Abstract
We report the beam energy and collision centrality dependence of fifth and sixth order cumulants (C_{5}, C_{6}) and factorial cumulants (κ_{5}, κ_{6}) of net-proton and proton number distributions, from center-of-mass energy (sqrt[s_{NN}]) 3 GeV to 200 GeV Au+Au collisions at RHIC. Cumulant ratios of net-proton (taken as proxy for net-baryon) distributions generally follow the hierarchy expected from QCD thermodynamics, except for the case of collisions at 3 GeV. The measured values of C_{6}/C_{2} for 0%-40% centrality collisions show progressively negative trend with decreasing energy, while it is positive for the lowest energy studied. These observed negative signs are consistent with QCD calculations (for baryon chemical potential, μ_{B}≤110 MeV) which contains the crossover transition range. In addition, for energies above 7.7 GeV, the measured proton κ_{n}, within uncertainties, does not support the two-component (Poisson+binomial) shape of proton number distributions that would be expected from a first-order phase transition. Taken in combination, the hyperorder proton number fluctuations suggest that the structure of QCD matter at high baryon density, μ_{B}∼750 MeV at sqrt[s_{NN}]=3 GeV is starkly different from those at vanishing μ_{B}∼24 MeV at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV and higher collision energies.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION The quality of primary care is important for health outcomes among residents in China. There is evidence that internal work motivation improves the quality of healthcare provided by clinicians. However, few empirical studies have examined the relationship between internal work motivation and clinical performance among village clinicians in rural China. This study was performed to evaluate healthcare quality among village clinicians, then explore its relationships with internal work motivation among those clinicians. METHODS We collected survey data using a standardised patient method and a structured questionnaire. We observed 225 interactions between standardised patients and village clinicians from 21 counties in three provinces. We used logistic regression models to analyse the relationships between work motivation and healthcare quality, then conducted heterogeneity analysis. RESULTS Healthcare quality among village clinicians was generally low. There was a significantly positive correlation between internal work motivation and healthcare quality among village clinicians (P<0.1). Additionally, the positive effect of internal work motivation on healthcare quality was strongest among clinicians who received financial incentives and had a lighter workload (fewer patients per month) [P<0.1]. CONCLUSION Healthcare quality among village clinicians requires urgent improvement. We recommend implementing financial incentives to stimulate internal work motivation among village clinicians, thus improving their clinical performance.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects and potential mechanism of c(RGDyK) peptide modified mesenchymal stem cell exosomes loaded with ginsenoside Rg1 (G-Rg1) on ischemic stroke. Thread-tying method was used to establish SD rats transient middle cerebral occlusion model (tMCAO). The model rats were randomly divided into tMCAO group, Exo group, free G-Rg1 group, Exo-Rg1 group and cRGD-Exo-Rg1 group, and sham group was used as control. The infarct volume was measured by 2, 3, 5-triphenyltetrachloride (TTC) staining, the changes of neuron and endothelium were observed by immunofluorescence, and the expression of related proteins was detected by Western blotting. The results showed that cRGD-Exo-Rg1 up-regulated the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and hypoxia-inducible factors (HIF-1α) by activating PI3K/AKT pathway, thus promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis, effectively reducing the volume of cerebral infarction and improving neural function. In addition, the delivery of cRGD-Exo-Rg1 to ischemic brain tissue up-regulated the expression of occludin and claudin-5, and reduced the injury of blood-brain barrier. Taken together, cRGD-Exo-Rg1 was effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke by promoting angiogenesis and neurogenesis, which provided experimental evidence for the potential clinical benefits of other neuroprotective therapies.

