Abstract
We report the first measurement of the double-differential and total muon neutrino charged current inclusive cross sections on argon at a mean neutrino energy of 0.8 GeV. Data were collected using the MicroBooNE liquid argon time projection chamber located in the Fermilab Booster neutrino beam and correspond to 1.6×10^{20} protons on target of exposure. The measured differential cross sections are presented as a function of muon momentum, using multiple Coulomb scattering as a momentum measurement technique, and the muon angle with respect to the beam direction. We compare the measured cross sections to multiple neutrino event generators and find better agreement with those containing more complete treatment of quasielastic scattering processes at low Q^{2}. The total flux integrated cross section is measured to be 0.693±0.010(stat)±0.165(syst)×10^{-38} cm^{2}.

Abstract
Objective: To detect phosphorylated-extracellular signal-regulated kinase (p-ERK1/2) protein expression in epithelial ovarian cancer and cell lines, and to examine the effects of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) kinase (MEK) inhibitor AZD6244 on cell proliferation, apoptosis as well as cell cycle of ovarian cancer cells. To explore the function and significance of MAPK/extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling pathway in the development of ovarian cancer. Methods: (1) A total of 104 cases of patients with ovarian cancer who accepted the treatment of gynecological surgery and being confirmed by pathological examination in First Affiliated Hospital, Dalian Medical University from January 2004 to December 2013 were selected. The expressions of p-ERK1/2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in ovarian cancer specimens, and the relationship between the expressions of p-ERK1/2 and the clinical features of patients was analyzed. (2) p-ERK1/2 and other related proteins were determined by western blot in various ovarian cancer cells, including SKOV3, OV2008, C13, A2780S, A2780CP, OVCAR4, OVCAR5, OVCAR8 and CAOV3 treated with or without MEK inhibitor. The cellular proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle of ovarian cancer cells after treatment with MEK inhibitor were analyzed by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay and flow cytometry, respectively. Results: (1) The immunohistochemical method showed that p-ERK1/2 between low grade serous carcinoma and clear cell carcinoma were not significantly higher expressed (P>0.05) . However, a lower level of the p-ERK1/2 expression were observed among high grade serous carcinoma, mucinous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma (all P<0.05) . There was no significant correlation between the protein expression of p-ERK1/2 and patients' age, pathological stage of surgery, and preoperative serum CA(125) level (P>0.05). (2) Western blot showed that the protein p-ERK1/2 was widely expressed in various ovarian cancer cell lines such as SKOV3, OV2008, C13, A2780S, A2780CP, OVCAR4, OVCAR5, OVCAR8 and CAOV3. After treatment with AZD6244 (5, 10 μmol/L), the level of p-ERK1/2 in OVCAR5 and OVCAR8 decreased significantly in dose-dependent manner. Additionally, we found a reduction of the expression level of cyclin D1, caspase-3 and appeared cleaved poly adenosine diphosphate ribose polymerase (PARP) in OVCAR5 and OVCAR8, compared with control groups. MTT assays showed that OVCAR5, OVCAR8 and A2780S were differently inhibited in the dose-dependent manner after being treated with different concentrations of AZD6244 (0, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 μmol/L, all P<0.05). Further tested by flow cytometry, the results showed that AZD6244 (5, 10 μmol/L) was able to induce the apoptosis of OVCAR5, OVCAR8 and A2780S, as well as G(0)/G(1) phase arrest, both in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). Conclusions: As the main active and functional unit of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, p-ERK1/2 protein is expressed in both the tissues and various ovarian cancer cell lines. AZD6244 could down-regulated the expression of p-ERK1/2 in ovarian cancer cells, accompanied by the decreased proliferation and increased cell apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells. In conclusion, MAPK/ERK signaling pathway might play a role in the development and progression of ovarian cancer, and may be provide a novel option for molecular targeted therapies of the disease.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To construct swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) imaging system for root canal endoscopy, and to evaluate the accuracy of diagnosing artificial root fractures. METHODS An ultra-high-speed (40 kHz) swept laser source was developed based on the piezoelectric tuning filter and the Fourier domain mode locking (FDML) swept laser technology (patent number: 200620135940.2). Ultra-miniature gradient index lens technology (patent number: 201320241218.7) was used to create a thin endoscopic probe with a diameter of 0.86 mm for real-time image transmission. The SS-OCT light source had a wavelength of 1 310 nm and a bandwidth of 100 nm. The axial and transverse image resolutions were 15 μm and 25 μm, respectively. Artificial fractures were created on human mandibular premolars with single root and the premolar roots were prepared to 41 horizontal sections (1 mm thick). 27 root sections with fractures (width: 52-284 μm) and 14 the sections without fractures were observed under an optical stereomicroscope with a cold light source as the gold standard. The horizontal root sections were scanned by self-developed SS-OCT imaging system for root canal endoscopy with a central wavelength of 1 310 nm and bandwidth of 100 nm. The data were reconstructed with 30 μm thick slices at an interval of 30 μm. Two observers, a radiologist and an endodontist, were trained and independently evaluated all the reconstructed images blindly. The diagnostic performance of SS-OCT imaging system was calculated, and statistical analysis was performed. RESULTS SS-OCT root canal endoscopic imaging system composed of high-speed swept laser source, fiber coupler, endoscopic probe, reference arm and differential detector. Root sections could be scanned by SS-OCT and imaged in realtime at a depth of 1 to 2 mm. The kappa value for interobserver agreement was 0.792, and the intraobserver agreement was 1.000 and 0.709 for two observers respectively. All of 27 fractured root sections and 12 of 14 root sections without fractures were accurately diagnosed while 2 unfractured root sections were misdiagnosed. The sensitivity was 1.000 and the specificity was 0.857 for diagnosis of artificial root fractures by SS-OCT. The positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV) and the overall accuracy rate were 0.931, 1.000 and 0.951 respectively. CONCLUSION The swept source optical coherence tomography imaging system for root canal endoscopy is a promising imaging method for observing root fractures..

