Abstract
INTRODUCTION Prostate cancer is the second-most prevalent cancer diagnosis worldwide among males. Although prostate cancer affects the physical, sexual, and mental health of patients, the impact of prostate cancer on partners has also been increasingly recognized. Hence, taking a dyadic approach is of relevance. Moreover, there is evidence of the utility of dyadic approaches to the study of relational stress that chronic diseases such as prostate cancer can bring to couples, even though knowledge is sparse about prostate cancer. OBJECTIVES This scoping review aimed to map existing dyadic studies on the psychosocial adaptation of couples to prostate cancer. METHODS A systematic search of studies published from 2005 to November 2022 was conducted on electronic databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, EBSCOHost, Scopus, and Web of Science) following PRISMA-ScR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses-Extension for Scoping Reviews). RESULTS The review included 25 eligible studies from the initial 2514 articles retrieved. Overall, the results emphasized the interdependency between couple members and suggested how partners' adaptation influences patients' adaptation to prostate cancer and vice versa, regarding several psychosocial dimensions (eg, intimacy, quality of life). CONCLUSIONS This work can bring awareness to health care professionals to adopt a couples approach when managing prostate cancer whenever there is a partner, due to these interdependent influences. For researchers and future studies, this work can strengthen the relevance of dyadic approaches on how couples adapt to prostate cancer and explore which other dimensions influence these complex dynamics.

Abstract
Scales designed for assessing male sexual function may not be suitable for men of all sexual orientations. We reviewed frequently used sexual function scales and examined the item content and documentation of validation. These scales predominantly focus on general sexual function and erection. They lack questions on behaviors relevant to men-who-have-sex-with-men (MSM), such as anal sex, masturbation, or sexual activities outside of committed relationships. Additionally, the validation samples rarely mention inclusion of MSM, revealing a clear gap in the clinical evaluation tools available for MSM, who are experiencing sexual dysfunction from prostate cancer treatment side effects.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To describe the prevalence of PSA screening amongst transgender women. A transgender individual is someone whose gender identity differs from their birth sex or the societal norms of that assigned sex. There are no formal guidelines regarding PSA screening in transgender women, even though they retain prostatic tissue throughout the gender-affirming process, and there is a lack of existing data to adequately inform clinical practice. METHODS We identified a cohort of transgender women in the IBM MarketScan dataset using ICD codes. The patient...s eligibility for inclusion was determined on an annual basis for the years 2013-2019. For each year, we required continuous enrollment, 3 months of post-transgender diagnosis follow-up, and aged 40-80 without a prior diagnosis of prostate malignancy. This cohort was compared to cisgender men with similar eligibility criteria. The proportions of individuals undergoing PSA screening were compared using log-binomial regression. RESULTS A group of 2957 transgender women met the inclusion criteria. We saw significantly lower PSA screening rates among transgender individuals for ages 40-54 and 55-69, but higher rates within the age group 70-80 (P.ß<.ß.001 for all). CONCLUSION This is the first study evaluating PSA screening rates for insured transgender women. While the rates for screening in transgender women over the age of 70 are higher, the overall rate of screening for all other age groups lags below the general population in this dataset. Further investigation is necessary to provide equitable care for the transgender community.

Abstract
An estimated one in three gay and bisexual (GB) male couples receive a prostate cancer (PCa) diagnosis over their life course with limited understanding of the impacts on their relationships. Psychological distress related to PCa diagnosis and treatment-related side effects have been shown to disrupt established GB partnership dynamics. Communication barriers often develop within GB relationships affected by PCa, further exacerbating couple tensions, isolating partners, and lowering quality of life for both patients and partners. In order to elaborate on these phenomena following a PCa diagnosis, we conducted focus group discussions with GB men in relationships. Men were recruited nationally through PCa support groups, and after completing consent procedures, they were invited to one of two focus group discussions conducted through video conference. Topics discussed included the diagnosis and medical decision making pertaining to PCa; healthcare provider experiences; the emotional, physical, and sexual impact of PCa diagnosis and treatment; sources of support and appraisal of resources; and partner involvement and communication. There were twelve GB men who participated in focus group discussions that were audio-recorded and transcribed, and analyzed using a thematic approach. GB couple experiences with PCa during and after treatment choice and recovery identified common patient-provider communication barriers. In particular, GB men reported difficulties in disclosing their sexuality and relationship to their providers, limiting conversations about treatment choice and partner engagement in care. Both patients and partners experienced times of being alone after treatment, either by choice or to give space to their partner. However, partners often did not explicitly discuss their preferences for being alone or together, which resulted in partners' disengagement in their relationship and the prostate cancer healthcare process. This disengagement could blunt the notable PCa survival benefits of partnership for GB men.

