Abstract
BACKGROUND Cancer, influenced by genetics and the environment, involves anoikis, a cell death mechanism upon extracellular matrix detachment crucial for metastasis. Understanding this relationship is key for therapy. We analyze cancer and anoikis trends using bibliometrics. METHODS A search was conducted from Web of Science Core, PubMed, Scopus and non-English databases such as the CNKI (inception- 21 December 2024). Data analysis employed Microsoft Excel, VOSviewer, CiteSpace, R software, and the online platform (https://bibliometric.com/). RESULTS 2510 publications were retrieved, with a significant increase in the last decade. China led, the University of Texas system was productive, and the Oncogene Journal was popular. Breast, and colorectal cancers were frequently studied. Among them, representative tumor-related mechanisms were identified, commonalities such as (EMT, ECM, autophagy) and respective specific mechanisms were summarized. CONCLUSION This bibliometric analysis highlights rapid advances in anoikis research in cancer, emphasizing EMT and FAK pathways' translational potential, guiding targeted therapies, and improving cancer treatment outcomes.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Caregivers seeking additional information about Presurgical Infant Orthopedics (PSIO) may turn to online sources, but the quality of information on platforms like YouTube is uncertain. AIM To investigate the content and quality of PSIO videos on YouTube. DESIGN YouTube videos were searched using keywords related to PSIO appliances. Videos that met the eligibility criteria (n = 52) were categorized as care provider or caregiver-based. Engagement metrics were analyzed and quality assessments were performed by two raters using the Global Quality Score (GQS), Video Information and Quality Index (VIQI), and Medical Quality Video Evaluation Tool (MQ-VET). RESULTS Inter-rater and intra-rater correlations were high (r ≥0.9; p < 0.01), indicating excellent reliability. Strong correlations were observed between the GQS, VIQI, and MQ-VET scores (r: 0.86-0.91; p < 0.01). Mean GQS (2.7 ± 1.1), VIQI (13.0 ± 4.1), and MQ-VET (42.6 ± 12.4) scores indicated poor to moderate video quality. Most videos (73.1%) were in the care provider category and rated significantly higher (p < 0.05) in quality than the caregiver category for all three indices, but not for video engagement metrics. CONCLUSION YouTube PSIO videos are not comprehensive and lack quality. Caregivers of infants undertaking PSIO should seek advice from care providers and not rely solely on YouTube videos.

Abstract
Wound nonhealing is a common and difficult problem in clinic. Stem cells are pluripotent cells, and their undifferentiated and self‐replicating characteristics have attracted much attention in the regenerative medicine‐related researches. New treatment approaches might result from an understanding of the function of stem cells in wound healing. Using bibliometric techniques, this study proposed to analyse the research status, hotspots, and research trends in stem cell and wound healing. By using the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC), we conducted an in‐depth review of publications on stem cells in wound healing from 1999 to 2023. We used scientometric analysis methods to examine annual trends, institutions, countries, journals, authors, keywords, co‐occurrence references and their closed relationship, revealing present hotspots and potential future advancements in this field. We analysed 19 728 English studies and discovered a consistent rise in annual publications. The United States and China were the two countries with the most publications. The most three influential institutions in the field were Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Sun Yat‐sen University, and University of Pittsburgh. International Journal of Molecular Sciences and Biomaterials were considered the most influential journals in this field. International Journal of Molecular Sciences had the most publications, and the most quantity of citations and the highest H‐index were found in Biomaterials . The dual‐map overlay revealed that publications in Molecular/Biology/Genetics and Health/Nursing/Medicine co‐cited journals received the majority of the citations for studies from Molecular/Biology/Immunology and Medicine/Medical/Clinical. In terms of publication production and influence, Fu X stood out among the authors, and Pittenger MF took the top spot in co‐citations. According to the keywords from the analysis, future research should concentrate on the mechanisms through which stem cells promote wound healing. We conducted a thorough analysis of the general information, knowledge base and research hotspots in the field of stem cells and wound healing from 1999 to 2023 by using the VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and other bibliometric analysis tools. It not only provided valuable insights for scholars, but also served as a reliable reference that drives further development in the field and stimulates the interest of researchers.

Abstract
Aims and Objectives Over the last decade, YouTube has been extensively used as a learning tool for both physicians and patients, but the reliability of this information remains questionable. The purpose of this study was to look for the reliability and quality of videos on tennis elbow arthroscopy on YouTube. Materials and Methods We used three search terms on YouTube "tennis elbow arthroscopic surgery," "Arthroscopic ECRB release," and "Arthroscopic debridement for tennis elbow," and screened the first 50 videos according to popularity. The videos were included from 2009 to date. Only videos in the English language were included. Repeated videos and videos without sound were excluded. A total of 74 videos were selected for this study and reliability was checked with DISCERN and journal of the American medical association (JAMA) scores. The quality was assessed with the Global Quality Score Criteria (GQSC) score and TEARS (a novel score). Popularity was tested with the video power index (VPI). A pilot study was conducted using 20 videos to validate the TEARS score. Results In the pilot study, TEARS showed results in accordance with other scores used. The average number of views was 41,644.97, and the average duration was 5.03 ± 3.39 years. The mean value of DISCERN and JAMA was found to be 21.47 ± 6.28 and 1.05 ± 0.92, respectively. GQSC, TEARS, and VPI were found to be 1.70 ± 0.82, 4.17 ± 2.62, and 769,936.9 ± 6,538,851.37. Conclusion Most of the videos were educational and physicians were targeted. The USA was the major contributor to such videos. The reliability and quality of these videos were found to be of poor quality. The video popularity was however found to be relatively high. The inter-observer reliability was good. Based on the findings, we conclude that the videos are not reliable and could not be used for learning.
