Abstract
OBJECTIVE Degenerative adult spinal deformity (ASD) is a prevalent disease in the elderly population. Treating it typically requires an extensive surgical intervention. This study aimed to assess the use of expandable spacers for multi-level anterior-to-psoas lumbar interbody fusion (ATP-LIF) along with posterior direct decompression and osteotomy to treat patients with degenerative ASD. METHOD This was a single-center retrospective study of ASD patients (anyone undergoing fusion procedure for four or more spinal levels) undergoing two-stage surgery with expandable interbody spacers with a minimum follow-up period of around 12 months between November 2019 and June 2021. A total of 20 patients were enrolled in this study (15 patients = four-level fusion, five patients = five-level fusion). Exclusion criteria included <18 years of age, pregnancy, tumor, and trauma patients. Demographic, surgical, radiographic, complications, and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) were collected. RESULTS Of the 20 patients included (mean age = 68.1 ± 9.0 years, mean body mass index = 30.5 ± 7.4 kg/m2, 12 males and eight females), surgical data showed a mean total operation time of 315 ± 180.6 mins and mean total blood loss of 638.8 ± 37.6 mL. At 12 months, 18/20 patients returned for follow-up. There was a significant reduction in the mean visual analog scale (VAS) back pain scores (Δ = 2.1, p < 0.05), an increase in the 12-item short-form health survey (SF-12) (Δ = 5.6, p < 0.05), and improvement in pelvic incidence-lumbar lordosis (PI-LL) (Δ = 15.8°, p < 0.05) at the final follow-up, as compared with the preoperative baseline. Moreover, at 12 months follow-up, radiographic data showed 100% fusion rate (18/18), lumbar lordosis (Δ = 13.9°), and disc height improvement (Δ = 4.1 mm), as well as a reduction in the coronal cobb angle (Δ = 6.9°) as compared to the preoperative baseline. CONCLUSION Two-stage ATP-LIF with expandable spacers along with posterior direct decompression and Ponte osteotomy is a viable minimally invasive treatment for patients with ASD. This was evidenced by similar surgical outcomes to pedicle subtraction osteotomy, improvements in PROs, restoration of PI-LL, high fusion rates, and a significant increase in disc height.

Abstract
Background Managing adult degenerative lumbar scoliosis (ADLS) presents a complex challenge, requiring advanced, minimally invasive surgical techniques. Objective This study aims to evaluate and compare the efficacy and outcomes of oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) and minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) in treating ADLS, with an emphasis on surgical methods, recovery times, and spinal correction results. Methods We reviewed 42 patients with ADLS who did not respond to conservative treatments. These patients underwent either OLIF or MIS-TLIF procedures. Key factors analyzed included surgical duration, blood loss, complications, and changes in preoperative and postoperative lumbar lordosis (LL), anterior and posterior disc height (ADH, PDH), and Cobb angles. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software, with significance determined at p < 0.05. Results The OLIF technique showed notable benefits in multi-segment spinal corrections, particularly in enhancing intervertebral disc height and correcting Cobb angles. While both surgical methods effectively addressed spinal deformities, OLIF was less invasive, resulting in reduced blood loss, shorter surgery times, and fewer complications. No significant differences were found between the two techniques for single-segment corrections. Conclusion For multi-segment spinal corrections in ADLS, OLIF is a superior choice due to its minimal invasiveness and favorable recovery profile. However, for patients with primarily radicular symptoms and no significant postural alterations, MIS-TLIF may be more appropriate.