Abstract
The exponential random graph model (ERGM) is an effective approach for testing the dynamic and local processes of a network. This paper explores the structure of stakeholders' partnerships in a tourism waste management network using high-order dependency ERGMs based on relational data obtained from a field survey in Motuo County, China. The results reveal that (1) the network has many edges, indicating a tight network; (2) the geometrically weighted edge distribution shows a high transitive effect of the network; (3) the structural effect is more significant than the attribute effect; (4) there is a good agreement between the simulation results and observations, suggesting a tourism waste network with close connections and collaborative division of labor. These findings indicate that different groups of stakeholders have been extensively involved in tourism waste management in Motuo County. The edgewise shared partners formed by stakeholders of different groups increase the information transmission efficiency of the network. The results have implications for tourism waste management, specifically for promoting sustainability transitions via network governance.

Abstract
Rapid urbanization in China in recent years has led to a dramatic increase in the number of construction engineering projects and amount of construction waste, and the resource utilization of construction waste is an effective way to low-carbon and energy conservation construction. However, the nation has experienced a low utilization rate of construction waste resources, slow development of its construction waste recycling industry chain in various areas, low coordination of various stakeholders in the industry chain, and incomplete industry chain management. Therefore, in this study, a game model is first used to analyze the decision-making game and its stability strategy among multiple stakeholders in the recycling of construction waste. An income matrix of the three parties, i.e., the government, construction companies, and recycling enterprises, in the construction waste industry chain is then established and the Jacobi matrix used to obtain their evolution and stability strategy (economic incentives, green production, and scale-up). Finally, conclusions are drawn from the simulation analysis of the model: (1) The ratio between fine and subsidy should be reasonably controlled such that the recycling of construction waste by the construction companies is positively related to government supervision. (2) The inflow of renewable products into the market should be promoted to change the perception of the public. (3) A new mode of construction waste management should be developed to link various stakeholders in the industry chain. This study provides scientific and reasonable management suggestions in line with the actual situation of China and provides a useful reference for local government to choose appropriate policies to address the problem of construction waste recycling industry chain.

Abstract
The standardization of formal recycling and rational subsidy plays an important role in waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling. In order to explore the tripartite decision and evolution path of waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling in different time periods, a tripartite evolutionary game model consisting of recyclers, manufacturers, and government are presented. Moreover, the evolution stability strategies and conditions in each period are calculated by replicating the dynamic equation and Jacobian matrix. Numerical simulations on tripartite evolution stability strategies corresponding to different stages of industry development are used to verify the rationality of the model. The results indicate that there is existed an indirect effect between tripartite decisions, and the indirect effect can expand the slack of tripartite decisions' thresholds of waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling. The variable subsidy in waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling proposed in this paper is useful to incentive recyclers to choose a formal recycling strategy, and manufacturers also choose production with recycled materials as subsidy varies. Besides, the appropriate waste electrical and electronic equipment processing fee is a conducive indirect effect for the tripartite decision to the optimal evolutionary stability strategy in waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling and can promote manufacturers to produce with the recycled materials. The research can assist in benefit coordination and behavior adjustment of waste electrical and electronic equipment recycling members and provide a theoretical basis for the government to formulate appropriate recycling subsidies to promote the formal recycling of electronic waste recycling.

Decision-Making Problems in Construction Projects Executed under the Principles of Sustainable Development—Bridge Construction Case. APPLIED SCIENCES-BASEL 2022. Abstract
The high environmental impact of bridge construction causes numerous dilemmas in decision making related to the choice of the best material and technological solutions and their consequences in subsequent phases. These decisions adopt from the management condition the successful investment in this type of project. A bridge construction project includes consecutive stages: design, construction, operation/maintenance, and decommissioning. The latter usually involves the demolition of the infrastructure, generating elements that cannot be reused. This waste-generating linear production process must be urgently replaced by closed-loop production, framed within the Circular Economy (CE) philosophy that provides a practical response to the challenges related to sustainable development goals (SDGs). This document performs an analysis of case studies in an attempt to sort out the management challenges related to the construction, operation and decommissioning of bridges. The research is based on a questionnaire carried out among civil engineering project managers and explores the possibility of adapting the principles of the Circular Economy in bridge construction projects, especially in the context of the traceability of construction materials used for the construction.

