Abstract
Herein, an unprecedented [4 + 2] cycloaddition of enaminone with 1,3,5-triazinane has been developed. The representative semihydrogenated aromatic heterocycle 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidines have been synthesized with a broad substrate scope, demonstrating potential antitumor activity. This approach has been smoothly conducted under additive-free and environmentally friendly conditions that are compatible with various functional groups. Furthermore, the condition optimization process reveals that the tetrahydropyrimidine product is regulated via the reaction temperature.

Abstract
Sulfoxides are ubiquitous in both naturally and synthetically bioactive molecules. We report herein a redox-neutral and mild approach for radical sulfinylation of redox-active esters via dual photoredox and copper catalysis, furnishing a series of functionalized sulfoxides. The reaction could accommodate a range of tertiary, secondary, and primary carboxylic acids, as well as exhibit wide functional group compatibility. The chemistry features a high degree of practicality, is scalable, and allows late-stage modification of bioactive pharmaceuticals.

Abstract
A general and efficient method for the synthesis of 4-sulfenylated oxazoles is described. Trisubstituted oxazoles are obtained in good to excellent yields from β-keto sulfoxides and nitriles. The mechanistic study suggests that the reaction proceeds via the nucleophilic addition of nitriles to the in situ formed α-carbonyl cation followed by intramolecular cyclization.

Abstract
A visible-light organophotoredox-catalyzed sulfurization of alkenes and alkynes with aromatic and heteroaromatic thiols using eco-friendly air (O2) as the sole oxidant has been demonstrated. The established method delivers a novel, benign, and metal-free strategy for the difunctionalization of alkenes and alkynes using organophotoredox catalyst Eosin Y. The selective and controlled synthetic approach shows good substrate generality to afford sulfoxides, β-hydroxysulfoxides, and β-keto sulfides in high yield and excellent regioselectivity.

Abstract
A sequential and efficient protocol for the synthesis of α-thiolated enaminones has been developed using copper-TEMPO systems. This reaction features a broad substrate scope to afford the desired product in good to excellent yields with high stereoselectivity. A preliminary mechanistic study suggests that the in situ formed enaminone acts as the key intermediate.

Abstract
Under visible light, N-tosyl-protected sulfoximidoyl chlorides react with aryl alkynes to give β-keto sulfoximines. The reaction is characterized by a high functional group tolerance and good yields. It can be improved by the presence of a ruthenium photocatalyst. Air is the source of the ketonic oxygen in the products.