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE The study investigates how cage positions in oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) combined with posterior percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation (PPSF) affect lumbar canal and foraminal decompression and postoperative outcomes, providing guidance for optimal placement and efficacy assessment. METHODS This investigation assesses radiologic outcomes and follow-up data in relation to cage position variability among 80 patients who underwent L4/5 single-segment OLIF + PPSF from 2018 to 2022. RESULTS In the study involving 80 participants, the combination of OLIF and PPSF significantly improved lower back and leg symptoms in patients, leading to positive clinical outcomes during follow-up. The intervertebral disk height increased from an average of 8.10 ± 2.79 mm before surgery to 11.75 ± 2.14 mm after surgery (P < 0.001). Additionally, this surgical technique notably increased the FH (P < 0.001) and expanded the DCSA from 68.81 ± 53.89 mmˆ2 before surgery to 102.91 ± 60.46 mmˆ2 after surgery (P < 0.001). Linear results suggest that changes in the position of the cage do not affect spinal imaging parameters. There is no significant difference in the correction of spinal parameters or prognosis whether the cage is back, middle, ahead. CONCLUSIONS In the OLIF + PPSF procedure, strict requirements for cage position are not necessary to achieve predetermined spinal biomechanical parameters. The practice of repeated fluoroscopy to adjust cage position postimplantation does not provide added clinical benefits to the patient.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE This study aimed to evaluate preoperative (pre-op) radiographic characteristics and specific surgical interventions in patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS) who underwent lumbar fusion surgery (LFS), with a focus on analyzing predictors of postoperative restoration of segmental lumbar lordosis (SLL). METHODS A retrospective review at a single center identified consecutive single-level DLS patients who underwent LFS between 2016 and 2022. Radiographic measures included disc angle (DA), SLL, lumbar lordosis (LL), anterior/posterior disc height (ADH/PDH), spondylolisthesis percentage (SP), intervertebral disc degeneration, and paraspinal muscle quality. Surgery-related measures included cage position, screw insertion depth, spondylolisthesis reduction rate, and disc height restoration rate. A change in SLL ≥ 4° indicated increased segmental lumbar lordosis (ISLL), and unincreased segmental lumbar lordosis (UISLL) < 4°. Propensity score matching was employed for a 1:1 match between ISLL and UISLL patients based on age, gender, body mass index, smoking status, and osteoporosis condition. RESULTS A total of 192 patients with an average follow-up of 20.9 months were enrolled. Compared to UISLL patients, ISLL patients had significantly lower pre-op DA (6.78° vs. 11.84°), SLL (10.73° vs. 18.24°), LL (42.59° vs. 45.75°), and ADH (10.09 mm vs. 12.21 mm) (all, P < 0.05). ISLL patients were predisposed to more severe intervertebral disc degeneration (P = 0.047) and higher SP (21.30% vs. 19.39%, P = 0.019). The cage was positioned more anteriorly in ISLL patients (67.00% vs. 60.08%, P = 0.000), with more extensive reduction of spondylolisthesis (- 73.70% vs. - 56.16%, P = 0.000) and higher restoration of ADH (33.34% vs. 8.11%, P = 0.000). Multivariate regression showed that lower pre-op SLL (OR 0.750, P = 0.000), more anterior cage position (OR 1.269, P = 0.000), and a greater spondylolisthesis reduction rate (OR 0.965, P = 0.000) significantly impacted SLL restoration. CONCLUSIONS Pre-op SLL, cage position, and spondylolisthesis reduction rate were identified as significant predictors of SLL restoration after LFS for DLS. Surgeons are advised to meticulously select patients based on pre-op SLL and strive to position the cage more anteriorly while minimizing spondylolisthesis to maximize SLL restoration.

