Abstract
Since the last century, we have witnessed the development of molecular magnetism which deals with magnetic materials based on molecular species, i.e., organic radicals and metal complexes. Among them, the broadest attention was devoted to molecule-based ferro-/ferrimagnets, spin transition materials, including those exploring electron transfer, molecular nanomagnets, such as single-molecule magnets (SMMs), molecular qubits, and stimuli-responsive magnetic materials. Their physical properties open the application horizons in sensors, data storage, spintronics, and quantum computation. It was found that various optical phenomena, such as thermochromism, photoswitching of magnetic and optical characteristics, luminescence, nonlinear optical and chiroptical effects, as well as optical responsivity to external stimuli, can be implemented into molecule-based magnetic materials. Moreover, the fruitful interactions of these optical effects with magnetism in molecule-based materials can provide new physical cross-effects and multifunctionality, enriching the applications in optical, electronic, and magnetic devices. This Review aims to show the scope of optical phenomena generated in molecule-based magnetic materials, including the recent advances in such areas as high-temperature photomagnetism, optical thermometry utilizing SMMs, optical addressability of molecular qubits, magneto-chiral dichroism, and opto-magneto-electric multifunctionality. These findings are discussed in the context of the types of optical phenomena accessible for various classes of molecule-based magnetic materials.

Abstract
Magnetic exchange coupling (J) between different spin centers plays a crucial role in molecule-based magnetic materials. Direct exchange coupling between an organic radical and a metal is frequently stronger than superexchange through diamagnetic ligands, and the strategy of using organic radicals to engender desirable magnetic properties has been an area of active investigation. Despite significant advances and exciting bulk properties, the magnitude of J for radical linkers bridging paramagnetic centers is still difficult to rationally predict. It is thus important to elucidate the features of organic radicals that govern this parameter. Here, we measure J for the tetrathiafulvalene-tetrathiolate radical (TTFtt3-•) in a dinuclear Mn(II) complex. Magnetometry studies show that the antiferromagnetic coupling in this complex is much weaker than that in related Mn(II)-radical compounds, in contrast to what might be expected for the S-based chelating donor atoms of TTFtt. Experimental and computational analyses suggest that this small J coupling may be attributed to poor overlap between Mn- and TTFtt-based magnetic orbitals coupled with insignificant spin density on the coordinating S-atoms. These factors override any expected increase in J from the comparatively strong S-donors. This work elucidates the magnetic coupling properties of the TTFtt3-• radical for the first time and also demonstrates how multiple competing factors must be considered in rationally designing organic radical ligands for molecular-based magnetic compounds.

Abstract
This work reports the synthesis, structural, spectroscopic and magnetic investigation of two complexes, [Co(bmimapy)(3,5-DTBCat)]PF6·H2O (1) and [Co(bmimapy)(TCCat)]PF6·H2O (2), where bmimapy is an imidazolic tetradentate ancillary ligand and 3,5-DTBCat and TCCat are the 3,5-di-tert-butyl-catecholate and tetrachlorocatecholate anions, respectively. Their structures have been elucidated using single crystal X-ray diffraction, showing a pseudo-octahedral cobalt ion bound to a chelating dioxolene ligand and the ancillary bmimapy ligand in a folded conformation. Magnetometry displayed an entropy-driven, incomplete, Valence Tautomeric (VT) process for 1 in the 300-380 K temperature range, while 2 displayed a temperature independent, diamagnetic low-spin cobalt(iii)-catecholate charge distribution. This behaviour was interpreted on the basis of the cyclic voltammetric analysis, allowing the estimation of the free energy difference associated with the VT interconversion of +8 and +96 kJ mol-1 for 1 and 2, respectively. A DFT analysis of this free energy difference highlighted the ability of the methyl-imidazole pendant arm of bmimapy favouring the onset of the VT phenomenon. This work introduces the imidazolic bmimapy ligand to the scientific community working in the field of valence tautomerism, increasing the library of ancillary ligands to prepare temperature switchable molecular magnetic materials.

