Abstract
This study was carried out to explore the moderating effect of comic education and locus of control (LOC) in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of comic education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and LOC was briefly introduced, and the significance of comics for innovation and entrepreneurship education was discussed. Secondly, the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education modes in colleges and universities in China were introduced. Thirdly, a simple comparative analysis was conducted on the internal and external characteristics of LOC. Finally, an investigation was performed on the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. The results demonstrate that the average score of students’ innovation spirit is 3.302, with a standard deviation of 0.481, suggesting that the current college students’ overall innovative spirit is moderate. Besides, students get moderate scores in each dimension, and the difference between different students is slight. Among them, the mean of reflectiveness is the highest (M = 3.446, SD = 0.540), and the mean of criticality is the lowest (M = 3.160, SD = 0.481). The average score of the current students’ entrepreneurial ability is 3.112, indicating that the students’ entrepreneurial ability is above the average. From the perspective of each dimension, students have the lowest score in opportunity discovery ability, which is at a low level (M = 2.821, SD = 0.873), while the other five dimensions are at a medium level. The highest is strategic decision-making ability (M = 3.264, SD = 0.749). At the same time, factors such as gender, grade, institution, and students’ relatives significantly impact students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. It can be concluded that colleges and universities should focus on controlling the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching and guiding and carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities. They should also encourage students to participate in courses and activities related to innovation and entrepreneurship to improve college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability.

Abstract
In the long developmental process, China's agriculture has transformed from organic agriculture to inorganic agriculture. New technologies have made the modernization of agriculture possible. However, most older people who are engaged in agriculture may not completely understand the modernization of agriculture. Based on the limitations of traditional image target detection methods, a deep learning-based pest target detection and recognition method is proposed from a blockchain perspective, to analyze and research agricultural data supervision and governance and explore the effectiveness of deep learning methods in crop pest detection and recognition. The comparative analysis demonstrates that the average precision (AP) of GA-CPN-LAR (global activation-characteristic pyramid network-local activation region) increases by 4.2% compared with other methods. Whether under the Inception or ResNet-50 backbone networks, the AP of GA-CPN-LAR is significantly better than other methods. Compared with the ResNet-50 backbone network, GA-CPN-LAR has higher accuracy and recall rates under Inception. Precision-recall curve measurement shows that the proposed method can significantly reduce the false detection rate and missed detection rate. The GA-CPN-LAR model proposed here has a higher AP value on the MPD dataset than the other target detection methods, which can be increased by 4.2%. Besides, the accuracy and recall of the GA-CPN-LAR method corresponding to two representative pests under the initial feature extractor are higher than the MPD dataset baseline. In addition, the research results of the MPD dataset and AgriPest dataset also show that the pest target detection method based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs) has a good presentation effect and can significantly reduce false detection and missed detection. Moreover, the pest regulation based on blockchain and deep learning comprehensively considers global and local feature extraction and pattern recognition, which positively impacts the conscientization of agricultural data processing and promotes the sustainable development of rural areas.

Abstract
The purpose is to solve the problems of sparse data information, low recommendation precision and recall rate and cold start of the current tourism personalized recommendation system. First, a context based personalized recommendation model (CPRM) is established by using the labeled-LDA (Labeled Latent Dirichlet Allocation) algorithm. The precision and recall of interest point recommendation are improved by mining the context information in unstructured text. Then, the interest point recommendation framework based on convolutional neural network (IPRC) is established. The semantic and emotional information in the comment text is extracted to identify user preferences, and the score of interest points in the target location is predicted combined with the influence factors of geographical location. Finally, real datasets are adopted to evaluate the recommendation precision and recall of the above two models and their performance of solving the cold start problem.

