Abstract
Background Ovarian cancer (OC) is the most lethal tumor within the female reproductive system. Medical imaging plays a significant role in diagnosis and monitoring OC. This study aims to use bibliometric analysis to explore the current research hotspots and collaborative networks in the application of medical imaging in OC from 2000 to 2022. Methods A systematica search for medical imaging in OC was conducted on the Web of Science Core Collection on August 9, 2023. All reviews and articles published from January 2000 to December 2022 were downloaded, and an analysis of countries, institutions, journals, keywords, and collaborative networks was perfomed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer. Results A total of 5,958 publications were obtained, demonstrating a clear upward trend in annual publications over the study peroid. The USA led in productivity with 1,373 publications, and Harvard University emerged as the most prominent institution with 202 publications. Timmerman D was the most prolific contributor with 100 publications, and Gynecological Oncology led in the number of publications with 296. The top three keywords were "ovarian cancer" (1,256), "ultrasound" (725), and "diagnosis" (712). In addition, "pelvic masses" had the highest burst strength (25.5), followed by "magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)" (21.47). Recent emergent keywords such as "apoptosis", "nanoparticles", "features", "accuracy", and "human epididymal protein 4 (HE 4)" reflect research trends in this field and may become research hotspots in the future. Conclusion This study provides a comprehensive summary of the key contributions of OC imaging to field's development over the past 23 years. Presently, primary areas of OC imaging research include MRI, targeted therapy of OC, novel biomarker (HE 4), and artificial intelligence. These areas are expected to influence future research endeavors in this field.

Abstract
Existing literature on primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is limited because of the rarity of this disease. We report a patient with intermittent vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge who underwent transvaginal ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, and 18-F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18-F FDG PET/CT) in our hospital. Ultrasound showed a bilateral fallopian tube mass and a uterine lesion. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed typical sausage-shaped bilateral adnexal masses, but overlooked a small lesion in the uterus in the initial diagnosis. FDG PET/CT findings not only showed bilateral fallopian tube masses and uterine lesions, but also ruled out distant metastasis. Postoperative pathology confirmed bilateral primary high-grade serous adenocarcinoma of the fallopian tube with implants in the uterus. These findings suggest that 18-F FDG PET/CT imaging could be a good approach for the diagnosis and staging of primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube.

Abstract
Objectives: This study aims to investigate the diagnostic and prognostic values of EpCAM, TGM2, and HE4 in endometrial cancer (EC). Methods: In this study, 42 patients diagnosed with EC (EC group), 41 patients diagnosed with myoma (benign group), and 43 healthy women (healthy group), who applied to Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University between March 2018 - September 2019 were recruited. Serum EpCAM, TGM2, and IL-33 levels were measured by ELISA, while serum HE4 and CA-125 levels were measured by ECLIA. The serum markers listed above were also measured in 12 paired pre- and post-operative EC patients. The diagnostic and prognostic values of serum markers were analyzed. Results: The serum EpCAM, TGM2, HE4, CA-125, and IL-33 levels were significantly higher in the EC group. The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of EpCAM and HE4 was 92.86 and 69.05%, which were significantly higher than using a single marker or other combinations. Among these markers, serum HE4 levels were significantly higher in patients with myometrial invasion, metastasis, and lymphovascular invasion (p = 0.006, p = 0.0004, p = 0.0004, respectively). And serum TGM2 levels were significantly decreased in post-operative than that of pre-operative EC patients (p < 0.001). Conclusions: The combination of EpCAM and HE4 showed the highest specificity and sensitivity in the diagnosis of EC. HE4 was successful in the detection of high-risk individuals preoperatively. Additionally, TGM2 might be a prognostic factor for EC.

Abstract
Notwithstanding important advances in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC), this disease is still a leading cause of global high mortality from gynecological malignancies. Recurrence in EOC is inevitable and it is responsible for poor survival rates. There is a critical need for novel effective biomarkers with improved accuracy compared to the standard carbohydrate antigen-125 (CA-125) for follow-up. The human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) is used for early detection of EOC (ROMA algorithm) as well as for predicting optimal cytoreduction after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and survival outcomes. Notably, the emerging HE4 is a promising prognostic biomarker that has displayed better accuracy in various recent studies for detecting recurrent disease. In this mini-review, we discussed the potential of HE4 as an accurate predictor of EOC recurrence.
