Abstract
Many people die from suicide, and it is a significant challenge in most societies, which calls for improved assessment procedures. This work presents a risk assessment model and outlines the risk factors for suicidal attempts under conditions of risk uncertainty. This algorithm assesses risk factors entirely using an interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy (ivq-ROF) set information based Sugeno-Weber aggregation operators and EDAS method. Second, it applies Positive Distance from the Average (PDA) and Negative Distance from the Average (NDA) to balance an assessment, normalize various criteria, and rank them into higher order. We proposed ivq-ROF Sugeno-Weber weighted averaging (ivq-ROFSWWA), ivq-ROFS weighted geometric (ivq-ROFSWG) operators and EDAS method for improving the process of aggregation of fuzzy information. In the final type of stage, add up the PDA and NDA scores to determine the critical risk factors. This approach also increases the accuracy of predicting suicide risk, which is a vital asset for mental health researchers and practitioners to build effective intervention and prevention initiatives. Also, the nature of the algorithm renders decisions on compound data interfaces beneficial to numerous public health situations. Its application may include understanding factors that should inform policies that touch on mental health services and enhance the utilization of scarce resources in meeting the growing demand for such services. In conclusion, this study aspires to avoid future suicides due to a solid analytical framework for the research problem.

Development of Aczel-Alsina t-norm based linear Diophantine fuzzy aggregation operators and their applications in multi-criteria decision-making with unknown weight information. Abstract
Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are intrinsically flexible and endow Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators with greater versatility and robustness in the aggregation process than operators rooted in other t-norms and t-conorm families. Moreover, the linear Diophantine fuzzy set (LD-FS) is one of the resilient extensions of the fuzzy sets (FSs), intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PyFSs), and q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs), which has acquired prominence in decision analysis due to its exceptional efficacy in resolving ambiguous data. Keeping in view the advantages of both LD-FSs and Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators, this article aims to establish Aczel-Alsina operation rules for LD-FSs, such as Aczel-Alsina sum, Aczel-Alsina product, Aczel-Alsina scalar multiplication, and Aczel-Alsina exponentiation. Based on these operation rules, we expose the linear Diophantine fuzzy Aczel-Alsina weighted average (LDFAAWA) operator, and linear Diophantine fuzzy Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric (LDFAAWG) operator and scrutinize their distinctive characteristics and results. Additionally, based on these aggregation operators (AOs), a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach is designed and tested with a practical case study related to forecasting weather under an LD-FS setting. The developed model undergoes a comparative analysis with several prevailing approaches to demonstrate the superiority and accuracy of the proposed model. Besides, the influence of the parameter Λ on the ranking order is successfully highlighted.

Abstract
Intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) represent a significant advancement in classical fuzzy set (FS) theory. This study advances IFS theory to generalized intuitionistic fuzzy sets (GIFSBs) and introduces novel operators GIFWAA, GIFWGA, GIFOWAA, and GIFOWGA, tailored for GIFSBs. The primary aim is to enhance decision-making capabilities by introducing aggregation operators within the GIFSB framework that align with preferences for optimal outcomes. The article introduces new operators for GIFSBs characterized by attributes like idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity and commutativity, resulting in aggregated values aligned with GIFNs. A comprehensive analysis of the relationships among these operations is conducted, offering a thorough understanding of their applicability. These operators are practically demonstrated in a multiple-criteria decision-making process for evaluating startup success in the Tech Industry.

Abstract
q-spherical fuzzy rough set (q-SFRS) is also one of the fundamental concepts for addressing more uncertainties in decision problems than the existing structures of fuzzy sets, and thus its implementation was more substantial. The well-known sine trigonometric function maintains the periodicity and symmetry of the origin in nature and thus satisfies the expectations of the experts over the multi-parameters. Taking this feature and the significance of the q-SFRSs into consideration, the main objective of the article is to describe some reliable sine trigonometric laws for SFSs. Associated with these laws, we develop new average and geometric aggregation operators to aggregate the q-spherical fuzzy rough numbers. Then, we presented a group decision-making strategy to address the multi-attribute group decision-making problem using the developed aggregation operators. To verify the value of the defined operators, a MAGDM strategy is provided along with applications for selecting a Cloud Service Provider and a Digital Transformation Vendor for digital transformation. Moreover, a comparative study is also performed to present the effectiveness of the developed approach.