Abstract
Prostate cancer has the highest incidence among all cancers in men. Sexual minorities, including gay and bisexual men, as well as transgender, were previously a "hidden population" that experienced prostate cancer. Although there continues to remain a paucity of data in this population, analyses from studies do not reveal whether this population is more likely to endure prostate cancer. Nonetheless, several qualitative and quantitative studies have established worse quality-of-life outcomes for sexual minorities following prostate cancer treatment. Increased awareness of this previously "hidden population" among healthcare workers, as well as more research, is warranted to gain further understanding on potential disparities faced by this growing population.

Abstract
BACKGROUND There is limited evidence about cancer incidence for lesbian, gay and bisexual women and men, although the prevalence of cancer risk factors may be higher. AIM To describe cancer incidence for four common cancers (breast, lung, colorectal and prostate). METHODS This project used UK Biobank participant data. We explored risk factor prevalence (age, deprivation, ethnicity, smoking, alcohol intake, obesity, parity, and sexual history), and calculated cancer risk, for six groups defined based on sexual history; women who have sex exclusively with men (WSEM), or women (WSEW), women who have sex with men and women (WSWM); men who have sex exclusively with women (MSEW), or men (MSEM), and men who have sex with women and men (MSWM). RESULTS WSEW, WSWM, MSEM, and MSMW were younger, more likely to smoke, and to live in more deprived neighbourhoods. We found no evidence of an association between sexual history and breast, colorectal, or prostate cancer in age-adjusted models. Lung cancer incidence was higher for WSWM compared with WSEM, HR (95%CI) 1.78 (1.28-2.48), p = 0.0005, and MSWM compared with MSEW, 1.43 (1.03-1.99), p = 0.031; after adjustment for smoking, this difference was no longer significant. CONCLUSIONS Sexual minority groups have a higher risk for lung cancer, due to greater exposure to smoking.

Abstract
Male-to-female (MtF) transgender individuals are at risk for prostate cancer, although guidelines for screening and management in this population are not well established. We describe a series of 9 MtF transgender patients who underwent prostate tissue sampling and highlight histopathologic features and challenges related to pathologic interpretation of prostate tissue in this patient population. Seven of 9 total patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer and all had elevated prostate-specific antigen at the time of diagnosis. Three of the 7 patients diagnosed with prostate cancer had received different types of hormone therapy for gender affirmation before the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and in all 3 of these patients, there was histologic evidence of hormone therapy effect in both benign prostate tissue and/or the adenocarcinoma. The 2 patients with benign prostate tissue underwent transurethral resection for lower urinary tract symptoms and were previously on hormone therapy for gender affirmation. Both of these specimens showed diffuse glandular atrophy and basal cell hyperplasia, indicative of hormone therapy effect on benign prostatic tissue. In the patients diagnosed with prostate cancer, a spectrum of grades was observed, ranging from Grade Group 1 to Grade Group 5. Four patients underwent radical prostatectomy, with 2 cases showing extraprostatic extension and Grade Group 5 prostatic adenocarcinoma, and 2 showing Grade Group 2 prostatic adenocarcinoma. Three of the 4 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy had received gender-affirming hormone therapy before surgery, and all 3 of these specimens showed hormone therapy effect in non-neoplastic prostate tissue and focal hormone therapy effect in prostatic adenocarcinoma. The presence of areas of viable carcinoma without hormone therapy effect enabled the assignment of a Gleason score and Grade Group in these 3 cases. Hormone therapy administered for gender identity affirmation induces histopathologic changes to both benign prostate tissue (nonkeratinizing squamous metaplasia, diffuse atrophy, basal cell hyperplasia, and stromal dominance with decreased numbers of glands) and prostatic adenocarcinoma (nuclear pyknosis, atrophy, cytoplasmic vacuolization, and architectural patterns that would qualify for Gleason 4 and 5 in the absence of hormone therapy effect) that have been traditionally seen in cis-male prostate cancer patients receiving hormone therapy. In the absence of hormone therapy, the morphology of prostatic adenocarcinoma in transgender patients shows classic morphologic features similar to those seen in cis-male patients not on hormone therapy. Prostate cancer with hormone therapy effect may not only be histologically quite subtle and may be overlooked if not suspected, but also should not be assigned a Gleason score because the Gleason score would substantially overstate its biologic potential. Therefore, similar to cis-male patients who have received androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer, transgender patients on hormone therapy for gender affirmation may be at risk for both underrecognition and over-grading of prostate cancer, particularly if the pathologist is not aware of the clinical history.