Abstract
OBJECTIVE β-arrestin (ARRB2) is a member of arrestin family and a negative regulatory protein of G-coupling receptor, which is closely associated with the pathogenesis of several autoimmune diseases. This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of the effect of ARRB2 on the damage of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs), which is induced by angiotensin II (Ang II). MATERIALS AND METHODS ARRB2 at different concentration was used to interfere with the damage of HUVECs induced by Ang II or RNA interference technology to interfere with the expression of HUVECs followed by addition of Ang II to culture for 24 hours. Nitrate reduction method was used to measure the content of nitric oxide (NO) and radioimmunoassay was used to measure endothelin-1; Western blot assay was used to detect the expression of B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), and flow cytometry was used to detect the intracellular level of reactive oxygen (ROS) and apoptosis of HUVECs. RESULTS Our study found that ARRB2 could significantly reduce the generation and release of ROS, endothelin-1 (ET-1), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) of HUVECs induced by Ang II and promote the generation of NO, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and scavenging in a dose-dependent manner. On the contrary, when expression of ARRB2 was disturbed by siRNA, increased generation and release of ROS, ET-1, and LDH were observed with reduced generation of NO, SOD and scavenging. In addition, ARRB2 could reverse the apoptosis of HUVECs induced by Ang II and was related to upregulate the expression of Bax. CONCLUSIONS ARRB2 could protect the damage of HUVECs induced by Ang II and the mechanism was associated with upregulation of the expression of apoptosis and anti-apoptosis protein of Bcl-2.

Abstract
1. MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNA molecules that play crucial roles in gene expression. However, the comparative profiling of testicular and ovarian microRNAs in birds are rarely reported, particularly in pigeon.2. In this study, Illumina next-generation sequencing technology was used to sequence miRNA libraries of the gonads from six healthy adult utility pigeons. A total of 344 conserved known miRNAs and 32 novel putative miRNAs candidates were detected. Compared with those of ovaries, 130 differentially expressed (DE) miRNAs were identified in the testes. Among them, 70 miRNAs showed down-regulation in the ovaries, while another 60 miRNAs were up-regulated.3. Combining the results of the expression of target gene measurements and pathway enrichment analyses, it was revealed that some DEmiRNAs from the gonad samples involved in sexual differentiation and development (such as cli-miR-210-3p and cli-miR-214-3p) could down-regulate AR (androgen receptor). Cli-miR-181b-5p, cli-miR-9622-3p and cli-miR-145-5p were highly expressed in both the ovaries and testes, which could co-target HOXC9, and were related to regulation of primary metabolic processes. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that DEmiRNAs may play biological and sex-related roles in pigeon gonads.4. The expression profiles of testicular and ovarian miRNA in adult pigeon gonads are presented for the first time, and the findings may contribute to a better understanding of gonadal expression in poultry.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the association of both maternal pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) and gestational weight gain (GWG) with childhood overweight and adiposity in preschool children. Methods: A total of 4 303 preschool children aged 3-5 years were enrolled in our study during June and November 2016 in Guangzhou. Children defined as overweight and obesity were according to the criteria of WHO while weight status during maternal pre-pregnancy was using the China Adult Reference. Gestational weight gain was defined according to the Institute of Medicine guidelines. Results: After adjusting the possible confounding factors, results from the logistic regression analysis showed that both maternal pre-pregnancy overweight and obesity would increase the risk for both childhood overweight and obesity (OR=1.820, 95%CI: 1.368-2.422). The analysis of covariance results also showed that both maternal overweight and obesity before pregnancy and excessive maternal weight gain during pregnancy increased the BMI Z-score in children. Maternal GWG over the recommended level were associated with both the childhood overweight and obesity (OR=1.296, 95%CI: 1.007-1.667). Joint associations of pre-pregnancy BMI and inappropriate GWG were also noticed in the study. Stratified analysis was conducted in three groups according to the pre-pregnancy BMI of the mothers. Result showed that there was no statistical difference in the risks of either overweight or obesity in children (P>0.05). However, when compared to mothers with adequate pre-pregnancy higher BMI and adequate GWG, under the combination of high pre-pregnancy BMI and excessive GWG, their adverse effects on childhood overweight and obesity were much higher (OR=1.574, 95%CI: 1.029-2.409). Conclusions: Both high pre-pregnancy BMI and inappropriate GWG were associated with greater BMI of their offspring. Pregnant women should follow the appropriate weight gain program and help their children to prevent from becoming obese.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of ABO blood groups on long-term outcome of stable coronary artery disease (CAD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 4 272 patients with stable coronary artery disease and received PCI were consecutively enrolled from January to December 2013 and followed up for 2 years. Patients were divided into O group and non-O group according to their ABO groups. Multivariable COX regression was used to evaluated the relationship between ABO blood groups and prognosis of CAD. The endpoints included all-cause death, cardiac death, myocardial infarction(MI), revascularization, and stroke. Results: There were 1 302 patients in O group and 2 970 patients in non-O group. ABO blood group was not associated with age, sex and blood pressure (P>0.05). The comorbidity rate of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoking, family history, previous MI, previous cerebrovascular disease, previous PCI and left ventricular ejection fraction were similar between the two groups (P>0.05). Total cholesterol, low density lipid cholesterol level were significantly higher in non-O group compared with O group [(4.2±1.1)mmol/L vs (4.1±1.1)mmol/L, P=0.027; (2.5±0.9)mmol/L vs (2.4±0.9) mmol/L, P=0.025], while high density lipid cholesterol level was significantly lower[(1.04±0.26) mmol/L vs (1.06±0.28) mmol/L, P=0.035]. As to angiographic results, non-O blood group was not related to the severity of coronary atherosclerosis assessed by SYNTAX score(P=0.277). More cardiac death occurred in non-O group compared with that in O group [21 (0.7%) vs 2(0.1%)] during 2-year follow-up. After adjusted for confounding factors, multivariable COX regression revealed that non-O blood type was not associated with increased cardiac death [HR (95%CI)=7.30(0.97-55.09), P=0.054]. Conclusion: Non-O blood group is associated with 2-year cardiac death in patients with stable coronary artery disease who received PCI, but it is not an independent risk factor for cardiac death.

