Abstract
BACKGROUND Information on social media may affect peoples' contraceptive decision making. We performed an exploratory analysis of contraceptive content on Twitter (recently renamed X), a popular social media platform. METHODS We selected a random subset of 1% of publicly available, English-language tweets related to reversible, prescription contraceptive methods posted between January 2014 and December 2019. We oversampled tweets for the contraceptive patch to ensure at least 200 tweets per method. To create the codebook, we identified common themes specific to tweet content topics, tweet sources, and tweets soliciting information or providing advice. All posts were coded by two team members, and differences were adjudicated by a third reviewer. Descriptive analyses were reported with accompanying qualitative findings. RESULTS During the study period, 457,369 tweets about reversible contraceptive methods were published, with a random sample of 4,434 tweets used for final analysis. Tweets most frequently discussed contraceptive method decision-making (26.7%) and side effects (20.5%), particularly for long-acting reversible contraceptive methods and the depot medroxyprogesterone acetate shot. Tweets about logistics of use or adherence were common for short-acting reversible contraceptives. Tweets were frequently posted by contraceptive consumers (50.6%). A small proportion of tweets explicitly requested information (6.2%) or provided advice (4.2%). CONCLUSIONS Clinicians should be aware that individuals are exposed to information through Twitter that may affect contraceptive perceptions and decision making, particularly regarding long-acting reversible contraceptives. Social media is a valuable source for studying contraceptive beliefs missing in traditional health research and may be used by professionals to disseminate accurate contraceptive information.

Abstract
STUDY OBJECTIVE There are many videos on contraception on YouTube and TikTok, and women around the world use video platforms extensively to seek health information from videos of uncertain reliability and quality. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the scientific reliability and quality of the most popular social media videos about contraceptive subdermal implants. METHODS TikTok and YouTube videos were assessed separately by two gynecologists. The video quality was evaluated according to the DISCERN score, modified DISCERN score, and Global Quality Scale (GQS) score. RESULTS The study included the 100 most popular videos, 44 of which were uploaded by health care professionals. The median DISCERN score for videos shared by health care professionals was 50 (range 15-75), whereas it was 22 (range 15-56) for videos shared by independent users (P < .001). The median modified DISCERN score was 4 (min-max 0-5), and the median GQS score was 4 (min-max 1-5) for the videos uploaded by health care professionals. The modified DISCERN and GQS scores of TikTok videos were lower than those of YouTube videos (both P < .001). CONCLUSION Social media videos about contraceptive subdermal implants are popular and have been viewed tens of thousands of times, but the overall medical validity, which we evaluated according to the scoring systems, was poor. Despite the large number of videos, the content's quality and reliability are quite limited. There is a need to prioritize the education provided to patients by gynecologists, as well as to create high-quality content for YouTube and other similar platforms.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Several studies suggest that psychosocial accessibility appears to be the key remaining hurdle to contraceptive use when issues of geographic and financial accessibility have been resolved. To date, the literature has considered various dimensions of psychosocial accessibility, which are not well measured by the two main sources of contraceptive data (DHS and PMA2020). In a previous paper, we have designed a framework that outlines four subdimensions of cognitive and psychosocial access and their theoretical relationship to contraceptive use and intention to use. This paper aims to study the associations between the four dimensions of access to contraception with the contraceptive use and intention to use. It also aims to explore the mediation effect of these four dimensions of access in the relationships between classical individual characteristics and contraceptive use and intention to use. METHODS The data we used came from the 6th round of the PMA2020 survey in Burkina Faso in 2018-19. This survey included 2,763 households (98.4% response rate) and 3329 women (97.7% response rate). In addition to PMA's core questions, this survey collected data on psychosocial accessibility. Each group of questions was added to address one dimension. We use a multilevel generalized structural equation and mediation modeling to test the associations between psychosocial accessibility and contraceptive use while controlling for some individual and contextual characteristics. RESULTS Approval, contraceptive knowledge, and agency were associated with contraceptive use, while fears of side effects were not. Approval and agency explain part of the effects of education and parity on contraceptive use. Exposure to family planning messages had a positive impact on women's contraceptive agency. CONCLUSION FP messages can help enhance women's contraceptive agency, and then, contraceptive use, regardless of age and parity. The analysis highlights the mediator effects of contraceptive approval and agency on the association between parity and education with contraceptive use.