Abstract
PURPOSE To investigate the clinical results and radiological parameters changes after unilateral-approach endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion (Endo-LIF) for lumbar spondylolisthesis with bilateral symptoms. METHODS 43 single-level lumbar spondylolisthesis patients with bilateral lower limb symptoms were included from June 2020 to May 2022. All patients underwent unilateral-approach Endo-LIF and postoperative computed tomography. Radiological parameters including disk height (DH), degree of upper vertebral slip (DUVS), and foramen intervertebral parameters including bilateral foraminal height (FH), contralateral foraminal areas (FA) were evaluated. The clinical outcomes including low back pain and bilateral leg pain were evaluated using Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) before and after surgery. RESULTS All cases were successfully completed surgery and followed for average 15.16 ± 5.2 months. DH (44% ± 11%) and DUVS were significantly improvement postoperatively compared with preoperatively (p < 0.05). Statistically significant increases in bilateral FH (25% ± 11% on the surgical side, 17% ± 8% on the contralateral side) and contralateral FA (26% ± 6%) were observed (p < 0.05). The VAS and the ODI scores were significantly decreased in comparison with the preoperative scores (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION Unilateral-approach with contralateral indirect decompression in Endo-LIF can acquire satisfactory clinical outcomes. Therefore, unilateral-approach Endo-LIF may be a promising option for lumbar spondylolisthesis with bilateral symptoms.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Although oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) has produced good results for lumbar degenerative diseases (LDDs), its efficacy vis-a-vis posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) remains controversial. This meta-analysis aimed to compare the clinical efficacy of OLIF and PLIF for the treatment of LDDs. METHODS A comprehensive assessment of the literature was conducted, and the quality of retrieved studies was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale. Clinical parameters included the visual analog scale (VAS), and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) for pain, disability, and functional levels. Statistical analysis related to operative time, intraoperative bleeding, length of hospital stay, lumbar lordosis angle, postoperative disc height, and complication rates was performed. The PROSPERO number for the present systematic review is CRD42023406695. RESULTS In total, 574 patients (287 for OLIF, 287 for PLIF) from eight studies were included. The combined mean postoperative difference in ODI and lumbar VAS scores was - 1.22 and - 0.43, respectively. In postoperative disc, height between OLIF and PLIF was 2.05. The combined advantage ratio of the total surgical complication rate and the mean difference in lumbar lordosis angle between OLIF and PLIF were 0.46 and 1.72, respectively. The combined mean difference in intraoperative blood loss and postoperative hospital stay between OLIF and PLIF was - 128.67 and - 2.32, respectively. CONCLUSION Both the OLIF and PLIF interventions showed good clinical efficacy for LDDs. However, OLIF demonstrated a superior advantage in terms of intraoperative bleeding, hospital stay, degree of postoperative disc height recovery, and postoperative complication rate.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The study aimed to explore the recent efficacy of oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) combined with Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of single-level degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS). METHODS This is a retrospective study. The study enrolled 54 patients with single-level DLS who were treated at the Affiliated Jiangnan Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from May 2018 to June 2020. (OLIF group) 24 cases operated using OLIF combined with Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation, and (PLIF group) 30 cases operated by PLIF. The primary outcome measures were visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores, Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI), and the lower lumbar spine anterior convexity angle. RESULTS There were significant differences in VAS (2.63 ± 0.58 vs. 3.57 ± 0.63, P < 0.001) and ODI (9.67 ± 0.92 vs. 10.63 ± 1.40, P < 0.05) between the OLIF group and PLIF group on postoperative 3 days. And there was a significant decrease in VAS (2.63 ± 0.58 vs. 1.08 ± 0.28, P < 0.05) and ODI (3.57 ± 0.63 vs. 1.10 ± 0.31, P < 0.05) in both groups on postoperative 3 days and at 6 months postoperative comparisons. OLIF group showed better intervertebral space height and the lower lumbar spine anterior convexity angle scores on postoperative 3 days and 6 months, the difference was statistically significant(all P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS OLIF combined with the Wiltse approach pedicle screw fixation can achieve good short-term clinical results in the treatment of single-level DLS. This surgical approach is less invasive, promotes early functional recovery, shortens hospitalization time, and improves the quality of life.