Abstract
We report on the highest energy photons from the Crab Nebula observed by the Tibet air shower array with the underground water-Cherenkov-type muon detector array. Based on the criterion of a muon number measured in an air shower, we successfully suppress 99.92% of the cosmic-ray background events with energies E>100 TeV. As a result, we observed 24 photonlike events with E>100 TeV against 5.5 background events, which corresponds to a 5.6σ statistical significance. This is the first detection of photons with E>100 TeV from an astrophysical source.

Abstract
Abstract Objective To explore the distribution of genetic structure of Y-SNP and Y-STR genetic markers in different ethnic groups and its application in forensic science. Methods SNaPshot minisequencing was used to detect the polymorphisms of 12 Y-SNP loci in 439 males from 6 ethnic groups, including Guangxi Han, Guangxi Jing, Guangxi Miao, Guangxi Yao, Guangxi Zhuang and Guangxi Dong. DNATyperTM Y26 kit was used to multiplex-amplify 26 Y-STR loci. The PCR products were analyzed by 3130xl genetic analyzer. The network analysis of Y-STR haplotype under the same Y-SNP haplogroup was analyzed by Network 5.0 software. Results Six haplogroups defined by 12 Y-SNP loci were detected in 6 ethnic groups, and 362 haplotypes were detected in 26 Y-STR loci. The haplotype diversity was 0.996 6. In the C haplogroup, the samples from Guangxi Yao, Guangxi Zhuang and Guangxi Dong were clustered on different branches; in the O1 haplogroup, those from Guangxi Zhuang, Guangxi Miao and Guangxi Jing were relatively independent and clustered separately; in the O2 haplogroup, some samples from Guangxi Miao and Guangxi Yao were gathered in a cluster. Conclusion Based on the Y-STR network analysis of samples with identical haplogroup of Y-SNP, some ethnic groups can be preliminarily distinguished, which could be used to infer male suspects' ethnic group through detecting their genetic markers left in the crime scene.

Abstract
We report the self-assembly of an extensive inter-ligand hydrogen-bonding network of octylphosphonates on the surface of cesium lead bromide nanocrystals (CsPbBr3 NCs). The post-synthetic addition of octylphosphonic acid to oleic acid/oleylamine-capped CsPbBr3 NCs promoted the attachment of octylphosphonate to the NC surface, while the remaining oleylammonium ligands maintained the high dispersability of the NCs in non-polar solvent. Through powerful 2D solid-state 31P-1H NMR, we demonstrated that an ethyl acetate/acetonitrile purification regime was crucial for initiating the self-assembly of extensive octylphosphonate chains. Octylphosphonate ligands were found to preferentially bind in a monodentate mode through P-O-, leaving polar P[double bond, length as m-dash]O and P-OH groups free to form inter-ligand hydrogen bonds. The octylphosphonate ligand network strongly passivated the nanocrystal surface, yielding a fully-purified CsPbBr3 NC ink with PLQY of 62%, over 3 times higher than untreated NCs. We translated this to LED devices, achieving maximum external quantum efficiency and luminance of 7.74% and 1022 cd m-2 with OPA treatment, as opposed to 3.59% and 229 cd m-2 for untreated CsPbBr3 NCs. This represents one of the highest efficiency LEDs obtained for all-inorganic CsPbBr3 NCs, accomplished through simple, effective passivation and purification processes. The robust binding of octylphosphonates to the perovskite lattice, and specifically their ability to interlink through hydrogen bonding, offers a promising passivation approach which could potentially be beneficial across a breadth of halide perovskite optoelectronic applications.

Abstract
Abstract
The morphologies of micro-injection molded parts are influenced by the process parameters. In this paper, the influence of injection speed, mold temperature and melt temperature on the morphologies of micro-injection molded polyformaldehyde (POM) parts with different thicknesses were investigated by a single factor experimental method; the morphological structure of the parts was characterized by polarized light microscopy. The scale effect on the crystallization behavior and internal morphology of micro-injection POM parts was analyzed. The results indicated that the scale effect had a great influence on the hierarchical morphology in the thickness direction of the parts. The micro-parts with a thickness of 1.0 mm showed a skin-core structure including the skin layer, fine grain layer, oblate spherulite, and spherulite core layer, and the micro-parts with a thickness of 0.2 mm showed a skin-core structure with the skin layer, fine grain layer, and the spherulite core layer, and a larger thickness ratio of the spherulite core layer. As injection speed, mold temperature and melt temperature increase, the fine grain layer gradually disappears and the size of core spherulite tends to become larger, the thicknesses of the skin layer of all the micro-parts decrease and that of the 0.2 mm micro-parts decreases significantly.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE Cervical cancer is one of the gynecologic tumors in the world. The main aim of this study was to elucidate the functional role of MFI2 in cervical cancer and provide novel insight into biomarkers and therapeutic strategies for cervical cancer. PATIENTS AND METHODS The relative expression level of MFI2 was examined by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was involved to determine the ability of cell proliferation. Flow cytometric analysis was performed to detect cell apoptosis. Transwell assay and Matrigel assay were involved to determine cell migration and invasion. Expressions of protein kinase B (AKT), phosphorylated-AKT (p-AKT), B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL2), and BCL2-Associated X (Bax) protein levels were detected in Western blotting. Transfected cells were used to perform tumor xenograft formation assay. RESULTS Our research validated that MFI2 was up-regulated in cervical cancer by qRT-PCR. Through CCK-8 assay, flow cytometric analysis, transwell assay, and Matrigel assay, we verified that MFI2 can promote cell proliferation, cell metastasis and inhibit cell apoptosis in cervical cancer. Subsequently, we used Western blotting assay to determine the alteration of protein expression of p-AKT, BCL2, and Bax. The results indicated that MFI2 may exert its function by regulating phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/AKT signaling pathway. In tumor xenograft formation assay, up-regulated MFI2 accelerated tumor formation. CONCLUSIONS Current research elucidated that MFI2 promoted cell proliferation, cell metastasis and inhibited cell apoptosis in cervical cancer by regulating the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Our results may provide a novel insight into finding new therapeutic targets and biomarkers for cervical cancer.

