Abstract
Immunotherapy of cancer by chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) modified T-cell has a remarkable clinical potential for malignancies. Meaningly, it is a suitable cancer therapy to treat different solid tumors. CAR is a special recombinant protein combination with an antibody targeting structure alongside with signaling domain capacity on order to activate T cells. It is confirmed that the CAR-modified T cells have this ability to terminate and remove B cell malignancies. So, methodologies for investigations the pro risks and also strategies for neutralizing possible off-tumor consequences of are great importance successful protocols and strategies of CAR T-cell therapy can improve the efficacy and safety of this type of cancers. In this review article, we try to classify and illustrate main optimized plans in cancer CAR T-cell therapy.

Abstract
Despite the great efforts for better treatment options for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (most common form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, NHL) to treat and prevent relapse, it continues to be a challenge. Here, we present an overview of DLBCL and address the diagnostic assays and molecular techniques used in its diagnosis, role of biomarkers in detection, treatment of early and advanced stage DLBCL, and novel drug regimens. We discuss the significant biomarkers that have emerged as essential tools for stratifying patients according to risk factors and for providing insights into the use of more targeted and individualized therapeutics. We discuss techniques such as gene expression studies, including next-generation sequencing, which have enabled a more understanding of the complex pathogenesis of DLBCL and have helped determine molecular targets for novel therapeutic agents. We examine current treatment approaches, outline the findings of completed clinical trials, and provide updates for ongoing clinical trials. We highlight clinical trials relevant to the significant fraction of DLBCL patients who present with complex cases marked by high relapse rates. Supported by an increased understanding of targetable pathways in DLBCL, clinical trials involving specialized combination therapies are bringing us within reach the promise of an effective cure to DLBCL using precision medicine. Optimization of therapy remains a crucial objective, with the end goal being a balance between high survival rates through targeted and personalized treatment while reducing adverse effects in DLBCL patients of all subsets.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Primary intracranial plasmablastic lymphoma (PIPBL) is a rare malignant tumor. CASE DESCRIPTION We present a case of PIPBL in a 32-year-old man who complained of a progressive growing, painful mass on the right parieto-occipital part of head. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a homogeneously enhanced mass with partial bone destruction. The patient underwent total resection and cranioplasty in one stage. Histopathologic examination showed large tumor cells with immunoblast-like nuclei. Immunohistochemical staining displayed CD38(+), CD138(+), Mum-1(+), CD20(-), and PAX-5(-). The patient received chemotherapy. The patient has survived more than 3.5 years after operation, with follow-up. We also review the clinical data, molecular pathologic traits, treatment, and prognosis of additional 6 cases with PIPBL in the literature. CONCLUSIONS This study provides important clinical information for the diagnosis and treatment of PIPBL.
