Abstract
The importance of heat transfer in nanoliquids cannot avoided because it playing crucial role in the applied research fields. The potential area of applications included but restricted to applied thermal, biomedical, mechanical and chemical engineering. Therefore, it is the need of time to introduce new efficient way to enhance the heat transport rate in common fluids. The major aim of this research is to develop a new heat transport BHNF (Biohybrid Nanofluid Model) model in a channel having expanding/contracting walls up to Newtonian regimes of blood. The two sort of nanomaterials (Graphene + CuO) along with blood as base solvent are taken for the formation of working fluid. After that, the model analyzed via VIM (Variational Iteration Method) to examine the influence of involved physical parameters on the behavior of bionanofluids. The model results revealed that the bionanofluids velocity rises towards the lower and upper channel end when the expanding/contracting of the walls in the range of 0.1-1.6 (expanding case) and [Formula: see text] to [Formula: see text] (contraction case). The working fluid attained high velocity in the neighboring of center portion of the channel. By increasing the walls permeability ([Formula: see text]), the fluid movement can be reduced and optimum decrement observed about [Formula: see text]. Further, inclusion of thermal radiation (Rd) and temperature coefficient ([Formula: see text]) observed good to enhance thermal mechanism in both hybrid and simple bionanofluids. The present ranges of Rd and [Formula: see text] considered from [Formula: see text] to [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] to [Formula: see text], respectively. Thermal boundary layer reduced in the case of simple bionanoliquid keeping [Formula: see text].

Abstract
The current study examines the numerical simulation of the nanoliquid boundary layer flow comprising gyrotactic microbes with mass and energy transmission across a stretching inclined cylinder. The consequences of chemical reaction, heat generation/absorption, buoyancy force and Arrhenius activation energy is also considered on the nanofluid flow. The flow mechanism has been modeled in the form of system of nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs). That system of PDEs is further transform into the dimensionless set of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) through the similarity substitutions. The obtained set of differential equations are numerically computed through the parametric continuation method (PCM). The effects of the distinct physical constraints on the energy, velocity, mass and the motile microbe profiles are discoursed and evaluated through Tables and Figures. It has been noticed that the velocity curve drops with the influence of inclination angle and Richardson number, while enhances against the variation of curvature factor. Furthermore, the energy field boosts with the upshot of inclination angle and heat source term, while declines with the influence of Prandtl number and Richardson number.

Abstract
Nano-cryosurgery is one of the effective ways to treat cancerous cells with minimum harm to healthy adjacent cells. Clinical experimental research consumes time and cost. Thus, developing a mathematical simulation model is useful for time and cost-saving, especially in designing the experiment. Investigating the Casson nanofluid's unsteady flow in an artery with the convective effect is the goal of the current investigation. The nanofluid is considered to flow in the blood arteries. Therefore, the slip velocity effect is concerned. Blood is a base fluid with gold (Au) nanoparticles dispersed in the base fluid. The resultant governing equations are solved by utilising the Laplace transform regarding the time and the finite Hankel transform regarding the radial coordinate. The resulting analytical answers for velocity and temperature are then displayed and visually described. It is found that the temperature enhancement occurred by arising nanoparticles volume fraction and time parameter. The blood velocity increases as the slip velocity, time parameter, thermal Grashof number, and nanoparticles volume fraction increase. Whereas the velocity decreases with the Casson parameter. Thus, by adding Au nanoparticles, the tissue thermal conductivity enhanced which has the consequence of freezing the tissue in nano-cryosurgery treatment significantly.

Abstract
Piezoelectric actuated models are promising high-performance precision positioning devices used for broad applications in the field of precision machines and nano/micro manufacturing. Piezoelectric actuators involve a nonlinear complex hysteresis that may cause degradation in performance. These hysteresis effects of piezoelectric actuators are mathematically represented as a second-order system using the Dahl hysteresis model. In this paper, artificial intelligence-based neurocomputing feedforward and backpropagation networks of the Levenberg-Marquardt method (LMM-NNs) and Bayesian Regularization method (BRM-NNs) are exploited to examine the numerical behavior of the Dahl hysteresis model representing a piezoelectric actuator, and the Adams numerical scheme is used to create datasets for various cases. The generated datasets were used as input target values to the neural network to obtain approximated solutions and optimize the values by using backpropagation neural networks of LMM-NNs and BRM-NNs. The performance analysis of LMM-NNs and BRM-NNs of the Dahl hysteresis model of the piezoelectric actuator is validated through convergence curves and accuracy measures via mean squared error and regression analysis.

