial to insert either a single InGaN underlayer or an InGaN superlattice (SLS) structure (both with low InN content) as a pre-layer prior to the growth of InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells (MQWs) served as an active region for a light-emitting diode (LED). So far, this growth scheme has achieved a great success in the growth of III-nitride LEDs on c-plane substrates, but has not yet been applied in the growth of any other orientated III-nitride LEDs. In this paper, we have applied this growth scheme in the growth of semi-polar (11–22) green LEDs, and have investigated the impact of the SLS pre-layer on the optical performance of semi-polar (11–22) green LEDs grown on patterned (113) silicon substrates. Our results demonstrate that the semi-polar LEDs with the SLS pre-layer exhibit an improvement in both internal quantum efficiency and light output, which is similar to their c-plane counterparts. However, the performance improvement is not so significant as in the c-plane case. This is because the SLS pre-layer also introduces extra misfit dislocations for the semi-polar, but not the c-plane case, which act as non-radiative recombination centres.

Abstract
It is well-known that strength and stiffness are commonly inversely related with toughness and ductility for organic filler filled elastomer nanocomposites. These performances are governed by the dispersion of organic fillers and interface of elastomer nanocomposites. Herein, the designed physical and chemical hybrid-network based on tannic acid (TA) as interface regulator and cross-link agent can endow graphene/elastomer nanocomposites with reinforcement as well as toughness simultaneously. The results indicate the formation of a strong and stable network structure composed of elastomer chains and graphene, contrary to traditional graphene/elastomer nanocomposites. The present composites with a physical and chemical hybrid-network effectively improve the load transfer and show excellent mechanical properties.

Abstract
In this study, a factorial Bayesian copula (FBC) method is proposed to quantify parameter uncertainties in copula-based models and then reveal their impacts on hydrologic risk inferences within a multivariate context. In detail, Bayesian inference and factorial analysis are integrated into copula-based multivariate risk models to (1) quantify parameter uncertainties, (ii) reveal their individual and interactive effects, and (iii) identify their detailed contributions to uncertain risk inferences. Streamflow observations at Xiangxi and Wei River basins is China are used to illustrate the applicability of FBC. The results indicate that imprecise parameters in marginal distributions and the dependence structure would lead to extensive uncertainties in predictive joint return periods and failure probabilities. Also, individual and interactive effects of parameters are well revealed through multilevel factorial analysis, and the detailed contributions of one parameter to different failure probabilities under different service time scenarios are identified.

Abstract
The past years have witnessed promising clinical feedback for anti-cancer immunotherapies, which have become one of the hot research topics; however, they are limited by poor delivery kinetics, narrow patient response profiles, and systemic side effects. To the best of our knowledge, the development of cancer is highly associated with the immune system, especially the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). Based on the comprehensive understanding of the complexity and diversity of TIME, drug delivery strategies focused on the modulation of TIME can be of great significance for directing and improving cancer immunotherapy. This review highlights the TIME modulation in cancer immunotherapy and summarizes the versatile TIME modulation-based cancer immunotherapeutic strategies, medicative principles and accessory biotechniques for further clinical transformation. Remarkably, the recent advances of cancer immunotherapeutic drug delivery systems and future prospects of TIME modulation-based drug delivery systems for much more controlled and precise cancer immunotherapy will be emphatically discussed.

Abstract
Objective: To determine independent factors of pregnancy in the recipient after frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FTET). Methods: We performed a retrospective study of 431 patients who had undergone embryo transfer after oocyte donation (OD), in vitro fertilization and embryo cryopreservation between April 2009 and December 2018 at our Reproductive Center. Comparison of general data between clinical pregnant group and non-pregnant group; Logistic regression were used to identify independent factors of pregnancy. The ability of independent factors of pregnancy was assessed by receiver operating characteristics (ROC). Results: ①Pregnancy rates were significantly higher in women with more embryos, more high-quality embryos, more transferred embryos and higher basalfollicular stimulation hormone(FSH) (P<0.05). Pregnancy rate of premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) (75.00%) was higher than advanced age (55.83%,P=0.005) and chromosome abnormality (56.86%,P=0.021). ②Using logistic regression analysis, the POI (OR=2.065, 95%CI=1.026-4.156), basal FSH(OR=1.499, 95%CI=1.072-1.959), high-quality embryos (OR=1.449, 95%CI=1.072-1.959) and transferred embryos (OR=2.583, 95%CI=1.519-4.391)were independent predictors of pregnancy (P<0.05). ③The ROC curves revealed the cut-off points of basal FSH was 19.28U/L for pregnancy, the areas under the curve of basal FSH was 0.627, 95%CI=0.572-0.680. According basal FSH and age, all patients were further divided into four groups, pregnancy rates were significantly higher in ≤40 years and FSH>19U/L group (P<0.05). We contain pregnancy rates and multiple pregnancy rates of two transferred embryos were higher than one (P<0.01). Conclusions: This study supports that pregnancy rates of POI was higher than other infertility diagnosis needed OD. Pregnancy rates of two transferred embryos were higher than one, but multiple pregnancy rates was also higher than one.

