Finite-Time Synchronization of Neural Networks With Proportional Delays for RGB-D Image Protection

Since the depth information of images facilitates the analysis of the spatial distance of objects in computer vision applications, it is necessary to protect the image depth information. Thus this article proposes a novel red-green-blue-depth (RGB-D) image protection algorithm, which is implemented with the finite-time synchronization (FTS) of neural networks (NNs) with proportional delays via the quantized intermittent control to derive the system synchronization criterion based on Lyapunov stability theory. The performance of RGB-D image protection depends on the synchronization error of the system by driving the system sequence to encrypt the RGB-D image and responding to the system sequence to decrypt the encrypted image. Subsequently, the validity of the proposed criteria is verified by simulation examples, and the practical application of RGB-D image protection is verified.

Bipartite synchronization of Lur'e network with signed graphs based on intermittent control

In this paper, the bipartite synchronization of signed Lur'e network is studied under intermittent control, where the communication relationship of these adjacent nodes in the network can be either cooperative or competitive. Assuming that the network is structurally balanced, bipartite synchronization can be reached with some conditions and coordinate transform criterion. Then, Based on Lyapunov stability theory, some important norms are established. Ultimately, the simulation results can illustrate validness of theoretical analysis.

Optimal guaranteed cost intermittent control to the efficient movement of freight trains

Freight train system is under constant pressure to optimize operational efficiency, a factor that has led the sector to spearhead many new technologies. To address this, the optimal guaranteed cost intermittent cruise control of freight train system with time-varying uncertain parameters is investigated. In particular, the guaranteed cost intermittent control approach is proposed, which can achieve both advantages of guaranteed cost control and intermittent control methods. In addition, the acceptable conditions for the guaranteed cost control laws are weakened to insure that the proposed strategy is suitable for the application in freight train systems. Moreover, to promote the optimal control design in the freight train system, the proposed optimal guaranteed cost intermittent control for the nonlinear system subjected to norm bounded parametric uncertainties is addressed. The results of numerical experiments are presented to ascertain the effectiveness of the proposed freight train control methodology and to compare it to prior methods.
