Abstract
A method for rapid screening and quantification of progesterone and progestins in milks by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-high field Orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC QE HF HRMS) was established. Milks samples were extracted by acetonitrile + hexane (80 + 20), purified by prime HLB SPE and analyzed by UHPLC QE HF HRMS. The detection limit of progesterone and 21 progestins in milk is between 0.05 µg/kg -0.3 μg /kg, the correlation coefficient of progesterone and progestins in the corresponding concentration range is more than 0.99, recoveries for milk samples are between 80.7% and 108.3% with the relative deviation is less than 15%.The method fulfils the requirements of veterinary drug residue detection validation of EU and China, and successfully applied to detecting the μg/kg level of progesterone and monitoring residual of progestins in real milk.

Abstract
In this study, a new hapten of sildenafil (Sild) was successfully synthesized and a sensitive monoclonal antibody (mAb) against Sild was produced based on this new hapten. The subclass of the mAb was IgG2a, and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) of the mAb was 0.53 ng mL-1. Next, an immunochromatographic assay (ICA) was established for detecting Sild and its analogues in functional foods, where the visual detection limit (vLOD) and cut-off values were 0.5 and 20 μg kg-1, respectively. With the aid of a strip scan reader, the ICA can measure Sild with an LOD of 0.7 μg kg-1 and a line range of detection between 1.40 and 13.11 μg kg-1. The whole test process takes only 15 min. Therefore, the ICA provides a useful tool for the on-site detection and rapid initial screening of Sild in functional food samples.

Abstract
In this study, a sensitive monoclonal antibody (mAb) against toltrazuril (Tol) was developed based on a novel hapten. The 50% inhibitory concentrations (IC50) of toltrazuril and its metabolites ranged from 2.19 ng/mL to 4.21 ng/mL. Based on this mAb, a colorimetric paper-based sensor was developed for the rapid screening of Tol and its metabolites in samples. The proposed assay has cutoff values of <20 μg/kg for Tol and 50 μg/kg for Tol sulfone when evaluated with the naked eye, and the results could be obtained in 15 min. Quantitative results were obtained with a strip scan reader, with limits of detection <2.60 μg/kg for Tol and its metabolites in real samples. The sensitivity of both qualitative and quantitative detection meets the European Union requirements. Therefore, this strip assay provides a useful tool for the on-site detection and rapid initial screening of Tol and its derivatives in feed, egg, and chicken samples.

Abstract
An indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) and an immunochromatographic strip assay using a highly specific monoclonal antibody, were developed to detect methyltestosterone (MT) residues in animal feed. The optimized icELISA had a half-inhibition concentration value of 0.26 ng/mL and a limit of detection value of 0.045 ng/mL. There was no cross-reactivity with eight analogues, revealing high specificity for MT. Based on icELISA results, the recovery rate of MT in animal feed was 82.4%–100.6%. The results were in accordance with those obtained by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The developed immunochromatographic strip assay, as the first report for MT detection, had a visual cut-off value of 1 ng/mL in PBS, 2.5 ng/g in fish feed, and 2.5 ng/g in pig feed. Therefore, these immunoassays are useful and fast tools for MT residue detection in animal feed.