Abstract
We have upgraded the new Tibet ASgamma experiment in China since 2014 to measure the chemical composition of cosmic rays around the knee. This hybrid experiment consist of an air-shower-core detector array (YAC-II) to detect high energy electromagnetic component, the Tibet air-shower array (Tibet-III) and a large underground water-Cherenkov muon-detector array (MD). We have carried out a detailed air-shower Monte Carlo (MC) simulation to study the performance of the hybrid detectors by using CORSIKA (version 7.5000), which includes EPOS-LHC, QGSJETII-04, SIBYLL2.1 and SIBYLL2.3 hadronic interaction models. The preliminary results of the interaction model checking above 50 TeV energy region are reported in this paper, and the primary proton and helium spectra in the energy range 50 TeV to 1015 eV was derived from YAC-I data and is smoothly connected with direct observation data at lower energies and also with our previously reported works at higher energies within statistical errors. The knee of the (P+He) spectra is located around 400 TeV. The interaction model dependence in deriving the primary (P+He) spectra is found to be small (less than 25% in absolute intensity, 10% in position of the knee), and the composition model dependence is less than 10% in absolute intensity.

Abstract
Objectives The browning of white adipose tissue (WAT) into beige has been proposed as a strategy to enhance energy expenditure to combat the growing epidemic of obesity. Research into browning strategies are hampered by the lack of sensitive, translatable, imaging tools capable of detecting beige fat mass non-invasively. [18F]FDG is able to detect activated beige fat but provides little information on unstimulated beige fat mass. We have assessed the use of [18F]FEPPA, a tracer for the TSPO-18KDa found on the outer mitochondrial membrane, as an alternative imaging agent capable of detecting unstimulated brown fat (BAT) and beige fat. Methods Female Balb/c mice (n = 5) were treated for 7 days with the β3 adrenergic agonist CL-316,243 to induce the browning of inguinal WAT (beige fat). Animals were imaged longitudinally with [18F]FDG and [18F]FEPPA and uptake in interscapular BAT and inguinal WAT assessed. The browning of inguinal WAT was confirmed using H&E and immunohistochemical detection of UCP-1 and TSPO. Results Repeated dosing with β3-adrenergic agonist CL-316,243 caused a significant increase in [18F]FDG uptake in both interscapular BAT and inguinal WAT associated with the increased metabolic activity of brown and beige adipocytes respectively. [18F]FEPPA uptake was likewise increased in inguinal WAT but showed no increase in BAT uptake due to stimulation over the same time course. Furthermore, inguinal WAT uptake was unaffected by pharmacological blockade, indicating that [18F]FEPPA uptake is associated with the expression of mitochondria in BAT and beige adipocytes and independent of activation. Conclusion These data show that [18F]FEPPA can detect BAT and newly formed beige fat under non-stimulated, thermoneutral conditions and that uptake after stimulation is linked to mitochondrial expression as opposed to activation. TSPO-18kDa tracers can detect BAT under non-stimulated, thermoneutral conditions. TSPO-18kDa tracers can detect the formation of beige adipocytes in white adipose tissue. TSPO-18kDa tracers may aid in the development of new approaches to treat obesity.

Abstract
Information about genetic diversity and population structure among goat breeds is essential for genetic improvement, understanding of environmental adaptation as well as utilization and conservation of goat breeds. Here, we measured genetic diversity and population structure in multiple Chinese goat populations, namely, Nanjiang, Qinggeda, Arbas Cashmere, Jining Grey, Luoping Yellow and Guangfeng goats. A total of 193 individuals were genotyped for about 47 401 autosomal single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). We found a high proportion of informative SNPs, ranging from 69.5% in the Luoping Yellow to 93.9% in the Jining Grey goat breeds with an average mean of 84.7%. Diversity, as measured by expected heterozygosity, ranged from 0.371 in Luoping Yellow to 0.405 in Jining Grey goat populations. The average estimated pair-wise genetic differentiation (FST ) among the populations was 8.6%, ranging from 0.2% to 16% and indicating low to moderate genetic differentiation. Principal component analysis, genetic structure and phylogenetic tree analysis revealed a clustering of six Chinese goat populations according to geographic distribution. The results from this study can contribute valuable genetic information and can properly assist with within-breed diversity, which provides a good opportunity for sustainable utilization of and maintenance of genetic resource improvements in the Chinese goat populations.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the long-term prognosis of Second generation drug-eluting stents(G2-DES) in diabetic mellitus(DM) and non-DM patients. Methods: Patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in Fuwai Hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 who had exclusively G2-DES implantation, were consecutively included the follow-up period was 2 years. Results: A total of 6 094 patients with CHD were implanted with G2-DES, of which 1 862 patients with DM, and 4 232 patients without DM.The proportion of DM patients receiving G2-DES implantation with the following characteristics: advanced age, female, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, history of previous stroke, history of peripheral artery disease, previous history of PCI, and with triple vessel, high preoperative Syntax score, high number of target lesions, B2 or C type lesions, severe calcification lesions, and chronic occlusive disease were significantly higher than those of non-DM patients(P<0.05). The incidence of major adverse cardiac and cerebral vascular events(MACCE), target vascular revascularization(TVR) and target lesion revascularization(TLR) were higher in DM patients than in non-DM patients during 2 year's follow-up(P<0.05). The univariate COX regression analysis showed that diabetes was risk factor for MACCE in patients with CHD implanting G2-DES(HR=1.241, 95%CI: 1.053-1.463, P=0.010). However, multivariable COX analysis showed that DM was not an independent risk factor for MACCE in CHD patients with G2-DES(HR=1.125, 95%CI: 0.952-1.330, P=0.167). While age, female, preoperative Syntex score, triple vessel, B2 or C lesion were independent risk factors for poor clinical prognosis in CHD patients with G2-DES. Conclusions: (1) CHD patients with DM often accompany more clinical risk factors and complicated coronary lesions; (2) the incidence of MACCE, TVR and TLR in DM patients is significantly higher than non-DM patients with G2-DES during the 2 year's follow-up; (3) after multivariate adjustment, DM is not an independent risk factor for poor clinical prognosis in CHD patients with G2-DES, while traditional risk factors and complex coronary lesions are independent risk factors for poor clinical prognosis.