Abstract
This communication focuses on assessing the effectiveness of nanoparticles, and a power-law variation fluid on a moving stretching surface is analyzed. Newtonian fluids for different nanomaterials are considered due to its industrial demand. The partial differential equations describing the flow are transformed to ordinary differential equations by employing local similarity transformations and then solved numerically by an effective numerical approach, namely, the local nonsimilarity method (LNS). The numerical solution is computed for different parameters by using the computational software MATLAB. Different types of nanoparticles are considered, and the impact of those nanoparticles as well as the impact of different pertaining parameters on velocity, temperature, missing velocity slope, and missing temperature slope are presented graphically. Comparisons are made with the available results in the open literature. Our investigation conveys a better impact on \documentclass[12pt]{minimal}

Abstract
Estimation of the effectiveness of Au nanoparticles concentration in peristaltic flow through a curved channel by using a data driven stochastic numerical paradigm based on artificial neural network is presented in this study. In the modelling, nano composite is considered involving multi-walled carbon nanotubes coated with gold nanoparticles with different slip conditions. Modeled differential system of the physical problem is numerically analyzed for different scenarios to predict numerical data for velocity and temperature by Adams Bashforth method and these solutions are used as a reference dataset of the networks. Data is processed by segmentation into three categories i.e., training, validation and testing while Levenberg-Marquart training algorithm is adopted for optimization of networks results in terms of performance on mean square errors, train state plots, error histograms, regression analysis, time series responses, and auto-correlation, which establish the accurate and efficient recognition of trends of the system.

Abstract
In this work, a new heuristic computing design is presented with an artificial intelligence approach to exploit the models with feed-forward (FF) Gudermannian neural networks (GNN) accomplished with global search capability of genetic algorithms (GA) combined with local convergence aptitude of active-set method (ASM), i.e., FF-GNN-GAASM to solve the second kind of Lane–Emden nonlinear singular models (LE-NSM). The proposed method based on the computing intelligent Gudermannian kernel is incorporated with the hidden layer configuration of FF-GNN models of differential operatives of the LE-NSM, which are arbitrarily associated with presenting an error-based objective function that is used to optimize by the hybrid heuristics of GAASM. Three LE-NSM-based examples are numerically solved to authenticate the effectiveness, accurateness, and efficiency of the suggested FF-GNN-GAASM. The reliability of the scheme via statistical valuations is verified in order to authenticate the stability, accuracy, and convergence.

Abstract
In this research, we have investigated doubly singular ordinary differential equations and a real application problem of studying the temperature profile in a porous fin model. We have suggested a novel soft computing strategy for the training of unknown weights involved in the feed-forward artificial neural networks (ANNs). Our neuroevolutionary approach is used to suggest approximate solutions to a highly nonlinear doubly singular type of differential equations. We have considered a real application from thermodynamics, which analyses the temperature profile in porous fins. For this purpose, we have used the optimizer, namely, the fractional-order particle swarm optimization technique (FO-DPSO), to minimize errors in solutions through fitness functions. ANNs are used to design the approximate series of solutions to problems considered in this paper. We find the values of unknown weights such that the approximate solutions to these problems have a minimum residual error. For global search in the domain, we have initialized FO-DPSO with random solutions, and it collects best so far solutions in each generation/ iteration. In the second phase, we have fine-tuned our algorithm by initializing FO-DPSO with the collection of best so far solutions. It is graphically illustrated that this strategy is very efficient in terms of convergence and minimum mean squared error in its best solutions. We can use this strategy for the higher-order system of differential equations modeling different important real applications.

