Abstract
Williams syndrome with SVAS can develop rapidly. Diagnosis of WS based on facial features is difficult in neonates. TTE plays an important role in the assessment of WS in neonates.

Abstract
PURPOSE OF REVIEW There are over a million adults living with congenital heart disease (CHD) in the USA. There have been improvements in CHD management which have led to an expansion of the adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) population. There is a high prevalence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) encountered in the aging ACHD population. This review focuses on the most recent literature regarding the primary prevention of ASCVD in young ACHD patients. RECENT FINDINGS There are unique considerations for ASCVD risk reduction in ACHD patients. ASCVD may be as prevalent in ACHD compared in the general population. However, there may be a perceived shorter life expectancy in ACHD patients; therefore, primary prevention of ASCVD may not be considered important. Preventative strategies for ASCVD are underutilized in ACHD patients. As these patients are followed for a lifetime by cardiologists, we can truly pursue primary prevention in this aging population.

Abstract
A 38-year-old woman presented with exertional dyspnea and chest compression. She had undergone repair of congenital supravalvular aortic stenosis at 8 years of age. Contrast-enhanced computed tomography showed re-stenosis in the ascending aorta, bilateral coronary arterial aneurysm, and a highly thickened left ventricular wall. Release of stenosis was necessary to avoid left ventricular functional deterioration; however, it could cause demand–supply mismatch in coronary flow due to substantial left ventricular hypertrophy. Sufficient statistical evidence was not available in this situation; therefore, computerized virtual surgery based on computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was performed to predict the postoperative hemodynamics. Consequently, root replacement with in situ Carrel patch coronary reconstruction was considered a better option than coronary artery graft bypass in the left-side coronary flow supply. The patient underwent root replacement with in situ Carrel patch coronary reconstruction as planned based on CFD without any complication and was discharged 15 days postoperatively.

Abstract
A 6-month-old German shepherd dog was referred for evaluation of a cardiac murmur. Upon physical examination, the auscultated heart rate was 120 beats/min, and a grade IV/VI systolic heart murmur with a point of maximal intensity over the left heart base radiating up the neck was heard. The standard echocardiographic examination showed subaortic stenosis and an anechoic tubular structure extending from the sinus of Valsalva to the left ventricular posterior wall. Aneurysmal left coronary artery (CA) was confirmed by angiography. The dog was euthanized and post-mortem examination showed severe dilatation of the proximal left CA and confirmed the subaortic stenosis. Histopathology did not demonstrate abnormalities in the walls of the CA, aorta or pulmonary artery. The exact cause of the CA aneurysmal dilation remains unknown. Subaortic stenosis, elevated coronary vascular resistance or a congenital anomaly may have contributed to the dilation. To our knowledge, coronary aneurysmal dilation has never been described in dogs. Standard echocardiography provides reliable information on coronary anatomy.

Abstract
Giant coronary aneurysm presented initially as acute ventricular septal rupture in a 65-year-old man. At surgery, aneurysms measuring more than 10 cm each were found in the right coronary and left anterior descending arteries. The right coronary artery was bypassed and the aneurysm was plicated. A 2-cm ventricular septal defect was patched. Postoperatively, the patient's condition deteriorated and he succumbed to septic shock.
