Abstract
In this work, rosin-based composite membranes (RCMs) were developed as selective sorbents for the preparation of dencichine for the first time. The rosin-based polymer microspheres (RPMs) were synthesized using 4-ethylpyridine as a functional monomer and ethylene glycol maleic rosinate acrylate as a crosslinking. RCMs were prepared by spinning the RPMs onto the membranes by electrostatic spinning technology. The optimization of various parameters that affect RCMs was carried out, such as the ratio concentration and voltage intensity of electrospinning membrane. The RCMs were characterized by SEM, TGA and FT-IR. The performances of RCMs were assessed, which included adsorption isotherms, selective recognition and adsorption kinetics. The adsorption of dencichine on RCMs followed pseudo-second-order and adapted Langmuir–Freundlich isotherm model. As for the RCMs, the fast adsorption stage appeared within the first 45 min, and the experimental maximum adsorption capacity was 1.056 mg/g, which is much higher than the previous dencichine adsorbents reported in the literature. The initial decomposition temperature of RCMs is 297 °C, the tensile strength is 2.15 MPa and the elongation at break is 215.1%. The RCMs have good thermal stability and mechanical properties. These results indicated that RCMs are a tremendously promising adsorbent for enriching and purifying dencichine from the notoginseng extracts.

Abstract
Preparation of a novel TpBD (synthesized from phloroglucinol and benzidine) covalent organic framework (COF) immobilized open-tubular (OT) capillary is described by in situ growth strategy. The stationary phase in the column was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectrum (EDS). Several families of compounds with different properties (alkylbenzenes, parabens, sulfonamides and benzoic acids) were selected to evaluate the performance of the TpBD COF immobilized capillary. The results showed that the stationary phase was uniform with about 6.0 μm thickness under the optimal preparation conditions, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were no more than 3.13% of alkylbenzenes on the TpBD COF immobilized capillary for 11 consecutive runs, which exhibited its excellent reproducibility and stability. A rapid baseline separation of each family of the analytes (neutral parabens, amphoteric sulfonamides and acidic benzoic acids) was obtained in less than 6 min with a resolution (Rs) of 2.79~9.30, which sufficiently verified the rapid separation, high resolution and wide application range of the TpBD COF immobilized capillary, and further revealed this strategy of fabricating COF to capillary column to show great promise in capillary electrochromatography.

Abstract

Abstract
A graphene oxide-molybdenum disulfide (GO-MoS2) composite was synthesized and utilized as the highly efficient stationary phase of open-tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC). The characterization results indicated that GO-MoS2 composite was successfully synthesized. The GO-MoS2-coated capillary column was prepared by covalent immobilization method for the determination of seven sulfonamides. The baseline separation of seven sulfonamides was achieved by GO-MoS2-coated capillary column. The linear range was 0.05-100 μg/mL for sulfisomidine, sulfathiazole, sulfamerazine, phthalylsulfathiazole and sulfacetamide, 0.1-100 μg/mL for sulfamonomethoxine and sulfachloropyridazine with a satisfactory correlation coefficients (R2) > 0.9994. This developed OT-CEC method was successfully applied to determinate of seven sulfonamides in environmental water and milk samples with good recoveries of 85.77% - 109.10% and 80.03% - 109.97%, respectively. These results indicated that GO-MoS2-coated capillary column possessed good stability and repeatability.