The main objective of this paper is to introduce a hybrid approach for the power system reforms and advances of low-carbon technology to address environmental concerns as well as transition towards a more sustainable energy infrastructure. To meet these objectives, various aggregation operators (AOs) are developed named as T-spherical fuzzy Dubois-Prade (T-SFDP), T-spherical fuzzy interactive Dubois-Prade weighted average (T-SFIDPWA), T-spherical fuzzy interactive Dubois-Prade ordered weighted average (T-SFIDPOWA), T-spherical fuzzy interactive Dubois-Prade weighted geometric (T-SFIDPWG), and T-spherical fuzzy interactive Dubois-Prade ordered weighted geometric (T-SFIDPOWG). These AOs are integrated in the construction CRITIC-EDAS framework, facilitating a comprehensive assessment and ranking of proposals. This paper underscores the methodology's efficacy and precision through rigorous validation with CRITIC-MAUT, CRITIC-ARAS, CRITIC-EDAS, and CRITIC-MABAC analyses, showcasing its ability to discern and prioritize reform initiatives with exactitude. Beyond enhancing the comprehension of reform proposals, this hybrid approach establishes a benchmark for future evaluations, significantly contributing to the dynamic landscape of power system optimization. The methodology's clarity and precision offer decision-makers a valuable tool for the thorough assessment and prioritization of power system reforms initiatives, fostering sustainability and environmentally conscious advancements.

Abstract
Sports tourism represents a novel industrial manifestation of the profound integration between the tourism and sports sectors. The objective of this research is to examine an innovative multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method for the sustainability evaluation of sports tourism. The largest innovations are the expression and treatment of ambiguous data and interdependent evaluation criteria in the sports tourism sustainability evaluation process. On the one hand, intricate assessment data is represented using linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs), which employ three linguistic variables to convey uncertainty and imprecision. On the other hand, to effectively capture the interrelationships among inputs, two novel aggregation operators are proposed. They are devised based on the Einstein operations and Heronian mean operators of LNNs. Subsequently, a linguistic neutrosophic evaluation method utilizing the aforementioned operators is presented. Comparative and sensitivity analyses conclude that great interdependence exists among five different dimensions of sustainability evaluation in sports tourism, and the proposed method can reflect the interrelations among inputs without redundant calculations.

Abstract
The q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROPFS) is a kind of fuzzy framework that is capable of introducing significantly more fuzzy information than other fuzzy frameworks. The concept of combining information and aggregating it plays a significant part in the multi-criteria decision-making method. However, this new branch has recently attracted scholars from several domains. The goal of this study is to introduce some dynamic q-rung orthopair fuzzy aggregation operators (AOs) for solving multi-period decision-making issues in which all decision information is given by decision makers in the form of "q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers" (q-ROPFNs) spanning diverse time periods. Einstein AOs are used to provide seamless information fusion, taking this advantage we proposed two new AOs namely, "dynamic q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein weighted averaging (DQROPFEWA) operator and dynamic q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (DQROPFEWG) operator". Several attractive features of these AOs are addressed in depth. Additionally, we develop a method for addressing multi-period decision-making problems by using ideal solutions. To demonstrate the suggested approach's use, a numerical example is provided for calculating the impact of "coronavirus disease" 2019 (COVID-19) on everyday living. Finally, a comparison of the proposed and existing studies is performed to establish the efficacy of the proposed method. The given AOs and decision-making technique have broad use in real-world multi-stage decision analysis and dynamic decision analysis.

Abstract
In recent years, as corporate consciousness of environmental preservation and sustainable growth has increased, the importance of sustainability marketing in the logistic process has grown. Both academics and business have increased their focus on sustainable logistics procedures. As the body of literature expands, expanding the field's knowledge requires establishing new avenues by analyzing past research critically and identifying future prospects. The concept of "q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft set" (q-ROFSS) is a new hybrid model of a q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS) and soft set (SS). A q-ROFSS is a novel approach to address uncertain information in terms of generalized membership grades in a broader space. The basic alluring characteristic of q-ROFS is that they provide a broader space for membership and non-membership grades whereas SS is a robust approach to address uncertain information. These models play a vital role in various fields such as decision analysis, information analysis, computational intelligence, and artificial intelligence. The main objective of this article is to construct new aggregation operators (AOs) named "q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft prioritized weighted averaging" (q-ROFSPWA) operator and "q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft prioritized weighted geometric" (q-ROFSPWG) operator for the fusion of a group of q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft numbers and to tackle complexities and difficulties in existing operators. These AOs provide more effective information fusion tools for uncertain multi-attribute decision-making problems. Additionally, it was shown that the proposed AOs have a higher power of discriminating and are less sensitive to noise when it comes to evaluating the performances of sustainable logistic providers.