Abstract
Identifying effective reversal agents overcoming multidrug resistance with causal mechanisms from an efflux pump protein is of vital importance for enhanced tumor chemotherapy in clinic. To achieve this end, we construct a metal cluster-based probe, named clusterbody, to develop flow sorting-assisted single-cell mass spectrometry analysis. This clusterbody synthesized by biomimetic mineralization possesses an antibody-like property to selectively recognize an efflux pump protein. The intrinsic red fluorescence emission of the clusterbody facilitates fluorescence-activated high-throughput cell sorting of subpopulations with different multidrug resistance levels. Furthermore, based on the accurate formula of the clusterbody, the corresponding protein abundance at the single-cell level is determined through detecting gold content via precise signal amplification by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Therefore, the effect of reversal agent treatment overcoming multidrug resistance is evaluated in a quantitative manner. This work opens a new avenue to identify reversal agents, shedding light on developing combined or synergetic tumor therapy.

Abstract
Polymyxin B (PMB) was an antibiotic with highly effective antibacterial effect but narrow safety interval, and its residues in food had attracted widespread attention. It was important to develop an accurate method for the rapid detection of PMB in animal foods. In this work, we had established a ratiometric sensing system based on the formation of supramolecular assemblies of pyrenyl probes, which were driven by the synergy of noncovalent forces such as multiple-electrostatic and π-π stacking interactions. Compared with the traditional fluorescence detection based on the single wavelength change, the present approach showing two-wavelength fluorescence response could reduce the interference of other factors making the experimental results more accurate. The sensor exhibited high sensitivity and selectivity with a low detection limit (28.3 nM). This method could be used to realize visual detection and had a visual detection limit of 1 μM. As we had learned yet, this was the first ratiometric sensor for PMB detection in aqueous solution. We believed all our preliminary would not only provide a complementary strategy for the detection of PMB, but also develop some new ideas for the construction of sensors for rapid antibiotic detection.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Changes in the oral cavity can reflect other changes throughout the body. This study aimed to investigate the association of dental caries with muscle mass, muscle strength, and sarcopenia, and also to describe the microbial diversity, composition, and community structure of severe dental caries and sarcopenia. DESIGN Cross-sectional study based on a Chinese population aged from 50 to 85 years. SETTING Communities from Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, China. PARTICIPANTS A total of 1,442 participants aged from 50 to 85 years from a general community (62.8% women; median age 61.0 [interquartile range: 55.0, 68.0]). MEASUREMENTS Dental caries was assessed by the decayed, missing, and filled teeth (DMFT) index. Sarcopenia was defined as the presence of both low muscle mass (assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry scanning) and low muscle strength (assessed by handgrip strength). Multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the association of dental caries with muscle mass, muscle strength, and sarcopenia. Fecal samples underwent 16S rRNA profiling to evaluate the diversity and composition of the gut microbiota in patients with severe dental caries and/or sarcopenia. RESULTS In the fully adjusted logistic models, dental caries was positively associated with low muscle strength (DMFT ≥ 7: OR, 1.61; 95% CI, 1.25-2.06), and sarcopenia (DMFT ≥ 7: OR, 1.51; 95% CI, 1.01-2.26), but not low muscle mass. Severe dental caries was positively associated with higher alpha-diversity indices (richness, chao1, and ACE, all p < 0.05) and associated with beta-diversity based on Bray-Curtis distance (p = 0.006). The severe dental caries group and the sarcopenia group overlapped with 11 depleted and 13 enriched genera. CONCLUSION Dental caries was positively associated with low muscle strength and sarcopenia but not muscle mass, and this association was more pronounced in male individuals. Significant differences were observed in gut microbiota composition both in severe dental caries and sarcopenia, and there was an overlap of the genera features. Future longitudinal studies are needed to clarify causal relationships.