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Demand generation aims to increase clients' desire to use family planning. The aim of this work was to systematically summarize strategies, facilitators, and barriers to scaling up and sustaining demand generation in family planning. METHODS We searched electronic bibliographic databases from inception to October 2022. We included quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods reports on demand generation strategies in family planning, regardless of country, language, publication status, or methodological limitations. We assessed abstracts, titles and full-text papers according to the inclusion criteria, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality of included reports. We used the convergent integrated approach and a deductive thematic synthesis to summarize demand generation themes and subthemes. We used the health system building blocks to synthesize the factors affecting implementation (barriers and facilitators). We used GRADE-CERQual to assess our confidence in the findings. RESULTS Forty-six studies (published 1990-2022) were included: forty-one quantitative, one qualitative, and four mixed methods). Three were from one high-income country, and forty three from LMIC settings. Half of reports were judged to be of unclear risk of bias. There were unique yet interrelated strategies of scaling-up demand generation for family planning. Interpersonal communication strategies increase adoption and coverage of modern contraceptive methods, but the effect on sustainability is uncertain. Mass media exposure increases knowledge and positive attitudes and may increase the intention to use modern contraceptive methods. Demand-side financing approaches probably increase awareness of contraceptives and the use of modern contraceptive methods among poor clients. Multifaceted Demand generation approaches probably improve adoption, coverage and sustainability of modern methods use. Factors that influence the success of implementing these strategies include users knowledge about family planning methods, the availability of modern methods, and the accessibility to services. CONCLUSIONS Demand generation strategies may function independently or supplement each other. The myriad of techniques of the different demand generation strategies, the complexities of family planning services, and human interactions defy simplistic conclusions on how a specific strategy or a bundle of strategies may succeed in increasing and sustaining family planning utilization. Abstract
OBJECTIVES This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility and acceptability of virtual group contraceptive counseling in the abortion care setting. STUDY DESIGN Patients seeking abortion care at an urban university hospital were invited to participate in this cohort study. Prior to their clinical appointments, groups of two to six patients participated in 45-minute virtual contraceptive counseling visits facilitated by study staff. Contraceptive method use, effectiveness, and side effects were reviewed according to group interest. Participant satisfaction scores were collected immediately following the sessions. After their appointments, providers estimated the time spent on contraceptive counseling during the clinical visit. RESULTS Of 195 patients approached, 86 (44%) were enrolled. Fifty-seven (66%) enrolled patients completed a session. The most common reason for declining enrollment was concern about the time commitment. Most (93%) participants reported being "satisfied" or "very satisfied" overall, and 96% would recommend group contraceptive counseling to a friend. Providers reported that compared to typical counseling, participants required a shorter amount of time during the clinical visit than nonparticipants (time spent <5 minutes: 74% vs 54%). CONCLUSIONS Virtual group contraceptive counseling for patients seeking abortion was feasible and acceptable in this study. Group virtual visits may reduce provider time burden, add value when virtual care delivery is desired or required, and deserve further study. IMPLICATIONS Family planning clinics can consider incorporating virtual group counseling as a person-centered and efficient approach to contraceptive counseling at the time of abortion care.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Lay online communication about health-related issues has in recent years largely been associated with the spread of misinformation and decreased trust in healthcare. Such communication has included claims about systemic side effects of the copper IUD. In Sweden, a social media group centered on this issue now gathers around 8,700 members. This study aimed to use the case of reported yet unestablished side effects of the copper IUD to investigate experiences of and reasoning about healthcare encounters between caregivers and patients contesting established medical knowledge. METHODS We conducted qualitative, semi-structured, digital group interviews with members of the social media group (seven groups, n = 23) and with midwives and gynecologists (six groups, n = 15). We also gathered essays written by social media group members (n = 23). The material was analyzed thematically. RESULTS The participant accounts pointed towards tensions related to principles of evidence-based medicine, i.e., perceived insufficiency of research on the safety of the copper IUD and lack of clarity in routines for reporting and following up suspected side effects, and of patient-centered care, i.e., listening respectfully to patients. Tension between caregivers' obligation to adhere to evidence-based medicine while also providing patient-centered care was noted. CONCLUSION Healthcare providers' efforts to assess and address patient claims contesting established medical knowledge should include ensuring and communicating sufficient research, clarifying procedures for reporting suspected side effects, and improving person-centered care. This can increase the quality of care while contributing to the mitigation of distrust in healthcare and the spreading of health-related misinformation.