Abstract
Abstract
Thermal contact resistance, a parameter that describes the thermal transferability of the interface between the melt and the metallic wall, exercises a significant influence on the surface quality of the resulting part, especially in thin wall injection molding. In this study, temperature data of the melt was quantitatively measured with only 2 micro thermocouples, and TCR of specimens with 4 kinds of thickness was calculated after data processing with a new mathematical model. It was demonstrated that TCR was deeply affected by mold temperature. When the mold temperature increased from 90 °C to 130 °C, the rate of TCR decline was 56.72 %. Melt cooling simulation was performed with different values of TCR, which played the dominant role of TCR in calculating the temperature distribution in thin-wall injection molding. It showed that TCR exercises a significant influence on the simulation of the cooling rate, and the influence cannot be ignored, especially in thin-wall injection molding.

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, two different treatment outcomes and prognostic factors of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. Method:The life table method was used to calculate the overall survival rates, Log-rank test was used to compare the overall survival rates between the two groups. The Cox proportional hazard model was used to perform the multivariate analysis to confirm independent treatment modalities as prognostic factors. Result:Among the 321 patients, 197 patients received surgery combine with radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy treatment(S+R/CRT) and 124 patients received radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy treatment(R/CRT). For 321 patients, the 1,3,5year overall survival rates were 75.87%,49.39%,41.38% and the median survival time was 37.65 months. The difference in throat retention ratio between the radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy treatment(41.94%) and surgery combine with radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy treatment(11.17%) was statistically significant (P<0.01).Univariate analysis showed that clinical stage of tumor, T stage, N stage, M stage and two different treatment modalities have impact on survival prognosis. Cox regression multivariate analysis showed that T stage, N stage, two different treatment modalities were independent risk factors of prognosis. Conclusion:The overall prognosis of hypopharyngeal carcinoma was poor and dismal. Hypopharyngeal carcinoma is characterized by high degree of malignancy, difficult to be found early, prone to recurrence and metastasis after operation, large trauma and poor prognosis. Comprehensive examination should be conducted to define the stage of tumor and choose the rational treatment plan before treatment. Surgery combine with radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment modality is still the main treatment strategy for advanced-stage hypopharyngeal carcinoma..

Abstract
Objective: Patients with acute coronary syndrome due to multivessel disease (MVD) were at the highest risk of adverse cardiovascular events. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) was proposed as a marker of cardiovascular risk. Present study evaluated the independent predictive value of NLR for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with MVD. Methods: AMI patients with MVD (n=1 433) underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) between January 2013 and December 2013 were followed up for 2 years. Patients were divided into 2 sub-groups based on an optimal cut off value of NLR to predict 2-year all-cause mortality. The primary endpoint was all-cause death. The secondary endpoint was long-term major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE). Results: By receiver operating characteristics curve analysis, the optimal cut-off value of admission NLR to predict 2-year all-cause mortality was 3.39 (area under the curve 0.765, sensitivity 71%, specificity 73%). The high NLR group(n=396) had higher prevalence of prior myocardial infarction, prior PCI and intra-aortic balloon pump use (IABP)(P<0.01). Compared to the low NLR group (n=1 037), patients in the high NLR group were older, had higher level of neutrophil count and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) (P<0.001), but lower level of lymphocyte count, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and ejection fraction (P<0.001). During the follow-up period, rate of long-term all-cause death was significantly higher in the high NLR group than in the low NLR group (5.1% (20/396) vs. 0.8% (8/1 037), P<0.001). Cardiac death (4.0% (16/396) vs. 0.7% (7/1 037), P<0.001) and MACCE (21.7% (86/396) vs. 12.6% (131/1 037), P<0.001) were also significantly higher in the high NLR group than in the low NLR group. Multivariate Cox analysis showed that NLR ≥ 3.39 was determined as an independent predictor of 2-year all-cause mortality (HR=3.23, 95%CI 1.38-7.54, P=0.007) and MACCE (HR=1.58, 95%CI 1.19-2.10, P=0.002) in this patient cohort after adjusting for other risk factors. Correlation analysis showed that the NLR was positively correlated with hs-CRP levels (r=0.241, P<0.001). Conclusion: Our study demonstrates that admission NLR ≥ 3.39 is an independent predictor of long term all cause death and MACCE in AMI patients with MVD post PCI.

Abstract
Objective: To examine the relationship of nighttime sleep duration and bedtime with preschool children's obesity, and to explore possible early life risk factors for childhood obesity. Methods: A total of 14 946 valid children from 16 439 pre-school children aged 3-6 years in 91 kindergartens in Ma'anshan city participated in the study. The body mass index cut-offs for overweight and obesity in Chinese children and adolescents aged 2-18 years was used as the criterion for judging overweight and obesity, and pathological and secondary causes of obesity were excluded. The associations of nighttime sleep duration and bedtime with preschool children's obesity was analyzed by using non-conditional multivariate binary logistic regression model. Results: Among the preschool children, 22.4% (n=3 345) had shorter sleep duration. 9.5% (n=1 415) had bedtimes after 22:00 on weekdays and 21.8% (n=3 260) had bedtimes after 22:00 on weekends. The prevalence of overweight and obesity were 16.5% (n=2 466) and 10.5% (n=1 562), respectively. After the adjustent of age, gender, whether or not only child, residence in the last six months, parents' body mass index parents' educational level, diet preference, outdoor activities, TV viewing duration, sleep duration, bedtime on weekdays and weekends, only the shorter sleep duration (OR=1.25, 95%CI: 1.03-1.51) was still positively associated with the prevalence of obesity in preschool children. Conclusion: Shorter sleep duration was positively associated with the prevalence of obesity among preschool children.