Abstract
A novel bis-bidentate nitronyl nitroxide radical based on triazolopyrimidine, NIT-2-TrzPm (NIT-2-TrzPm = (2-(2'-triazolopyrimidine)-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxy-3-oxide)) and six new transition metal complexes of this ligand, namely [M(hfac)2(NIT-2-TrzPm)]·CH2Cl2 (M = Mn (1Mn) and Co (2Co)), [M(hfac)2]2(NIT-2-TrzPm) (M = Mn (3Mn) and Co (4Co)), [Mn(NIT-2-TrzPm)2(MeOH)2](ClO4)2·MeOH (5Mn), and [Co(NIT-2-TrzPm)2(MeOH)2]2(ClO4)4·4MeOH (6Co) were prepared and characterized structurally and magnetically. These complexes can be selectively synthesized by controlling the reaction ratio of M(hfac)2·2H2O to the radical ligand (for 1Mn to 4Co) or using metal perchlorates as the starting materials (for 5Mn and 6Co). Single crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses confirmed that 1Mn and 2Co are isostructural 3d-2p MII-radical complexes, in which the NIT-2-TrzPm radical acts as a terminal bidentate ligand chelating to one 3d ion, while 3Mn and 4Co are isostructural 3d-2p-3d MII-radical-MII complexes with the NIT-2-TrzPm radical acting as a bridging ligand between two 3d ions. For complexes 5Mn and 6Co, two NIT-2-TrzPm ligands from the equatorial positions coordinate with the metal center to form the 2p-3d-2p structures with the axial positions occupied by two methanol molecules. Magnetic analysis on the MnII complexes revealed the existence of a strong antiferromagnetic interaction between the MnII and the NIT radical spin, while weak ferromagnetic coupling for Mn⋯Mn and Rad⋯Rad in the Mn-NIT-Mn and Rad-Mn-Rad spins was confirmed. Interestingly, although the NIT-bridged complexes 3Mn and 4Co possess significantly different magnetic anisotropy, field-induced slow magnetic relaxation can be observed in both complexes, which was assigned to the phonon bottleneck effect for 3Mn and field-induced SMM behavior for 4Co. To the best of our knowledge, 3Mn is the first example of the NIT-bridged binuclear MnII complex undergoing slow magnetic relaxation.

Abstract
Organic radicals are widely used as linkers or ligands to synthesize molecular magnetic materials. However, studies regarding the molecular anisotropies of radical-based magnetic materials and their multifunctionalities are rare. Herein, a photoisomerizable diarylethene ligand was used to form {[CoIII(3,5-DTSQ·-)(3,5-DTCat2-)]2(6F-DAE-py2)}·3CH3CN·H2O (o-1·3CH3CN·H2O, 6F-DAE-py2 = 1,2-bis(2-methyl-5-(4-pyridyl)-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene), a valence-tautomeric (VT) coordination polymer. We directly observed dual radicals for a single crystal using high-field/-frequency (∼13.3 T and ∼360 GHz) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy along the c-axis, which was further confirmed by angle-dependent Q-band EPR spectroscopy. Moreover, a conductive anomaly close to the VT transition temperature was observed only when probes were attached at the ab plane of the single crystal, indicative of synergy between valence tautomerism and conductivity. Structural anisotropy studies and density functional theory (DFT) calculations revealed that this synergy is due to electron transfer associated with valence tautomerism. This study presents the first example of dual-radical-based molecular anisotropy and charge-transfer-induced conductive anisotropy in a photoswitchable coordination polymer.

