Abstract
Green industry development focuses on balancing economic and financial growth with environmental stewardship and ensuring that companies and industries are contributing positively to both environmental sustainability and prosperity. This manuscript aims to develop the novel technique of circular complex p, q-quasirung orthopair fuzzy 2-tuple linguistic (CCp, q-QOF2-TL) set and their operational laws based on algebraic t-norms and Hamacher t-norms, where the algebraic t-norms and Einstein t-norms are the special cases of the Hamacher t-norms for parameterϜ Ⅎ s = l andϜ Ⅎ s = 2 . Further, we derive the Hamacher power aggregation operators based on any finite collection of CCp, q-QOF2-TL numbers (CCp, q-QOF2-TLNs), called CCp, q-QOF2-TL Hamacher power average (CCp, q-QOF2-TLHPA) operator, CCp, q-QOF2-TL Hamacher power weighted average (CCp, q-QOF2-TLHPWA) operator, CCp, q-QOF2-TL Hamacher power geometric (CCp, q-QOF2-TLHPG) operator, CCp, q-QOF2-TL Hamacher power weighted geometric (CCp, q-QOF2-TLHPWG) operator, and described their basic properties, called idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness. Further, we demonstrate the technique of multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem based on the above operators to evaluate the major factor that will be playing in the development of the green industry. Finally, we compare the proposed ranking values with the obtained ranking values of existing techniques to show the supremacy and superiority of the initiated approaches.

Abstract
Energy storage is a way of storing energy to reduce imbalances between demand and energy production. The ability to store electricity and use it later is one of the keys to reaching large quantities of renewable energy on the grid. There are several methods to store energy such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, electrochemical, and thermal energy. Regarding their operation, storage, and cost, the choice of these energy storage techniques appears to be interesting. This issue becomes very serious when there involves uncertainty. To consider this kind of uncertain information, a picture fuzzy soft set is found to be a more appropriate parameterization tool to deal with imprecise data. Based on the advanced structure of picture fuzzy soft set, here in this article, firstly, we have developed the notions of basic operational laws for picture fuzzy soft numbers. Then based on these developed operational laws, we have established the notions of picture fuzzy soft power average [Formula: see text], weighted picture fuzzy soft power average [Formula: see text] and ordered weighted picture fuzzy soft power average [Formula: see text] aggregation operators. Moreover, we have introduced the notions for picture fuzzy soft power geometric [Formula: see text], weighted picture fuzzy soft power geometric [Formula: see text] and ordered weighted picture fuzzy soft power geometric [Formula: see text] aggregation operators. Furthermore, we have established the application of picture fuzzy soft power aggregation operators for the selection of thermal energy storage techniques. For this, we have developed a decision-making approach along with an explanatory example to show the effective use of the developed theory. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of the introduced work shows the advancement of developed notions.

Abstract
Aczel–Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are important t-norm and t-conorm, and they are extended from algebraic t-norm and t-conorm. Obviously, Aczel–Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are more general than some existing t-norm and t-conorm. Furthermore, the power aggregation (PA) operator is also a very famous and valuable operator which can consider the power relation between any two input parameters. In addition, Interval-valued Atanassov-intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVA-IFS) can easily express uncertain information. In order to fully use their advantages, in this analysis, we extend the PA operators based on Aczel–Alsina t-norm and t-conorm to IVA-IFS and propose the interval-valued Atanassov-intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel–Alsina power averaging (IVA-IFAAPA), interval-valued Atanassov-intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel–Alsina power ordered averaging (IVA-IFAAPOA), interval-valued Atanassov-intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel–Alsina power geometric (IVA-IFAAPG) and interval-valued Atanassov-intuitionistic fuzzy Aczel–Alsina power ordered geometric (IVA-IFAAPOG) operators. Moreover, we discuss the properties of the presented operators such as idempotency, monotonicity, and boundedness. In addition, a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) procedure is proposed to process the IVA-IF information. Finally, a practical example is used to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method by comparing it with some existing operators.

Abstract
Recently, the TODIM has been used to deal with multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems. The intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic sets (I2TLSs) are useful tools to depict uncertainty in MADM. This paper use TODIM method to solve MADM with the intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic numbers (I2TLNs). Firstly, the concepts of I2TLNs are briefly presented, and classical TODIM for MADM are introduced. Then, the classical TODIM method is used to solve MADM with I2TLNs, and its important characteristic is to fully consider the decision makers’ bounded rationality which is a real action in MADM. And a comparative analysis is also given. Finally, a numerical example for service outsourcing providers selection is proposed.