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Contraceptive choice is central to reproductive autonomy. The internet, including social networking sites like Reddit, is an important resource for people seeking contraceptive information and support. A subreddit dedicated to contraception, r/birthcontrol, provides a platform for people to post about contraception. OBJECTIVE This study explored the use of r/birthcontrol, from the inception of the subreddit through the end of 2020. We describe the web-based community, identify distinctive interests and themes based upon the textual content of posts, and explore the content of posts with the most user engagement (ie, "popular" posts). METHODS Data were obtained from the PushShift Reddit application programming interface from the establishment of r/birthcontrol to the start date of analysis (July 21, 2011, to December 31, 2020). User interactions within the subreddit were analyzed to describe community use over time, specifically the commonality of use based on the volume of posts, the length of posts (character count), and the proportion of posts with any and each flair applied. "Popular" posts on r/birthcontrol were determined based on the number of comments and "scores," or upvotes minus downvotes; popular posts had 9 comments and a score of ≥3. Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) analyses were run on all posts with flairs applied, posts within each flair group, and popular posts within each flair group to characterize and compare the distinctive language used in each group. RESULTS There were 105,485 posts to r/birthcontrol during the study period, with the volume of posts increasing over time. Within the time frame for which flairs were available on r/birthcontrol (after February 4, 2016), users applied flairs to 78% (n=73,426) of posts. Most posts contained exclusively textual content (n=66,071, 96%), had comments (n=59,189, 86%), and had a score (n=66,071, 96%). Posts averaged 731 characters in length (median 555). "SideEffects!?" was the most frequently used flair overall (n=27,530, 40%), while "Experience" (n=719, 31%) and "SideEffects!?" (n=672, 29%) were most common among popular posts. TF-IDF analyses of all posts showed interest in contraceptive methods, menstrual experiences, timing, feelings, and unprotected sex. While TF-IDF results for posts with each flair varied, the contraceptive pill, menstrual experiences, and timing were discussed across flair groups. Among popular posts, intrauterine devices and contraceptive use experiences were often discussed. CONCLUSIONS People commonly wrote about contraceptive side effects and experiences using methods, highlighting the value of r/birthcontrol as a space to post about aspects of contraceptive use that are not well addressed by clinical contraceptive counseling. The value of real-time, open-access data on contraceptive users' interests is especially high given the shifting landscape of and increasing constraints on reproductive health care in the United States.

Abstract
Background The decision of the US Supreme Court to repeal Roe vs. Wade sparked significant media attention. Although primarily related to abortion, opinions are divided about how this decision would impact disparities, especially for Black, Indigenous, and people of color. We used advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques to examine ethno-racial contents in Twitter discourses related to the overturn of Roe vs. Wade. Methods We screened approximately 3 million tweets posted to Roe vs. Wade discussions and identified unique tweets in English-language that had mentions related to race, ethnicity, and racism posted between June 24 and July 10, 2022. We performed lexicon-based sentiment analysis to identify sentiment polarity and the emotions expressed in the Twitter discourse and conducted structural topic modeling to identify and examine latent themes. Results Of the tweets retrieved, 0.7% (n = 23,044) had mentions related to race, ethnicity, and racism. The overall sentiment polarity was negative (mean = -0.41, SD = 1.48). Approximately 60.0% (n = 12,092) expressed negative sentiments, while 39.0% (n = 81,45) expressed positive sentiments, and 3.0% (n = 619) expressed neutral sentiments. There were 20 latent themes which emerged from the topic model. The predominant topics in the discourses were related to "racial resentment" (topic 2, 11.3%), "human rights" (topic 2, 7.9%), and "socioeconomic disadvantage" (topic 16, 7.4%). Conclusions Our study demonstrates wide ranging ethno-racial concerns following the reversal of Roe and supports the need for active surveillance of racial and ethnic disparities in abortion access in the post-Roe era.

