Abstract
In the last decade, the risk evaluation and the investment decision are among the most prominent issues of efficient project management. Especially, the innovative financial sources could have some specific risk appetite due to the increasing return of investment. Hence, it is important to uncover the risk factors of fintech investments and investigate the possible impacts with an integrated approach to the strategic priorities of fintech lending. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze a unique risk set and the strategic priorities of fintech lending for clean energy projects. The most important contributions to the literature can be listed as to construct an impact-direction map of risk-based strategic priorities for fintech lending in clean energy projects and to measure the possible influences by using a hybrid decision making system with golden cut and bipolar q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets. The extension of multi stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (M-SWARA) is applied for weighting the risk factors of fintech lending. The extension of elimination and choice translating reality (ELECTRE) is employed for constructing and ranking the risk-based strategic priorities for clean energy projects. In this process, data is obtained with the evaluation of three different decision makers. The main superiority of the proposed model by comparing with the previous models in the literature is that significant improvements are made to the classical SWARA method so that a new technique is created with the name of M-SWARA. Hence, the causality analysis between the criteria can also be performed in this proposed model. The findings demonstrate that security is the most critical risk factor for fintech lending system. Moreover, volume is found as the most critical risk-based strategy for fintech lending. In this context, fintech companies need to take some precautions to effectively manage the security risk. For this purpose, the main risks to information technologies need to be clearly identified. Next, control steps should be put for these risks to be managed properly. Furthermore, it has been determined that the most appropriate strategy to increase the success of the fintech lending system is to increase the number of financiers integrated into the system. Within this framework, the platform should be secure and profitable to persuade financiers.

Abstract
The idea of a cubic bipolar fuzzy set (CBFS) is a new hybrid extension of the cubic set (CS) and the bipolar fuzzy set (BFS). A CBFS is a strong model to deal with bipolarity and fuzziness in terms of positive membership grades (PMGs) and negative membership grades (NMGs). A positive interval and a positive numbers represent a PMG to express the degree of belongingness of a specific property, and a negative interval and a negative number represent a NMG which defines the degree of non-belongingness of the specific property (or satisfaction level of its counter property). The aim of this paper is to define the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under P-order (CBFS P topology) as well as the cubic bipolar fuzzy topology under R-order (CBFS R topology). We investigate certain properties and results of CBFS P topology and CBFS R topology. Topological structures on CBFSs are helping in the development of new artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for healthcare domain strategies and investigating various critical diseases. Such techniques allow for the early detection and investigation of diseases, assisting clinicians in minimizing the possible risk factors. An extended linear assignment model (LAM) and superiority and inferiority ranking method (SIR method) are proposed for healthcare diagnosis based on newly developed structures. The proposed LAM and SIR method are successfully applied for investigation of critical diseases. Moreover, we discuss a comparison analysis of investigations made by suggested techniques with some existing approaches.

Abstract
The cubic q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy set (Cq-ROHFS) provides greater information and is capable of representing both the interval-valued q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy set (IVq-ROHFS) and the q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy set (q-ROHFS). The concept of Cq-ROHFS is more flexible when considering the symmetry between two or more objects. In social life, complex decision information is often too uncertain and hesitant to allow precision. The cubic q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy sets are a useful tool for representing uncertain and hesitant fuzzy information in uncertain decision situations. Using the least common multiple (LCM) extension method, we propose a decision-making method based on an exponential similarity measure and hesitancy in the cubic q-rung orthopair hesitant fuzzy environment. To represent assessment information more accurately, our proposed method adjusts parameters according to the decision maker’s preferences in the decision-making process. The Cq-ROHFS setting was used to develop a depression rating method based on the similarity measure for depressed patients. Finally, the validity and applicability of the decision method is demonstrated using an example of depression rating assessment. As a result of this study, the scientific community can gain insight into real-world clinical diagnostic problems and treatment options.

