Abstract
Herein, we report a novel rhodium/selenium dual catalytic process for the synthesis of 2-aminopyrroles from N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles. The proposed cooperative catalytic mechanism involves Rh(II)-catalyzed formation of Rh-azavinyl carbene from triazole, followed by selenium-catalyzed generation of ylide, which subsequently undergoes annulation with another Rh-azavinyl carbene. The simple and mild dual catalytic strategy accommodates a variety of electron-withdrawing and electron-donating functional groups, affording various 2-aminopyrrole derivatives in moderate to good yields.

Abstract
A general and flexible platform for catalytic aldehyde-alkyne couplings triggered by ketyl radicals is described. This open-shell strategy necessitates only a catalytic quantity of a photoredox catalyst, along with Hünig's base (DIPEA) as a halogen atom transfer reagent. The reaction proceeds through sequential steps involving activation, halogen atom transfer, and radical addition. This carbonyl-alkyne coupling exhibits a wide substrate scope and functional group compatibility and has been successfully applied to the late-stage modification of complex architectures.

Abstract
Herein, we report a AgF-mediated regio- and stereoselective acetoxyselenylation of terminal/internal alkynes from iodobenzene dicarboxylate [PhI(OCOR)2] and diorganyl diselenides via multiple-site functionalization to afford β-selenyl enol esters in good yields. Alkynes derived from bioactive molecules, such as l(-)-borneol, l-menthol, and acyne oxalate, are also suitable for this transformation and afford the expected compounds.

Abstract
We present a one-pot reaction that offers an efficient approach to synthesizing tetrasubstituted vinyl sulfides with high stereoselectivity. This method involves the sequential Wolff rearrangement, ylide formation, and [1,4]-aryl transfer by utilizing aryl and alkyl thiols and α-diazo carbonyl compounds as substrates. Notably, this reaction features commercially available materials, straightforward operation, atom economy, and broad substrate scope. Moreover, the primary photophysical properties (aggregation-induced emission effect) of the products were also investigated, which might be useful in functional materials via structural modification.

Abstract
We here reported a highly stereoselective method for the synthesis of polysubstituted conjugated dienes from α-aryl α-diazo alkynyl ketones and pyrazole-substituted unsymmetric aminals under mild conditions, which was promoted by photo-irridation and involved with 1,6-dipolar intermediate and quadruple sigmatropic rearrangements, was successfully developed. In this transformation, the cleavage of four bonds and the recombination of five bonds were implemented in one operational step. This protocol provided a modular tool for constructing dienes from amines, pyrazoles and α-alkynyl-α-diazoketones in one-pot manner. The results of mechanistic investigation indicated that the plausible reaction path underwent the 1,6-sigmatropic rearrangement instead of the 1,5-sigmatropic rearrangement.

Abstract
The three-component reactions of enaminones, α-diazo esters/ketones, and t-butyl nitrite (TBN) for the switchable synthesis of isomeric isoxazoles have been realized. The catalysis with Cu(II) salt provides 3,4-disubsituted isoxazoles via [3 + 2] cycloaddition. On the other hand, the catalysis of Ag(I) with identical substrates leads to isomeric isoxazoles with reversed C3 and C4 substitution based on a key [2 + 1] cycloaddition.

Abstract
The aromatic C(sp2)-H functionalization of unprotected naphthols with α-phenyl-α-diazoesters under mild conditions catalyzed by CuCl and CuCl2 exhibits high efficiency and unique ortho-selectivity. In this study, the combination of density functional theory (DFT) calculations and experiments is employed to investigate the mechanism of C-H functionalization, which reveals the fundamental origin of the site-selectivity. It explains that CuCl-catalyzed ortho-selective C-H functionlization is due to the bimetallic carbene, which differs from the reaction catalyzed by CuCl2 via monometallic carbene. The results demonstrate the function of favourable H-bond interactions on the site- and chemo-selectivity of reaction through stabilizing the rate-determining transition states in proton (1,3)-migration.

Abstract
Generation of non-stabilized β-ester diazos and their applications in carboxylic acid O-H insertion reactions have been reported, which afford β-acyloxy esters in excellent yield. Varieties of aryl- and alkyl-substituted diazos are well tolerated in this insertion reaction under mild and convenient conditions. Moreover, structural modification of the natural product and molecular drug can also be achieved in this reaction. This protocol not only realizes the reaction involving unstable β-ester diazos but also provides an efficient strategy for the synthesis of β-acyloxy esters.
