Abstract
The hexa(4-formyl-phenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene (NOP-6--CHO) and 2,4,6-tris(4-formylphenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine (TPT-3-CHO) are common knots of the flexible covalent organic frameworks (COFs), which may undergo Schiff base reaction with diamide and ternary amine, but with no examples of quaternary amine. Herein, we chose quaternary amine -- N,N,N',N'-tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)-1,4-phenylenediamine (TAPDA) to react with NOP-6-CHO and TPT-3-CHO to synthesize flexible TAPDA-based COFs (HTAPDA and TTAPDA) for the first time. The flexible TAPDA-based COFs have flexible units and 3D triangular or 2D hexagonal pores which make the pores nimble and self-adaptable abilities. Delightly, the flexible TAPDA-based COFs have the high BET-specific surface areas of 1103 and 1048 m2/g and show some crystallization and high thermal stability. They can adsorp I2 in both the gaseous phases (4.08 and 3.80 g g-1 at 77 K) and the solution. The flexible TAPDA-based COFs possess excellent fluorescent properties whether at dispersion or solid states and may be used for fluorescent sensing 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP) with high selectivity and sensitivity (KSV: 2.49 × 104 and 2.36 × 104 L mol-1). Fluorescence quenching of the flexible TAPDA-based COFs is observed upon coaction of photo-induced electron transfer process and fluorescence resonance energy transfer process.

Rapid and simple determination of organophosphorus pesticides in urine using polydopamine-modified monolithic spin column extraction combined with liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Abstract
The determination of organophosphorus pesticides in urine is useful for evaluating human exposure. In this study, a simple micro-solid-phase extraction method based on a polydopamine-modified monolithic spin column combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was developed for the determination of six organophosphorus pesticides (dimethoate, dichlorvos, carbofuran, methidathion, phosalone, and chlorpyrifos) in urine samples. A methacrylate polymer monolithic support was prepared in situ in the spin column, and dopamine solution was repeatedly passed through the monolith matrix via centrifugation to generate a polydopamine layer in the polymeric network. All extraction steps were performed via centrifugation. The monolith exhibited good permeability, which enabled high-flow-rate sample loading and significantly reduced the sample pre-treatment time. The addition of polydopamine significantly improved the extraction efficiency of the monolithic spin column owing to the catechol and amine groups in dopamine, which can enhance hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking. Factors affecting the extraction, including the solution pH, centrifugation speed, and desorption solvent, were investigated to determine the optimal extraction conditions. Under the optimal conditions, the OPP detection limits were 0.02-1.32 µg/L. The relative standard deviations of the single column (n = 5) and column-to-column (n = 3) precision for the extraction method were <11%. The monolithic spin column exhibited high stability and could be used for more than 40 extraction cycles. The recoveries for spiked urine samples were 72.1-109.3% (RSDs: 1.6-7.9%). The developed method was successfully applied to the simple and rapid analysis of organophosphorus pesticides in urine samples.

Abstract
In this paper, we report the synthetic strategy of direct arylation polymerization (DAP) for four 2,2'-bithiophene-based conjugated microporous polymers (the 2,2'-BTh-based CMPs) by coupling 2,2'-bithiophene with the building blocks containing bromine. Compared to conventional coupling polymerization, this synthetic scheme is simple, facile and atomically efficient owing to neither preactivating the C-H bonds in 2,2'-bithiophene using organometallic reagents nor synthesis of complex thiophene-based building blocks. The resulting 2,2'-BTh-based CMPs exhibit excellent thermal stability, high specific surface areas, and good microporosity. Their specific surface areas are higher than that of other previously reported CMPs prepared with DAP. The four 2,2'-BTh-based CMPs can be utilized for multicolor fluorescence sensing of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP) with the high sensitivity and selectivity. The sensitivities appear to increase with the degree of structural distortion.

Abstract
Mitochondrial uncoupler 2,4-dinitrophenol (2,4-DNP) is a promising antidiabetic and antiobesity agent. Its clinical use is limited by a narrow dynamic range and accumulation in non-target sensitive organs, which results in whole-body toxicity. A liposomal formulation could enable the mentioned drawbacks to be overcome and simplify the liver-targeted delivery and sustained release of 2,4-DNP. We synthesized 2,4-DNP esters with carboxylic acids of various lipophilic degrees using carboxylic acid chloride and then loaded them into liposomes. We demonstrated the effective increase in the entrapment of 2,4-DNP into liposomes when esters were used. Here, we examined the dependence of the sustained release of 2,4-DNP from liposomes on the lipid composition and LogPoct of the ester. We posit that the optimal chain length of the ester should be close to the palmitic acid and the lipid membrane should be composed of phospholipids with a certain phase transition point depending on the desired release rate. The increased effect of the ATP synthesis inhibition of the liposomal forms of caproic and palmitic acid esters compared to free molecules in liver hepatocytes was demonstrated. The liposomes' stability could well be responsible for this result. This work demonstrates promising possibilities for the liver-targeted delivery of the 2,4-DNP esters with carboxylic acids loaded into liposomes for ATP synthesis inhibition.

Abstract
The activation of signals in fluorescent nanosensors upon interaction with their targets is highly desirable. To this aim, several molecularly imprinted nanogels have been synthetized for the recognition of tyrosol, hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein in aqueous extracts using the non-covalent approach. Two of them contain fluorescein derivatives as co-monomers, and their fluorescence emission is switched on upon binding of the target phenols. The selection of functional monomers was previously done by analyzing the interactions by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) in deuterated dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO-d6) of the monomers with tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol. Polymers were synthetized under high dilution conditions to obtain micro- and nano-particles, as verified by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). 1,4-Divinylbenzene (DVB) was used in the fluorescent polymers in order to enhance the interactions with the aromatic ring of the templates tyrosol and hydroxytyrosol by π-π stacking. The results were fully satisfactory as to rebinding: DVB-crosslinked molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) gave over 50 nmol/mg rebinding. The sensitivity of the fluorescent MIPs was excellent, with LODs in the pM range. The sensing polymers were tested on real olive leaves extracts, with very good performance and negligible matrix effects.