Abstract
BACKGROUND AND AIM Research on the correlation between Dietary Inflammation Index (DII) and stroke is limited. Patients with high body mass index (BMI), as a high-risk group for stroke, require attention. Therefore, we aimed to examine the interactive effects of dietary inflammation and BMI on the risk of stroke among adults in the United States. METHODS AND RESULTS Overall, 9,384 participants were included in this study. The exposure variable was the DII, which was calculated based on the overall inflammatory effect score, and the outcome was stroke. Overall, there was a positive relationship between DII (as a continuous variable) and stroke. Increased level of DII was significantly associated with increased risk of stroke (odds ratio [OR]: 1.21, 95% CI: 1.06-1.38), which was enhanced by higher BMI (OR: 1.35, 95% CI: 1.15-1.58) with significant additive interactions. There was a significant secondary interaction of copresence of BMI ≥25 kg/m2, systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥140 mmHg, and high DII for increased stroke, with a further increase in OR to 1.41 (1.19-1.67). CONCLUSIONS This cross-sectional study shows that the relationship between higher DII levels and the significant increase in stroke prevalence was further amplified in patients with SBP ≥140 mmHg and higher BMI.

Abstract
The aim of this study was to systematically evaluate the correlation between the rs231775 locus polymorphism in the cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4) gene and genetic susceptibility to Graves' disease (GD) in children. Some studies found that the CTLA-4 gene polymorphism was associated with GD in children. The data up to February 2022 were retrieved from the databases. Stata 15.0 software was used for meta-analysis. A total of seven studies were included in our research. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the rs231775 locus polymorphism in the CTLA-4 gene in general and Asian populations was correlated with children's susceptibility to GD (A vs G: OR = 0.75, 95% CI (0.660-0.86); GG vs AA: OR = 1.34, 95% CI (1.04-1.73); AG vs AA: OR = 1.32, 95% CI (1.02-1.10); AG + GG vs AA: OR = 3.81, 95% CI (2.17-6.70); GG vs AA + AG: OR = 1.23, 95% CI (1.05-1.45)). In summary, the rs231775 locus polymorphism in the CLTA-4 gene may be a risk factor for GD in Asian children. The G allele may be a susceptibility factor, while the allele A may be a protective factor against GD in Asian children. In the future, more large-scale studies may be needed to verify our results.

Abstract
ABSTRACT Introduction Ground exercise is a high-level event of Chinese women's gymnastics. Maintaining the dominant strength of women's floor exercise in China has become one of the issues that coaches, athletes and gymnastics researchers should actively discuss. A research analysis on athletes’ competition in the National Games can better reflect and illustrate the fundamental level of athletes and their overall developmental status. Objective To verify the relationship between women's floor exercise skills and competition performance. Methods The analysis and study of 65 female athletes participating in floor exercises at the National Games was carried out. In this paper, the on-the-spot statistical method is used to perform statistics on the skills and the athletes’ completion in the four games. Movement training and choreography experts were consulted. Results The performance of women's floor drills in the National Games was discussed from three aspects: the difficulty and arrangement of movements, the initial score and bonus points, and the completion of movements. Conclusion Most athletes can adapt to the changes in the new rules and master many complex movements. This also gets them a higher score. However, the choreography of the athletes’ complete movements is relatively simple and lacks features. Strength training in the lower limbs should be the key to improving the athletes’ ability in floor exercise. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment outcomes.

Abstract
Surgical treatment of tumours in the anterior mandible and surrounding tissues may result in defects which can be restored by a fibula free flap. The upper airway may change during this process. The purpose of this retrospective study was to evaluate upper airway changes after fibula free flap reconstruction. A total of 37 patients who underwent anterior mandibulectomy and fibula free flap reconstruction between 2012 and 2020 were recruited. Patients with benign and malignant tumours involving the anterior mandible were included. Spiral computed tomography was performed 1 week preoperatively, 1 week postoperatively, and at> 1 year (range 12-23 months) after surgery. Cross-sectional areas and volumes of the upper airway were measured. Data were analysed by two-way analysis of variance. The upper airway in the malignant tumour group showed an increasing trend, especially at the soft palate and tongue base levels (P < 0.01). In the benign tumour group, the upper airway showed no significant changes. The location of the minimum cross-sectional area moved downwards in both groups, and the area increased in the malignant tumour group during long-term follow-up. Upper airway obstruction is less likely to occur in the long term after surgical resection of anterior mandible malignancies and fibula free flap reconstruction.