Abstract
After more than 20 years of development, submental artery island flap (SMAIF) has become a versatile flap for head and neck reconstruction of the defects after tumor resection, trauma or facial deformity. The design of SMAIF is flexible and diverse. According to repair requirements, various types of flap can be harvested based on the different composition. SMAIF mainly used as an orthograde pedicled flap.It also can be used as a retrograde, free or hybrid variant.More modifications such as bipaddled, bipedicled, pre-expanded,deepithelialized were evolved. SMAIF shows some advantages including reliable blood supply, convenient preparation, well matched color with the facial skin, and the similar or even better repair effect compared with free flaps. In addition, the submental artery perforator flap and the submental vascularized lymph node flap are the latest clinical application achievements derived from the progress of anatomic research. They further improve the level of preparation skill and expand the indications of SMAIF.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the long term change of the cervical sagittal profile in adolescent Chiari malformation type Ⅰ (CMI)/syringomyelia undergoing posterior fossa decompression (PFD) and to further evaluate the correlation between the syrinx resolution and cervical sagittal profile. Methods: A retrospective radiographic study was performed in 32 adolescents undergoing PFD for CMI/syringomyelia from October 2011 to August 2015 with a minimum 2-year follow-up. There were 23 males and 9 females, with a mean age of (13.7±2.8) years (range, 10-16 years). The following parameters including upper cervical angle (C(0)-C(2)), lower cervical angle (C(2)-C(7)), sagittal balance (C(2)-C(7)SVA), cervical curvature index (CCI), syrinx size and length were compared preoperatively and at the last follow-up. The correlation of syrinx resolution and cervical sagittal parameters were further analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis. Results: All patients received a followed-up for 2.0-6.5 years [mean (3.9±1.1) years]. The lower cervical angle and CCI were-29.8°±11.4° and 29.1%±7.1% at the last follow-up, respectively, which were significantly higher than those before surgery (-15.2°±8.8°, 13.4%±4.2%)(t=2.917, 2.902, both P<0.05). The syrinx size and length were also obviously decreased at the last follow-up. No significant difference was found in the upper cervical angle and C(2)-C(7)SVA before operation and at the last follow-up (t=0.302, 0.871, both P>0.05). There were significantly positive correlations between the differences of syrinx width and the lower cervical angle, and the CCI before and after surgery (r=0.611, 0.652, both P<0.05). Significantly positive correlations were also observed between the differences of syrinx length and the lower cervical angle, and the CCI before and after surgery (r=0.504, 0.514, both P<0.05). Conclusions: The cervical lordosis can be restored after PFD in adolescents with CMI/syringomyelia. The resolution of syrinx may play an important role in restoring the cervical sagittal alignment.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prognostic value of highly sensitive cardiac Troponin T (hs-cTn T) for sepsis in critically ill patients. Methods: Patients estimated to stay in the ICU of Fuxing Hospital for more than 24h were enrolled at from March 2014 to December 2014. Serum hs-cTn T was tested within two hours. Univariate and multivariate linear regression analyses were used to determine the association of variables with the hs-cTn T. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors of 28-day mortality. Results: A total of 125 patients were finally enrolled including 68 patients with sepsis and 57 without. The levels of hs-cTn T in sepsis and non-sepsis groups were significantly different[52.0(32.5, 87.5) ng/L vs 14.0(6.5, 29.0) ng/L respectively, P<0.001]. In sepsis group, hs-cTn T among common sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock were similar. Hs-cTn T was significantly higher in non-survivors than survivors [27(13, 52)ng/L vs 44.5(28.8, 83.5)ng/L, P<0.001]. Age, sepsis, serum creatinine were independent risk factors affecting hs-cTn T by multivariate linear regression analyses. But hs-cTn T was not a risk factor for death. Conclusion: Patients with sepsis had higher serum hs-cTn T than those without sepsis. but it was not found to be associated with the severity of sepsis.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In Canada, clinical practice guidelines recommend breast cancer screening, but there are gaps in adherence to recommendations for screening, particularly among certain hard-to-reach populations, that may differ by province. We compared stage of diagnosis, proportion of screen-detected breast cancers, and length of diagnostic interval for immigrant women versus long-term residents of BC and Ontario. METHODS We conducted a retrospective cohort study using linked administrative databases in BC and Ontario. We identified all women residing in either province who were diagnosed with incident invasive breast cancer between 2007 and 2011, and determined who was foreign-born using the Immigration Refugee and Citizenship Canada database. We used descriptive statistics and bivariate analyses to describe the sample and study outcomes. We conducted multivariate analyses (modified Poisson regression and quantile regression) to control for potential confounders. RESULTS There were 14,198 BC women and 46,952 Ontario women included in the study population, of which 11.8 and 11.7% were foreign-born respectively. In both provinces, immigrants and long-term residents had similar primary care access. In both provinces, immigrant women were significantly less likely to have a screen-detected breast cancer (adjusted relative risk 0.88 [0.79-0.96] in BC, 0.88 [0.84-0.93] in Ontario) and had a significantly longer median diagnostic interval (2 [0.2-3.8] days in BC, 5.5 [4.4-6.6] days in Ontario) than long-term residents. Women from East Asia and the Pacific were less likely to have a screen-detected cancer and had a longer diagnostic interval, but were diagnosed at an earlier stage than long-term residents. In Ontario, women from Latin America and the Caribbean and from South Asia were less likely to have a screen-detected cancer, had a longer median diagnostic interval, and were diagnosed at a later stage than long-term residents. These findings were not explained by access to primary care. CONCLUSIONS There are inequalities in breast cancer diagnosis for Canadian immigrant women. We have identified particular immigrant groups (women from Latin America and the Caribbean and from South Asia) that appear to be subject to disparities in the diagnostic process that need to be addressed in order to effectively reduce gaps in care.