Abstract
Two new bis-bidentate imidazole-substituted nitronyl nitroxide biradicals, BNITIm-C2 (BNITIm-C2 = 1,1'-(1,2-ethanediyl)bis(1H-imidazole-2-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxy-3-oxide)) and BNITIm-C4 (BNITIm-C4 = 1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(1H-imidazole-2-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-1-oxy-3-oxide)), and two series of lanthanide complexes, namely [(BNITIm-C2)Ln(NO3)3](MeOH) (Ln = Gd (1Gd) and Tb (2Tb)), (BNITIm-C2)Dy(NO3)3 (3Dy) and (BNITIm-C4)[Ln(hfac)3]2(C7H8)2 (Ln = Gd (4Gd), Tb (5Tb) and Dy (6Dy), hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate), have been prepared and characterized structurally and magnetically. Single crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses revealed that complexes 1Gd-3Dy exhibit 1D chain structures where the Ln(NO3)3 units are bridged by the BNITIm-C2 bis-bidentate biradical, while complexes 4Gd-6Dy exhibit binuclear structures with two Ln(hfac)3 units bridged by the BNITIm-C4 biradical. The bulky hfac anions prohibit the further coordination of LnIII to another NIT ligand and the formation of a similar 1D chain structure. Due to the very long intra- and intermolecular distances of the spin centers, complexes 1Gd-3Dy can be magnetically regarded as an isolated 2p-4f-2p tri-spin system while complex 4Gd-6Dy can be regarded as an isolated 2p-4f bi-spin system. Magnetic analyses on the two GdIII compounds revealed the ferromagnetic GdIII-NIT interactions and antiferromagnetic NIT-NIT interactions through the GdIII ion in 1Gd. Alternating-current (ac) magnetic susceptibility investigations revealed that complex 5Tb exhibits the typical SMM behavior under a zero dc field while complex 6Dy was proved to be a field-induced SMM. Ab initio calculations were performed on complexes 2Tb and 5Tb to understand their magnetic anisotropy together with their different magnetic dynamics.

Abstract
Trinuclear copper(II) complex [CuII3(NIT2PhO)2Cl4] was synthesized with p-cresol-substituted bis(α-nitronyl nitroxide) biradical: 4-methyl-2,6-bis(1-oxyl-3-oxido-4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-imidazolin-2-yl)phenol (NIT2PhOH). The crystal structure of this heterospin complex was determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and exhibits four unusual seven-membered metallocycles formed from the coordination of oxygen atoms of the N-O groups and of bridging phenoxo (µ-PhO−) moieties with copper(II) ions. The crystal structure analysis reveals an incipient agostic interaction between a square planar copper center and a hydrogen-carbon bond from one methyl group carried on the coordinated nitronyl-nitroxide radical. The intramolecular Cu∙∙∙H-C interaction involves a six-membered metallocycle and may stabilize the copper center in square planar coordination mode. From the magnetic susceptibility measurements, the complex, which totals seven S = 1/2 spin carriers, has almost a ground state spin S = 1/2 at room temperature ascribed to strong antiferromagnetic interaction between the nitronyl nitroxide moieties and the copper(II) centers and in between the copper(II) centers through the bridging phenoxo oxygen atom.

Abstract
The one-dimensional coordination polymers {[CuII(hfac)2]3(m-BNN)}n·nCH2Cl2 (1·CH2Cl2, P1̄) and {[CuII(hfac)2]3(m-BNN)}n (1', P2/n), hfac = hexafluoroacetylacetonate and m-BNN = meta-phenylene bis(nitronyl-nitroxide), were obtained from CH2Cl2 and CHCl3, respectively. 1·CH2Cl2 is transformed to 1 at 335 K. Their magnetic susceptibilities differ in both magnitude and temperature dependence behavior. 1 and 1' undergo a ferroelastic-like phase transition at 110 K and an unidentified one at 37 K. There is a subtle long relaxation of this ferroelastic-like ordered state.

Abstract
The syntheses of valence tautomeric compounds with multistep transitions using new redox-active ligands are the long-term goal of the field of bistable materials. The redox-active tetraoxolene ligand, 2,7-di-tert-butylpyrene-4,5,9,10-tetraone (pyreneQ-Q), is now developed to synthesize a pair of dinuclear compounds {[CoL2]2(pyreneSq-Sq)}[Co(CO)4]2·xCH2Cl2·2C6H5CH3 (1, x = 2, L = 1,10-phenanthroline, phen; 2, x = 1.5, L = 2,2'-bipyridine, bpy). Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibilities and single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurements indicate a partial one-step valence tautomeric transition for 1 and a rare two-step valence tautomeric transition for 2, respectively. DFT calculation results are consistent with the experimental data, revealing the correlation between thermodynamic parameters and the one-step/two-step valence tautomeric behaviors.