Abstract
BACKGROUND With an increasing array of contraceptives in the market, it is important to understand how users perceive them and how their interests evolve over time. OBJECTIVES In this analysis, we aimed to examine the contraceptive interests of women and couples in Germany using data derived from social media posts. STUDY DESIGN Social listening analysis. METHODS Posts from Urbia-a German Internet community-mentioning at least one reversible contraceptive method between April 2006 and April 2021 were carefully selected by searching for a defined set of keywords and phrases. The frequency of mention of each method was studied and their trend over the last 5 years was analyzed. The significance of trends was evaluated using Mann-Kendall test. Additionally, 656 random posts were individually assessed for method transitions and problems associated with specific contraceptives. RESULTS The contraceptive pill was the most frequently mentioned method of contraception followed by natural family planning methods, condom, hormonal coil, and copper/gold coil. Although general interest in hormonal contraception was higher compared to non-hormonal, interest in the pill decreased and interest in natural family planning and copper/gold coil increased. Most women switched from the pill to non-hormonal methods, almost half of them using a condom. Almost all migrations to natural family planning were from the pill and most migrations to non-hormonal intrauterine devices such as the coil were from hormonal methods. The common problem associated with most contraceptives was side effects. CONCLUSION Social media provides valuable information about contraceptive experiences that can be used to monitor contraceptive prevalence patterns and attitudes within a large population in a very short span of time. A good understanding of how various contraceptives are currently perceived helps in identifying strategies for improving existing family planning policies. PLAIN LANGUAGE SUMMARY Currently, there are a variety of contraceptive products available in the market. To understand how users perceive them and how their interest evolves over time, we analyzed social media posts from Urbia, a German Internet platform. We scraped posts between 2016 and 2021 from the "child-desire" and "contraception" forums and analyzed the relative frequency of mentions of different contraceptive methods. We also looked at 1000 individual posts from 1000 different users, analyzed method switches and the problems associated with individual methods of use. The oral pill was the most frequently mentioned method of contraception followed by natural family planning methods, condom, hormonal coil, and copper/gold coil. Over the last 5 years however, the mention of the pill dropped, whereas the mentions of natural family planning and copper or gold coil increased. Further analysis of individual posts showed most women migrating from the pill to other non-hormonal methods such as natural family planning and condom. Almost all migrations to natural family planning were from the pill and most migrations to non-hormonal intrauterine devices such as the coil were from hormonal methods. The most common problem associated with the pill and non-hormonal intrauterine devices was side effects. Through this analysis we show that social media serves as a useful tool to monitor contraceptive prevalence and attitudes within a large population in a very short span of time. Our findings give policy makers an idea on the topics where more counseling and education may be required to help women and couples find their best suited method of contraception.

Abstract
Background While the efficacy and safety of the contraceptive copper intrauterine device (IUD) have been affirmed, alongside its importance for the prevention of unintended pregnancies, some studies have pointed to negative attitudes toward the device. In recent years, social media communication about it has included claims about systemic side effects, unsubstantiated by medical authorities. Research from the Swedish context is sparse. This study investigates attitudes toward the copper IUD and any correlations between negative attitudes toward or experiences of the device, and (1) sociodemographic characteristics, (2) the evaluation of the reliability of different sources of information, and (3) trust in healthcare and other societal institutions. Methods A survey was distributed online to adult women in Sweden (n = 2,000). Aside from descriptive statistics, associations between negative attitudes toward or experiences of the copper IUD and sociodemographic and other variables were calculated using logistic regressions and expressed as odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs). Open survey responses (n = 650) were analyzed thematically. Results While many reported positive attitudes toward and experiences of the IUD, 34.7% of all respondents reported negative attitudes and 45.4% of users reported negative experiences. Negative attitudes were strongly correlated with negative experiences. Negative attitudes and experiences were associated with low income, but no conclusive associations were identified with other socioeconomic variables. Negative attitudes and experiences were associated with lower levels of confidence in and satisfaction with healthcare, as well as lower self-assessed access and ability to assess the origin and reliability of information about the IUD. In open responses, negative comments were prevalent and included references to both common and unestablished perceived side-effects. Respondents pointed to problematic aspects of information and knowledge about the copper IUD and called for improved healthcare communication and updated research. Conclusion Healthcare provider communication about the copper IUD should promote reproductive autonomy and trust by providing clear information about potential side effects and being open to discuss women's experiences and concerns. Further research on copper IUD dissatisfaction and ways in which health professionals do and may best respond to it is needed.