Abstract
The efficacies and safety of oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS) remains controversial, and long-term clinical efficacies in particular need to be explored. This study is designed accordingly, therefore, we searched PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, ProQuest, OVID, and SinoMed for literature, regardless of publication date or language. Taking 12 months after operation as the shortest limit, the outcome measures were extracted, including visual analog scale (VAS), Oswetry dysfunction index (ODI), Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score, intervertebral disk height (IDH), foraminal height (FH), lumbar lordosis (LL), segment lordosis (SL), slip ratio, and incidence of surgical complications. Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.4 and Stata 16.0, and results were expressed with MD and 95% CI, and two-sided p-values with p < 0.05 being statistically significant. In total, 17 clinical studies (n = 689 patients) were screened, with an average patient age of 63.4 years. Our study revealed that VAS decreased by 4.55 (low back pain) and 5.46 (leg pain) points, respectively. And ODI score decreased by an average of 33.82% while JOA score increased by an average of 11.56 points. In terms of imaging indicators, mean IDH and FH increased by 4.18 and 4.91 mm, mean LL and SL improved by 9.22° and 2.46°, respectively. Besides, mean slip ratio decreased by 10.45%. The incidence of complications was statistically analyzed in 18 studies, with a rate of 4%-54% and an overall incidence of 19%. To sum up, our study was the first to focus on the long-term efficacies of OLIF treatment for DLS, and to provide further clinical evidence. However, long-term follow-up multicenter randomized controlled trials are still needed for further evaluation.

Abstract
Oblique lateral interbody fusion is performed for lumbar spinal restoration and stabilization, without extensive paraspinal muscle damage or massive bleeding. This study aimed to confirm the radiological and clinical outcomes of minimally invasive oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation (PPSF) as treatment for adult degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Medical records of 40 patients with degenerative lumbar spinal deformities who underwent selective OLIF and PPSF at our hospital between April 2018 and February 2021 were retrospectively reviewed. The study population comprised 7 male and 33 female patients aged 55-79 years. Standing radiography was performed, and the coronal cobb angle, distance between the C7 plumb line and central sacral vertical line, sagittal vertical axis, pelvic tilt, lumbar lordosis (LL), pelvic incidence (PI), and difference between PI and LL (PI-LL) were measured. Coronal scoliosis was defined as a lumbar coronal plane curve of > 15°. All patients achieved statistically significant improvements in coronal and sagittal alignment. The coronal cobb angle was corrected from 18.82° to 11.52°, and the central sacral vertical line was reduced from 18.30 mm to 15.47 mm. The sagittal vertical axis was significantly reduced from 45.95 mm to 32.72 mm. In contrast, the pelvic tilt and LL were minimally changed. For subgroup analyses, patients were divided into the convex and concave groups according to the direction of coronal curve correction. Vertebral body rotation was superior in the convex group than in the concave group. Furthermore, we checked for asymmetric facet degeneration at the upper instrumented vertebra (UIV) level at 1 year postoperatively. Of the 22 patients who underwent more than 3 level fusion surgery, 8 patients were confirmed the postoperative asymmetric facet degeneration in above UIV. Minor complications occurred in 16 patients, who recovered without any problems. Revision surgery was not performed in all cases. Minimally invasive OLIF with PPSF has a lower risk of complications and favorable surgical outcomes in patients with adult degenerative lumbar scoliosis. Access from the convex side is advantageous for the correction of the rotated vertebra. Extending the UIV level to the neutral vertebra can reduce the occurrence of postoperative asymmetric facet degeneration.