Abstract
Bone transplantations are still facing many serious challenges, hydrogel as a new kind of artificial bone substitutes has developed into a promising bone scaffold material. However, it is still a challenge to combine bioactive agents and hydrogel matrix to promote osteoinductivity. Herein, we developed a novel bioactive hydrogel based on arginine-based unsaturated poly (ester amide) (Arg-UPEA) and methacrylated hyaluronic acid (HA-MA) via photo-crosslinking. As the results indicated, we found that the introduction of Arg-UPEA into HA-MA hydrogels could finely modulate their compressive modulus, swelling level and porous structure. Besides, among groups of different feed ratio, groups of 10 % and 15 % of Arg-UPEA content effectively enhanced osteogenic differentiation in osteoblasts when compared with HA-MA hydrogel. Furthermore, better bone regeneration and expression of osteogenesis-related factors in vivo also verified the Arg-UPEA/HA-MA hybrid hydrogels as a promising scaffold material for bone tissue engineering.

Abstract
To overcome the low mechanical strength and difficult bonding of hydrogels to bones which are the major limitations of hydrogels used in bone-regeneration, a new type of calcium polyphosphate incorporated into bioinspired alginate/polyacrylic acid (CPP/PAA-Alg) hybrid double network (DN) hydrogel with both high strength and enhanced osseointergration was prepared by a two-step polymerization with alginate and polyacrylic acid for bone regeneration. The morphology, mechanical properties, swelling, biocompatibility, osseointegration and osteogenic ability of this CPP/PAA-Alg DN hydrogel were investigated. The results show that CPP/PAA-Alg DN hydrogel with highly porous microstructure possesses high water absorption capacity and highly strength properties which meet the requirements of bone repairing. The results of in vitro studies revealed that the CPP/PAA-Alg DN hydrogels can support the spread of cells and promote the cell proliferation. Animal studies demonstrated that the CPP incorporated would enhance the osseointegration of DN hydrogel with host bone at an early stage after implantation to accelerate the regeneration of bone. This research may provide a new way to develop biocompatible biomaterials with high mechanical strength and good osseointegration to meet the needs of bone regeneration.

Abstract
Canine distemper virus (CDV) infects wild and domestic Canidae worldwide. The hemag- glutinin (H) gene has the highest genetic variation in the genome of this virus. Thus, the H gene is commonly used for lineage identification and genetic analyses. In order to study the genetic characteristics and pathogenicity of CDV strains prevalent in China, 132 samples were collected from domestic dogs with suspected CDV infection, 58 samples were confirmed to be positive, and the H gene was successfully amplified from 15 samples. The epidemic strain was identified as type Asia-1 and the novel mutations, A51T, V58I, R179K and D262N, were detected in this strain. Isolated strains, BJ16B53, BJ16B14, and BJ17B8, were used for an animal infection experiment in raccoon dogs. BJ16B53 and BJ16B14 were found to cause clinical symptoms, death, and exten- sive lesions in various organs. These results are expected to facilitate the development of effective strategies to monitor and control CDV infection in China.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease, which holds a high incidence in China. However, professional dermatologists who can diagnose psoriasis early and correctly are insufficient in China, especially in the rural areas. A smart approach to identify psoriasis by pictures would be highly adaptable countrywide and could play a useful role in early diagnosis and regular treatment of psoriasis. OBJECTIVES Design and evaluation of a smart psoriasis identification system based on clinical images (without relying on a dermatoscope) that works effectively similar to a dermatologist. METHODS A set of deep learning models using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) was explored and compared in the system for automatic identification of psoriasis. The work was carried out on a standardized dermatological dataset with 8021 clinical images of 9 common disorders including psoriasis along with full electronic medical records of patients built over the last 9 years in China. A two-stage deep neural network was designed and developed to identify psoriasis. In the first stage, a multilabel classifier was trained to learn the visual patterns for each individual skin disease. In the second stage, the output of the first stage was utilized to distinguish psoriasis from other skin diseases. RESULTS The area under the curve (AUC) of the two-stage model reached 0.981 ± 0.015, which outperforms a single-stage model. And, the classifier showed superior performance (missed diagnosis rate: 0.03, misdiagnosis rate: 0.04) than 25 Chinese dermatologists (missed diagnosis rate: 0.19, misdiagnosis rate: 0.10) in the diagnosis of psoriasis on 100 clinical images. CONCLUSIONS Using clinical images to identify psoriasis is feasible and effective based on CNNs, which also builds a solid technical base for smart care of skin diseases especially psoriasis using mobile/tablet applications for teledermatology in China.
