A scale conjugate neural network approach for the fractional schistosomiasis disease system

This study presents the numerical solutions of the fractional schistosomiasis disease model (SDM) using the supervised neural networks (SNNs) and the computational scaled conjugate gradient (SCG), i.e. SNNs-SCG. The fractional derivatives are used for the precise outcomes of the fractional SDM. The preliminary fractional SDM is categorized as: uninfected, infected with schistosomiasis, recovered through infection, expose and susceptible to this virus. The accurateness of the SNNs-SCG is performed to solve three different scenarios based on the fractional SDM with synthetic data obtained with fractional Adams scheme (FAS). The generated data of FAS is used to execute SNNs-SCG scheme with 81% for training samples, 12% for testing and 7% for validation or authorization. The correctness of SNNs-SCG approach is perceived by the comparison with reference FAS results. The performances based on the error histograms (EHs), absolute error, MSE, regression, state transitions (STs) and correlation accomplish the accuracy, competence, and finesse of the SNNs-SCG scheme.

A neuro swarm procedure to solve the novel second order perturbed delay Lane-Emden model arising in astrophysics

The current work provides a mathematical second order perturbed singular delay differential model (SO-PSDDM) by using the standard form of the Lane-Emden model. The inclusive structures based on the delay terms, singular-point and perturbation factor and shape forms of the SO-PSDDM are provided. The novel form of the SO-PSDDM is numerically solved by using the procedures of artificial neural networks (ANNs) along with the optimization measures based on the swarming procedures (PSO) and interior-point algorithm (IPA). An error function is optimized through the swarming PSO procedure along with the IPA to solve the SO-PSDDM. The precision, substantiation and validation are observed for three problems of the SO-PSDDM. The exactness of the novel SO-PSDDM is observed by comparing the obtained and exact solutions. The reliability, stability and convergence of the proposed stochastic algorithms are observed for 30 independent trials to solve the novel SO-PSDDM.

Neuro-swarm computational heuristic for solving a nonlinear second-order coupled Emden–Fowler model

The aim of the current study is to present the numerical solutions of a nonlinear second-order coupled Emden–Fowler equation by developing a neuro-swarming-based computing intelligent solver. The feedforward artificial neural networks (ANNs) are used for modelling, and optimization is carried out by the local/global search competences of particle swarm optimization (PSO) aided with capability of interior-point method (IPM), i.e., ANNs-PSO-IPM. In ANNs-PSO-IPM, a mean square error-based objective function is designed for nonlinear second-order coupled Emden–Fowler (EF) equations and then optimized using the combination of PSO-IPM. The inspiration to present the ANNs-PSO-IPM comes with a motive to depict a viable, detailed and consistent framework to tackle with such stiff/nonlinear second-order coupled EF system. The ANNs-PSO-IP scheme is verified for different examples of the second-order nonlinear-coupled EF equations. The achieved numerical outcomes for single as well as multiple trials of ANNs-PSO-IPM are incorporated to validate the reliability, viability and accuracy.

Numerical treatment on the new fractional-order SIDARTHE COVID-19 pandemic differential model via neural networks

In this study, modeling the COVID-19 pandemic via a novel fractional-order SIDARTHE (FO-SIDARTHE) differential system is presented. The purpose of this research seemed to be to show the consequences and relevance of the fractional-order (FO) COVID-19 SIDARTHE differential system, as well as FO required conditions underlying four control measures, called SI,  SD,  SA, and SR. The FO-SIDARTHE system incorporates eight phases of infection: susceptible (S), infected (I), diagnosed (D), ailing (A), recognized (R), threatening (T), healed (H), and extinct (E). Our objective of all these investigations is to use fractional derivatives to increase the accuracy of the SIDARTHE system. A FO-SIDARTHE system has yet to be disclosed, nor has it yet been treated using the strength of stochastic solvers. Stochastic solvers based on the Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation methodology (L-MB) and neural networks (NNs), specifically L-MBNNs, are being used to analyze a FO-SIDARTHE problem. Three cases having varied values under the same fractional order are being presented to resolve the FO-SIDARTHE system. The statistics employed to provide numerical solutions toward the FO-SIDARTHE system are classified as obeys: 72% toward training, 18% in testing, and 10% for authorization. To establish the accuracy of such L-MBNNs utilizing Adams-Bashforth-Moulton, the numerical findings were compared with the reference solutions.