Abstract
At present, with the continuous rise in public consumption level, the pressure on college students' entrepreneurship or employment is increasingly severe. Under the concept of positive psychological intervention, the present work aims to alleviate the entrepreneurial pressure of college students and improve college students' entrepreneurial education through the analysis of enterprise management elements. A 3-month intervention experiment, including the pre-test, preventive curriculum intervention, post-test, and delayed test, is conducted on a control group and an experimental group, to investigate entrepreneurial intention, emotional management ability, and ability to deal with entrepreneurial pressure of college students. In addition, based on a complex adaptive system (CAS), the enterprise management elements are analyzed, and a three-layer network model is constructed. Meanwhile, new diversified elements of enterprise management are defined to discuss the effectiveness and psychological impact of diversified management, proving that psychological security plays an intermediary role in the cross-layer relationship chain in the three-layer CAS network. The experimental results indicate that on the whole, the positive psychological intervention reduces the pressure of students in the experimental group, significantly ameliorates depression and anxiety, and promotes the positive personality in all directions. Besides, in the delayed test after 3 months, the experimental group can maintain a relatively better state than the control group. By exploring the role effectiveness and characteristics of diversified management, this experiment confirms that the improvement of psychological security under positive psychological intervention has a positive impact on the effectiveness of diversified management. The present work discusses the hierarchical construction in enterprise management and puts forward reasonable suggestions and theoretical development for the influence of the entrepreneurial practice of college students.

Abstract
The quality of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE) in higher institutions is closely related to the degree to which the undergraduates (UGs) absorb relevant innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and their entrepreneurial motivation. Thus, an effective Evaluation of Educational Quality (EEQ) is essential. In particular, fault tree analysis (FTA), a common EEQ approach, has some disadvantages, such as fault data reliance and insufficient uncertainties handleability. Thereupon, this article first puts forward a theoretical model based on the deep learning (DL) method to analyze the factors of IEE quality; consequently, based on the traditional FTA, fuzzy fault tree analysis (FFTA) is proposed to evaluate the reliability of IEE classroom teaching for college teachers and students. Finally, based on the top event of entrepreneurial teaching failure, the hyper-ellipsoid model is implemented to restrict the interval probability of basic events and describe the deviation of uncertain events. Furthermore, the model accuracy is verified by a questionnaire survey (QS), based upon which the factors of IEE quality are analyzed. The results show that the designed QS has good reliability, validity, and fitness; the path coefficients of cooperative ability to critical thinking and innovative thinking are 0.9 and 0.66, respectively, indicating that the students' cooperative ability plays a vital role in the classroom teaching. By calculation, the probability of "teaching failure" in entrepreneurial classroom teaching is 0.395, 3, 0.462, and 5. To sum up, the proposed method can effectively and quantitatively evaluate the quality of IEE in higher institutions, thus providing a certain basis for formulating relevant improvement strategies. The purpose is to provide important technical support for improving the IEE quality.

Abstract
More students who majored in design should be led to be self-employment, as they can use their major advantages to lead cultural and creative industries of museums toward a more creative direction. Based on the present situation of self-employment of college students related to cultural and creative industries, developing patterns and structure of cultural and creative industries of museums are analyzed to study the practical requirement of development of creative and cultural products of museums on the students majored in design. College students and graduates (within 2 years) in design major of a college in Zhejiang province who have experience in starting a business are invited to make the questionnaire survey and to study the practical problems with motives and barriers of starting a business. After the investigation of the entrepreneurial status of cultural and creative entrepreneurs of college students, it is found that the third year is the peak period for students to choose entrepreneurship, followed by the end of the senior year. Only 36.8% of respondents are satisfied with the results of entrepreneurship, which reflects that entrepreneurs do face many obstacles in the actual process of entrepreneurship, mainly due to a lack of experience and funds. The motivation for students to stick to entrepreneurial activities mainly focuses on "obtaining personal wealth" and "realizing self-worth." In view of this situation, universities, society, and government can provide technical support and policy support to stimulate the entrepreneurial potential of cultural and creative entrepreneurs of college students, thus promoting the efficient development of museum cultural and creative industry.

Abstract
In order to optimize the resource allocation of the traditional publishing industry in the new media era, it is proposed to integrate the traditional publishing and digital publishing industries to solve the problem of unbalanced resource distribution under dual-track conditions. Professional talents with innovative entrepreneurial ability and psychology in colleges and universities are cultivated to promote the integration and reform process of the publishing industry under the background of new media art. First, the study analyzes the digital reform issues facing the development of the publishing industry in the new media era. Second, in view of the development situation of the publishing industry in the Yangtze River Delta, it is proposed to establish a development model of integrated publishing in the Yangtze River Delta through resource allocation. Then, under the new media art form, the teaching mode of creative and entrepreneurial talents training in art colleges and universities is optimized to cultivate students’ innovative ability and entrepreneurial positive psychology. The research results show that the number of books printed in Shanghai in the Yangtze River Delta is 13,000 types per year, and the number is still rising; however, periodicals and newspapers are affected by the new media industry, and the number of publications is declining. The printing volume has dropped by 50% in 9years; the questionnaire survey results show that 68% of the students are very interested in entrepreneurial activities, but 53% of the students have not carried out entrepreneurial activities at all, indicating that the students’ entrepreneurial ability is insufficient. The results provide a reference for studying the reform direction of the publishing industry and cultivating entrepreneurial talents in the context of new media.