Abstract
The new energy vehicle industry is booming, but the subsequent problem of vehicle power batteries' "scrap tide" is still severe. How to establish and improve the end-of-life power battery recycling system to avoid the "catastrophic" environmental consequences has become an urgent global problem needing a solution. This article constructs three recycling models for manufacturer recycling, retailer recycling, and mixed recycling. By using Stackelberg game and market real data, the influence of carbon trading policy outside the supply chain, power battery endurance capacity and advertising effects within the supply chain on the selection of recycling channels was studied. The results showed: (1) Different recycling channels did not affect the wholesale price, retail price, and market demand for raw material power batteries in the positive supply chain; (2) The total profit function of manufacturers and retailers had a "U-shaped" non-linear relationship with power battery endurance capacity and has a positive linear relationship with the advertising effect. Taking the R&D endurance capacity of 0.4 and the total endurance capacity of 62 kWh as the lowest dividing point, it will decrease first and then increase; (3) The increase in the recycling competition coefficient had a greater impact on the consumption of carbon emission rights in the mixed recycling model than on savings in carbon emission rights, and retailers were the indirect "victims" of rising carbon trading prices; (4) Endurance capacity, advertising effects, and carbon trading prices determined the economics of the recycling model and the carbon emission reduction potential. Manufacturers, retailers, and governments can refer to the value range of each variable to select the most appropriate recycling mode.

Study on Circular Economy Implementation Propensity of Construction Companies in Context of Prevailing Management Styles. APPLIED SCIENCES-BASEL 2022. Abstract
The construction sector significantly impacts the environment. Buildings and non-building structures require natural resources and technical nutrients to be constructed and maintained. One of the most important challenges is the mitigation of their usage for construction projects. In the context of insufficient knowledge about the most effective leadership patterns for sustainable construction projects, one may wonder if there is one dominant style of management represented by construction companies. In turn, the challenges faced by these organizations can be related to how to effectively implement the circular economy (CE) concept, and thus reduce the negative externalities of the construction industry. Transition to sustainable construction requires the involvement of change leaders. In this article, based on a literature review and questionnaire, it was revealed that it is extremely difficult to distinguish one prevailing leadership style in construction companies. Besides, a path to CE maturity has been shown as a continual pursuit. The consistency enables effective promotion of the concept of CE in the construction company. The research allowed the identification of three explicit phases, disharmony, euphoria, and harmony, in becoming the CE-matured construction enterprise.

Impact of Recycler Information Sharing on Supply Chain Performance of Construction and Demolition Waste Resource Utilization. INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH AND PUBLIC HEALTH 2022; 19:ijerph19073878. [PMID: 35409554 PMCID: PMC8997508 DOI: 10.3390/ijerph19073878] [Citation(s) in RCA: 12] [Impact Index Per Article: 6.0] [Reference Citation Analysis] [Abstract] [Key Words] [Track Full Text] [Download PDF] [Figures] [Subscribe] [Scholar Register] [Received: 01/27/2022] [Revised: 03/17/2022] [Accepted: 03/21/2022] [Indexed: 02/01/2023]
Abstract
In recent years, the generation of a large amount of construction and demolition waste (CDW) has threatened the public environment and human health. The inefficient supply chain of CDW resource utilization hinders the green development of countries around the world, including China. This study aims to reveal the impact of information sharing regarding recyclers’ market demand forecast on the performance of CDW resource utilization supply chains. Therefore, this paper uses the incomplete information dynamic game method to establish and solve the decision-making model of the construction and demolition waste resource utilization supply chain under the conditions of recyclers sharing and not sharing their information. The paper then obtains the Bayesian equilibrium solution and the optimal expected profit for each party. Finally, a numerical simulation was used in order to verify the validity of the model and conclusions. The main conclusions are as follows. In the CDW resource utilization supply chain, if the recycler is more pessimistic about the market’s demand forecast, their information sharing makes the remanufacturer more motivated to improve their level of environmental responsibility. In addition, information sharing by recyclers is always beneficial in increasing the profit of the remanufacturer, but it also may make the recycler lose profit. When the efficiency of the environmental responsibility investment of remanufacturers is in a high range, information sharing increases the profits of recyclers. Conversely, information sharing has no significant effect on the profits of recyclers. The impact on the profits of the entire CDW resource utilization supply chain depends on the intensity of competition among channels, the market share of offline recycling channels and the efficiency of environmental responsibility investments.
