Abstract
Behçet's disease (BD) is a chronic multisystem disease that presents with recurrent oral and genital ulceration and recurrent uveitis. The patients are often diagnosed in the range of 20-30 years of age and BD are more common in men.[1] BD has a worldwide distribution, but it is mainly observed in Mediterranean areas and Japan.[2] Involvement of skin, joints, nervous, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular systems is also recognised.[34] Although the vascular lesions are frequently observed in this disease, the cardiac involvement is rare and is associated with the poor prognosis.[5]

Abstract
Behçet's disease is an inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology, characterized by recurrent oral aphthous ulcers, genital ulcers, uveitis, and skin lesions. Many abnormal echocardiographic findings have been previously reported in patients with Behçet's disease. Some of these; namely, aortic root dilation, aortic valve regurgitation, intracardiac thrombi, and pulmonary artery aneurysm may precede other manifestations of the disease and occasionally require surgical intervention for proper management. Compared to patients without Behçet's disease, management of these complications in patients with the disease is challenging and requires different treatment strategies. If diagnosis of Behçet's disease is missed prior to surgical intervention, higher incidence of surgical failure, recurrence, and even higher postoperative mortality may occur. In this review, the author discusses these major cardiac complications of Behçet's disease.

Abstract
Behçet disease is a systemic vasculitis characterized by recurrent oral and genital ulcers and uveitis. We describe a rare case of a 43-year-old woman with Behçet disease who was admitted for pyrexia of unknown origin, cough, dyspnea, and chest pain. Her computerized tomography scan revealed pulmonary embolism and right ventricular thrombus. She was treated with anticoagulation for pulmonary embolism and right ventricular thrombus. She was well during her last follow-up.

Abstract
We present three patients with Behçet's disease associated with intracardiac thrombus and pulmonary vascular involvement. One of these patients had also Budd-Chiari syndrome. All patients were treated with corticosteroid plus monthly intravenous cyclophosphamide as first line treatment and with no recurrences. Immunosuppressive therapy was successful in the treatment of intracardiac thrombus and also in the regression of pulmonary vascular thromboses in these patients. Intracardiac thrombus in Behçet's disease is rarely seen. Behçet's disease should be remembered in the differential diagnosis of the patients with intracardiac mass, especially in patients from the Mediterranean and Middle East populations.

Abstract
Intracardiac thrombosis is a rare complication of Behçet's disease. It may be isolated or associated with arterial disease. We report a case of a patient from northern Morocco, aged 23, without specific medical history. He consulted for recurrent hemoptysis of middle abundance, associated with bipolar aphthosis. Chest radiography showed a left basal opacity fuzzy and right paracardiac opacity. The thoracic CT objectified left segmental lower lobe embolism, an aneurysm of a segmental branch of the right lower lobe and right intraventricular thrombus. Echocardiography confirmed the intracardiac thrombus. The patient was treated by oral corticosteroids, azathioprine, colchicine, and anticoagulants. The outcome was favorable with complete resolution of intraventricular thrombus and the aneurysm.

Abstract
Intracardiac thrombosis is an exceptional complication of Behçet's disease. The management of this involvement is difficult due to the risk of recurrence. We present the case of a young man admitted to our hospital for intermittent fever. The microbiologic investigations did not show any causative germ. We discovered a right ventricle thrombus on echocardiography. We confirmed the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism on CT angiogram. The patient developed oral and genital ulcerations which were consistent with Behçet's syndrome. The thrombus had disappeared after treatment with anticoagulant, corticosteroid and immunosuppressors. Intracardiac thrombosis can reveal Behçet's disease. An exhaustive examination and close monitoring should be performed in order to reveal pathognomonic signs as soon as possible and to promptly start the appropriate treatment.
