Abstract
To develop heavy-atom-free triplet photosensitizers (PSs) based photocatalysts, we designed and synthesized two BODIPY-helicene dyes by fusing the BODIPY core and modified [5]helicene structures. These BODIPY-helicenes structures are twisted and their twisting angles are increased by the developed synthetic method. The BODIPY-helicenes have broad absorption bands over UV-visible region with high triplet conversions and long triplet lifetimes as compared to planar BODIPY dye, PM567. Consequently, these dyes are also highly efficient in generating 1O2 by transferring their triplet energy to 3O2. All these are confirmed by dye-sensitised photooxidation reaction, nanosecond transient absorption spectroscopy study, phosphorescence measurement and DFT calculations. Finally, photocatalytic activity of the highest 1O2 generating BODIPY-helicene (4 b) was checked. 4 b is highly efficient in photocatalytic oxidative coupling of differently substituted amines through aerobatic oxidation using 1O2 generated by its photosensitization. It is also highly efficient photocatalyst for aerobatic oxidation of sulfides to sulfoxides. Importantly, the photocatalyst could be quantitatively recovered and reused for several cycles. All these results confirmed the potential use of the BODIPY-helicenes as PSs for photocatalytic organic reactions and the design strategy will be useful for the future development of heavy-atom-free photocatalyst.

Abstract
In this study, a newly-designed copper(ii) complex of metformin and l-proline which was immobilized on Fe3O4 MNPs was developed. The structure of the catalyst platform was fully characterized using spectroscopic analyses. Moreover, the catalytic activity of [Fe3O4@Cu(ii)(Met)(Pro-H)2] was investigated in a one-pot synthesis of a variety of functionalized ethers in reasonable to excellent yields through Ullman reaction in an aqueous environment using various aryl halides, phenol, and Cs2CO3 and without using any external Cu-reducing agents. Notably, gentle catalytic conditions, quick reaction times, applicability, low cost, and preventing dangerous chemicals and solvents during synthesis and catalytic application are some of the superior properties of the [Fe3O4@Cu(ii)(Met)(Pro-H)2] complex. Furthermore, the catalyst can be reused for several runs (at least eight times) without remarkable loss in efficiency.

Abstract
As a significant class of synthetic and natural products with multiple biological activities, quinolines are used in medical and electronic devices. In this study, a novel method is presented to synthesize 2,4-diarylquinoline derivatives via a simple one-pot multicomponent reaction between phenylacetylenes, aniline derivatives, and aldehydes in CH3CN using IRMOF-3/PSTA/Cu. Notably, polymer/MOF is stabilized through a reaction between a sulfonamide-triazine-based porous organic polymer [poly (sulfonamide-triazine)](PSTA) and an amino-functionalized zinc metal-organic framework (IRMOF-3). Next, the prepared nanocomposites (IRMOF-3/PSTA) are modified using copper iodide nanoparticles (CuI NPs). Overall, the high product yields, facile recovery of nanocatalysts, short reaction times, and broad substrate range make this process environmentally friendly, practical, and economically justified.

Abstract
Carcinoma, characterized by abnormal growth of cells and tissue, is a ubiquitously leading cause of mortality across the globe due to some carcinogenic factors. Currently, several anticancer agents are commercially available in the global market. However, due to their resistance and cost, researchers are gaining more interest in developing newer novel potential anticancer agents. In the search for new drugs for clinical use, the tetrazole ring system has emerged as an exciting prospect in the optimization studies of promising lead molecules. Among the various heterocyclic agents, tetrazole-containing compounds have shown significant promise in the treatment of a wide range of diseases, particularly cancer. Here, in this review, we focused on several synthetic approaches for the synthesis of tetrazole analogues, their targets for treating cancer along with the biological activity of some of the recently reported tetrazole-containing anticancer agents.

Conjugated bimetallic cobalt/iron polyphthalocyanine as an electrochemical aptasensing platform for impedimetric determination of enrofloxacin in diverse environments. Mikrochim Acta 2021; 188:432. Abstract
The synthesis of bimetallic cobalt/iron polyphthalocyanine (represented by polyCoFePc) network via a modified solid-phase synthesis method is described. It was exploited as a platform for anchoring enrofloxacin (ENR)-targeted aptamer strands, thus, fabricating a label-free impedimetric aptasensor for determination of ENR. The polyCoFePc exhibited a porous two-dimensional (2D) conjugated nanostructure and rich functional groups, and showed a superior binding interaction toward aptamer strands as compared to monometallic polyFePc and polyCoPc networks. This finding was attributed to structural defects and increased active binding sites, thereby giving a highly sensitive detection ability toward ENR. By using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), the polyCoFePc-based electrochemical aptasensor exhibited an extremely low detection limit of 0.06 fg mL-1 within the ENR concentration from 0.1 fg mL-1 to 100 pg mL-1, along with high selectivity, good reproducibility, and remarkable stability. Interestingly, the constructed polyCoFePc-based aptasensor also demonstrated wide practicability in various environments. The recoveries of ENR spiked into river water, milk, and pork samples ranged within 91.2 - 107.2%, 90.5 - 109.6%, and 91.2 - 102.3%, respectively.