Abstract
Elliptic flow measurements from two-, four-, and six-particle correlations are used to investigate flow fluctuations in collisions of U+U at sqrt[s_{NN}]=193 GeV, Cu+Au at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200 GeV and Au+Au spanning the range sqrt[s_{NN}]=11.5-200 GeV. The measurements show a strong dependence of the flow fluctuations on collision centrality, a modest dependence on system size, and very little if any, dependence on particle species and beam energy. The results, when compared to similar LHC measurements, viscous hydrodynamic calculations, and trento model eccentricities, indicate that initial-state-driven fluctuations predominate the flow fluctuations generated in the collisions studied.

Abstract
The volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from cooking oil fumes are very complex and do harm to humans and the environment. Herein, we develop the high-efficiency and energy-saving synergistic photothermocatalytic oxidation approach to eliminate the mixture of heptane and hexanal, the representative VOCs with high concentrations in cooking oil fumes. The Pt/CeO2/TiO2 catalyst with nanosized Pt particles was prepared by the simple hydrothermal and impregnation methods, and the physicochemical properties of the catalyst were measured using numerous techniques. The Pt/CeO2/TiO2 catalyst eliminated the VOC mixture at low light intensity (100 mW cm-2) and low temperature (200 °C). In addition, it showed 25 h of catalytic stability and water resistance (water concentration up to 20 vol %) at 140 or 190 °C. It is concluded that O2 picked up the electrons from Pt to generate the •O2- species, which were transformed to the O22- and O- species after the rise in temperature. In the presence of water, the •OH species induced by light irradiation on the catalyst surface and the •OOH species formed via the thermal reaction were both supplementary oxygen species for VOC oxidation. The synergistic interaction of photo- and thermocatalysis was generated by the reactive oxygen species.

Abstract
Objectives To compare the short-term outcomes of unilateral biportal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion (BLIF) and uniportal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion (ULIF). Methods Sixty patients diagnosed with L4/5 spinal stenosis who underwent BLIF and ULIF were included (30 in each group). Clinical evaluation was performed preoperatively and postoperatively in the 1st week, 1st month, and 1st year. Factors such as the visual analogue score (VAS), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), operative time, surgical complications, and radiological outcomes (fusion rate, screw loosening, and cage subsidence) were compared between the two groups. Results All patients showed improved mean VAS and ODI at all three postoperative follow-ups, and no statistically significant differences were detected between the BLIF and ULIF groups. The mean operative time in the BLIF group was shorter than that in the ULIF group. Nerve root injury occurred in two patients in the BLIF group, while leakage of cerebrospinal fluid occurred in one patient in the ULIF group. All adverse events were treated adequately prior to discharge. The fusion rates with definite and probable grades were significantly higher in the BLIF group than that in the ULIF group. One case of cage subsidence with no screw loosening occurred in each group. Conclusion Both BLIF and ULIF are safe and effective surgical techniques. Compared with ULIF, BLIF has the advantages of shorter operative time and a higher fusion rate. Other merits of BLIF include a wider surgical field, greater maneuverability of instruments, visibility during cage implantation, and transverse orientation of the cage.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Prenatal and postpartum depression are important public health challenges because of their long-term adverse impacts on maternal and neonatal health. This study investigated the risk of maternal depression among pregnant and postpartum women in poor rural China, along with the correlation between primary family caregiver identity and maternal depression risk. METHODS Pregnant women and new mothers were randomly selected from poor rural villages in the Qinba Mountains area in Shaanxi. Basic demographic information was collected regarding the women and their primary family caregivers. The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale was used to identify women at risk of depression, and the Perceived Social Support Scale was used to evaluate perceived family support. RESULTS This study included 220 pregnant women and 473 new mothers. The mean proportions of women at risk of prenatal and postpartum depression were 19.5% and 18.6%, respectively. Regression analysis showed that identification of the baby's grandmother as the primary family caregiver was negatively correlated with maternal depression risk (β=-0.979, 95% confidence interval [CI]=-1.946 to -0.012, P=0.047). However, the husband's involvement in that role was not significantly correlated with maternal depression risk (β=-0.499, 95% CI=-1.579 to 0.581, P=0.363). Identification of the baby's grandmother as the primary family caregiver was positively correlated with family support score (β=0.967, 95% CI=-0.062 to 1.996, P=0.065). CONCLUSION Prenatal and postpartum depression are prevalent in poor rural China. The involvement of the baby's grandmother as the primary family caregiver may reduce maternal depression risk, but the husband's involvement in that role has no effect.