Abstract
We describe the structural and magnetic properties of a tetranuclear [2 × 2] Co4 grid complex containing a ditopic arylazo ligand. At low temperatures and in solution the complex is comprised of Co3+ and singly reduced trianion-radical ligands. In the solid state we demonstrate the presence of valence tautomerization via variable temperature magnetic susceptibility experiments and powder-pattern EPR spectroscopy. Valence tautomerism in polynuclear complexes is very rare and to our knowledge is unprecedented in [2 × 2] grid complexes.

Abstract
Valence tautomeric manganese(ii)-radical lamellar compounds {[Mn2(NITIm)3]X}n with NITIm a nitronyl nitroxide radical and X = ClO4- (1) or BF4- (2) show a pressure-induced increase of their conversion temperature by approximately 40 K at a mild external pressure of 0.1 GPa, shifting the transition from near room temperature to hot temperature regions.

Abstract
Heterospin systems have a great advantage in frontier orbital engineering since they utilize a wide diversity of paramagnetic chromophores and almost infinite combinations and mutual geometries. Strong exchange couplings are expected in 3d–2p heterospin compounds, where the nitroxide (aminoxyl) oxygen atom has a direct coordination bond with a nickel(II) ion. Complex formation of nickel(II) salts and tert-butyl 2-pyridyl nitroxides afforded a discrete 2p–3d–2p triad. Ferromagnetic coupling is favored when the magnetic orbitals, nickel(II) dσ and radical π*, are arranged in a strictly orthogonal fashion, namely, a planar coordination structure is characterized. In contrast, a severe twist around the coordination bond gives an orbital overlap, resulting in antiferromagnetic coupling. Non-chelatable nitroxide ligands are available for highly twisted and practically diamagnetic complexes. Here, the Ni–O–N–Csp2 torsion (dihedral) angle is supposed to be a useful metric to describe the nickel ion dislocated out of the radical π* nodal plane. Spin-transition complexes exhibited a planar coordination structure in a high-temperature phase and a nonplanar structure in a low-temperature phase. The gradual spin transition is described as a spin equilibrium obeying the van’t Hoff law. Density functional theory calculation indicates that the energy level crossing of the high- and low-spin states. The optimized structures of diamagnetic and high-spin states well agreed with the experimental large and small torsions, respectively. The novel mechanism of the present spin transition lies in the ferro-/antiferromagnetic coupling switch. The entropy-driven mechanism is plausible after combining the results of the related copper(II)-nitroxide compounds. Attention must be paid to the coupling parameter J as a variable of temperature in the magnetic analysis of such spin-transition materials. For future work, the exchange coupling may be tuned by chemical modification and external stimulus, because it has been clarified that the parameter is sensitive to the coordination structure and actually varies from 2J/kB = +400 K to −1400 K.

Abstract
With the motivation of controlling a magnetic switch by external stimuli, we report here an infinite chain structure formed from the secondary building units of Cu3Tb2 clusters through the linkage of nitrate ions. It behaves as a molecule-based magnet with the highest energy barrier among isolated Tb/Cu-based single-molecule magnets and single-chain magnets, which is close to a dimer of a Cu3Tb2 cluster unit from a magnetic point as revealed by its correlation length of 2.23 Cu3Tb2 units. This kind of molecule-based magnet in a chain structure is rare. The removal of its guest ethanol molecules leads to the complete disappearance of slow magnetic relaxation behavior. Interestingly, the capture and removal of guest ethanol molecules are reversible, mediating a rare ON/OFF switching of a 3d-4f heterometallic molecule-based magnet, which was interpreted by the theoretical calculations based on the structural difference upon desolvation.

Abstract
The exploration of dynamic molecular crystals is a fascinating theme for materials scientists owing to their fundamental science and potential application to molecular devices. Herein, a one-dimensional (1D) rhodium-dioxolene complex is reported that exhibits drastic changes in properties with the phase transition. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) revealed that the room-temperature (RT) phase is in a mixed-valence state, and therefore, the drastic changes originate from the mixed-valence state appearing in the RT phase. Another notable feature is that the mean square displacements of the rhodium atoms along the 1D chain dramatically increased in the RT phase, indicating a large-amplitude vibration of the Rh-Rh bonds. From these results, a possible mechanism for the appearance of the mixed-valence state in the RT phase was proposed based on the thermal electron transfer from the 1D d-band to the semiquinonato π* orbital coupled with the large-amplitude vibration of the Rh-Rh bonds.