Abstract
BACKGROUND We hypothesized that posterior osteotomy prior to ACR (Anterior column realignment) through P-A-P surgical sequence would permit a greater correction for deformity corrective surgery than the traditional A-P sequence without posterior osteotomy. This study aimed to determine the impact of the P-A-P sequence on the restoration of lumbar lordosis (LL) compared to the A-P sequence in deformity corrective surgery for adult spinal deformity (ASD) patients and to identify the characteristics of patients who require this sequence. METHODS: Between 2017 and 2019, 260 ASD patients who had undergone combined corrective surgery were reviewed retrospectively. This study included 178 patients who underwent posterior osteotomy before the ACR (P-A group) and 82 patients who underwent the A-P sequence (A-P group). Sagittal spinopelvic parameters were determined from pre- and postoperative whole-spine radiographs and compared between the groups. To find better indications for the P-A-P sequence, we conducted additional analysis on postoperative outcomes of patients in the A-P group. RESULTS: The P-A group showed a significantly higher change in LL (53.7° vs. 44.3°, p < 0.001), C7 sagittal vertical axis (C7 SVA: 197.4 mm vs. 146.1 mm, p = 0.021), segmental lordosis (SL) L2/3 (16.2° vs. 14.4°, p = 0.043), SL L3/4 (16.2° vs. 13.8°, p = 0.004), and SL L4/5 (15.1° vs. 11.3°, p = 0.001) compared to the A-P group. At the final follow-up, pelvic incidence (PI) minus LL mismatch (PI - LL mismatch) was significantly higher in the A-P group (13.4° vs. 2.9°, p < 0.001). Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that age ≥ 75 years (odds ratio [OR] = 2.151; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.414-3.272; p < 0.001), severe osteoporosis (OR = 2.824; 95% CI, 1.481-5.381; p = 0.002), rigid lumbar curve with dynamic changes in LL < 10° (OR = 5.150; 95% CI, 2.296-11.548; p < 0.001), and severe facet joint osteoarthritis (OR = 4.513; 95% CI, 1.958-10.402; p < 0.001) were independent risk factors for PI - LL mismatch ≥ 10° after A-P surgery. CONCLUSION P-A-P sequence for deformity corrective surgery in ASD offers greater LL correction than the A-P sequence. Indications for the procedure include patients aged ≥ 75 years, severe osteoporosis, rigid lumbar curve with dynamic change in LL < 10°, or more than four facet joints of Pathria grade 3 in the lumbar region.

Abstract
PURPOSE To compare the effectiveness and safety of oblique lateral interbody fusion (OLIF) and minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MI-TLIF) for degenerative lumbar disease. METHODS We searched relevant studies in Embase, PubMed, Cochrane, and Web of Science databases comprehensively from inception to March 2022. The data were extracted from included studies, including operation indications, radiographic parameters, and clinical outcomes. Random or fixed-effects models were used in all meta-analyses according to the between-study heterogeneity. RESULTS In total, 30 studies, including 2,125 patients, were included in this meta-analysis. Our study found similar disk height, length of hospital stay, visual analog scale (VAS), and Oswestry disability index(ODI) between the two groups. However, the OLIF showed an advantage in restoring lumbar lordotic angle compared with MI-TLIF, with the pooled mean change of 17.73° and 2.61°, respectively. Additionally, the operative time and blood loss in the OLIF group appeared to be less compared with the MI-TLIF group. Regarding complications, the rates of the two groups were similar (OLIF 14.0% vs. MI-TLIF 10.0%), but the major complications that occurred in these two procedures differed significantly. CONCLUSION The results of disk height, length of hospital stay, VAS, and ODI between the OLIF and MI-TLIF groups were similar. And the OLIF was superior in restoring lumbar lordotic angle, operative time, and blood loss. However, the OLIF group's complication rate was higher, although not significantly, than that in the MI-TLIF group.

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to compare the radiological and clinical outcomes of oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) and posterior lumbar interbody fusion (PLIF) surgeries and to confirm the effects of additional partial laminectomy on the surgical outcomes of OLIF. Methods This retrospective study included 130 patients who underwent OLIF or PLIF for single-level fusion. Among them, 42 patients underwent PLIF and open pedicle screw fixation and 88 underwent OLIF and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation. In the OLIF group, 42 patients received additional neural decompression through partial laminectomy and discectomy (direct OLIF), whereas the remaining 46 patients did not (indirect OLIF). To measure the neurological deficits, the clinical outcomes were evaluated using a visual analog scale for back and leg pain and the Oswestry Disability Index. Radiologic outcomes were evaluated based on the disc and foraminal heights as well as the segmental lordotic and lumbar lordotic angles. Results The improvement in the clinical outcomes did not differ significantly among the 3 groups. Radiologically, the 2 OLIF groups showed statistically significant improvements in the disc and foraminal heights when compared with the PLIF group. The PLIF group showed a significant decrease in the disc height and segmental lordotic angle when compared with the OLIF group in the postoperative 1-year period. Conclusion Both OLIF and PLIF showed similar clinical outcomes in the single-level lumbar fusion. However, OLIF grafts showed an advantage over PLIF with respect to the radiographic outcomes and complication rates. Additionally, partial laminectomy did not significantly affect the radiological results.