Abstract
The road from bipolar fuzzy sets to equilibrium-based mathematical abstraction is surveyed. A continuing historical debate on bipolarity and isomorphism is outlined. Related literatures are critically reviewed to counter plagiarism, distortion, renaming, and sophistry. Based on the debate, the term “isomorphistry” is coined. It is concluded that if isomorphism is used correctly it can be helpful in mathematics. If abused it may become isomorphistry—a kind of historical, socially constructed, entrenched, and “noble” hypocrisy hindering major scientific advances. It is shown that isomorphistry can be motivated by “denying” the originality of bipolar fuzzy sets and aimed at “justifying” plagiarism and distortion. Thus, isomorphistry is sophistry on isomorphism. Some (-,+)-bipolar isomorphistry behaviors are critiqued. YinYang vs. YangYin are distinguished. The geometrical and logical basis of equilibrium-based AI&QI computing machinery is introduced as a new computing paradigm with logically definable causality for mind-body unity. A philosophical joke on sophistry is appended.

Abstract
A cubic bipolar fuzzy set (CBFS) is a new approach in computational intelligence and decision-making under uncertainty. This model is the generalization of bipolar fuzzy sets to deal with two-sided contrasting features which can describe the information with a bipolar fuzzy number and an interval-valued bipolar fuzzy number simultaneously. In this paper, the Dombi’s operations are analyzed for information aggregation of cubic bipolar fuzzy numbers (CBFNs). The Dombi’s operations carry the advantage of more pliability and reliability due to the existence of their operational parameters. Owing to the pliable nature of Dombi’s operators, this research work introduces new aggregation operators named as cubic bipolar fuzzy Dombi weighted averaging (CBFDWA) operator and cubic bipolar fuzzy Dombi ordered weighted averaging (CBFDOWA) operator with ℙ -order and ℝ -order, respectively. Additionally, this paper presents some significant characteristics of suggested operators including, idempotency, boundedness and monotonicity. Moreover, a robust multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) technique is developed by using ℙ -CBFDWA and ℝ -CBFDWA operators. Based on the suggested operators a practical application is demonstrated towards MCDM under uncertainty. The comparison analysis of suggested Dombi’s operators with existing operators is also given to discuss the rationality, efficiency and applicability of these operators.

Abstract
Zadeh’s fuzzy sets are very useful tool to handle imprecision and uncertainty, but they are unable to characterize the negative characteristics in a certain problem. This problem was solved by Zhang et al. as they introduced the concept of bipolar fuzzy sets. Thus, fuzzy set generalizes the classical set and bipolar fuzzy set generalize the fuzzy set. These theories are based on the set of real numbers. On the other hand, the set of complex numbers is the generalization of the set of real numbers so, complex fuzzy sets generalize the fuzzy sets, with wide range of values to handle the imprecision and uncertainty. So, in this article, we study complex bipolar fuzzy sets which is the generalization of bipolar fuzzy set and complex fuzzy set with wide range of values by adding positive membership function and negative membership function to unit circle in the complex plane, where one can handle vagueness in a much better way as compared to bipolar fuzzy sets. Thus this paper leads us towards a new direction of research, which has many applications in different directions. We develop the notions of union, intersection, complement, Cartesian product and De-Morgan’s laws of complex bipolar fuzzy sets. Furthermore, we develop the complex bipolar fuzzy relations, fundamental operations on complex bipolar fuzzy matrices and some operators of complex bipolar fuzzy matrices. We also discuss the distance measure on complex bipolar fuzzy sets and complex bipolar fuzzy aggregation operators. Finally, we apply the developed approach to a numerical problem with the algorithm.