Background
Exercise can improve cognitive function. The impact of acute exercise on cognition is related to exercise intensity. This study aimed to explore whether normal walking had a beneficial effect on cognition.
Methods
Compared with standing still, thirty healthy young men walked on a treadmill at a normal pace, and completed the Stroop test. Near-infrared spectroscopy was used to monitor the hemodynamic changes of the prefrontal cortex during the entire experiment.
Results
Studies showed that normal walking did not stimulate higher average cerebral oxygen in the PFC, but the peak cerebral oxygen in cognitive tests during walking was higher (Stroop Word: 2.56 ± 0.43 and 3.80 ± 0.50, P < 0.01, Stroop Color: 2.50 ± 0.37 and 3.66 ± 0.59, P < 0.05, Stroop Color-Word: 4.13 ± 0.55 and 5.25 ± 0.66, P < 0.01, respectively), and better results were achieved in the Stroop Color-Word test, which was reflected in faster reaction times (49.18 ± 1.68 s, 56.92 ± 2.29 s, respectively, P < 0.001) and higher accuracies (46.19 ± 0.69, 44.15 ± 0.91, respectively, P = 0.018).
Conclusion
For healthy young people, even a normal walk is therefore good for cognition.

Abstract
A family with nanophthalmos was genetically investigated. The proband of this family was a 34-year-old male, who was diagnosed as binocular glaucoma two years ago and was admitted to Beijing Tongren Eye Center due to impaired vision in his right eye for 2 months. The intraocular pressure was controlled with two anti-glaucoma medications, the range of the angle closure was>300 degrees, and the cup-disk ratio was significantly increased in both eyes. The axial length of the right and left eyes was 17.45 mm and 17.36 mm, respectively. A heterozygous missense variant of the TMEM98 gene was detected by gene sequencing (C. 602G>C, P.R201p). Both eyes were diagnosed with nanophthalmos and secondary angle-closure glaucoma. The father of the proband was found to carry a homozygous variant in the same gene, while the daughter of the proband carried the same heterozygous variant as the proband. Both of them were diagnosed as binocular nanophthalmos in combination with clinical manifestations.

Abstract
Objective: To identify distinct frailty trajectories in a cohort of nationwide community adults aged 50 years and above, and explore the relationship between frailty trajectories and their socioeconomic characteristics and behavioral factors at baseline survey. Methods: Data were from the three waves of "Global Ageing and Adult Health Research" (SAGE) by World Health Organization in China. The frailty index is generated from 32 items. Group-based trajectory modeling using a censored normal model was conducted to identify the patterns in frailty progression over time. Multinomial logistic regression model was used to examine the effect of socioeconomic status and behavioral factors on the frailty trajectories. Results: A total of 4 303 adults aged 50 years and above with complete data from all three rounds of project were included in the final analysis. Three frailty trajectories were identified: low and stable trajectory (LT) (56.8%), moderately increased trajectory (MT) (34.4%) and highly increased trajectory (HT) (8.8%). The results of the multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that the HT group was more likely to be women (OR=1.88, 95%CI:1.22-2.92) and rural residents (OR=1.87, 95%CI:1.29-2.70) compared with the LT group. In terms of household wealth per capita, there was a clear gradient in ORs, the people with lower household wealth were more likely to be classified in the HT group. Conclusion: This study identified three patterns of progression of frailty trajectories in population aged 50 years and above in China and highlighted that interventions should target those vulnerable populations with rapid progression of frailty.