Abstract
Oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) is a popular technique for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal disease. There are no clear guidelines on whether direct posterior decompression (PD) is necessary after OLIF. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the indirect decompression obtained from OLIF in patients with lumbar foraminal stenosis. We retrospectively reviewed 33 patients who underwent OLIF surgery for degenerative lumbar spinal disease between 1 January 2018, and 30 June 2019. The inclusion criteria included patients who were diagnosed with lumbar foraminal stenosis by preoperative MRI. The exclusion criteria included the presence of central canal stenosis, spinal infection, vertebral fractures, and spinal malignancies. The clinical results, evaluated using the visual analogue scale of back pain (VAS-Back), VAS of leg pain (VAS-Leg), and Oswestry disability index (ODI), were recorded. The radiologic parameters were also measured. The VAS-Back, VAS-Leg, and ODI showed significant improvement in both the PD and non-posterior decompression (Non-PD) groups postoperatively (all, p < 0.05). Patients in the Non-PD group showed better results than those in the PD group in the VAS-Back at 12- and 24 months postoperatively (0.00 vs. 3.00 postoperatively at 12 months, p = 0.030; 0.00 vs. 4.00 postoperatively at 24 months, p = 0.009). In addition, the ODI at 24 months postoperatively showed better improvement in the Non-PD group (8.89 vs. 24.44, p = 0.038). The disc height in both the PD and the Non-PD groups increased significantly postoperatively (all, p < 0.05), but the restoration of foraminal height was significantly different only in the Non-PD group. There was no statistically significant difference in cage position, cage subsidence, fusion grade, or screw loosening between the PD and the Non-PD groups. Indirect decompression via OLIF for lumbar foraminal stenosis showed favorable outcomes. The use of interbody cages and posterior instrumentation was sufficient for relieving symptoms in patients with lumbar foraminal stenosis. Additional direct posterior decompression may deteriorate results in the follow-up period.

Abstract
Adult spinal deformity (ASD) is usually rigid and requires a combined anterior–posterior approach for deformity correction. Anterior lumbar interbody fusion (ALIF) allows direct access to the disc space and placement of a large interbody graft. A larger interbody graft facilitates correction of ASD. However, an anterior approach carries significant risks. Lateral lumbar interbody fusion (LLIF) through a minimally invasive approach has recently been used for ASD. The present study was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of oblique lumbar interbody fusion (OLIF) in the treatment of ASD. We performed a retrospective study utilizing the data of 74 patients with ASD. The inclusion criteria were lumbar coronal Cobb angle > 20°, pelvic incidence (PI)–lumbar lordosis (LL) mismatch > 10°, and minimum follow–up of 2 years. Patients were divided into two groups: ALIF combined with posterior spinal fixation (ALIF+PSF) (n = 38) and OLIF combined with posterior spinal fixation (OLIF+PSF) (n = 36). The perioperative spinal deformity radiographic parameters, complications, and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) outcomes were assessed and compared between the two groups. The preoperative sagittal vertical axis (SVA), LL, PI–LL mismatch, and lumbar Cobb angles were similar between the two groups. Patients in the OLIF+PSF group had a slightly higher mean number of interbody fusion levels than those in the ALIF+PSF group. At the final follow–up, all radiographic parameters and HRQoL scores were similar between the two groups. However, the rates of perioperative complications were higher in the ALIF+PSF than OLIF+PSF group. The ALIF+PSF and OLIF+PSF groups showed similar radiographic and HRQoL outcomes. These observations suggest that OLIF is a safe and reliable surgical treatment option for ASD.

Abstract
Lumbar spinal fusion is one of the most common operations in spinal surgery. For its implementation, anterolateral (pre-psoas) approach (oblique lumbar interbody fusion, OLIF) is now increasingly used due to its high efficacy and safety. However, there is still little information on the clinical and radiological results of using this technique. The aim of the study was to analyze the safety and efficacy of OLIF in the treatment of lumbar spine disorders as presented in the literature.
