Abstract
In this article, we derive the Archimedean aggregation operators for complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets, for this, first, we evaluate some Archimedean operational laws based on complex intuitionistic fuzzy values and then we discuss their special cases because the Archimedean norms are the general form of all existing norms, for instance, algebraic, Einstein, Hamacher, and Frank operational laws. Furthermore, we present the complex intuitionistic fuzzy Archimedean Heronian aggregation operator and complex intuitionistic fuzzy weighted Archimedean Heronian aggregation operator. Several special cases and the basic properties of the above-proposed operators are also diagnosed, because proposing the Heronian mean operators based on Archimedean norms are very challenging and complicated tasks, because of their features and structure. Additionally, a decision-making process is developed under the identified operators by using complex intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, we illustrate several examples to show the multi-attribute decision-making technique is more flexible than the prevailing works with the help of sensitive analysis between explored and certain prevailing works.

Abstract
The offshore floating wind-solar-aquaculture (WSA) system with its advantages such as strong seakeeping ability, considerable power generation, and full utilization of ocean space and water resources will have a bright prospect in the future. In order to accelerate the sustainable development of the energy industry, it is very important to build a reasonable investment decision-making framework. Therefore, this paper aims to build a multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) framework for investment decision-making of this project. Firstly, a comprehensive criteria system has been established. Secondly, probabilistic language term sets (PLTSs) are introduced to describe the uncertainty and fuzziness of decision information. Thirdly, the expert weight determination model is established based on the correlation measure and correlation coefficient of PLTSs, and the PL-fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method and the information entropy method are introduced to determine the subjective and objective weights of the criteria. In addition, considering the decision maker's psychological behavior, we choose probabilistic language the interactive and multiple attribute decision-making (TODIM) method to determine the optimal investment alternative. Finally, we apply the proposed framework to a case study. The results illustrate that the alternative A3 possesses the optimal comprehensive performance with the overall value is 1. Then, we conduct sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis to verify its robustness and feasibility. Scenario analysis in TODIM method showed that it is reasonable to express decision preference by setting different recession coefficients in the actual decision-making environment. This study can provide some reference for decision-makers, and also extend the method of decision-making field.

Abstract
Today, with the rapid growth of Internet technology, the changing trend of real estate finance has brought great an impact on the progress of the social economy. In order to explore the visual identification (VI) effect of Convolutional Neural Network and Long Short-Term Memory (CNN-LSTM) algorithm based on neural network optimization on China's real estate index and stock trend, in this study, artificial neural network (ANN) algorithm is introduced to predict its trend. Firstly, LSTM algorithm can effectively solve the problem of vanishing gradient, which is suitable for dealing with the problems related to time series. Secondly, CNN, with its unique fine-grained convolution operation, has significant advantages in classification problems. Finally, combining the LSTM algorithm with the CNN algorithm, and using the Bayesian Network (BN) layer as the transition layer for further optimization, the CNN-LSTM algorithm based on neural network optimization has been constructed for the VI and prediction model of real estate index and stock trend. Through the performance verification of the model, the results reveal that the CNN-LSTM optimization algorithm has a more accurate prediction effect, the prediction accuracy is 90.55%, and the prediction time is only 52.05s. At the same time, the significance advantage of CNN-LSTM algorithm is verified by statistical method, which can provide experimental reference for intelligent VI and prediction of trend of China real estate index and property company stocks.

Abstract
Chinese population is numerous. Energy resources are limited. The ownership of per capita resource is far lower than the world average level. China is in the process of industrialization and urbanization, but energy resources are consumed and environmental pollution is serious. The energy crisis and environmental protection has restricted our country economy development and social harmony. As a source of energy consumption and environmental pollution, power industry is one of the important fields of energy saving and emission reduction. The reasonable power dispatch is the breakthrough to reduce the energy consumption and environmental pollution. In this paper, we first introduce some operations on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, such as Heronian mean (HM) operator and Dombi operations, etc., and further develop the induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi weighted Heronian mean (I-IVIFDWHM) operator. We also establish some desirable properties of this operator, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity. Then, we apply the I-IVIFDWHM operator to deal with the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the energy-saving and economic operation of power systems is given to verify the developed approach.