Abstract
The present study aims to enrich the research on online entrepreneurship education, improve the level and ability of entrepreneurship services in China, and improve the overall success rate of entrepreneurship. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) proposed by researcher Davis, the study explores the application of TAM in online entrepreneurship education for new entrepreneurs. First, new entrepreneurs who are users of the online entrepreneurship education platform are selected as research objects, and then the influence of the four factors are studied, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, classroom self-efficacy, and perceived external control. Finally, the hypothesis proposed is tested. Results show that online entrepreneurship education influences the perceived ease of use of the user and perceived credibility: the quality of the online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on the user's perceived usefulness, interactivity has a positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and interactivity positively influences the perceived ease of use of the user and perceived credibility. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived credibility have a positive impact on the behavioral intention of the users. The proposed TAM provides some technical and theoretical support for the application of TAM in online entrepreneurship education for new entrepreneurs.

Abstract
The empirical study reported here aims to improve the effectiveness of knowledge-based talent management in science and technology enterprises and promote the stable development of enterprises. First, the impact of entrepreneurs’ psychological cognition and personal characteristics on entrepreneurial activities is analyzed based on entrepreneurial psychology. Then, the theory of key competence is introduced to study the management mode of knowledge-based talents. The advantages of talents in enterprises are sorted out through constructing the key competency model to manage talents efficiently. The technology-based enterprise M is taken as an example for analysis by the key competence model to obtain 18 key capability indexes. Through the principal component analysis of 255 employees’ survey results, finally, four factors are extracted (business execution ability, team cooperation ability, strategic thinking ability, and management decision-making ability), which can reflect 68.92% of the total key competence. The average values of “business execution ability” and “team cooperation ability” in the first-level dimension of key competence index are 4.14 and 4.24, respectively, which can be regarded as the essential key competence. The investigation results of the academic qualifications of staff of M indicate that 6% of employees have a doctorate, 38% have a master’s degree, 37% have a Bachelor’s degree, and 19% have a junior college degree or below. Moreover, knowledge-based employees are basically satisfied with the organization and management of the company, but they are dissatisfied with the training mechanism and promotion mechanism. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to the psychological needs of knowledge workers and the innovation of talent management. The research results are of significant value for science and technology enterprises to absorb and retain knowledge-based talents and promote the common development of enterprises and employees.

The questionnaires are developed to survey the changes in the performance of students before and after the implementation of the teaching design and the satisfaction of all teachers, students, and parents to different teaching methods by comparing the two results and the satisfaction ratings. All objects in this study volunteer to participate in the questionnaire survey. The results suggest the following: (1) the effective return rates of the questionnaires to teachers, students, and parents are 97, 99, and 95%, respectively, before implementation; whereas those after implementation are 98, 99, and 99%, respectively. Comparison of the two return results suggests that there was no significant difference statistically (P > 0.05). (2) Proportion of scoring results before and after implementation is given as follows: the proportions of levels A, B, C, and D are 35, 40, 15, and 10% before implementation, respectively; while those after implementation are 47, 36, 12, and 5%, respectively. After the implementation, the proportion of level A is obviously higher than that before the implementation, and the proportions of other levels decreased in contrast to those before the implementation, showing statistically obvious differences (P < 0.05). (3) The change in the performance of each subject after 1 year implementation is significantly higher than that before the implementation, and the change in the average performance of each subject shows an upward trend. In summary, (1) the comparison on the effective return rate of the satisfaction survey questionnaire proves the feasibility of its scoring results. (2) The comparison of the survey scoring results shows that people are more satisfied with the new educational design teaching method. (3) The comparison of the change in the performance of each subject before and after the implementation indirectly reflects the drawbacks of partial subject education, indicating that the school should pay the same equal attention to every subject. (4) Due to various objective and subjective factors, the results of this study may be different from the actual situation slightly, and its accuracy has to be further explored in the future.