Abstract
Congenital self-healing reticulohistiocytosis (CSHR) is a rare disorder characterized by benign skin lesions with a tendency to self-heal. Multiple skin lesions are usually present in CSHR. It is very difficult to distinguish between CSHR and an invasive Langerhans cell histiocytosis. We present a case of a 5-month-old infant girl who had hypopigmented skin lesions distributed over her neck, thorax and torso. The skin lesions regressed spontaneously 2 months after the diagnosis of CSHR and the child has remained in complete remission without any sign of recurrence over a 2-year follow-up. BRAF V600E mutation was detected in lesional cells along with a low Ki-67 proliferative activity of about 6%. BRAF oncogene-induced senescence might contribute to a mechanism of self-regression in CSHR; however, the exact role of the somatic BRAF V600E mutation in CSHR remains to be determined.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Air in broiler houses is contaminated with considerable amounts of microbial aerosols, which affects the health of humans and birds. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting should be carried out to reduce particulate concentrations and minimize airborne microorganisms. AIMS To evaluate the effects of cleaning and disinfecting measures on bacterial communities in particulate matter less than 2.5 μm (PM2.5) and particulate matter between 2.5 and 10 μm (PM10) inside broiler houses. METHODS A mixed disinfectant (containing aldehydes, alcohol, and quaternary ammonium salt) was sprayed to decontaminate broiler cage houses. 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing was performed in this study to compare the bacterial communities in PM2.5 and PM10 before and after disinfection. RESULTS A variety of pathogens and opportunistic pathogens such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium, Bordetella, Pseudomonas, and Shewanella were detected, the quantities of which were noticeably reduced but not eradicated after disinfection. In addition, the impacts on several pathogens and opportunistic pathogens in PM2.5 were not significant, which may be due to bacterial resistance to this type of disinfectant or other reasons discussed in the present study. CONCLUSION Our results suggest that disinfection measures were effective in decontaminating air and further improving the feeding environment. This finding will help develop a reasonable disinfecting scheme for broiler houses.

Abstract
A hybrid experiment has been started by the ASγ experiment at Yangbajing (4300m a.s.l.) in Tibet since May 2009, that consists of a high-energy air-shower-core array (YAC-I) and a high-density air-shower array (Tibet-III). In this paper, we report our results to check the hadronic interaction models SIBYLL2.3, SIBYLL2.1, EPOS-LHC and QGSJETII-04 in the multi-tens TeV energy region using YAC-I+Tibet-III experimental data from May 2009 through January 2010. The effective live time is calculated as 106.05 days. The results show that the description of transverse momentum, inelastic cross-section and inelasticity for the 4 hadronic interaction models is consistent with YAC-I experimental data within 15% systematic errors range in the forward region below 100 TeV. Among them, the EPOS-LHC model is the best hadronic interaction model. Furthermore, we find that the H4a composition model is the best one below the 100 TeV energy region.

Abstract
We analyze the temporal variation of the solar diurnal anisotropy of the multi-TeV cosmic-ray intensity observed with the Tibet air shower array from 2000 to 2009, covering the maximum and minimum of the 23rd solar cycle. We comfirm that a remarkable additional anisotropy component is superposed on the Compton-Getting anisotropy at 4.0 TeV, while its amplitude decreases at higher energy regions. In constrast to the additional anisotropy reported by the Matsushiro experiment at 0.6 TeV, we find the residual component measured by Tibet at multi-TeV energies is consistent with being stable, with a fairly constant amplitude of 0.041% ± 0.003% and a phase at around 07.17 ± 00.16 local solar time at 4.0 TeV. This suggests the additional anisotropy observed by the Tibet experiment could result from mechanisms unrelated to solar activities.

Abstract
BACKGROUND To investigate neonatal maternal separation (NMS) effects on airway inflammation of asthma and potential mechanism using a mouse model. METHODS 80 Balb/c neonatal male mice were randomly assigned to NMS and non-NMS groups. Feces were collected on PND21, 28, 35 and 42 to analyze microbiota and short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs). Non-NMS group were then divided into control (group A) and asthma groups (group B), while NMS group was assigned to NMS+asthma (group C) and NMS+SCFAs+asthma groups (group D). Inflammatory cells and eosinophils (EOS) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were assessed. Pathological changes and cytokines in lung tissue were observed. Protein expression of Occludin and E-cadherin in airway epithelial was examined. RESULTS The number of S', diversity index H' and dominance index D', as well as content butyric acid in NMS group C were significantly lower than non-NMS group B (p<0.05). Mice in group C had a higher level of inflammatory cells and EOS compared with group A, B and D. EOS moderate infiltration was found in mice of group B, C and D. Mice in group C had significantly higher levels of cytokines and showed slightly increased bronchial epithelium goblet cells and a small amount of visceral secretions. Occludin and E-cadherin expression in lung in B, C and D groups was depressed, and protein level in group C was significantly lower than group B and D. CONCLUSIONS NMS is associated with exacerbated inflammation of adult asthma by changing intestinal microflora resulting in butanoic acid decline and airway epithelial barrier damage.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety and efficacy of applying ultrasonic osteotome in patients undergoning cervical expansive open-door laminoplasty (CEOL). METHODS In the study, 94 consecutive patients who were administrated in the spine group of Orthopedic Department of Peking University Third Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were reviewed retrospectively. All the patients were diagnosed as multilevel cervical spondylosis myelopathy and underwent CEOL. These patients were divided into two groups: ultrasonic osteotome group and traditional group, by whether the ultrasonic osteotome device was used in operation. The parameters we studied were as follows: the duration of operation, blood loss in operation, volume of drainage on the first postoperative day, days of remaining the drainage tube, preoperative and postoperative Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) scores, complications of cerebrospinal fluid leak and hinge bone nonunion. RESULTS Compared with the traditional group, the duration of operation of the ultrasonic osteotome group was increased, but the blood loss in operation, volume of drainage on the 1st postoperative day and days of remaining the drainage tube of the ultrasonic osteotome group were all reduced. There was no obvious difference between the two groups when considering the cerebrospinal fluid leak. At the end of the 3-month follow-up, the JOA score and improvement rate of the JOA score were of no obvious difference between the two groups. But the hinge bone union of the traditional group was better than the ultrasonic osteotome group. At the end of the 12-month follow-up, all the JOA score, the improvement rate of the JOA score and the hinge bone union were not obviously different between the two groups. CONCLUSION Applying ultrasonic osteotome in patients undergoing cervical expansive open-door laminoplasty is both safe and effective. Compared with the rongeur, ultrasonic osteotome can cause the delayed union of the hinge bone, but it reduces the blood loss in operation, volume of postoperative drainage and days of remaining the drainage tube.

