Abstract
This paper explores yttrium and copper co-doped cobalt ferrite [Co1-xCuxFe1.85Y0.15O4] synthesized via the sol-gel auto-combustion route (0.0 ⩽x⩽ 0.08). Investigating the impact of co-dopants on CoFe2O4, the study reveals altered cation distribution affecting the structure, multiferroic, and electrical properties. X-ray diffraction studies show nanocrystalline co-doped cobalt ferrites with lattice expansion and smaller grains due to Cu-Y co-doping. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirms inverse spinel family classification with tetrahedral lattice shrinkage. Field emission scanning electron microscopy indicates a grain size of approximately 0.12μm. Ferroelectric analysis reveals a peak saturation polarization of 23.42μC cm-2for 8% copper doping, attributed to increased Fe3+ions at tetrahedral sites. Saturation magnetization peaks at 54.4706 emu g-1for 2% Cu2+ion substitution [Co0.98Cu0.02Fe1.85Y0.15O4] and decreases to 37.09 emu g-1for 4% Cu substitution due to irregular iron atom distribution at tetrahedral sites. Dielectric studies uncover Maxwell-Wagner polarization and high resistance in grain and grain boundaries using impedance spectroscopy. Fabricated hydroelectric cells exhibit improved ionic diffusion, suggesting their use in potential hydroelectric cell applications.

Abstract
The polycrystalline Li0.15Ni0.6-xZnxCu0.1Fe2.15O4 ferrites are fabricated by the method of conventional solid-state reaction technique. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) confirms that the structure of the composition is a single-phase cubic spinel structure for all samples. The particle size of the compositions is varied from 36 to 52 nm. The lattice parameter and densities are found to increase with enhancing Zn content, as the ionic radius and atomic weight of Zn are greater than Ni. The porosity exhibits a decreasing trend. The average grain size determined using Field Emission Scanning Microscopy (FESEM) increases until x = 0.40, then declines. The Energy-Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS) examination revealed that the percentage of obtained elements is well matched with the stoichiometric elements. The addition of Zn content acts as an accelerator for enhancing the value of the real part of initial permeability and the highest value is obtained (μi' = 276) for the x = 0.40 sample, as well as the highest relative quality factor (RQF) of around 3000. The loss factor for the Zn substituted composition is nine times lower than for the parent composition. The optimum saturation magnetization of around 77.49 emu/g is found for the x = 0.40 sample. The maximum dielectric constant (ε' = 2.85 × 103) is found for x = 0.10 samples at 10 kHz. Further, from impedance studies, the non-Debye type dielectric relaxation is seen for the Zn-substituted samples. The observed region of the imaginary electric modulus peak signifies the transition of charge carrier mobility from a larger range to a short-range distance. The phenomenon of ac conductivity is attributed to the process of the small polaron hopping mechanism.

Abstract
Nanotherapeutics have attracted tremendous research interest in the modern pharmaceutical and biomedical industries due to their potential for drug development, targeted delivery, and therapeutic applications. Therefore, the current study underpins the synthesis of praseodymium ion (Pr3+)-substituted Ni0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 nano-spinel ferrites, (Co0.5Ni0.5PrxFe2-xO4 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 0.10) NSFs, CoNiPr (x ≤ 0.10) NSFs) via the sonochemical route for its application as a nanotherapeutic treatment option. The synthesized nanomaterial was characterized using various analytical techniques, including scanning/transmission electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD). After substitution with Pr (x = 0.08), the particle size, polydispersity index, and zeta potential analysis indicated an increase in hydrodynamic diameter, with an average zeta potential value of -10.2 mV. The investigation of CoNiPr (x ≤ 0.10) NSFs on colorectal cancer (HCT-116) cells demonstrated a significant effect on cancer cell viability. The inhibitory concentration (IC50) of CoNiPr (x ≤ 0.10) NSFs was between 46 ± 0.91 and 288 ± 8.21 for HCT-116 cells. The effect of CoNiPr (x ≤ 0.10) NSFs on normal human embryonic kidney (HEK-293) cells showed a reduction in the HEK-293 cell viability; however, the cell viability was better than HCT-116. The NSFs treatment also showed morphological changes in cancer cell nuclei, as revealed by DAPI (4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole), nuclear disintegration, and chromatic fragmentation, which are signs of apoptosis or programmed cell death. To examine the potential antifungal effects of CoNiPr NSFs on Candida albicans, known to cause candidemia among cancer patients, the viability of the cells was assessed post treatment with CoNiPr (x ≤ 0.10) NSFs. The increasing ratio of dopant had a moderate impact on the percentage of cell viability loss of 42, 44, and 43% with x = 0.06, 0.08, and 0.10, respectively. These results reinforce that increased dopant significantly impacts the antifungal properties of the synthesized nanomaterial. These findings support the idea that NSFs might be useful in pharmaceuticals.