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Contraceptive method choice is often strongly influenced by the experiences and opinions of one's social network. Although social media, including Twitter, increasingly influences reproductive-age individuals, discussion of contraception in this setting has yet to be characterized. Natural language processing, a type of machine learning in which computers analyze natural language data, enables this analysis. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to illuminate temporal trends in attitudes toward long- and short-acting reversible contraceptive methods in tweets between 2006 and 2019 and establish social media platforms as alternate data sources for large-scale sentiment analysis on contraception. STUDY DESIGN We studied English-language tweets mentioning reversible prescription contraceptive methods between March 2006 (founding of Twitter) and December 2019. Tweets mentioning contraception were extracted using search terms, including generic or brand names, colloquial names, and abbreviations. We characterized and performed sentiment analysis on tweets. We used Mann-Kendall nonparametric tests to assess temporal trends in the overall number and the number of positive, negative, and neutral tweets referring to each method. The code to reproduce this analysis is available at https://github.com/hms-dbmi/contraceptionOnTwitter. RESULTS We extracted 838,739 tweets mentioning at least 1 contraceptive method. The annual number of contraception-related tweets increased considerably over the study period. The intrauterine device was the most commonly referenced method (45.9%). Long-acting methods were mentioned more often than short-acting ones (58% vs 42%), and the annual proportion of long-acting reversible contraception-related tweets increased over time. In sentiment analysis of tweets mentioning a single contraceptive method (n=665,064), the greatest proportion of all tweets was negative (65,339 of 160,713 tweets with at least 95% confident sentiment, or 40.66%). Tweets mentioning long-acting methods were nearly twice as likely to be positive compared with tweets mentioning short-acting methods (19.65% vs 10.21%; P<.002). CONCLUSION Recognizing the influence of social networks on contraceptive decision making, social media platforms may be useful in the collection and dissemination of information about contraception.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Social networking platforms offer a wide reach for public health interventions allowing communication with broad audiences using tools that are generally free and straightforward to use and may be combined with other components, such as public health policies. We define interactive social media as activities, practices, or behaviours among communities of people who have gathered online to interactively share information, knowledge, and opinions. OBJECTIVES We aimed to assess the effectiveness of interactive social media interventions, in which adults are able to communicate directly with each other, on changing health behaviours, body functions, psychological health, well-being, and adverse effects. Our secondary objective was to assess the effects of these interventions on the health of populations who experience health inequity as defined by PROGRESS-Plus. We assessed whether there is evidence about PROGRESS-Plus populations being included in studies and whether results are analysed across any of these characteristics. SEARCH METHODS We searched CENTRAL, CINAHL, Embase, MEDLINE (including trial registries) and PsycINFO. We used Google, Web of Science, and relevant web sites to identify additional studies and searched reference lists of included studies. We searched for published and unpublished studies from 2001 until June 1, 2020. We did not limit results by language. SELECTION CRITERIA We included randomised controlled trials (RCTs), controlled before-and-after (CBAs) and interrupted time series studies (ITSs). We included studies in which the intervention website, app, or social media platform described a goal of changing a health behaviour, or included a behaviour change technique. The social media intervention had to be delivered to adults via a commonly-used social media platform or one that mimicked a commonly-used platform. We included studies comparing an interactive social media intervention alone or as a component of a multi-component intervention with either a non-interactive social media control or an active but less-interactive social media comparator (e.g. a moderated versus an unmoderated discussion group). Our main outcomes were health behaviours (e.g. physical activity), body function outcomes (e.g. blood glucose), psychological health outcomes (e.g. depression), well-being, and adverse events. Our secondary outcomes were process outcomes important for behaviour change and included knowledge, attitudes, intention and motivation, perceived susceptibility, self-efficacy, and social support. DATA COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS We used a pre-tested data extraction form and collected data independently, in duplicate. Because we aimed to assess broad outcomes, we extracted only one outcome per main and secondary outcome categories prioritised by those that were the primary outcome as reported by the study authors, used