Abstract
The most important influence of this assessment is to analyze some new operational laws based on confidential levels (CLs) for complex Pythagorean fuzzy (CPF) settings. Moreover, to demonstrate the closeness between finite numbers of alternatives, the conception of confidence CPF weighted averaging (CCPFWA), confidence CPF ordered weighted averaging (CCPFOWA), confidence CPF weighted geometric (CCPFWG), and confidence CPF ordered weighted geometric (CCPFOWG) operators are invented. Several significant features of the invented works are also diagnosed. Moreover, to investigate the beneficial optimal from a large number of alternatives, a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) analysis is analyzed based on CPF data. A lot of examples are demonstrated based on invented works to evaluate the supremacy and ability of the initiated works. For massive convenience, the sensitivity analysis and merits of the identified works are also explored with the help of comparative analysis and they're graphical shown.

Abstract
In this article, we have introduced a new linguistic generalized spherical fuzzy set by combining the idea of generalized spherical fuzzy set and linguistic fuzzy set. Linguistic generalized spherical fuzzy set is described by linguistic positive, linguistic neutral and linguistic negative membership degrees with the condition that the square sum of its linguistic membership degrees is less than or equal to 3 which deal with the uncertain and imprecise information in decision making in a much more suitable way. We have discussed some basic operations of linguistic generalized spherical fuzzy sets and introduced new score and accuracy functions to compare any two linguistic generalized spherical fuzzy numbers. We have developed various types of aggregation operators based on the newly defined linguistic generalized spherical fuzzy set, which have been manifested to construct a new multi-criteria group decision-making technique. Numerical example has been presented to demonstrate the proposed model. Finally, sensitivity and comparative analysis is performed to show the reliability and efficiency of the new multi-criteria group decision-making technique.

Abstract
In this manuscript, the notions of q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs) and complex fuzzy sets (CFSs) are combined is to propose the complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (Cq-ROFSs) and their fundamental laws. The Cq-ROFSs are an important way to express uncertain information, and they are superior to the complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the complex Pythagorean fuzzy sets. Their eminent characteristic is that the sum of the qth power of the real part (similarly for imaginary part) of complex-valued membership degree and the qth power of the real part (similarly for imaginary part) of complex-valued non‐membership degree is equal to or less than 1, so the space of uncertain information they can describe is broader. Under these environments, we develop the score function, accuracy function and comparison method for two Cq-ROFNs. Based on Cq-ROFSs, some new aggregation operators are called complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging (Cq-ROFWA) and complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted geometric (Cq-ROFWG) operators are investigated, and their properties are described. Further, based on proposed operators, we present a new method to deal with the multi‐attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems under the environment of fuzzy set theory. Finally, we use some practical examples to illustrate the validity and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with other existing methods.

Abstract
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) has been regarded as an effective analysis approach to identify and rank the potential failure modes in many applications. However, how to determine the weights of team members appropriately, with the impact factor of domain experts’ uncertainty in decision-making of FMEA, is still an open issue. In this paper, a new method to determine the weights of team members, which combines evidence theory, intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) and belief entropy, is proposed to analyze the failure modes. One of the advantages of the presented model is that the uncertainty of experts in the decision-making process is taken into consideration. The proposed method is data driven with objective and reasonable properties, which considers the risk of weights more completely. A numerical example is shown to illustrate the feasibility and availability of the proposed method.

Abstract
Fault diagnosis is an important issue in various fields and aims to detect and identify the faults of systems, products, and processes. The cause of a fault is complicated due to the uncertainty of the actual environment. Nevertheless, it is difficult to consider uncertain factors adequately with many traditional methods. In addition, the same fault may show multiple features and the same feature might be caused by different faults. In this paper, a neutrosophic set based fault diagnosis method based on multi-stage fault template data is proposed to solve this problem. For an unknown fault sample whose fault type is unknown and needs to be diagnosed, the neutrosophic set based on multi-stage fault template data is generated, and then the generated neutrosophic set is fused via the simplified neutrosophic weighted averaging (SNWA) operator. Afterwards, the fault diagnosis results can be determined by the application of defuzzification method for a defuzzying neutrosophic set. Most kinds of uncertain problems in the process of fault diagnosis, including uncertain information and inconsistent information, could be handled well with the integration of multi-stage fault template data and the neutrosophic set. Finally, the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method are demonstrated via an illustrative example.

Abstract
Dempster⁻Shafer evidence theory is widely applied in various fields related to information fusion. However, how to avoid the counter-intuitive results is an open issue when combining highly conflicting pieces of evidence. In order to handle such a problem, a weighted combination method for conflicting pieces of evidence in multi-sensor data fusion is proposed by considering both the interplay between the pieces of evidence and the impacts of the pieces of evidence themselves. First, the degree of credibility of the evidence is determined on the basis of the modified cosine similarity measure of basic probability assignment. Then, the degree of credibility of the evidence is adjusted by leveraging the belief entropy function to measure the information volume of the evidence. Finally, the final weight of each piece of evidence generated from the above steps is obtained and adopted to modify the bodies of evidence before using Dempster’s combination rule. A numerical example is provided to illustrate that the proposed method is reasonable and efficient in handling the conflicting pieces of evidence. In addition, applications in data classification and motor rotor fault diagnosis validate the practicability of the proposed method with better accuracy.
