Abstract
The expeditious construction of tetrasubstituted furans via Cu/base-promoted cascade reactions of terminal alkynes with 1,2-diketones is described. This reaction proceeds smoothly, involving the formation of multiple chemical bonds tolerating a wide range of functional groups. The mechanism underlying these transformations has been thoroughly investigated, suggesting that 1,3-diyne serves as a key intermediate generated in situ through oxidative coupling facilitated by the Cu catalyst.

Abstract
A variety of enynals and dihydrobenzo[f]isoquinolines were effectively synthesized with favorable functional group compatibility via deoxyalkynylation of enaminones enabled by the cooperative action of Tf2O/Pd/Cu. The reaction system demonstrated the ability to be expanded to the deoxyarylation/deoxyaryloxylation of enaminones with arylboronic acids or phenols, facilitating the efficient formation of C-C/C-O bonds and showcasing the practicality and versatility of the methodology.

Abstract
We describe an approach to access 4-aroyl-3-aryl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1(2H)-one derivatives in 41-79% yields through the Cu-catalyzed radical cyclization/desulfonylation of 1,6-enynes with tosylhydrazide under air conditions. This alternative desulfonylation strategy combines mild conditions, external oxidant-free processes, and sustainability, contributing to more environmentally friendly organic synthesis. The mechanistic studies showed that the CuCl/O2 combination serves as the source of the oxygen atom needed to form the C═O bond. The existence of tosylhydrazide is crucial for this conversion.

Abstract
The past few decades have witnessed the emergence of domino reactions as a powerful tool for the multi-functionalization of alkynes for the rapid and smooth construction of complex molecular architectures. In this context, employing transition metal catalysis, vicinal/geminal cascade functionalization of alkynes involving C-C and C-O bond-formation reactions, has become a preferred strategy for the synthesis of oxygenated motifs. Despite this significant progress, reviews documenting such strategies are either metal/functional group-centric or target-oriented, thus hampering further developments. Therefore, in this review, different conceptual approaches based on C-C and C-O bond-forming events of alkynes such as carboxygenation (C-C and CO bond formation), carboalkoxylation (C-C and C-OR bond formation), and carboacetoxylation (C-C and C-OAc bond formations) are discussed, and examples from the literature from the last two decades are presented. Further, we have presented detailed insights into the mechanism of different transformations.

Abstract
The domino reaction of alkyl and aryl isocyanides with two molecules of 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones in acetonitrile at 80 °C resulted in unique functionalized spiro[dibenzo[a,f]azulene-6,2'-indenes] in good yields, in which the two 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones acted as different building blocks to construct the polycyclic system. More importantly, the unprecedented anticipation of the ortho-position of benzylidene group to form a novel dibenzo[a,f]azulene ring through a formal [5 + 2] cycloaddition process was first observed. On the other hand, DABCO-promoted reaction of the isocyanides with two molecules of 2-arylidene-1,3-indanediones in acetonitrile at 80 °C afforded functionalized spiro[cyclopenta[a]-indene-2,2'-indene] derivatives.

Abstract
3-Azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexanes are common structural components in natural products and bioactive compounds. Traditionally, the metal-mediated cyclopropanation domino reaction of chain enzymes is the most commonly used strategy for the construction of this type of aza[3.1.0]bicycle derivative. In this study, a base-promoted intramolecular addition of alkenes used to deliver conformationally restricted highly substituted aza[3.1.0]bicycles is reported. This reaction was tailor-made for saturated aza[3.1.0] bicycle-containing fused bicyclic compounds that may be applied in the development of concise and divergent total syntheses of bioactive compounds.

Abstract
A novel domino cycloisomerization of 1,3-dien-5-ynes for the synthesis of 7H-benzo[7]annulenes is reported. The noticeable feature of this domino reaction involves the assembly of the fused bicyclic motifs through a transamidation/5-exo-trig cyclization/8π-electrocyclization sequence in a single step. Finally, mechanistic investigations were conducted experimentally and supported by DFT calculations.