in a sample size calculation, and patient-important. MAIN RESULTS We included 88 studies (871,378 participants), of which 84 were RCTs, three were CBAs and one was an ITS. The majority of the studies were conducted in the USA (54%). In total, 86% were conducted in high-income countries and the remaining 14% in upper middle-income countries. The most commonly used social media platform was Facebook (39%) with few studies utilising other platforms such as WeChat, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Google Hangouts. Many studies (48%) used web-based communities or apps that mimic functions of these well-known social media platforms. We compared studies assessing interactive social media interventions with non-interactive social media interventions, which included paper-based or in-person interventions or no intervention. We only reported the RCT results in our 'Summary of findings' table. We found a range of effects on health behaviours, such as breastfeeding, condom use, diet quality, medication adherence, medical screening and testing, physical activity, tobacco use, and vaccination. For example, these interventions may increase physical activity and medical screening tests but there was little to no effect for other health behaviours, such as improved diet or reduced tobacco use (20,139 participants in 54 RCTs). For body function outcomes, interactive social media interventions may result in small but important positive effects, such as a small but important positive effect on weight loss and a small but important reduction in resting heart rate (4521 participants in 30 RCTs). Interactive social media may improve overall well-being (standardised mean difference (SMD) 0.46, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.14 to 0.79, moderate effect, low-certainty evidence) demonstrated by an increase of 3.77 points on a general well-being scale (from 1.15 to 6.48 points higher) where scores range from 14 to 70 (3792 participants in 16 studies). We found no difference in effect on psychological outcomes (depression and distress) representing a difference of 0.1 points on a standard scale in which scores range from 0 to 63 points (SMD -0.01, 95% CI -0.14 to 0.12, low-certainty evidence, 2070 participants in 12 RCTs). We also compared studies assessing interactive social media interventions with those with an active but less interactive social media control (11 studies). Four RCTs (1523 participants) that reported on physical activity found an improvement demonstrated by an increase of 28 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week (from 10 to 47 minutes more, SMD 0.35, 95% CI 0.12 to 0.59, small effect, very low-certainty evidence). Two studies found little to no difference in well-being for those in the intervention and control groups (SMD 0.02, 95% CI -0.08 to 0.13, small effect, low-certainty evidence), demonstrated by a mean change of 0.4 points on a scale with a range of 0 to 100. Adverse events related to the social media component of the interventions, such as privacy issues, were not reported in any of our included studies. We were unable to conduct planned subgroup analyses related to health equity as only four studies reported relevant data. AUTHORS' CONCLUSIONS This review combined data for a variety of outcomes and found that social media interventions that aim to increase physical activity may be effective and social media interventions may improve well-being. While we assessed many other outcomes, there were too few studies to compare or, where there were studies, the evidence was uncertain. None of our included studies reported adverse effects related to the social media component of the intervention. Future studies should assess adverse events related to the interactive social media component and should report on population characteristics to increase our understanding of the potential effect of these interventions on reducing health inequities.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES The increasing availability of health information online combined with reduced access to health care providers due to the coronavirus pandemic means that more people are using the internet for health information. However, with no standardised regulation of the internet, the population is vulnerable to misinformation regarding important health information. This review aimed to evaluate the quality and readability of the online information available on emergency contraception (EC) options. STUDY DESIGN In this descriptive study, a Google search was performed using the term 'emergency contraception options' on 13 April 2020 yielding 232 results. Seventy-one results were excluded (34 inaccessible, 37 contained no medical information). The remaining 161 results were categorised by typology and assessed for credibility (JAMA criteria and HONcode), reliability (DISCERN tool) and readability (Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level and Simple Measure of Gobbledygook). RESULTS Of all webpages evaluated, the most common typology was governmental. Credibility of web pages was poor (average JAMA score of 1.47 out of 4). Only 10.6% of webpages were HONcode certified. The most common DISCERN category was Fair (29.81%), closely followed by Poor (27.95%) reliability. On average, readability levels were above the recommended grade level for health information. The intrauterine device was discussed least frequently (86.96%) of all the EC options. CONCLUSION Online information was of low credibility, reliability and written above the recommended reading level. Clinicians should be aware of the poor quality of online information on EC options, and actively educate patients on what makes a source credible.
