Abstract
The pyranopyrimidine core is a key precursor for medicinal and pharmaceutical industries due to its broader synthetic applications as well as its bioavailability. Among its four possible isomers, we found that 5H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine scaffolds have a wide range of applicability, and in recent years, they have been intensively investigated, but the development of the main core is found to be more challenging due to its structural existence. In this review article, we cover all of the synthetic pathways that are employed for the development of substituted 4-aryl-octahydropyrano/hexahydrofuro[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-one (thiones) and 5-aryl-substituted pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidindione (2-thiones) derivatives through a one-pot multicomponent reaction using diversified hybrid catalysts such as organocatalysts, metal catalysts, ionic liquid catalysts, nanocatalysts, green solvents, catalyst-/solvent-free conditions, and miscellaneous catalysts as well as the mechanism and recyclability of the catalysts. This review mainly focuses on the application of hybrid catalysts (from 1992 to 2022) for the synthesis of 5H-pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine scaffolds. This review will definitely attract the world's leading researchers to utilize broader catalytic applications for the development of lead molecules.

Abstract
In this research, a neodymium oxide@graphitic-carbon nitride nanocomposite was prepared and used as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of some diazabenzo[a]anthraceneones under solvent-free conditions. The characterization of the Nd2O3@g-C3N4 nanocomposite was carried out by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). The as-prepared compound was used as a catalyst for the one-pot three-component reaction of 2-naphthol, different substituted aromatic aldehydes, barbituric acid and its derivatives under solvent-free conditions. The catalyst is highly efficient, stable, separable, and recyclable and provides the corresponding diazabenzo[a]anthraceneones in good to high yields. This method provides several advantages such as mild reaction conditions, operational simplicity, low cost, safety, easy work up procedures and purification of products, low catalyst loading and reusability of the catalyst.

Abstract
Nanocatalysis is an emerging area of research that has attracted much attention over the past few years. It provides the advantages of both homogeneous as well as heterogeneous catalysis in terms of activity, selectivity, efficiency and reusability. Magnetically recoverable nanocatalysts provide a larger surface area for the chemical transformations where the organic groups can be anchored and lead to decrease in the reaction time, increase in the reaction output and improve the atom economy of the chemical reactions. Moreover, magnetic nanocatalysts provide a greener approach towards the chemical transformations and are easily recoverable by the aid of an external magnet for their reusability. This review aims to give an insight into the important work done in the field of magnetically recoverable nanocatalysts and their applications in carbon-carbon and carbon-heteroatom bond formation.

Abstract
Over the past several decades, the fabrication of novel ceramic nanofibers applicable in different areas has been a frequent focus of scientists around the world. Aiming to introduce novel ceramic core-shell nanofibers as a magnetic solid acid catalyst, Fe2O3@SiO2-SO3H magnetic nanofibers were prepared in this study using a modification of Fe2O3@SiO2 core-shell nanofibers with chlorosulfonic acid to increase the acidic properties of these ceramic nanofibers. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscope (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The prepared nanofibers were used as catalysts in formamide and formamidine synthesis. The treatment of aqueous formic acid using diverse amines with a catalytic amount of Fe2O3@SiO2-SO3H nanofibers as a reusable, magnetic and heterogeneous catalyst produced high yields of corresponding formamides at room temperature. Likewise, the reaction of diverse amines with triethyl orthoformate led to the synthesis of formamidine derivatives in excellent yields using this novel catalyst. The catalytic system was able to be recovered and reused at least five times without any catalytic activity loss. Thus, novel core-shell nanofibers can act as efficient solid acid catalysts in different organic reactions capable of being reused several times due to their easy separation by applying magnet.

Abstract
7H-Benzo[7,8]chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-9(8H)-amine (6a,b) have been synthesized via hydrazinolysis of the imidates (5a,b). Polysubstituted chromenotriazolopyrimidine (7a-j), (12a,b) and Schiff base (8a,b) derivatives have also been prepared. The new heterocyclic derivatives were affirmed by spectral data. The target compounds have been screened for antibacterial and antifungal activity. Compounds 6a,b and 7a-c, g,h displayed the most favorable antimicrobial activities in resemblance to the reference antimicrobial agents by IZ range over 24 mm. In addition, MIC, MBC and MFC were also tested and screen for most active compound 6a by 6.25 µg/mL showing bactericidal effect. SAR study revealed that the antimicrobial vitality of the target compounds was safely influenced by the lipophilicity substituents and the calculated log P value. The potent compounds were subjected into in vitro enzyme screening (14α-Demethylase and DNA Gyrase) against both interesting targets and showed good inhibitory profile. Molecular modeling analyses were introduced and discussed focusing on the docking of active compounds into two essential targets, and their ADMET properties were studied.
