Abstract
Introduction: Infertility and assisted reproduction treatment (ART) are frequently accompanied by the experience of emotional disorders. Psychological interventions are available for infertile populations, but the barriers of current face-to-face models of care difficult their dissemination. This systematic review (PROSPERO: CRD4202340179) aims to summarize how technologies are used in telemedicine psychological programs to manage emotional disorders in women undergoing fertility treatments. Methods: Searches were conducted in December 2023 in six different databases. Two independent researchers conducted the searches, extracted the information, and assessed the quality of the studies (NHLBI tool). Results: Nineteen studies including 2,520 participants met eligibility criteria. Interventions were provided mostly to women who were undergoing in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (n = 11). Emotional disorders most frequently addressed were anxiety and depression (n = 11). The majority of the psychological programs were based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (n = 6), emotional writing (n = 3), acceptance and commitment therapy (n = 3), or positive reappraisal (n = 3). Many interventions were based on the use of internet (n = 5), diaries (n = 3), self-administered manuals (n = 2), short message service (n = 1), or face-to-face sessions (n = 5) supported by the inclusion of phone calls, emails, or audios. There is a lack of preventive interventions (n = 1). Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, this is the first systematic review that explores the use of all kinds of technologies to provide psychological interventions to manage emotional disorders during ART. Results derived from this work may guide the development of future telemedicine services to provide psychological interventions.

Abstract
BACKGROUND In recent years, internet- and mobile-based interventions (IMIs) have become increasingly relevant in mental health care and have sparked societal debates. Psychotherapists' perspectives are essential for identifying potential opportunities for improvement, facilitating conditions, and barriers to the implementation of these interventions. OBJECTIVE This study aims to explore psychotherapists' perspectives on opportunities for improvement, facilitating conditions, and barriers to using IMIs. METHODS The study used a qualitative research design, utilizing open-ended items in a cross-sectional survey. A total of 350 psychotherapists were asked to provide their written opinions on various aspects of IMIs. Thematic analysis was conducted to analyze the data and identify core themes. RESULTS The analysis revealed 11 core themes related to the use of IMIs, which were categorized into 4 superordinate categories: "Applicability," "Treatment Resources," "Technology," and "Perceived Risks and Barriers." While many psychotherapists viewed IMIs as a valuable support for conventional psychotherapy, they expressed skepticism about using IMIs as a substitute. Several factors were perceived as hindrances to the applicability of IMIs in clinical practice, including technological issues, subjective concerns about potential data protection risks, a lack of individualization due to the manualized nature of most IMIs, and the high time and financial costs for both psychotherapists and patients. They expressed a desire for easily accessible information on evidence and programs to reduce the time and effort required for training and advocated for this information to be integrated into the conceptualization of new IMIs. CONCLUSIONS The findings of this study emphasize the importance of considering psychotherapists' attitudes in the development, evaluation, and implementation of IMIs. This study revealed that psychotherapists recognized both the opportunities and risks associated with the use of IMIs, with most agreeing that IMIs serve as a tool to support traditional psychotherapy rather than as a substitute for it. Furthermore, it is essential to involve psychotherapists in discussions about IMIs specifically, as well as in the development of new methodologies in psychotherapy more broadly. Overall, this study can advance the use of IMIs in mental health care and contribute to the ongoing societal debate surrounding these interventions.

Abstract
INTRODUCTION Cancer survivors face physical, lifestyle, psychological, and psychosocial challenges. Despite the availability of aftercare services, survivors still have unmet needs. Digital aftercare programs may offer support, but their use is limited. This study aimed to examine what is needed to improve uptake and adoption of these programs. Additionally, it explored sociodemographic and clinical variables that may influence these needs. METHODS A mixed-methods approach was used, involving qualitative interviews and a questionnaire. The research was guided by the COM-B model of behaviour, which considers capability, opportunity, and motivation crucial for behaviour. Qualitative analysis was performed using the framework method. Statistical analyses involved descriptive statistics and regression analysis. RESULTS Fourteen cancer survivors were interviewed, and 213 participants completed the questionnaire. Findings indicated that most respondents had a positive or neutral attitude towards digital aftercare programs, believing these could address their cancer-related challenges. Still, only a small percentage had experience with them, and most were unaware of their existence. Many expressed a desire to be informed about them. Some were uncertain about their effectiveness. Others were concerned about a lack of reimbursement. No significant influence of the sociodemographic and clinical variables was found. CONCLUSION Cancer survivors are generally positive about digital aftercare programs but are often unaware of their availability. Raising awareness, clarifying their value, and providing support and reimbursement could enhance uptake and adoption. IMPLICATIONS FOR CANCER SURVIVORS The current insights can help improve participation in digital aftercare programs, ultimately fostering health, well-being, and quality of life of cancer survivors.

