Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has gradually played an indispensable role in people's health maintenance, especially in the treatment of chronic diseases. However, there is always uncertainty and hesitation in the judgment and understanding of diseases by doctors, which affects the status recognition and optimal diagnosis and treatment decision-making of patients. In order to overcome the above problems, we lead into probabilistic double hierarchy linguistic term set (PDHLTS) to accurately describe language information in traditional Chinese medicine and make decisions. In this paper, a multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) model is constructed based on the MSM-MCBAC (Maclaurin symmetric mean-MultiCriteria Border Approximation area Comparison) method in the PDHL environment. Firstly, a PDHL weighted Maclaurin symmetric mean (PDHLWMSM) operator is proposed to aggregate the evaluation matrices of multiple experts. Then, combined with the BWM and maximizing deviation method, a comprehensive weight determination method is put forward to calculate the weights of criteria. Furthermore, we propose PDHL MSM-MCBAC method based on the Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison (MABAC) method and the PDHLWMSM operator. Finally, an example of a selection of TCM prescriptions is used and some comparative analyses are made to verify the effectiveness and superiority of this paper.

Abstract
Classroom teaching quality evaluation is an important link in the curriculum quality assurance system. It has important guiding significance for the timely feedback of classroom teaching effects, the achievement of teachers' teaching goals, and the implementation of teaching plans. The evaluation system is scientific, objective and accurate. The classroom teaching quality evaluation is an important way to improve the level of teacher education and teaching and then determine the quality of talent training in various majors. At present, although the evaluation work has played a positive role, the backwardness of the evaluation system has seriously restricted the effectiveness of teaching feedback. The classroom teaching quality evaluation of college basketball training is viewed as the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM). In this article, we combine the generalized Heronian mean (GHM) operator and power average (PA) with 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic sets (2TLNSs) to propose the generalized 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic power HM (G2TLNPHM) operator. The G2TLNPHM operator is built for MADM. Finally, an example for classroom teaching quality evaluation of college basketball training is used to show the proposed methods.

Abstract
With respect to intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems with completely unknown weight information, some operational laws of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, score function and accuracy function of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are introduced. To determine the attribute weights, a model based on the information entropy, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. We utilize the intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher weighted averaging (IFHWA) operator to fuse the intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score function and accuracy function. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the logistics efficiency of agricultural products is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract
The assessment of sustainable supplier is very significant for supply chain management (SCM). The procedure of sustainable supplier selection (SSS) is a complex process for decision experts (DEs) due to the association of diverse qualitative and quantitative attributes. As the uncertainty is usually ensued in the SSS and hesitant fuzzy set (HFS), an extension of fuzzy set (FS) has been demonstrated as one of the effective ways to treat the uncertain information in realistic problems. The objective of this paper is to propose an integrated hesitant fuzzy–data envelopment analysis (DEA)–full consistency method (FOCUM)–multi attribute border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method called HF-DEA-FUCOM-MABAC framework to assess the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems on HFSs settings. In this line, first, the efficient alternatives are chosen using the DEA method. Second, The FUCOM is used to compute the subjective weight of attributes. Third, The HF-MABAC method is presented to prioritize the alternatives in an MADM problem. In the following, a case study of SSS problem for an Auto-making company is taken to show the practicality and utility of the presented approach. Next, we present a sensitivity investigation with different attribute weights set to observe the steadiness of the presented approach. Finally, we draw attention toward a comparison between presented approach with the extant HF-FOCUM-TOPSIS model to show its advantage and potency as well.

Abstract
In our country, fire from high-rise buildings happens from time to time and produced economic loss could be well over 100 billion that will give rise to great harm to safety of the people’s life and property even to the development of the whole national economy. In the fire protection work for High-rise building’s safety assessment, prevention, cause and salvation, all of this controlled by multiple factors. With their different attributes, fire problem and management work became more complex and even harder. When we want to integration and judgment the information which including many main bodies that with multi-aspect and evaluation index characteristics to be evaluated, Fuzzy mathematics evaluation method can help us. It can consider fully the fuzzy and uncertain in the assessment. For the problems in high-rise Building fire protection management. And it is frequently viewed as a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. Thus, a novel MAGDM method is needed to tackle it. Depending on the conventional TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preferenceby Similarity to Ideal Solution) method and intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), this essay designs a novel intuitive distance based IF-TOPSIS method for fire safety assessment based on the high building. Afterwards, relying on novel distance measures between IFNs, the conventional TOPSIS method is extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy environment to calculate assessment score of each alternative. Eventually, an application about fire safety assessment based on the high building and some comparative analysis have been given to demonstrate the superiority of the designed method. The results illustrate that the designed framework is useful for fire safety assessment based on the high building.

Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problem based on the Hamacher aggregation operators and Choquet integral with dual Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy information. Then, motivated by the ideal of Hamacher operation and Choquet integral, we have developed some Hamacher correlated operators for aggregating dual hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy information. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operators is studied. Then, we have utilized these two operators to develop some approaches to solve the dual hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy MADM problems. Finally, a practical example for supplier selection in supply chain management is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract
Facing with a sea of fuzzy information, decision makers always feel it difficult to select the optimal alternatives. Probabilistic hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFs) utilize the possible numbers and the possible membership degrees to describe the behavior of the decision makers. though this environment has been introduced to solve problems using different methods, this circumstance can still be explored by using different method. This paper’ s aim is to develop the MABAC (Multi-Attributive Border Approximation area Comparison) decision-making method which based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) in probabilistic hesitant fuzzy environment to handle multiple attributes group decision making (MAGDM) problems. Then the weighting vector of attributes can be calculated by the method of entropy. Then, in order to show the applicability of the proposed method, it is validated by a case study for buying a house. Finally, through comparing the outcome of comparative analysis, we conclude that this designed method is acceptable.