Abstract
The selection of suppliers is an important part of the construction of engineering projects in supply chain management. If the partners in the supply chain are reliable enough, they can promote the continuous progress of the supply and demand sides in the cooperation, thereby achieving a win-win situation, which is conducive to the realization of a virtuous cycle process. Material suppliers provide the required products and raw materials for the production and construction of enterprises. They are an important source of construction projects and occupy a very important position in the development of enterprises. The supply of high-quality products can lay a good foundation for the subsequent production and construction of the project, thereby promoting the smooth completion of the entire project. Therefore, rational evaluation and selection of suppliers has very important practical significance. The selection and application of building material suppliers is a classic multiple attribute decision making (MADM). In this paper, we introduced some calculating laws on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), Hamacher sum and Hamacher product and further propose the induced intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher power ordered weighted geometric (I-IFHPOWG) operator. Meanwhile, we also study some ideal properties of built operator. Then, we apply the I-IFHPOWG operator to deal with the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems under IFSs. Finally, an example for physical health literacy evaluation of College students is used to test this new approach.

Abstract
In recent years, with the steady development of the national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the desire for material pursuits has gradually transformed into the pursuit of spiritual food, and the attention to health and body is highly valued. It gave birth to and promoted the development of the sports industry. High-standard college stadiums provide many conveniences for students and faculty, and the construction and management of college stadiums are also an important part of the development of my country’s sports industry. However, there are still some drawbacks in the management mode and utilization efficiency of college stadiums. The utilization efficiency evaluation of college stadiums is frequently looked as the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. Depending on the VIKOR process and fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy sets (FNIFSs), this paper designs a novel FNIF-VIKOR process to assess the resource utilization efficiency of college stadiums. First of all, some basic theories related to FNIFSs are briefly introduced. In addition, the weights of attributes are obtained objectively by utilizing CRITIC weight method. Afterwards, the conventional VIKOR process is extended to FNIFSs to obtain the final order of the alternative. Eventually, an application case for utilization efficiency evaluation of college stadiums and some comparative analysis are fully given. The results show that the built algorithms method is useful for assessing the resource utilization efficiency of college stadiums.

Abstract
At present, with the continuous changes in the market situation and the continuous improvement of the supply chain network structure, the competition in all walks of life has become more and more intense, which has risen from simple enterprise competition to competition in the entire supply chain. In the construction industry, the structure of the construction supply chain is more complex and diverse, and it is more necessary to select high-quality suppliers for sincere cooperation. This requires construction companies to establish a complete supply chain management system, select high-quality suppliers to achieve win-win cooperation and improve their competitiveness. Therefore, construction enterprises need to comprehensively consider various factors, build a reasonable and feasible evaluation index system according to their own demand for materials, and use appropriate evaluation methods to select material suppliers with specific advantages, so as to ensure the entire construction supply chain of the project. of smooth operation. In this paper, we introduced some calculating laws on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), Hamacher sum and Hamacher product and further propose the induced interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher ordered weighted average (I-IVIFHOWA) operator. Abstract
Growing global energy demand and the depletion of fossil fuels have highlighted the need for alternate and environmentally benign energy sources. The volume of untreated waste water being disposed of straight into fresh water is becoming a major concern. An integrated treatment method can address the problems of bio-energy generation and wastewater management as both processes can use wastewater as a substrate. Linear diophantine fuzzy sets help handle the uncertainty and difficulties that arise while deciding on an effective treatment technique. The use of control parameters makes these fuzzy sets unique and superior to other existing fuzzy sets. A modified strategy incorporating the Pivot pairwise relative criteria importance assessment and Interactive multi-criteria decision making methodologies is proposed for the linear diophantine fuzzy environment. The applicability and effectiveness of the developed model are established by choosing an appropriate wastewater treatment technology in the context of linear diophantine fuzzy sets. In addition, sensitivity analysis is used in this study to determine the stability of the developed framework. Further, comparison analysis is also addressed to assess the validity of the acquired results.

Abstract
For the long-term development of shopping mall, the managers of shopping mall tend to build a new store to expand the enterprise’s market share in a new city. After holding a preliminary survey of the city, managers have initially identified five sites for construction. In order to select an optimal site, managers invite four experts who come from university, marking statistics, corporate executives and accounting to score sites. And they choose the best site on the basis of scores. The trait of EDAS method is to select an optimal alternative by using the distance of each alternative from the first-rank value. In this manuscript, we build the picture fuzzy EDAS method based on the cumulative prospect theory (PF-CPT-EDAS) for multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) and it can help managers to choose an optimal alternative effectively. During the procedure of PF-CPT-EDAS means, we take advantage of the entropy means to calculate the original weights of all attributes. Ultimately, we testify the effectiveness of the novel model by comparing the overcome of PF-CPT-EDAS means with the results of PF-EDAS approach and other methods.