Abstract
The purpose is to study the internal relationship between entrepreneurial optimism and business performance of new ventures, and the impact of entrepreneurial optimism on the business performance of new ventures. Based on the literature review, the hypotheses that entrepreneurial optimism has a positive impact on the business performance of new ventures and that labor law plays a mediating role in the impact are put forward. Then, the questionnaire is designed according to the maturity scale, and 200 questionnaires are collected. Finally, the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis of the theoretical model and hypothesis are carried out by using the statistical analysis software spsss22.0. The results show that each dimension of entrepreneurial optimism has a significant positive impact on the business performance of new ventures, and labor law plays a mediating role between them. This study provides a new idea for the establishment of the performance impact mechanism of new ventures and helps new entrepreneurs realize the importance of maintaining an optimistic attitude, improving the business performance of new ventures.

Abstract
The present work aims to explore the psychological quality and quality of college students' entrepreneurship under higher education and moral education. First, relationships among entrepreneurial traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial alertness, and entrepreneurial attitude are analyzed through questionnaire surveys and statistics. Second, the role of college students' entrepreneurial attitudes in improving entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial alertness is discussed. Eventually, the relationship mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial alertness in entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial attitude is explored. Results demonstrate: (1) the mediating effect through the entrepreneurial self-efficacy reaches 36.91%; (2) the mediating effect through entrepreneurial alertness accounts for 38.72%; (3) the mediating effect through entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial alertness reaches 9.15%. Therefore, the entrepreneurial traits of college students affect their entrepreneurial attitude through two intermediary paths: entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial alertness. Data comparison suggests that the entrepreneurial traits of college students are significantly positively correlated to entrepreneurial attitudes; the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students is significantly positively correlated to entrepreneurial attitude; the entrepreneurial alertness of college students is significantly positively correlated to entrepreneurial attitudes. College students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial attitude, and college students' entrepreneurial alertness plays a mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial attitude.

Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students, and explore the challenges faced by these two kinds of education in the information age. First, different research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and interdisciplinary research, are used to investigate and study the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students. Second, the survey data are analyzed to reveal the challenges they have encountered. The results show that there are many problems in ideological and political education, which need to be improved and strengthened. The Internet has a strong attraction for college students, but the purpose of getting online of many college students is not clear. Although it plays an important role in improving teaching quality by helping college students establish correct attitudes toward their study, values, life, and society, ideological and political education lack strong pertinence and effectiveness due to the professionalism of the teachers. And the negative impact of network information on ideological and political education of college students is also obvious. About 11.4% of the respondents believe that network information affects their physical and mental health. About 8.4% of the respondents believe that harmful information on the network is easy to induce students to behave wrongly. About 41% believe that computer games distract them from learning, which indicates that the negative impact of network information on college students cannot be underestimated, and it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. The research provides a useful reference for the ideological and political and psychological education in the information environment and helps to solve the problem in the ideological and political education and psychological education of college students.

Abstract
The purpose is to study the influence of virtual entrepreneurship practice on entrepreneurial talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions. First, a questionnaire is designed from three aspects: entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial psychological quality, and entrepreneurial knowledge structure. Afterward, the questionnaire is issued to 200 students from a college in Shaanxi province, and SPSS 25 is chosen to analyze and characterize the virtual entrepreneurship practice education and the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions. The results show that among all the subjects, nearly 20% of them do not understand entrepreneurship, nearly 85% of them concern about the risk of entrepreneurship, and nearly 70% of them take a negative attitude toward entrepreneurial failure. Meanwhile, the subjects have not formed an independent view on entrepreneurship, the subjects’ basic entrepreneurial quality is poor, their entrepreneurship awareness is weak, and their entrepreneurial psychological quality is poor. The subjects lack entrepreneurial quality rather than entrepreneurial knowledge. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on education on virtual entrepreneurship practice in higher education institutions from four aspects: improving the external environment of entrepreneurship, improving the entrepreneurship curriculum in higher education institutions, improving the teaching staff, and developing the practice bases for entrepreneurship education. The results provide some ideas about promoting the comprehensive reform of talent training mode in higher education institutions.