Abstract
The Picture fuzzy linguistic set (PFLS) is an extension of the intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and linguistic variables (LVs), which has been applied successfully in the process of decision making. Considering the lack of closeness of extant PFLS operations and the interrelationship among input attributes do not consider. In this paper, for the sake of addressing those limitations, we firstly redefine some novel operational laws for PFLS by introducing linguistic scale functions and the related properties are studied. Then, a novel score function and accuracy function are also defined to compare PFLSs. Subsequently, in consideration of the superiority of the Muirhead Mean (MM) operator in capturing the interaction relationship between the input parameters, we extend the MM operator to the Picture fuzzy linguistic context and then propose Picture fuzzy linguistic weighted MM operator and its dual form in a new light. After that, these operators have adopted to build two novel models to solve multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) problems. Finally, a practical example for the selection of the innovative “Mobike” sharing bike design is provided to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of proposed approaches.

Abstract
Under the background of the national fitness craze, the demand space for social sports professionals is constantly expanding. However, according to the author’s investigation, the overall situation shows that the number of high-quality social sports professionals in Chinese colleges and universities is relatively small. Among them, the unsound teaching quality evaluation system of social sports major is one of the important reasons affecting the cultivation of high-quality talents, so it is imperative to construct a sound teaching quality evaluation system of social sports major. At the same time, the perfect social physical education teaching quality evaluation system is an important basis for teachers’ teaching job evaluation and strengthening teachers’ management. And it is frequently considered as a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. Thus, a novel MAGDM method is needed to tackle it. Depending on the conventional TOPSIS method and intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), this essay designs a novel intuitive distance based IF-TOPSIS method for teaching quality evaluation of physical education. First of all, a related literature review is conducted. What’s more, some necessary theories related to IFSs are briefly reviewed. In addition, since subjective randomness frequently exists in determining criteria weights, the weights of criteria are decided objectively by utilizing CRITIC method. Afterwards, relying on novel distance measures between IFNs, the conventional TOPSIS method is extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy environment to calculate assessment score of each alternative. Eventually, an application about teaching quality evaluation of physical education and some comparative analysis have been given. The results think that the designed method is useful for teaching quality evaluation of physical education.

Abstract
Probabilistic linguistic term sets are used to express uncertain decision information in multiple attribute group decision making problems. For probabilistic linguistic multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with weight determined by CRITIC (Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation) method, the probabilistic linguistic grey relational projection method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the correlation coefficient among attributes and standard deviation of each attribute are utilized to compute the attributes weights. Then the most ideal alternative is decided by means of counting the grey relational projection (GRP) from probabilistic linguistic positive ideal solution and probabilistic linguistic negative ideal solution. In the end, a numerical example for site selection of hospital constructions is applied to further account for the extended method. The result demonstrates the availability of the proposed method and it can be used in other fields which refers to problems of selection.

Abstract
In recent years, with the increased voice for protecting the environment by the people all over the world, the governments also have actively adopted more and more measures to further promote environmental conservation and sustainable development. Traditional procurement approaches have not well updated to the current needs of the society, especially for the retail industry which is in relation to the national economy due to numerous products and different suppliers being involved. Therefore, the need for green procurement is more important. The qualified green supplier selection is the core of green procurement, which is the utmost importance in the business competition throughout the supply chain in today’s strong business competition. Thus, in order to obtain the optimal green supplier, integration of Entropy weights and multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) under uncertain probabilistic linguistic sets (UPLTSs) has offered a novel integrated model, in which information Entropy is utilized for calculating objective weights with UPLTSs to acquire the final ranking result of green supplier. Besides, so as to indicate the applicability of devised method, it is confirmed by a numerical case for green supplier selection. Some comparative studies are made with some existing methods. The proposed method can also serve for selecting suitable alternative successfully in other selection problems.

Abstract
In this manuscript, we extend the traditional multi-attributive border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method for the multiple-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) with triangular fuzzy neutrosophic numbers (TFNNs) to propose the TFNNs-MABAC method. In the proposed method, we utilize the TFNNs to express the values of criteria for each alternative in MCGDM problems. First, we briefly acquaint the basic concept of TFNNs and describe its corresponding some operation laws, the functions of score and accuracy, and the normalized hamming distance. We then review two aggregation operators of TFNNs. Afterward, we combine the traditional MABAC method with the triangular fuzzy neutrosophic evaluation and provide a sequence of calculation procedures of the TFNNs-MABAC method. After comparing it with some TFNNs aggregation operators and another method, the results showed that our extended MABAC method can not only effectively handle the conflicting attributes, but also practically deal with incomplete and indeterminate information in the MCGDM problem. Therefore, the extended MABAC method is more effective, conformable, and reasonable. Finally, an investment selection problem is demonstrated as a practice to verify the reasonability of our MABAC method.

Abstract
Low-carbon tourism plays the increasingly significant role in carbon emission reduction and natural environmental protection. The choice of low-carbon tourist destination (LCTD) often involves the multiple attributes or criteria and can be regarded as the corresponding multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issues. Since the Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) could well depict uncertain information or fuzzy information and cope with the LCTD selection, thus this essay develops a framework to tackle such MAGDM issues under the Pythagorean fuzzy environment. In this essay, due to few methods can compare with different alternatives along with their advantages from designed attributes, therefore, to overcome this challenge, the taxonomy method is utilized to integrate with PFSs. What’s more, the entropy method is also utilized to determine the attribute weights. Eventually, an application related to LCTD selection and some comparative analysis have been given to demonstrate the superiority of the designed method. The results illustrate that the designed framework is useful for identifying optimal tourist destination among the potential tourist destinations.
