Abstract
The 1,2,3-triazole scaffolds are an important class of biologically privileged heterocyclic compounds with several key applications in chemistry, biology, medicine, agriculture, and material science. The "postclick" functionalization of 1,2,3-triazoles may emerge as a promising tactic for the construction of molecular architectures of therapeutics and is considered to be a growing area of investigation. This interest extends beyond the regioselective Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) method that involves the trapping of Cu(I)-triazole with suitable precursors. In this Perspective, we highlight the growing impact of postclick strategies in organic synthesis required for the late-stage functionalization of 1,2,3-triazoles with a hope that this emerging concept may provide ample opportunities in modern organic synthesis of notable applications in medicinal chemistry, biology, and materials science.

Abstract
The present review contains a representative sampling of mechanistic studies, which have appeared in the literature in the last 5 years, on 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions, using DFT calculations. Attention is focused on the mechanistic insights into 1,3-dipoles of propargyl/allenyl type and allyl type such as aza-ylides, nitrile oxides and azomethyne ylides and nitrones, respectively. The important role played by various metal-chiral-ligand complexes and the use of chiral eductors in promoting the site-, regio-, diastereo- and enatioselectivity of the reaction are also outlined.

Abstract
We, herein, describe a copper-mediated domino CuAAC intramolecular selanylation for the synthesis of unprecedented fused benzo[4,5][1,3]selenazolo[3,2-c][1,2,3]triazoles from 1,2-bis(2-azidoaryl)diselenides and terminal alkynes under microwave irradiation. This is the seminal method for the synthesis of these fused heterocycles, and it proceeds under mild conditions, tolerates several functional groups, and can be carried out using environmentally benign solvents such as dimethyl carbonate. This transformation has been successfully extended to TMS-protected alkynes and to bioactive alkynes. A plausible reaction mechanism is proposed based on several control experiments and previous reports.

Abstract
An efficient access to the novel 5-(het)arylamino-1,2,3-triazole derivatives has been developed. The method is based on Buchwald-Hartwig cross-coupling reaction of 5-Amino or 5-Halo-1,2,3-triazoles with (het)aryl halides and amines, respectively. As result, it was found that palladium complex [(THP-Dipp)Pd(cinn)Cl] bearing expanded-ring N-heterocyclic carbene ligand is the most active catalyst for the process to afford the target molecules in high yields.

Abstract
AbstractWe describe the synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 5-triazenyl-1,2,3-triazoles bearing diethoxy arylphosphoryl moieties via a domino reaction between ortho-azidophosphonates and premade copper(I) alkynides involving chelation-assisted [3+2] cycloaddition followed by interception of the copper(I) triazolide generated by the azide. A resulting dicopper(I) triazoletriazenide complex has been characterized through X-ray diffraction.