Abstract
Digital mental health is changing the landscape of service delivery by addressing challenges associated with traditional therapy. However, practitioners' use of these resources remains underexamined. This study explored psychologists' attitudes and experiences with digital mental health intervention. Taking a qualitative exploratory approach via thematic analysis, the study sought to answer the following research questions: (i) How do psychologists perceive digital mental health? and (ii) What is their experience using digital mental health as part of routine practice? Ten practising psychologists participated in online semi-structured interviews (approximately 50 min), with interviews then transcribed verbatim. Interview data were analysed according to the six-phase approach to thematic analysis proposed by Braun and Clarke. Three themes were identified: (1) attitudes towards digital mental health; (2) use within routine practice; and (3) perspectives on an effective model for implementation. Practitioners play a major role in the design and delivery of digital mental health services. Barriers and facilitators at the practitioner-level (e.g. knowledge and competence with tools, perceptions on the utility of digital interventions) and the service-level (e.g. government support for digital health) should be considered in the future design of digital mental health resources and service delivery. Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has boosted the adoption of digital health technologies such as teleconsultation. This research aimed to assess and compare barriers and facilitators for teleconsultation uptake for primary care practitioners in Hong Kong and the Netherlands and evaluate the role of their different healthcare funding models in this adoption process within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. A qualitative research following a social constructivist paradigm was performed. The study employed a conceptual framework from Lau and colleagues that identifies four levels of factors influencing change in primary care: (1) external contextual factors; (2) organization-related factors; (3) professional factors; and (4) characteristics of the intervention. The four levels were studied through semi-structured, open-ended interviews with primary care physicians. External factors were additionally assessed by means of a literature review. Hong Kong and the Netherlands showed different penetration rates of teleconsultation. Most stakeholders in both settings shared similar barriers and facilitators in the organizational, professional, and intervention levels. However, external contextual factors (i.e., current teleconsultation legislation, available incentives, and level of public awareness) played an important and differing role in teleconsultation uptake and had a direct effect on the organization, the professionals involved, and the type of technology used. Political and organizational actions are required to develop a comprehensive legal framework for the sustainable development of teleconsultation in both settings.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Digital treatment formats are emerging within mental health care. Evidence suggests that mental health care providers and recipients prefer a combination of digital and traditional elements within psychotherapy treatment formats, also called blended care (BC), over standalone digital formats. We examined the attitudes and preferences of licensed psychotherapists in Germany regarding such BC applications. METHODS We fielded a survey among psychotherapists, including questions about attitudes, previous experiences, and expectations regarding BC, as well as a discrete choice experiment. Attributes for the experiment were developed using a stepwise qualitative approach. A Bayesian D-efficient design was used to generate the choice tasks. The choice data were analyzed by applying mixed logit models. RESULTS The survey was completed by 200 psychotherapists. Attitudes towards BC were mainly positive, with strong reported intentions to use BC formats. In the choice experiment, recommendation from a professional society for a BC online component was the most important characteristic. Greater effectiveness and a larger share of face-to-face vs. online time were also desired features, while a financial incentive to use BC was less relevant.

Abstract
BACKGROUND Web-based therapies hold great promise to increase accessibility and reduce costs of delivering mental health care; however, uptake in routine settings has been low. OBJECTIVE Our objective in this review was to summarize what is known about health care professionals' perceptions of the barriers to and facilitators of the implementation of web-based psychological treatments in routine care of adults in health care settings. METHODS We searched 5 major databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CINAHL, and the Cochrane Library) for qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods studies exploring health professionals' views on computer- or internet-based psychological treatment programs. We coded included articles for risk of bias and extracted data using a prepiloted extraction sheet. RESULTS We identified 29 eligible articles: 14 qualitative, 11 quantitative, and 4 mixed methods. We identified the following themes: patient factors, health professional factors, the therapeutic relationship, therapy factors, organizational and system factors, and models of care. Health professionals supported web-based therapies only for patients with relatively straightforward, low-risk diagnoses, strong motivation and engagement, high computer literacy and access, and low need for tailored content. They perceived flexibility with timing and location as advantages of web-based therapy, but preferred blended therapy to facilitate rapport and allow active monitoring and follow-up of patients. They emphasized the need for targeted training and organizational support to manage changed workflows. Health professionals were concerned about the confidentiality and security of client data for web-based programs, suggesting that clear and transparent protocols need to be in place to reassure health professionals before they will be willing to refer. CONCLUSIONS Without health professionals' support, many people will not access web-based therapies. To increase uptake, it is important to ensure that health professionals receive education, familiarization, and training to support them in incorporating web-based therapies into their practice, and to design systems that support health professionals in this new way of working with patients and addressing their concerns. Abstract
Objectives: Numerous studies and reviews have explored the value of adding therapist support to internet self-help for improving client adherence and outcomes. This study is different as it explores the value of adding internet self-help to face-to-face therapy, from the perspective of practitioners who used both. This study explores practitioners' experiences of whether-and how-internet self-help blended with face-to-face therapy may confer an added value or become an added burden to their routine practice. Methods: Using a structured topic guide, we collected narrative data via 3 focus groups and 1 telephone interview from 11 practitioners across two sites in England. We carried out a thematic analysis within two domains, "value vs. burden". Results: Practitioners reported that internet self-help can confer added value to face-to-face therapy by: fostering client engagement with face-to-face sessions; making therapy ubiquitous beyond sessions; and preventing therapeutic drift between sessions. Conversely, internet self-help can add burden to face-to-face therapy when it is experienced as disruptive, overwhelming and time-consuming. Conclusions: Recognizing and mitigating factors that can turn internet self-help from an added value to an added burden will help practitioners adopt and make the most out of blended therapy.
