Abstract
The difunctionalization of alkenes represents a powerful tool to incorporate two functional groups into the alkene bones for increasing molecular complexity and has been widely utilizations in chemical synthesis. Upon the catalysis of the green, sustainable, mild photo-/electrochemistry technologies, much attentions have been attracted to the development of new tactics for the transformations of the important alkene and alkane feedstocks driven by C-H radical functionalization. Herein, we summarize recent advances in the photo-/electrocatalytic difunctionalization of alkenes enabled by C-H radical functionalization. We detailedly discuss the substrate scope and the mechanisms of the photo-/electrocatalytic alkene difunctionalization reactions by selecting impressive synthetic examples, which are divided into four sections based on the final terminated step, including oxidative radical-polar crossover coupling, reductive radical-polar crossover coupling, radical-radical coupling, and transition-metal-catalyzed coupling.

Abstract
In this study, we have developed an effective and general strategy for synthesizing various 4-[(trifluoromethyl)thio]-2,3-dihydrofuran derivatives with high regioselectivity from easily prepared cyclopropyl ketone under mild reaction conditions. By the combination of photoredox, copper, and Lewis acid catalysis into a triple catalytic system, this methodology facilitates the selective cleavage of the carbon-carbon bonds and the formation of new carbon-oxygen and carbon-sulfur bonds. In addition, to enhance the synthetic feasibility of this protocol, we demonstrate its broad applicability across a wide range of substrates and its scalability for large-scale synthesis.

Using organic dyes as photocatalysts is an innovative approach to photocatalytic organic transformations. These dyes offer advantages such as widespread availability, adaptable absorption properties, and diverse chemical structures. Recent progress has led to the development of organic photocatalysts that can utilize visible light to modify chemically inert C-H bonds. These catalysts are sustainable, selective, and versatile, enabling mild reactions, late-stage functionalization, and various transformations in line with green chemistry principles. As catalysts in photoredox chemistry, they contribute to the development of efficient and environmentally friendly synthetic pathways. Acridinium-based organic photocatalysts have proved valuable in late-stage C-H functionalization, enabling transformative reactions under mild conditions. This review emphasizes their innovative features, such as organic frameworks, efficient light absorption properties, and their applications in modifying complex molecules. It provides an overview of recent advancements in the use of acridinium-based organic photocatalysts for late-stage C-H bond functionalization without the need for transition metals, showcasing their potential to expedite the development of new molecules and igniting excitement about the prospects of this research in the field.

Abstract
An efficient and practical method for the synthesis of 3-alkenylquinoxalinones containing the SCF3 group has been readily developed through a three-component radical cascade reaction involving quinoxalinones, alkynes and AgSCF3. The reaction was found to be compatible with a variety of substrates and exhibited a high functional group tolerance and complete E-selectivity. The preliminary study suggests the involvement of a SCF3 radical in the transformation.

Abstract
A visible-light-driven organophotocatalyzed multi-component approach for carbothiolation of activated alkenes is demonstrated under environmentally benign and redox-neutral conditions, involving direct C(sp3)-H functionalization followed by electrophilic alkyl/arylthiolation. The three-component difunctionalization reaction is a complete transition-metal and peroxide-free process conducted under milder conditions. In this composite reaction, by employing bench-stable reagents, the formation of two new C(sp3)-C(sp3) and C(sp3)-S bonds is achieved for a wide variety of substrates, showcasing the excellent functional group tolerance and chemoselectivity of the methodology. Furthermore, the scalability and utilization of natural sunlight instead of artificial blue LEDs, along with the use of an inexpensive and easy-to-prepare pyrylium salt as an organo-photocatalyst, make this protocol greener and more energy efficient.

Abstract
A copper-promoted aerobic oxidative [3+2] cycloaddition reaction for the synthesis of various substituted pyrazoles from N,N-disubstituted hydrazines with alkynoates in the presence of bases is developed. This work involves a direct C(sp3)-H functionalization and the formation of new C-C/C-N bonds. In this strategy, inexpensive and easily available Cu2O serves as the promoter and air acts as the green oxidant. The reaction exhibits the advantages of high atom and step economy, high regioselectivity, and easy operation.
