Study of a Nonlinear System of Fractional Differential Equations with Deviated Arguments Via Adomian Decomposition Method

Soliton structures of fractional coupled Drinfel'd-Sokolov-Wilson equation arising in water wave mechanics

This article delves into the dynamic constructions of distinctive traveling wave solutions for wave circulation in shallow water mechanics, specifically addressing the time-fractional couple Drinfel'd-Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) equation. Introducing the previously untapped e x p ( - ϕ ( ξ ) ) -expansion method, we successfully generate a diverse set of analytic solutions expressed in hyperbolic, trigonometric, and rational functions, each with permitted parameters. Visualization through three-dimensional (3D) as well two-dimensional (2D) plots, including contour plots, reveals inherent wave phenomena in the DSW equation. These newly obtained wave solutions serve as a catalyst for refining theories in applied science, offering a means to validate mathematical simulations for the proliferation of waves in shallow water as well as other nonlinear scenarios. Obtained wave solutions demonstrate the bright soliton, periodic, multiple soliton, and kink soliton shape. The simplicity and efficacy of the implemented methods are demonstrated, providing a valuable tool for approximating the considered equation. All figures are devoted to demonstrate the complete wave futures of the attained solutions to the studied equation with the collaboration of specific selections of the chosen parameters. Moreover, it may have summarized that the attained wave solutions and their physical phenomena might be useful to comprehend the various kind of wave propagation in mathematical physics and engineering.

New solutions of time-fractional cancer tumor models using modified He-Laplace algorithm

Cancer develops through cells when mutations build up in different genes that control cell proliferation. To treat these abnormal cells and minimize their growth, various cancer tumor samples have been modeled and analyzed in literature. The current study is focused on the investigation of more generalized cancer tumor model in fractional environment, where net killing rate is taken into account in different domains. Three types of killing rates are considered in the current study including time and position dependent killing rates, and concentration of cells based killing rate. A hybrid mechanism is proposed in which different homotopies are used with perturbation technique and Laplace transform. This leads to a convenient algorithm to tackle all types of fractional derivatives efficiently. The convergence and error bounds of the proposed scheme are computed theoretically by proving related theorems. In the next phase, convergence and validity is analyzed numerically by calculating residual errors round the fractional domain. It is observed that computed errors are very less in the entire fractional domain. Moreover, comparative analysis of Caputo, Caputo-Fabrizio (CF), and Atangana-Baleanu (AB) fractional derivatives is also performed graphically to discern the effect of different fractional approaches on the solution profile. Analysis asserts the reliability of proposed methodology in the matter of intricate fractional tumor models, and hence can be used to other complex physical phenomena.

A Fractional Order Model Studying the Role of Negative and Positive Attitudes towards Vaccination

A fractional-order model consisting of a system of four equations in a Caputo-Fabrizio sense is constructed. This paper investigates the role of negative and positive attitudes towards vaccination in relation to infectious disease proliferation. Two equilibrium points, i.e., disease-free and endemic, are computed. Basic reproduction ratio is also deducted. The existence and uniqueness properties of the model are established. Stability analysis of the solutions of the model is carried out. Numerical simulations are carried out and the effects of negative and positive attitudes towards vaccination areclearly shown; the significance of the fractional-order from the biological point of view is also established. The positive effect of increasing awareness, which in turn increases positive attitudes towards vaccination, is also shown numerically.The results show that negative attitudes towards vaccination increase infectious disease proliferation and this can only be limited by mounting awareness campaigns in the population. It is also clear from our findings that the high vaccine hesitancy during the COVID-19 pandemicisan important problem, and further efforts should be madeto support people and give them correct information about vaccines.

A Numerical Computation for an Impulsive Fractional Differential Equation with a Deviated Argument

Symmetry analysis is an effective tool for understanding differential equations, particularly when analyzing equations derived from mathematical concepts. This paper is concerned with an impulsive fractional differential equation (IFDE) with a deviated argument. We implement two techniques, the Adomian decomposition method (ADM) and the fractional differential transform method (FDTM), for solving IFDEs. In these schemes, we obtain the solutions in the form of a convergent power series with easily computed components. This paper also discusses the existence and uniqueness of solutions using the Banach contraction principle. This paper presents a numerical comparison between the two methods for solving IFDEs. We illustrate the proposed methods with a few examples and find their numerical solutions. Moreover, we show the graph of numerical solutions via MATLAB. The numerical results demonstrate that the ADM approach is quite accurate and readily implemented.
