Abstract
3-Allylindoles constitute a key structural feature in many natural products and bioactive compounds. In this work, we developed a Mo-mediated reductive cyclization/allylation of 2-alkynyl nitroarenes with 1,3-dienes. Using Mo(CO)6 as both the reductant and the catalyst, a broad range of functionalized 3-allylindoles were prepared in good to excellent yields from easily available 2-alkynylnitroarenes and 1,3-dienes as starting materials.

Abstract
An attempt to explore the reactivity of the nitro group in the presence of gold catalysis in comparison to the azide group yielded intriguing results. Surprisingly, only the nitro group exhibited reactivity, ultimately giving rise to the formation of the title isatogen, C14H8N4O2. In the crystal structure, weak C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking inter-actions link the mol-ecules. The structure exhibits disorder of the mol-ecule.

Abstract
A new catalytic method for the construction of the quinobenzoxazine core has been developed employing the gold-catalyzed cyclization of o-azidoacetylenic ketones in the presence of anthranils. The overall process comprises of a gold-catalyzed 6-endo-dig cyclisation of o-azidoacetylenic ketone leading to a α-imino gold carbene and subsequent carbene transfer to anthranil leading to the 3-aryl-imino-quinoline-4-one intermediate, which undergoes 6π-electrocyclization and aromatization to form the central quinobenzoxazine core. This transformation provides a new approach to a diverse array of quinobenzoxazine structures, in addition to being scalable and having mild reaction conditions.

Abstract
Copper-catalyzed tandem cyclization reactions between arylboronic acids and anthranils have been established, providing new approaches for one-pot assembly of azacycle acridines. This one-pot protocol features simple operation, precious-metal-free conditions and good functional group compatibility, thus providing an efficient approach for the synthesis of a variety of acridines in moderate to good yields.

Abstract
An efficient gold(I)-catalyzed redox cycloisomerization/nucleophilic addition/reduction reaction of o-nitroalkynes with various H-phosphorus oxides is established. Through the intramolecular redox cyclization of o-nitroalkynes and subsequent intermolecular nucleophilic addition/reduction with no external reactant, a variety of arylphosphoryl and alkylphosphoryl indolin-3-ones with high functional-group compatibility are obtained in moderate to good yields. Mechanistic studies suggest that phosphorus nucleophiles mediate the cleavage of the N-O bond as a reductant.

Abstract
α-Ketoamides have been found to be an important functional group in a broad spectrum of inhibitors such as the Corona virus and other viruses. Here we report an unprecedented gold-catalyzed 2-fold reaction of a bromoalkyne with anthranils. Hydrolysis of the initial product then directly leads to α-ketoamides. Water addition to the intermediate α-iminoimidoyl halides delivered α-ketoamides from a broad range of bromoalkynes.

Abstract
The known nitrogen-transfer reagent 1,2-benzo[d]isoxazole has been used to trap the postulated α-oxo gold carbene intermediate involved in the [Au]-catalyzed internal redox process of 2-alkynylnitrobenzenes. This process led us to develop a general convergent method for the synthesis of highly functionalized quinazoline 1-oxides.
