Abstract
This review article examines the effectiveness of incorporating autologous endometrial cells and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) through hysteroscopic injections within the field of assisted reproductive technology (ART). This study assesses the outcomes of these injections on the susceptibility of the endometrium, the dynamics of the uterus, and the frequencies of pregnancy in individuals with refractory thin endometrium. Based on a complete examination of several trials, it becomes apparent that autologous PRP injections provide encouraging turnouts in augmenting endometrial thickness, raising endometrial receptivity, and, in the end, raising chances of being pregnant and successful delivery. The research highlights the promise of autologous PRP and minimally changed endometrial cellular treatments in enhancing outcomes in ART, especially for people who have had problems with implantation. This article gives a whole evaluation of the medical use of and upgrades regarding the utilization of infusions of PRP and autologous endometrial cells under hysteroscopic control to deal with infertility issues related to endometrial health through the synthesis of contemporary studies.

Abstract
The Endometrial Receptivity Array (ERA) is a revolutionary molecular diagnostic tool that determines the optimal timing for embryo transfer by analyzing the gene expression profile of endometrial tissue. This comprehensive review examines the significance and application of ERA in euploid embryo transfer cycles, where the implantation of embryos with the correct number of chromosomes is critical for achieving successful pregnancy outcomes. This review underscores its role in enhancing implantation rates and reducing pregnancy loss by assessing the evolution, methodology, clinical applications, efficacy, and challenges associated with ERA. Key findings highlight ERA's superior accuracy in identifying the window of implantation compared to traditional methods, resulting in improved clinical outcomes in assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles. Despite its benefits, the review acknowledges challenges such as cost, accessibility, and the need for standardization. Recommendations for clinical practice emphasize the integration of ERA into routine ART protocols, comprehensive patient counseling, and the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration. The review outlines promising prospects, including technological advancements to make ERA more cost-effective, the development of refined gene expression profiles, and the potential integration with other emerging ART technologies. Further research directions include long-term studies on the outcomes of ERA-guided pregnancies and exploring its application in cases of recurrent implantation failure and unexplained infertility. Overall, ERA represents a significant advancement in reproductive medicine, offering a personalized approach to embryo transfer timing that can significantly improve the success rates of euploid embryo transfers.

Abstract
Background The molecular mechanisms underlying window of implantation (WOI) displacement in patients with recurrent implantation failure (RIF) remain unclear. This study aims to explore the transcriptomic signatures of endometrium with normal and displaced WOIs and to identify the causes of endometrial receptivity (ER) abnormalities and WOI displacement in RIF patients. Methods In this study, 40 RIF patients were recruited and underwent personalized embryo transfer (pET) guided by the predicted results of endometrial receptivity diagnosis (ERD) model. Transcriptome analysis of endometrium from patients with clinical pregnancies after pET was performed to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with WOI displacement. Gene expression data from HRT and natural cycle endometrium were compared to identify specific gene expression patterns of ER-related genes during WOI. Results The ERD results indicated that 67.5% of RIF patients (27/40) were non-receptive in the conventional WOI (P+5) of the HRT cycle. The clinical pregnancy rate in RIF patients improved to 65% (26/40) after ERD-guided pET, indicating the effectiveness of transcriptome-based WOI prediction. Among the 26 patients with clinical pregnancy, the gene expression profiles of P+5 endometrium from advanced (n=6), normal (n=10) and delayed (n=10) WOI groups were significantly different from each other. Furthermore, 10 DEGs identified among P+5 endometrium of 3 groups were involved in immunomodulation, transmembrane transport and tissue regeneration, which could accurately classify the endometrium with different WOIs. Additionally, a large number of ER-related genes showed significant correlation and similar gene expression patterns in P+3, P+5, and P+7 endometrium from HRT cycles and LH+5, LH+7, and LH+9 endometrium from natural cycles. Conclusion Our study shows that ER-related genes share similar gene expression patterns during WOI in both natural and HRT cycles, and their aberrant expression is associated with WOI displacements. The improvement of pregnancy outcomes in RIF patients by adjusting ET timing according to ERD results demonstrates the importance of transcriptome-based endometrial receptivity assessment and the clinical efficiency of ERD model.

Abstract
The process of implantation is characterized by a complex cross-talk between the endometrium and the blastocyst, with the endometrium only being receptive to implantation during a transient window of implantation of approximately 2-3 days during the midsecretory phase. The timing of embryo transfer, including frozen embryo transfer, is therefore critical to the success of implantation. In this article, we discuss various elements that may guide the timing of frozen embryo transfer, including the role of endometrial characteristics such as thickness, days postovulation or length of progesterone administration, stage of the embryo, and the application of endometrial receptivity tests to guide personalized embryo transfer.