Abstract
Prostate cancer treatments disrupt receptive anal intercourse (RAI) for gay and bisexual men (GBM). Sexual dysfunction following prostate cancer treatment may include severe pain in the anorectum during RAI (i.e., anodyspareunia). The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of prostate cancer and its treatments on RAI among GBM. Data were from a cross-sectional online survey of 100 GBM prostate cancer survivors who reported pleasurable RAI prior to treatment. Approximately 47% of the sample reported recent RAI, which was more common among GBM in long-term relationships. RAI was also associated with engagement in other sexual behaviors (e.g., oral and insertive anal sex). Anodyspareunia was reported by 23% of the men who had attempted recent RAI. Anodyspareunia was negatively associated with mental health, performing oral sex on a partner, and bowel function. The overwhelming majority received no information from their healthcare providers about loss of RAI function prior to prostate cancer treatment. Culturally responsive cancer survivorship care may need to address the loss of RAI function for GBM prostate cancer survivors.

OBJECTIVE In this study, we investigated if outness is more a situational or a consistent characteristic in gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBM) treated for prostate cancer and how the disclosure of sexual orientation impacts provider discussions of sexual side effects. METHODS Data came from Restore, an online cross-sectional survey of 193 GBM prostate cancer survivors living in North America and were analyzed using various statistical models. RESULTS Disclosure of sexual orientation and of living with prostate cancer were not significantly correlated. Participants who were out regarding sexual orientation were more likely to report that their surgeons and urologists discussed the sexual side effects of treatment. CONCLUSION Outness appears to be a situational phenomenon. GBM prostate cancer survivors who were out regarding sexual orientation received more discussion surrounding sexual side effects of prostate cancer treatment from their providers. PRACTICE IMPLICATIONS It is important for healthcare providers to inquire about patient's sexual orientation to provide holistic care to these patients to address health disparities within this group.

Abstract
BACKGROUND The prostate gland remains unresected during gender-affirming surgery (GAS) for transgender women (TGW), and may develop malignancies in later life. We sought to evaluate prostate cancer awareness (PCA) among post-GAS TGW. METHODS The investigators implemented a cross-sectional study and enrolled a sample of Thai post-GAS TGW without medical background. Predictor variables were categorized as demographic, clinical, operative, or postoperative. The outcome variable was PCA (yes/no). Appropriate statistics were computed, and a p-value ≤ 0.05 was considered statistically significant. RESULTS The sample consisted of 100 Thai post-GAS TGW (4% bisexual, 12% bachelor [or higher] graduates, 51% service workers, 64% had monthly net income <40,000 TB [or ca. 1050 Euro], 92% operated by plastic surgeons) with a mean age of 26.2 ± 5.4 years (range: 18-45). On bivariate analysis, PCA was significantly associated with educational level (p = 0.007; adjusted odd ratio [ORadj. ]: 5.85; 95% confidence interval [95% CI]: 1.65-20.69), being operated ≥ 10 years (p = 0.01; ORadj. : 0.16; 95% CI: 0.04-0.76), self-recognition of the remaining prostate gland (p = 0.0001; ORadj. : 0.02; 95% CI: 0-0.12), and emphasis on PCA by the GAS operator (p = 0.01; ORadj. : 0.07; 95% CI: 0.01-0.63). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed a statistically significant, positive correlation (r = 0.78; p = 0.0001) among these four predictors, and continued to confirm the positive effect on PCA in TGW with high education and realization of the prostate gland (r = 0.56; p = 0.04) or information on PCA by the operator (r = 0.68; p = 0.003). CONCLUSION The GSA operator should intensively inform TGW about the remnant prostate and the risk of PC, especially those with low and middle levels of education attained.