Abstract
Nowadays, how to choose a comfortable and relatively satisfactory residence is one of the multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) issues which people are paying more and more attention. However, since the inaccuracy and fuzziness of the information are given by decision makers (DMs) in practical decision-making and psychological factors of DMs should be considered in the decision-making process, this paper presents TOPSIS approach based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) to deal with the MAGDM issues under the spherical fuzzy environment. Furthermore, considering the objective relationship between the attributes, the combined weights are used to get attribute weights in spherical fuzzy sets (SFSs). Finally, an example of residential location is introduced to prove the validity of our proposed approach by comparing with spherical fuzzy TOPSIS(SF-TOPSIS) method and spherical fuzzy WASPAS (SF-WASPAS) method.

Abstract
Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) is a flexible method to deal with uncertainty and fuzziness. For the past few years, extensive researches about the multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems based on IVIFSs has been extensively studied in many fields. In this study, the Taxonomy method based on IVIFSs (IVIF-Taxonomy) was proposed for MAGDM problems. For the sake of the objectivity of attribute weight, entropy is introduced into the proposed model. The IVIF-Taxonomy method fully considers the weight of the decision makers (DMs) and the homogeneity of the chosen alternatives, making it more realistic. In addition, we apply IVIF-Taxonomy method to fund selection to verify the validity of IVIF-Taxonomy method. Finally, the trustworthy of IVIF-Taxonomy method is proved by comparing with the aggregate operator, IVIF-TOPSIS method, IVIF-GRA method and modified IVIF-WASPAS method.

Abstract
The optimal supplier selection in medical instrument industries could be considered a classical MAGDM issue. The probabilistic uncertain linguistic term sets (PULTSs) could depict uncertain information well and the Taxonomy method is appropriate to compare various alternatives according to their merits and utility degree from studied attributes. In such paper, we develop a Taxonomy method for probabilistic uncertain linguistic MAGDM (PUL-MAGDM) with the completely unknown attribute weights. Above all, the score function’s definition is utilized to derive the weights of attribute based upon the CRITIC method. In addition, the probabilistic uncertain linguistic development pattern (PULDP) is improved and the smallest development attribute value from the positive ideal solution under PULTSs is calculated to determine the optimal alternative. In the end, taking the supplier selection in medical instrument industries as an example, we demonstrate the usage of the developed algorithms. Based on this, the comparison of methods is conducted with existing methods, such as PUL-TOPSIS method, the PULWA operator, the PUL-EDAS method and the ULWA operator. The results verify that the decision-making framework is valid and effective for supplier selection. Thus, the advantage of this designed method is that it is simple to understand and easy to compute. The designed method can also contribute to the selection of suitable alternative successfully in other selection issues.

Abstract
The Multi-attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problem is an interesting everyday problem full of complexity and ambiguity. As an extended form of fuzzy sets, intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) can provide decision-makers (DMs) with a wider range of preferences for MAGDM. The grey relational analysis (GRA) is an effective method for dealing with MAGDM problems. However, in view of the incomplete and asymmetric information and the influence of DMs’ psychological factors on the decision result, we develop a new model that GRA method based on cumulative prospect theory (CPT) under the intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Moreover, the weight of attribute is calculated by entropy weight, so as to distinguish the importance level of attributes, which greatly improves the credibility of the selected scheme. simultaneously, the proposed method is used to the selection of optimal green suppliers for testifying the availability of this new model and the final comparison between this new method and the existing methods further verify the reliability. In addition, the proposed method provides some references for other selection problems.

Abstract
With the rapid development of China’s economic globalization in the new era, the demand for English majors is obviously on the rise, which puts forward new and higher requirements for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to train compound English majors. However, from the perspective of teaching quality evaluation of English majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, the results are not optimistic. Therefore, it is an important task for higher education research in China to explore the problems existing in the process of teaching quality evaluation for English majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and how to better train qualified and versatile talents for English majors to adapt to the economic and social development in the new era. The teaching quality evaluation of college English is frequently viewed as a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Thus, a novel MAGDM method is used to tackle it. Depending on the conventional CODAS method and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs), this paper designs a novel distance based IVIF-CODAS method to assess the teaching quality evaluation of college English. First of all, a related literature review is conducted. What’s more, some necessary theories related to IVIFSs are briefly reviewed. In addition, since subjective randomness frequently exists in determining criteria weights, the weights of criteria is decided objectively by utilizing CRITIC method. Afterwards, relying on novel distance measures between IVIFSs, the conventional CODAS method is extended to the IVIFSs to calculate assessment score of every alternative. Therefore, all alternatives can be ranked and the one with the best teaching quality. Eventually, an application about teaching quality evaluation of college English and some comparative methods have been employed to show the superiority of the developed method. The results illustrate that the defined framework is very useful for assessing the teaching quality of college English.