Abstract
In the current study, nanocrystalline CoY0.5xLa0.5xFe2-xO4 (where x = 0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, and 0.10) ferrites have been synthesized via a sol-gel auto combustion process. The synthesized powders were pressed into pellet forms and sintered at 900 °C for 4 h in the air. X-ray diffractometry (XRD) confirmed the single-phase cubic spinel structure of the synthesized samples having the mean crystallite domain sizes ranging from 122 and 54 nm. FTIR spectroscopic analyses revealed two strong bands within the range of 600 to 350 cm-1, further confirming the cubic inverse spinel structure of the prepared materials. The surface morphologies and composition were investigated by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray (EDX) Spectroscopy. The magnetic hysteresis curves recorded at room temperature exhibit ferrimagnetic behavior. The highest coercivity (Hc∼1276 Oe) was found at a high doping (x = 0.10) concentration of Y3+ and La3+ in cobalt ferrite. Dielectric constant increase with increased doping concentration whereas real-impedance and dielectric loss decrease with increased in doping concentration and applied frequency. The band gap energy increased from 1.48 to 1.53 eV with increasing Y3+ and La3+concentrations in the UV-Vis region. The elevated levels of magnetic and dielectric substances in the ferrite nanoparticles suggest that the material could be used for magnetic recording media and high-frequency devices.

Abstract
This work reports cation distribution, magnetic, structural, and morphological studies of rare-earth Pr doped cobalt ferrite nanoparticles CoFe2-xPrxO4(x= 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 at%) fabricated by sol-gel auto-combustion method. X-ray diffraction analysis, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) microscopy were utilized to study the structural and morphological characteristics of the prepared samples. Rietveld refinement by the Material Analyses Using Diffraction (MAUD) software showed the formation of mono-phase cubic spinel structure with Fd-3m space group; however, there was a trace of impure PrFeO3phase for the sample CoFe1.96Pr0.04O4(x= 0.06). Cation distribution was inferred from the XRD patterns using MAUD program. FESEM analysis revealed the spherical-shaped particles with dimensions close to the data extracted from XRD analysis and HRTEM images confirmed it. FTIR measurements revealed the presence of two prominent stretching vibrational modes confirming the successful formation of ferrite spinel structure. Magnetic properties of the nanoparticles were measured at two different temperatures 300 K and 10 K. For the low temperature of 10 K a high sensitive measurement method as Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) magnetometry was used and Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) recorded the magnetic data at 300 K. Comparison of the magnetic results exhibited a significant enhancement with temperature drop due to the reduction in thermal fluctuations. Paramagnetic nature of rare-earth ions may be the main reason forMSdecrement from 76 emu g-1(x= 0.0) to 60 emu g-1(x= 0.02) at 300 K. At 10 K, the estimated cation distribution played a vital role in justification of obtained magnetic results. All the obtained data showed that the synthesized magnetic nanoparticles can be implemented in permanent magnet industry and information storage fields, especially when it comes to lower temperatures.