Abstract
Sexual dysfunction is a common side effect of prostate cancer (PCa) treatment, yet it remains poorly defined in the literature. Current definitions are based on heteronormative assumptions which do not consider the unique experiences of gay and bisexual (GBM) PCa survivors. The purpose of this paper is to use Walker and Avant's method to conduct a concept analysis of sexual dysfunction among GBM in the context of PCa survivorship. The review included 46 articles published between 2002-2019. The following attributes were identified: (1) erectile dysfunction, (2) ejaculatory change (anhedonia/anejaculation), (3) urinary incontinence/climacturia, and (4) anodyspareunia. For GBM PCa survivors, sexual dysfunction involves reduced or abnormal functioning of four core elements of a sexual encounter, which inhibit GBM from engaging in and being satisfied with sexual activity.

Abstract
Introduction Prostate cancer treatment has established effects on the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) of patients. While racial/ethnic differences in HRQOL have been explored in heterosexual patients, this is the first study to examine racial/ethnic differences in a cohort of sexual minority prostate cancer survivors. Methods We used data from the Restore-1 study, an online cross-sectional survey of sexual and gender minority (SGM) prostate cancer survivors in North America, to explore the association between race/ethnicity and HRQOL. General mental and physical HRQOL was assessed using the Short-Form Health Survey version 2 (SF-12). The frequency and distress of prostate cancer specific symptoms was assessed using the Expanded Prostate Cancer Composite (EPIC) scale. Multivariable linear regression was used to estimate mean differences in HRQOL between sexual minority men of color and their white, non-Hispanic counterparts after adjustment for pertinent demographic and medical characteristics. Results Among 190 participants, 23 (12%) self-identified as non-white and/or Hispanic. In unadjusted analysis, sexual minority men of color compared to their white counterparts reported worse HRQOL scores in the EPIC hormonal summary (73.8 vs. 81.8) and hormonal function (70.9 vs 80.5) domains. Clinically important differences between men of color and their white counterparts were seen in the EPIC bowel function (mean difference (MD): -4.5, 95% CI: -9.9, 0.8), hormonal summary (MD: -8.0, 95% CI: -15.6, -0.4), hormonal function (MD: -9.6, 95% CI: -17.6, -1.6), and hormonal bother (MD: -6.7, 95% CI: -14.4, 1.1) domains. After adjustment for covariates, clinically important differences persisted between men of color and white, non-Hispanic men on the hormonal summary (74.4 vs. 81.7), hormonal function (71.3 vs. 80.3), and hormonal bother (77.0 vs. 82.7) domains. Conclusions This exploratory study provides the first evidence that sexual minority men of color may have worse HRQOL outcomes compared to white, non-Hispanic sexual minority men following prostate cancer treatment.

Abstract
Sexual and gender minority (SGM) communities face stigma and discrimination that impact all aspects of health. To better understand and improve their urologic health outcomes, we must study SGM patients as a distinct population and pursue research on outcomes identified as priorities to SGM communities. Patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) is a methodology which is increasingly familiar to urologists and is crucial to adequately addressing SGM health in future urological research. We review existing literature focused on urologic outcomes of SGM populations and highlight specific PCOR initiatives built on SGM community engagement.