Abstract
A simple and general approach to the synthesis (from commercial precursors) of eight out of nine possible (benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methanols fluorinated on the benzene ring is reported. Molecular and crystalline structures of most compounds were solved by X-ray diffraction analysis. This made it possible to reveal the influence of the number and arrangement of fluorine atoms in the benzene cycle on the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. It was found that the more fluorine atoms are present in a compound, the higher the dimensionality of the H-bonded structure is. Moreover, the presence of fluorine atoms in the synthesized compounds leads to the emergence of C–F…π interactions affecting crystal packing. The synthesized fluorinated (benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methanols may serve as excellent bench compounds for the synthesis of a systematic series of fluorine-containing derivatives to study structure–property correlations in various fields of research from medicine to materials science.

Abstract
Solid-state continuous wave (cw) electronic paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy is particularly suitable for metal complex analysis. Extracting magnetic parameters by simulation is often necessary to describe the electronic structure of the studied molecular compounds that can have various electronic spin states and characterized by different parameters like g-values, hyperfine coupling or zero field splitting values. Easyspin toolbox on MATLAB is a powerful tool, but for the user, it requires spending time with coding and could discourage nonexperts. Facing this context, we have developed a graphical user interface called Simultispin, dedicated to solid-state cw-EPR spectra simulation. Some examples of experimental spectra of metal complexes (mixture of low spin and high spin FeIII complexes, dynamic disorder of a CuII complex, photogeneration of a MnIII complex), highlighting specific solid-state functions, are described and analyzed based on simulations performed with Simultispin. We hope that its ergonomy and the ease to set up a complete set of parameters to get reliable simulations could help a large EPR community to improve the efficiency of their interpretations.

Abstract
Coordination of 1-isopropyl-3,5-dipyridyl-6-oxoverdazyl to cobalt results in a dication best described in the solid state as a high spin cobalt(ii) ion coordinated to two radical ligands with an S = 3/2 ground state. On dissolution in acetonitrile, the cobalt(ii) form equilibrates with a cobalt(iii) valence tautomer with an S = 1/2 ground state.

Abstract
Near room temperature hysteretic thermo-induced valence tautomerism was discovered in a layered 2D-coordination polymer of manganese(ii) with nitronyl nitroxide radicals separated by ClO4- anions (1). This opens a novel approach towards switchable materials with hysteresis and under ambient conditions with prospects for applications and for investigating solid-state intramolecular electron transfers. Herein, two new compounds with similar layered structures where the anions (X) are BF4- (2) or PF6- (3) are presented. Their magnetic behaviors also reveal hysteretic thermo-induced valence tautomeric conversions but in two steps and evidencing a strong effect of the anion. This occurs near room temperature (278-220 K) for 2 and higher for 3 (380-330 K). Their single crystal structures at different temperatures show that this involves two successive thermally-triggered electron transfers with switching between three redox tautomers formulated as {[MnII2-yMnIIIy(NITIm)3-y(NITRed)y]X}n, where y is temperature dependent. Upon cooling from the high-temperature redox-tautomer (y = 0) to the intermediate one (y = 1), half of the manganese(ii) centers are oxidized to manganese(iii) and 1/3 of the nitronyl nitroxide radicals (NITIm-) are reduced to the aminoxyl form (NITRed2-). On further cooling, the second half of the manganese(ii) centers are oxidized and another 1/3 of the radicals are reduced to reach the low-temperature redox-tautomer (y = 2). Upon reheating, reverse electron transfers occur. This is complementarily supported by X-ray powder measurements, differential scanning calorimetry, and electron paramagnetic resonance and Raman spectroscopies. These multi-stable compounds in which manganese ions exchange reversibly their electron with the nitronyl nitroxide radical are outstanding rare examples of two-step valence tautomerism in the solid state promoted by the polymeric structure.