Abstract
In a highly intertwined and connected business environment, globalized layout planning can be an effective way for enterprises to expand their market. Nevertheless, conflicts and contradictions always exist between parent and subsidiary enterprises; if they are in different countries, these conflicts can become especially problematic. Internal control systems for subsidiary supervision and management seem to be particularly important when aiming to align subsidiaries' decisions with parent enterprises' strategic intentions, and such systems undoubtedly involve numerous criteria/dimensions. An effective tool is urgently needed to clarify the relevant issues and discern the cause-and-effect relationships among them in these conflicts. Traditional statistical approaches cannot fully explain these situations due to the complexity and invisibility of the criteria/dimensions; thus, the fuzzy rough set theory (FRST), with its superior data exploration ability and impreciseness tolerance, can be considered to adequately address the complexities. Motivated by efficient integrated systems, aggregating multiple dissimilar systems' outputs and converting them into a consensus result can be useful for realizing outstanding performances. Based on this concept, we insert selected criteria/dimensions via FRST into DEMATEL to identify and analyze the dependency and feedback relations among variables of parent/subsidiary gaps and conflicts. The results present the improvement priorities based on their magnitude of impact, in the following order: organizational control structure, business and financial information system management, major financial management, business strategy management, construction of a management system, and integrated audit management. Managers can consider the potential implications herein when formulating future targeted policies to improve subsidiary supervision and strengthen overall corporate governance.

Abstract
The notions of fuzzy set (FS) and intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) make a major contribution to dealing with practical situations in an indeterminate and imprecise framework, but there are some limitations. Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) is an extended form of the IFS, in which degree of truthness and degree of falsity meet the condition 0≤Θ˘2(x)+K2(x)≤1. Another extension of PFS is a q´-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q´-ROFS), in which truthness degree and falsity degree meet the condition 0≤Θ˘q´(x)+Kq´(x)≤1,(q´≥1), so they can characterize the scope of imprecise information in more comprehensive way. q´-ROFS theory is superior to FS, IFS, and PFS theory with distinguished characteristics. This study develops a few aggregation operators (AOs) for the fusion of q´-ROF information and introduces a new approach to decision-making based on the proposed operators. In the framework of this investigation, the idea of a generalized parameter is integrated into the q´-ROFS theory and different generalized q´-ROF geometric aggregation operators are presented. Subsequently, the AOs are extended to a “group-based generalized parameter”, with the perception of different specialists/decision makers. We developed q´-ROF geometric aggregation operator under generalized parameter and q´-ROF geometric aggregation operator under group-based generalized parameter. Increased water requirements, in parallel with water scarcity, force water utilities in developing countries to follow complex operating techniques for the distribution of the available amounts of water. Reducing water losses from water supply systems can help to bridge the gap between supply and demand. Finally, a decision-making approach based on the proposed operator is being built to solve the problems under the q´-ROF environment. An illustrative example related to water loss management has been given to show the validity of the developed method. Comparison analysis between the proposed and the existing operators have been performed in term of counter-intuitive cases for showing the liability and dominance of proposed techniques to the existing one is also considered.

Abstract
A q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (q-ROFS) provides a significant mechanism for managing symmetrical aspects in real life circumstances. The renowned distinguishing feature of q-ROFS is that the sum of the qth powers to each membership degree (MD) and non-membership degree (NMD) is less than or equal 1, and therefore the comprehensive uncertain space for q-ROF information is broader. Numerous researchers have suggested several aggregation operators based on q-ROFSs. In order to discuss prioritized relationship in the criterion and a smooth approximation of q-ROF information, we introduced q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein prioritized weighted averaging (q-ROFEPWA) operator and q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein prioritized weighted geometric (q-ROFEPWG) operator. Additionally, we presented a multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) technique based on q-rung orthopair fuzzy Einstein prioritized aggregation operators. These operators can evaluate the possible symmetric roles of the criterion that express the real phenomena of the problem. In order to investigate characteristic of suggested operators regarding the symmetry of attributes and their symmetrical roles under q-ROF information, we presented an application of Einstein prioritized aggregation operators. Finally, by comparing it with some other established representative MCGDM models, an illustrative example is provided to check the feasibility, efficiency and supremacy of the proposed technique.