Abstract
Most cancers are related to lifestyle and environmental risk factors, including smoking, alcohol consumption, dietary habits, and environment (occupational exposures). A growing interest in the association between sexual activity (SA) and the development of different types of tumors in both men and women has been recorded in recent years. The aim of the present systematic review is to describe and critically discuss the current evidence regarding the association between SA and male genital cancers (prostatic, penile, and testicular), and to analyze the different theories and biological mechanisms reported in the literature. A comprehensive bibliographic search in the MEDLINE, Scopus, and Web of Science databases was performed in July 2021. Papers in the English language without chronological restrictions were selected. Retrospective and prospective primary clinical studies, in addition to previous systematic reviews and meta-analyses, were included. A total of 19 studies, including 953,704 patients were selected. Case reports, conference abstracts, and editorial comments were excluded. Men with more than 20 sexual partners in their lifetime, and those reporting more than 21 ejaculations per month, reported a decreased risk of overall and less aggressive prostate cancer (PCa). About 40% of penile cancers (PCs) were HPV-associated, with HPV 16 being the dominant genotype. Data regarding the risk of HPV in circumcised patients are conflicting, although circumcision appears to have a protective role against PC. Viral infections and epididymo-orchitis are among the main sex-related risk factors studied for testicular cancer (TC); however, data in the literature are limited. Testicular trauma can allow the identification of pre-existing TC. SA is closely associated with the development of PC through high-risk HPV transmission; in this context, phimosis appears to be a favoring factor. Sexual behaviors appear to play a significant role in PCa pathogenesis, probably through inflammatory mechanisms; however, protective sexual habits have also been described. A direct correlation between SA and TC has not yet been proven, although infections remain the most studied sex-related factor.

Abstract
In 2016, the NIH designated sexual and gender minorities (SGM) a health disparity population. The next year, the American Society of Clinical Oncology highlighted the need to improve the suboptimal cancer and survivorship care received by SGM populations. There are currently no evidence-based training programs in culturally competent care of prostate cancer patients who are gay, bisexual and/or transgender. In this selective review, we summarize findings from the largest quantitative studies focused on sexual minority prostate cancer survivors and from 65 interviews with NIH staff, clinicians, and cancer clinics in 11 US cities. The report is divided into three parts and uses a question and answer format to address 21 questions relevant to clinicians providing care to SGM prostate cancer patients. First, we identify population-specific issues that are culturally relevant in the care of SGM patients with prostate cancer. While a body of research has emerged on sexual minority prostate cancer patients, the literature on gender minorities is limited to single case reports and inadequate to inform practice. This review covers definitions, population size, cultural and historical context, sexual behavior, population invisibility, sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) in the electronic medical record, disparities and evidence of discrimination in treatment provision. The second part focuses on promoting evidence-informed, patient-centered care. This includes current practices in assessing sexual orientation, management of disclosure of sexual orientation, how to address common problems sexual minority men experience post-treatment, common questions sexual minority patients have, management of urinary incontinence, HIV and STI risk during and post-treatment, and sub-groups of sexual minority patients with worse outcomes. It then identifies how male partners differ in prostate cancer support, current research on rehabilitation for sexual minority men, issues in advanced prostate cancer, and things to avoid with minority patients. Finally, we examine the cultural divide between provider and patient, advocating for cultural humility when working with minority patients. Training programs and continuing education can help providers both to become more aware of their own cultural assumptions, informed about health disparities, and able to provide quality care, and to make clinics more welcoming to SGM patients.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Factors influencing patient behavior regarding risk of prostate cancer (PCa) and outcomes of PCa treatments are poorly understood. Similarly, how PCa treatments affect patient sexual function and sense of their masculinity has not been fully investigated. A better understanding of the relationship between sex and gender for patients with PCa could significantly improve their care and quality of life. OBJECTIVES To review how concerns about sex and gender influence men's attitudes toward PCa screening, diagnosis, and treatment. To explore how PCa influences sexual function and self-perceived masculine identity. To examine contexts for PSA screening for transgender individuals. METHODS We reviewed biomedical and sociological literature exploring the impact of PCa on patient sexual function and self-perceived masculinity using OVID, PubMed, and other databases. We similarly reviewed how masculine gender norms influence patient willingness to engage with PCa screening, diagnoses, and treatment. RESULTS Gender norms and sexual function concerns influence patient engagement in all aspects of PCa care. This includes PSA screening, digital rectal examinations, active surveillance, and androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) amongst others. ADT is particularly challenging to sexual function, self-esteem, and masculine identity. Our research suggests that sex and gender are not separate concepts, but rather tightly intertwined, particularly when dealing with the realities experienced by patients with PCa. CONCLUSION Interventions to help patients deal with the challenges of PCa and its treatment are likely to be most effective if they concurrently address patients' sexual needs and understanding of gender norms. PSA screening should be considered for transgender individuals who are at greater risk of cancer and on long-term hormone therapy. More research is needed on how concerns over sex and gender influence PCa screening, diagnosis, and treatment. There is also a need for long term data on the oncological outcomes of prolonged exposure to hormone therapy for patients who are transgender. Muermann MM, Wassersug RJ. Abstract
The treatment of prostate cancer is partly guided by patient preferences. Radical prostatectomy and radiation therapy are the standard radical therapies for localized disease and render comparable oncologic outcomes. Considering that survival is high regardless of the chosen treatment, factors such as treatment-related toxicities affecting the patients' quality of life play an important role in their decision. Notably, post-treatment sexual dysfunction, which includes decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, and ejaculatory dysfunction has been shown to be an important and prevalent concern of prostate cancer survivors. In this literature review, we sought to characterize the sexual complications associated with radiation therapy and map the available sexual rehabilitation options for prostate cancer survivors experiencing sexual dysfunction as a result of radiation therapy. We identified medical, non-biomedical, counseling, and lifestyle modification options for prostate cancer survivors seeking sexual rehabilitation. Future research in this area should address the standardization of sexual side-effect reporting and investigate sexual outcomes and rehabilitation in more diverse groups and of transgender and nonheterosexual prostate cancer survivors.