Abstract
Intuitionistic fuzzy set (InFS) theory represents a paradigm change in handling strategic planning challenges, one of the most important issues in the physical realm. Aggregation operators (AOs) have a big part to play in making decisions, especially when there are many things to think about. When there isn't enough information, it's hard to come up with good accretion solutions. This article aims to establish innovative operational rules and AOs in an intuitionistic fuzzy enviroment. To accomplish this aim, we establish novel operational laws that utilize the notion of proportional distribution to provide a neutral or fairly remedy for InFSs. Furthermore, using suggested fairly AOs with evaluations from multiple "decision-makers" (DMs) and partial weight details under InFS, a fairly "multi-criteria decision-makin" (MCDM) method is constructed. A linear programming model is used to figure out the weights of criteria when only some of the information is known. In addition, a rigorous implementation of the proposed method is provided to illustrate the efficacy of the proposed AOs.

Abstract
Due to insufficient healthcare facilities for the fight against cancer, a large percentage of individuals die. Utilizing computational tools inside the health and medical system helps to minimize fatalities. Timely cancer detection enhances the likelihood of effective therapy. Cancer risk assessment is important for legal and regulatory reasons, for cancer prevention, and to avoid the risks. The approach for assessing cancer risk based on the q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS) is described. The technique is predicated on a multifactor evaluation of the likelihood of a cancerous. q-ROFS is a robust approach for modeling uncertainties in multicriteria decision making (MCDM). The combinative distance-based assessment (CODAS) technique integrates two separate approaches, namely the “simple additive weighting” (SAW) method and the “weighted product method (WPM)”. In this study, the CODAS approach is extended to the q-rung orthopair fuzzy framework with application to cancer risk assessment. Additionally, the symmetry of the optimal decision in cancer risk assessment is carried out by a comparison analysis of the suggested model with some existing models.

Abstract
Due to the fact that there is no symmetry in the division of cancer cells, it is important to consider this asymmetrical behavior. Because of this heterogeneity during any therapy, not every cancer cell that is killed only is abolished, which is sensitive to the particular treatment chosen. Mathematical models that describe these pathways are critical for predicting cancer cell proliferation behavior. The literature on the mathematical modeling of cancer onset, growth, and metastasis is extensive. Both deterministic and stochastic factors were used to develop mathematical models to mimic the development rate of cancer cells. We focus on the cell’s heterogeneity in our model so that the cells generally responsible for spreading cancer, which are called stem cells, can be killed. Aggregation operators (AOs) play an important role in decision making, especially when there are several competing factors. A key issue in the case of uncertain data is to develop appropriate solutions for the aggregation process. We presented two novel Einstein AOs: q-rung picture fuzzy dynamic Einstein weighted averaging (q-RPFDEWA) operator and q-rung picture fuzzy dynamic Einstein weighted geometric (q-RPFDEWG) operator. Several enticing aspects of these AOs are thoroughly discussed. Furthermore, we provide a method for dealing with multi-period decision-making (MPDM) issues by applying optimal solutions. A numerical example is presented to explain how the recommended technique can be used in cancer therapy assessment. Authenticity analysis is also presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed technique. The suggested AOs and decision-making methodologies are generally applicable in real-world multi-stage and dynamic decision analysis.

Abstract
The idea of a cubic bipolar fuzzy set (CBFS) is a new hybrid extension of the cubic set (CS) and the bipolar fuzzy set (BFS). A CBFS is a strong model to deal with bipolarity and fuzziness in terms of positive membership grades (PMGs) and negative membership grades (NMGs). A positive interval and a positive numbers represent a PMG to express the degree of belongingness of a specific property, and a negative interval and a negative number represent a NMG which defines the degree of non-belongingness of the specific property (or satisfaction level of its counter property). The aim of this paper is to define the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under P-order (CBFS P topology) as well as the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under R-order (CBFS R topology). We investigate certain properties and results of CBFS P topology and CBFS R topology. Topological structures on CBFSs are helping in the development of new artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for healthcare domain strategies and investigating various critical diseases. Such techniques allow for the early detection and investigation of diseases, assisting clinicians in minimizing the possible risk factors. An extended linear assignment model (LAM) and superiority and inferiority ranking method (SIR method) are proposed for healthcare diagnosis based on newly developed structures. The proposed LAM and SIR method are successfully applied for investigation of critical diseases. Moreover, we discuss a comparison analysis of investigations made by suggested techniques with some existing approaches.

