Abstract
PATIENT
A 19-year-old female patient presented to our hospital for orthodontic treatment. She had a bilateral cleft lip and palate and had lost bone on premaxilla and both sites of central and lateral incisor teeth. She received a bone graft from ilium and prosthetic treatment supported by dental implants.
DISCUSSION
After 3 year's observation, bone volume of the premaxilla showed no significant change and masticatory efficiency was improved.
CONCLUSION
Bone graft and implant prosthesis were effective for the patient with bilateral cleft lip and palate who lost the incisor teeth and bone of the premaxilla.
