Abstract
We present the case of a 55-year old Caucasian man with Eisenmenger syndrome secondary to uncorrected aorto-pulmonary window, whose clinical course has been complicated by recurrent cerebral abscesses and dynamic tricuspid annular caseation with probable pulmonary embolization.