Abstract
Objective: To study the expression of IRX1 (Iroquois homeobox gene) in cervical cancer and its correlation with clinical stage of cervical cancer. Methods: A total of 61 patients with cervical cancer from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study, of which 15 were classified as phase Ⅰ of cervical cancer, 22 patients were classified as phase Ⅱ, 19 cases were classified as phase Ⅲ, 5 cases were classified as phase Ⅳ followed FIGO staging criteria. The expression of IRX1 protein in Hela, C4-1 and Siha cell lines were detected by Western blot compared with the normal human cervical epithelial cells HCerEpiC.Collected cancerous tissue of cervical cancer as experimental samples, the expression of IRX1 mRNA in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissue were detected by qPCR.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of IRX1 in different stages of cervical cancer, the correlation between IRX1 expression and clinical stage was analyzed. Results: The results of Western blot showed that IRX1 expression in cervical cancer cells were higher than that in normal cervical epithelial cells, and the results of qPCR also showed that the expression of IRX1 increased with the stage of cancer at the gene level. The difference was statistically significant. The expression of IRX1 in the nucleus and cytoplasm were detected by immunohistochemistry.Immunohistochemical results showed that the higher the stage of cancer was, the higher the expression rate of IRX1 was. Conclusion: IRX1 expression is associated with the clinical stage of cervical cancer, suggesting that IRX1 may be involved in the development and progression of cervical cancer.IRX1 is expected to be a new molecular target for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. This study will provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of cervical cancer.

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the performance of MALDI Biotyper system in identification of clinically isolated pathogens so as to provide a new rapid identification method. Methods: Total 21 270 pathogens strains, isolated from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical Universityduring Nov. 2015 to Dec. 2016, were identified by VITEK-Ⅱ, API and MALDI Biotyper system, respectively. The isolated strains were confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results: The identification of common bacteria with MALDI Biotyper and phenotypic system is highly consistent (>95% and >90%). Among 43 strains of anaerobic bacteria, MALDI Biotyper could identify 90.7% bacteria to species level and 97.7% bacteria to genus level with the statistical significance(χ(2)=6.76, P<0.01), while phenotypic system only identified 65.1% bacteria to species and 69.8% bacteria to genus. Also, no statistical significance was shown for Trichosporon and Candida(P>0.05). MALDI Biotyper could identify 76% filamentous fungi and all of Actinomycetes, Nocardia, Mycobacterium and Legionella to genus level. Conclusions: MALDI Biotyper is an easy-performed, sensitive method for the identification of clinically isolated pathogens. Additionally, the pretreatment and reference database has the effect on identification.

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between thrombolysis in myocardial infarction risk index(TRI) and the severity of coronary artery lesions and long-term outcome in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: A total of 1 663 consecutive AMI patients undergoing PCI between January and December 2013 in Fuwai hospital were prospectively included in this study. The severity of coronary artery lesions was evaluated using the SYNTAX score. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was used to analyze the optimal cut-off value of TRI on predicting all-cause mortality at 2 years after PCI.The patients were divided into 2 groups based on the optimal cut-off value of TRI:high TRI group (TRI ≥ 23.05, 465 cases) and low TRI group(TRI<23.05, 1 198 cases). Multivariate logistic regression analyses were used for determining the relationship between TRI and SYNTAX scores≥33. A multivariate Cox regression analyses was used to identify the influence factors of long-term outcome after PCI. Results: SYNTAX score was higher in high TRI group than in low TRI group (13.00(7.00, 20.50) vs.10.25(7.00, 17.00), P<0.001). TRI was independently associated with SYNTAX score ≥ 33 (OR=1.09,95% CI 1.03-1.16, P=0.004). After the 2 years follow-up, rates of all-cause death (4.1% (19/465) vs. 0.3% (4/1 198) , P<0.001), cardiac death (2.6% (12/465) vs. 0.2% (2/1 198) , P< 0.001) and stent thrombosis (1.7% (8/465) vs. 0.5% (6/1 198) , P=0.015) were all significantly higher in high TRI group than in low TRI group. Multivariate Cox regression analyses showed that TRI≥ 23.05 was an independent risk factor of all-cause death (HR=5.22, 95%CI 1.63-16.72, P=0.005), cardiac death (HR=8.48, 95%CI 1.75-41.07, P=0.008) and stent thrombosis(HR=3.87, 95%CI 1.32-11.41, P=0.014) at 2 years after PCI in AMI patients, but which was not the independent risk factor of major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (HR=0.96, 95%CI 0.69-1.36, P=0.834) .The area under ROC curve of TRI ≥ 23.05 on predicting 2 years all-cause mortality in AMI patients undergoing PCI was 0.803(95%CI 0.711-0.894, P<0.001). Conclusions: TRI is independently associated with SYNTAX score ≥ 33. TRI is also an independent risk factor of 2 years all-cause death, cardiac death and stent thrombosis in AMI patients undergoing PCI.
