Abstract
The present study focuses on structural and chemical analyses of N-phenylmorpholine-4-carboxamide benzene-1,2-diamine (PMCBD) using quantum computational methods. The calculated bond angle, length, and dihedral angle between atoms were compared with measured values. The observed and stimulated FT-IR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) spectra parameters for vibrational wavenumbers and their associated PED (Potential Energy Distribution) values in percentage have been obtained from VEDA4 software. The electronic transitions of PMCBD were discussed by TD-SCF/DFT/B3LYP based on the 6-311++G(d,p) basis set with solvents such as chloroform, ethanol, and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and gas. Density functional computations were used to study the band energy between HOMO and LUMO using the B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) level. Mulliken analysis and natural population analysis were used for a better understanding of charge levels on different atoms such as N, H and O. The natural bonding orbital (NBO) analysis proved helpful in studying molecular and bond strengths. (NBO). The ESP acquired data on the molecule's size, shape, charge density distribution, and chemical reactivity site. This was done by mapping electron density on the surface with electrostatic potential. Non-linear optical detection of PMCBD was also discussed. Aside from the electron localization function map, state densities are also mapped using Multiwfn software, a wave function analyzer.

Abstract
Single crystals of 4-aminopyridinium picrate (APP) were grown by slow evaporation of a mixed solvent system methanol-acetone (1:1, v/v) containing equimolar quantities of 4-aminopyridine and picric acid. Structure is elucidated by single crystal XRD analysis and the crystal belongs to monoclinic system with four molecules in the unit cell (space group P21/c) and the cell parameter values are, a=8.513 Å (±0.015), b=11.33 Å (±0.02), c=14.33 Å (±0.03) and β=104.15° (±0.019), V=1340 A(3) (±6) with refined R factors R1=0.0053 and wR2=0.0126. The electron density mapping is interpreted to find coordinates for each atom in the crystallized molecules. The various functional groups present in the molecule are confirmed by FT-IR analysis. UV-visible spectral analysis was used to determine the band gap energy of 4-aminopyridinium picrate. Powder X-ray diffraction pattern reveals the crystallinity of the as-grown crystal and it closely resembles the simulated XRD from the single crystal XRD analysis. Scanning electron microscopy reveals the surface morphology of the grown crystal. Optimized geometry is derived by Hartree-Fock theory calculations and the first-order molecular hyperpolarizability (β), theoretically calculated bond length, bond angles and excited state energy from theoretical UV-vis spectrum were estimated.

Abstract
Single crystals of organic optical material, diglycine fumarate monohydrate (DGFM) has been synthesized and grown from solution by slow evaporation solution growth method. Purity of synthesized materials was increased by continuous recrystallization. The lattice parameters of the grown crystals are observed by X-ray diffraction method and the crystal system of grown crystal is identified as monoclinic. The optical transparency range has been investigated by UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy method in the range between 190 and 1,100 nm. The presence of different modes of vibrations is analyzed using FT-IR technique. The carbon and hydrogen atmosphere in molecular structure of DGFM is investigated using FT-NMR method. The thermogravimetrrc analysis (TGA), differential thermal analysis (DTA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis shows that the grown crystal has very good thermal stability up to 263°C. The Kurtz-Perry powder SHG test has done for grown crystals.

Abstract
Nonlinear optics is a fascinating field, which plays a vital role in the emerging field of photonics and optoelectronics. A new nonlinear optical crystal of glycine mixed L-valine picrate (GVP) have been grown from saturated aqueous solution by slow evaporation method at a temperature of 36°C using a constant temperature bath of accuracy of ±0.01°C. The synthesized organic optical material has been purified by repeated recrystallization. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis has been made to determine the cell parameters and it confirms the crystal lattice to be orthorhombic. UV-vis-NIR spectrum have recorded for GVP crystals in the range from 190 nm to 1100 nm and it is found that the crystal has cut-off at 450 nm. Fourier transform infrared transmission has confirmed the presence of the functional group present in the title compound. The spectrum has been recorded by KBr pellet technique. The (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra have been recorded to elucidate the molecular structure of GVP crystals. The second harmonic generation (SHG) of the grown crystal have been confirmed by Kurtz-Perry method using Nd:YAG laser as source.

Abstract
Charge transfer complex (CTC) of donor, p-phenylenediamine (PPD) and acceptor, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (picric acid) has been studied in methanol at room temperature. The CT complex was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR spectra, 1H NMR spectroscopy and electronic absorption spectra which indicate the CT interaction associated with proton migration from the acceptor to the donor followed by hydrogen bonding via N+-H⋯O-. The thermal stability of CT complex was studied using TGA and DTA analyses techniques. The CT complex was screened for its antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger (Laboratory isolate), Candida albicans (IQA-109) and Penicillium sp. (Laboratory isolate) and antibacterial activity against two Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA 22) and Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6051) and two Gram-negative bacteria Escherichia coli (K 12) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MTCC 2488). It gives good antimicrobial activity. The stoichiometry of the CT complex was found to be 1:1. The physical parameters of CT complex were evaluated by the Benesi-Hildebrand equation. On the basis of the studies, the structure of CT complex is [(PPDH)+(PA)-], and a general mechanism for its formation is proposed.

Abstract
Newly proton or charge transfer complex [(OPDH)(+)(PA)(-)] was synthesized by the reaction of the donor, o-phenylenediamine (OPD) with acceptor, 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (PAH). The chemical reaction has occurred via strong hydrogen bonding followed by migration of proton from acceptor to donor. UV-vis, (1)H NMR and FTIR spectra, in addition to the thermal and elemental analysis were used to confirm the proposed occurrence of the chemical reaction and to investigate the newly synthesized solid CT complex. The stoichiometry of the CT complex was found to be 1:1. The formation constant and molar extinction coefficient of the CT complex were evaluated by the Benesi-Hildebrand equation.