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of the neonates infected with SARS-CoV-2 during the Omicron outbreak in Shanghai 2022. Methods: In this retrospective case series study, all the 16 neonates with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron infection who were admitted to the neonatal unit in Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center from March 1st to May 31st, 2022 were enrolled. Their epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, nucleic acid cycle threshold (Ct) value and outcomes were analyzed. Based on maternal vaccination, they were divided into vaccinated group and unvaccinated group. Rank sum test and Chi-square test were used for the comparison between the groups. Results: Among the 16 neonates, 10 were male, and 6 were female. All the infants were full-term. The infection was confirmed at the age of 12.5 (8.0, 20.5) days. All the neonates had a history of exposure to infected family members, and thus horizontal transmission was the primary mode. Four infants were asymptomatic, 12 were symptomatic, and there were no severe or critical cases. The most common clinical manifestation was fever (11 cases), with the highest temperature of 38.1 (37.9, 38.3) ℃ and a course of 1-5 days. Other clinical manifestations included nasal obstruction (3 cases), runny nose (2 cases), cough (2 cases), poor feeding (2 cases), vomiting (1 case), and mild tachypnea (1 case). The complete blood counts of all neonates were within the normal range, and the C-reactive protein increased slightly in 1 infant. Chest imaging was performed in 2 infants, showing mild focal exudative changes. Nucleic acid turned negative (Ct value ≥35) within 7-15 days after diagnosis. All neonates fully recovered after supportive treatment, and the length of hospitalization was 13 (10, 14) days. In the telephone follow-up 2 weeks after discharge for all 16 cases, no infant showed reoccurrence of clinical manifestations or nucleic acid reactivation. Maternal vaccination was not significantly correlated with symptomatic infection or the persistence of positive nucleic acid result in neonates (all P>0.05). Conclusions: Horizontal transmission is the primary mode for neonatal SARS-CoV-2 Omicron infection. Neonatal infections are usually mild or asymptomatic, with good short-term outcomes. And their clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations are nonspecific.

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the management and short-term outcomes of neonates delivered by mothers infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 158 neonates born to mothers infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant admitted to the isolation ward of Children's Hospital of Fudan University from March 15th, 2022 to May 30th, 2022. The postnatal infection control measures for these neonates, and their clinical characteristics and short-term outcomes were analyzed. They were divided into maternal symptomatic group and maternal asymptomatic group according to whether their mothers had SARS-CoV-2 symptoms. The clinical outcomes were compared between the 2 groups using Rank sum test and Chi-square test. Results: All neonates were under strict infection control measures at birth and after birth. Of the 158 neonates, 75 (47.5%) were male. The gestational age was (38+3±1+3) weeks and the birth weight was (3 201±463)g. Of the neonates included, ten were preterm (6.3%) and the minimum gestational age was 30+1 weeks. Six neonates (3.8%) had respiratory difficulty and 4 of them were premature and required mechanical ventilation. All 158 neonates were tested negative for SARS-COV-2 nucleic acid by daily nasal swabs for the first 7 days. A total of 156 mothers (2 cases of twin pregnancy) infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant, the time from confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection to delivery was 7 (3, 12) days. Among them, 88 cases (56.4%) showed clinical symptoms, but none needed intensive care treatment. The peripheral white blood cell count of the neonates in maternal symptomatic group was significantly higher than that in maternal symptomatic group (23.0 (18.7, 28.0) × 109 vs. 19.6 (15.4, 36.6) × 109/L, Z=2.44, P<0.05). Conclusions: Neonates of mothers infected with SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant during third trimester have benign short-term outcomes, without intrauterine infection through vertical transmission. Strict infection control measures at birth and after birth can effectively protect these neonates from SARS-CoV-2 infection.