Abstract
Due to the structural advantages displayed by Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs), integrating Valence Tautomerism (VT) systems within MOFs could be an effective strategy in order to break through the constraints of the traditional ones. Herein, we report the first successful integration of a VT system into a MOF termed VT-MOF-1. The structural characteristics of VT-MOF-1, such as dinuclear cobalt-catechol clusters and solvent-accessible pores, are both innovative and novel, potentially yielding new vitality within VT field. In addition, VT-MOF-1 exhibits specific behaviors responsive to temperature and different solvent molecules as n-butanol, tert-butanol, and isopropyl alcohol. The entropy values and configurations of the solvent molecules might be responsible for the tunable sensing behaviors.

Abstract
A multi-dentate nitronyl nitroxide radical Nit-Ph-3,5-bIm (Nit-Ph-3,5-bIm = 2-[3,5-bis(1-imidazole)-phenyl]-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide) reacted with Co(hfac)2·2H2O or Cu(hfac)2 to yield two novel 3d-radical complexes {[Co(hfac)2]2(Nit-Ph-3,5-bIm)}n1 and {[Cu(hfac)2]7(Nit-Ph-3,5-bIm)3}n2 (hfac- = hexafluoroacetylacetonate). In both compounds, the Nit-Ph-3,5-bIm radical ligand behaves as a tetradentate ligand to link four M(hfac)2 units in a μ4-η1:η1:η1:η1-coordination mode via its two NO groups and two N atoms of imidazole, generating a unique loop chain for 1 and a three-dimensional framework for 2. The magnetic studies revealed a strong antiferromagnetic Co-ON exchange interaction in 1 while a ferromagnetic Cu-ON interaction is observed in 2. The dc magnetic behaviors of two complexes are analyzed by means of appropriate magnetic models. Furthermore, ac magnetic susceptibilities of the Co complex reveal slow relaxation of magnetization.

Abstract
Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have so far been highlighted for their potential roles in catalysis, gas storage and separation. However, the realization of high electrical conductivity (>10-3 S cm-1) and magnetic ordering in MOFs will afford them new functions for spintronics, which remains relatively unexplored. Here, we demonstrate the synthesis of a two-dimensional MOF by solvothermal methods using perthiolated coronene as a ligand and planar iron-bis(dithiolene) as linkages enabling a full π-d conjugation. This 2D MOF exhibits a high electrical conductivity of ~10 S cm-1 at 300 K, which decreases upon cooling, suggesting a typical semiconductor nature. Magnetization and 57Fe Mössbauer experiments reveal the evolution of ferromagnetism within nanoscale magnetic clusters below 20 K, thus evidencing exchange interactions between the intermediate spin S = 3/2 iron(III) centers via the delocalized π electrons. Our results illustrate that conjugated 2D MOFs have potential as ferromagnetic semiconductors for application in spintronics.

Abstract
The combination of cobalt, 3,5-di-tert-butyldioxolene (3,5-dbdiox) and 1-hydroxy-1,2,4,5-tetrakis(pyridin-4-yl)cyclohexane (tpch) yields two coordination polymers with different connectivities, i.e. a one-dimensional zigzag chain and a two-dimensional sheet. Poly[[bis(3,5-di-tert-butylbenzene-1,2-diolato)bis(1,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-yl-3-olato)[μ4-1-hydroxy-1,2,4,5-tetrakis(pyridin-4-yl)cyclohexane]cobalt(III)]-ethanol-water 1/7/5], {[Co2(C14H20O2)4(C26H24N4O)]·7C2H5OH·5H2O}n or {[Co2(3,5-dbdiox)4(tpch)}·7EtOH·5H2O}n, is the second structurally characterized example of a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on linked {Co(3,5-dbdiox)2} units. Variable-temperature single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies suggest that catena-poly[[[(3,5-di-tert-butylbenzene-1,2-diolato)(1,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-yl-3-olato)cobalt(III)]-μ-1-hydroxy-1,2,4,5-tetrakis(pyridin-4-yl)cyclohexane]-ethanol-water (1/1/5)], {[Co(C14H20O2)2(C26H24N4O)]·C2H5OH·5H2O}n or {[Co(3,5-dbdiox)2(tpch)]·EtOH·5H2O}n, undergoes a temperature-induced valence tautomeric interconversion.
