Abstract
We perform the first global fit to inclusive B→X_{s}γ measurements using a model-independent treatment of the nonperturbative b-quark distribution function, with next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic resummation and O(α_{s}^{2}) fixed-order contributions. The normalization of the B→X_{s}γ decay rate, given by |C_{7}^{incl}V_{tb}V_{ts}^{*}|^{2}, is sensitive to physics beyond the standard model (SM). We determine |C_{7}^{incl}V_{tb}V_{ts}^{*}|=(14.77±0.51_{fit}±0.59_{theory}±0.08_{param})×10^{-3}, in good agreement with the SM prediction, and the b-quark mass m_{b}^{1S}=(4.750±0.027_{fit}±0.033_{theory}±0.003_{param}) GeV. Our results suggest that the uncertainties in the extracted B→X_{s}γ rate have been underestimated by up to a factor of 2, leaving more room for beyond-SM contributions.

Abstract
We report the measurement of the direct CP asymmetry in the radiative B¯→X(s+dγ) decay using a data sample of (772 ± 11)×10(6) BB[over ¯] pairs collected at the ϒ(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. The CP asymmetry is measured as a function of the photon energy threshold. For Eγ*≥2.1 GeV, where Eγ* is the photon energy in the center-of-mass frame, we obtain A(CP)(B¯→X(s+dγ))=(2.2±3.9±0.9)%, consistent with the standard model prediction.

Abstract
The available data on [Formula: see text] decays are in good agreement with the Standard Model when permitting subleading power corrections of about [Formula: see text] at large hadronic recoil. Constraining new-physics effects in [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], the data still demand the same size of power corrections as in the Standard Model. In the presence of chirality-flipped operators, all but one of the power corrections reduce substantially. The Bayes factors are in favor of the Standard Model. Using new lattice inputs for [Formula: see text] form factors and under our minimal prior assumption for the power corrections, the favor shifts toward models with chirality-flipped operators. We use the data to further constrain the hadronic form factors in [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] transitions.

Abstract
The photon spectrum in the inclusive electromagnetic radiative decays of the B meson, B → X(s)γ plus B → X(d)γ, is studied using a data sample of (382.8 ± 4.2) × 10(6)Υ(4S) → BB decays collected by the BABAR experiment at SLAC. The spectrum is used to extract the branching fraction B(B → X(s)γ) = (3.21 ± 0.33) × 10(-4) for E(γ) >1.8 GeV and the direct CP asymmetry A(CP) (B → X(s+d)γ) = 0.057 ± 0.063. Abstract
Flavour physics has a long tradition of paving the way for direct discoveries of new particles and interactions. Results over the last decade have placed stringent bounds on the parameter space of physics beyond the Standard Model. Early results from the LHC, and its dedicated flavour factory LHCb, have further tightened these constraints and reiterate the ongoing relevance of flavour studies. The experimental status of flavour observables in the charm and beauty sectors is reviewed in measurements of CP violation, neutral meson mixing, and measurements of rare decays.