Abstract
One in six gay and bisexual men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) populations are under-represented in cancer research, and guidelines on prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening are limited. We performed a cross-sectional study to assess patterns of PSA screening and decision-making in this cohort. The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System database was queried for LGBT adults for 2014-2016 and 2018, when PSA questions were asked in the annual survey. Multivariable logistic regression was performed to evaluate the association of LGBT status with PSA screening and informed and shared decision-making. A total of 164 370 participants were eligible for PSA screening, representing a weighted estimate of 1.2 million LGBT individuals. Compared to cisgender (CG) straight individuals, CG gay/bisexual cohorts were more likely to participate in PSA screening (CG gay: odds ratio [OR] 1.07; p < 0.001; CG bisexual: OR 1.06; p < 0.001). CG gay participants were more likely to make informed decisions (OR 1.10; p < 0.001) and engage in shared decision-making (OR 2.55; p < 0.001). Select gay populations were more likely to undergo PSA screening recommended by their clinicians and participate in informed and shared decision-making. PATIENT SUMMARY: This large study of sexual and gender minorities in the USA suggests that gay and bisexual individuals were more likely to undergo prostate cancer screening and that select gay individuals were more likely to make informed and shared decisions. However, transgender individuals were less likely to have prostate cancer screening and make informed decisions.

"Sex Can Be a Great Medicine": Sexual Health in Oncology Care for Sexual and Gender Minority Cancer Patients. CURRENT SEXUAL HEALTH REPORTS 2020; 12:320-328. Abstract
Purpose of review Until recently, sexual and gender minority (SGM) people have been largely invisible in health care and health services research. However, understanding the needs and experiences of SGM cancer patients is critical to providing high-quality care, including needs and experiences related to sexual health. In this narrative review, we highlight that the literature on sexual health for SGM people with cancer is lacking, summarize existing literature on disparities affecting SGM patients with cancer, and discuss factors associated with these disparities. We conclude with recommendations and suggestions for future research in this area. Recent Findings Emerging evidence suggests that SGM people are at a higher risk for breast, cervical, endometrial, HPV-related, and lung cancers, as well as poor cancer outcomes, due to behavioral risk factors and health care system factors (e.g. lower access to health care insurance, discrimination in non-affirming care settings, negative health care interactions with providers). Additional research suggests that lack of clear guidelines for cancer screening in SGM patients, particularly for transgender and gender diverse patients, negatively impacts cancer screening uptake among SGM people. A growing number of studies have suggested greater sexual challenges following cancer treatment for sexual minority men with prostate cancer, while other studies highlight positive outcomes for sexual minority women following cancer treatment, such as benefit finding and resilience. Research on transgender and gender diverse patients is lacking. Summary Collection of sexual orientation and gender identity data across clinical enterprises and population-based surveys, mandatory health care provider training on cultural and clinical competency with SGM patients, and additional research inclusive of and focused on SGM cancer patients are key strategies to advance evidence-based clinical cancer care for diverse SGM populations.
