Abstract
An anion-relay double aza-Michael-Michael addition strategy has been reported for the synthesis of intricate scaffolds from enone-tethered cyclohexadienones and primary amines. This method discloses the base-catalyzed synthesis of highly valued bridged aza-tricyclic frameworks with a high level of product selectivity and stereoselectivity. Gram scale synthesis and synthetic transformation were shown to afford structurally diverse bridged aza-polycyclic amines. Control experiments and the kinetic profile were studied to determine a plausible reaction mechanism.

Abstract
Double aza-Michael addition (DAM) has become an emerging strategy for the construction of two carbon-nitrogen bonds in a single step, which can significantly simplify the synthesis of N-heterocycles. Hitherto, their asymmetric catalytic genre remains unattempted. Herein, we describe the judicious design of an organocatalytic enantioselective desymmetric double aza-Michael addition cascade to access a series of functionalized fused morpholines with excellent yields and diastereo- and enantioselectivities. A one-pot telescopic synthesis was demonstrated for a bridged triheterocyclic compound. In addition, scale-up synthesis and various attractive postsynthetic modifications of the title products amplify the significance of the current methodology.

Abstract
Construction of asymmetric C-S bonds was realized via electrochemical catalysis in the presence of a chiral nickel complex. The reaction can be carried out with excellent stereoselectivity and great functional group tolerance. The corresponding products provide crucial precursors for some functional materials and pharmaceutical drugs.

Abstract
A catalytic asymmetric desymmetrization of cyclohexadienones was accomplished via Van Leusen pyrrole synthesis in the presence of a chiral silver catalyst. The ready access to chiral-fused pyrrole derivatives is attributed to the identification of a suitable isocyanomethyl sulfone surrogate, NasMIC. The current Ag(I)-chiral phosphino-carboamide ligand system can be extended to the kinetic resolution of racemic cyclohexadienones, capitalizing on the differentiated reactivity of chiral quaternary complexes from AgSbF6, chiral ligand (L*), cyclohexadienone, and NasMIC.

Abstract
The asymmetric intramolecular aza-Michael reaction (IMAMR) is a very convenient strategy for the generation of heterocycles bearing nitrogen-substituted stereocenters. Due to the ubiquitous presence of these skeletons in natural products, the IMAMR has found widespread applications in the total synthesis of alkaloids and biologically relevant compounds. The development of asymmetric versions of the IMAMR are quite recent, most of them reported in this century. The fundamental advances in this field involve the use of organocatalysts. Chiral imidazolidinones, diaryl prolinol derivatives, Cinchone-derived primary amines and quaternary ammonium salts, and BINOL-derived phosphoric acids account for the success of those methodologies. Moreover, the use of N-sulfinyl imines with a dual role, as nitrogen nucleophiles and as chiral auxiliaries, appeared as a versatile mode of performing the asymmetric IMAMR.