Abstract
In this work, novel application of evolutionary computational heuristics is presented for parameter identification problem of nonlinear Hammerstein controlled auto regressive auto regressive (NHCARAR) systems through global search competency of backtracking search algorithm (BSA), differential evolution (DE) and genetic algorithms (GAs). The mean squared error metric is used for the fitness function of NHCARAR system based on difference between actual and approximated design variables. Optimization of the cost function is conducted with BSA for NHCARAR model by varying degrees of freedom and noise variances. To verify and validate the worth of the presented scheme, comparative studies are carried out with its counterparts DE and GAs through statistical observations by means of weight deviation factor, root of mean squared error, and Thiel's inequality coefficient as well as complexity measures.

Abstract
In this work, biologically-inspired computing framework is developed for HIV infection of CD4[Formula: see text] T-cell model using feed-forward artificial neural networks (ANNs), genetic algorithms (GAs), sequential quadratic programming (SQP) and hybrid approach based on GA-SQP. The mathematical model for HIV infection of CD4[Formula: see text] T-cells is represented with the help of initial value problems (IVPs) based on the system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). The ANN model for the system is constructed by exploiting its strength of universal approximation. An objective function is developed for the system through unsupervised error using ANNs in the mean square sense. Training with weights of ANNs is carried out with GAs for effective global search supported with SQP for efficient local search. The proposed scheme is evaluated on a number of scenarios for the HIV infection model by taking the different levels for infected cells, natural substitution rates of uninfected cells, and virus particles. Comparisons of the approximate solutions are made with results of Adams numerical solver to establish the correctness of the proposed scheme. Accuracy and convergence of the approach are validated through the results of statistical analysis based on the sufficient large number of independent runs.

Abstract
This paper studies the dynamical behavior of an HIV-1 infection model with saturated virus-target and infected-target incidences with Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte (CTL) immune response. The model is incorporated by two types of intracellular distributed time delays. The model generalizes all the existing HIV-1 infection models with cell-to-cell transmission presented in the literature by considering saturated incidence rate and the effect of CTL immune response. The existence and global stability of all steady states of the model are determined by two parameters, the basic reproduction number ([Formula: see text]) and the CTL immune response activation number ([Formula: see text]). By using suitable Lyapunov functionals, we show that if [Formula: see text], then the infection-free steady state [Formula: see text] is globally asymptotically stable; if [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text], then the CTL-inactivated infection steady state [Formula: see text] is globally asymptotically stable; if [Formula: see text], then the CTL-activated infection steady state [Formula: see text] is globally asymptotically stable. Using MATLAB we conduct some numerical simulations to confirm our results. The effect of the saturated incidence of the HIV-1 dynamics is shown.

Abstract
This study reports novel hybrid computational methods for the solutions of nonlinear singular Lane–Emden type differential equation arising in astrophysics models by exploiting the strength of unsupervised neural network models and stochastic optimization techniques. In the scheme the neural network, sub-part of large field called soft computing, is exploited for modelling of the equation in an unsupervised manner. The proposed approximated solutions of higher order ordinary differential equation are calculated with the weights of neural networks trained with genetic algorithm, and pattern search hybrid with sequential quadratic programming for rapid local convergence. The results of proposed solvers for solving the nonlinear singular systems are in good agreements with the standard solutions. Accuracy and convergence the design schemes are demonstrated by the results of statistical performance measures based on the sufficient large number of independent runs.

Abstract
In this study, a novel bio-inspired computing approach is developed to analyze the dynamics of nonlinear singular Thomas–Fermi equation (TFE) arising in potential and charge density models of an atom by exploiting the strength of finite difference scheme (FDS) for discretization and optimization through genetic algorithms (GAs) hybrid with sequential quadratic programming. The FDS procedures are used to transform the TFE differential equations into a system of nonlinear equations. A fitness function is constructed based on the residual error of constituent equations in the mean square sense and is formulated as the minimization problem. Optimization of parameters for the system is carried out with GAs, used as a tool for viable global search integrated with SQP algorithm for rapid refinement of the results. The design scheme is applied to solve TFE for five different scenarios by taking various step sizes and different input intervals. Comparison of the proposed results with the state of the art numerical and analytical solutions reveals that the worth of our scheme in terms of accuracy and convergence. The reliability and effectiveness of the proposed scheme are validated through consistently getting optimal values of statistical performance indices calculated for a sufficiently large number of independent runs to establish its significance.