Abstract
In recent research developments, the application of mobile agents (MAs) has attracted extensive research in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) due to the unique benefits it offers, such as energy conservation, network bandwidth saving, and flexibility of open usage for various WSN applications. The majority of the proposed research ideas on dynamic itinerary planning agent-based algorithms are efficient when dealing with node failure as a result of energy depletion. However, they generate inefficient groups for MAs itineraries, which introduces a delay in broadcasting data return back to the sink node, and they do not consider the expanding size of the MAs during moving towards a sequence of related nodes. In order to rectify these research issues, we propose a new Graph-based Dynamic Multi-Mobile Agent Itinerary Planning approach (GDMIP). GDMIP works with "Directed Acyclic Graph" (DAG) techniques and distributes sensor nodes into various and efficient group-based shortest-identified routes, which cover all nodes in the network using intuitionistic fuzzy sets. MAs are restricted from moving in the predefined path and routes and are responsible for collecting data from the assigned groups. The experimental results of our proposed work show the effectiveness and expediency compared to the published approaches. Therefore, our proposed algorithm is more energy efficient and effective for task delay (time).

Abstract
From production to retail, the food supply chain (FSC) encompasses all stages of food production. Food is now transmitted across continents over long ranges. People depend on supply chains for basic necessities such as food, water, drinks, etc. Any disruption in these shipment pipelines poses a serious threat to human life. Supplier selection (SS) has been identified as a crucial component of FSC, which has been contemplated as a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem in many studies. The failure of some specific MCDM problems is due to failure in contemplating the relationships between alternatives under uncertain circumstances. To address such challenges, we present a contemporary method for designating green suppliers based on single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy (SVNHF) information, in which the input assessment is taken into account using single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy numbers (SVNHFNs). The foremost purpose of this analysis is to construct a topological structure on single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets (SVNHFSs) as well as to validate several key properties with examples. We discuss certain properties of SVNHF topology such as the SVNHF closure, SVNHF interior, SVNHF exterior, and SVNHF frontier. We also examine the conceptualization of the SVNHF dense set and SVNHF base in SVNHF topology using comprehensive examples. Eventually, to demonstrate and validate the superiority and inferiority ranking (SIR) method and choice value (CV) method in terms of their rationality and scientific basis, a real-world example of supplier selection in a food supply chain is provided. A comparative analysis is also performed to discuss the symmetry, validity and advantage of the proposed techniques.

Interval-Valued Linear Diophantine Fuzzy Frank Aggregation Operators with Multi-Criteria Decision-Making. MATHEMATICS 2022. Abstract
We introduce the notion of the interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy set, which is a generalized fuzzy model for providing more accurate information, particularly in emergency decision-making, with the help of intervals of membership grades and non-membership grades, as well as reference parameters that provide freedom to the decision makers to analyze multiple objects and alternatives in the universe. The accuracy of interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy numbers is analyzed using Frank operations. We first extend the Frank t-conorm and t-norm (FTcTn) to interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy information and then offer new operations such as the Frank product, Frank sum, Frank exponentiation, and Frank scalar multiplication. Based on these operations, we develop novel interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy aggregation operators (AOs), including the “interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy Frank weighted averaging operator and the interval-valued linear Diophantine fuzzy Frank weighted geometric operator”. We also demonstrate various features of these AOs and examine the interactions between the proposed AOs. FTcTns offer two significant advantages. Firstly, they function in the same way as algebraic, Einstein, and Hamacher t-conorms and t-norms. Secondly, they have an additional parameter that results in a more dynamic and reliable aggregation process, making them more effective than other general t-conorm and t-norm approaches. Furthermore, we use these operators to design a method for dealing with multi-criteria decision-making with IVLDFNs. Finally, a numerical case study of the novel carnivorous issue is shown as an application for emergency decision-making based on the proposed AOs. The purpose of this numerical example is to demonstrate the practicality and viability of the provided AOs.
