Abstract
The first part of this review article emphasized correct nomenclature, classification systems, and imaging algorithm of vascular anomalies. The second part of the review discusses the individual entities, highlighting the characteristic clinico-radiological features of the commonly encountered ones. A step-wise algorithmic approach is also proposed for the evaluation of a suspected case of vascular anomaly.

Abstract
Background: Intravenous lobular capillary hemangioma (IVLCH) of the neck is a kind of rare benign tumor of vein. Purpose: In this paper, we report two female patients who were hospitalized because of neck masses. Results: The tumors in the neck veins of our patients were white oval masses with pedicle, clearly defined and of different sizes. Their immunohistochemical staining results showed CD31 (+), CD34 (+), SMA (+), ERG (+). The pathological diagnosis was intravenous lobular capillary hemangioma. Conclusions: Due to the location, morphology and immunohistochemistry, This lesion needs to be distinguished from other intravascular lesions such as thrombus, hemangiosarcoma and papillary endothelial hyperplasia.

Abstract
Soft tissue vascular anomalies show a wide heterogeneity of clinical manifestations and imaging features. MR imaging has an important role in the diagnosis and management of vascular lesions of the head and neck. MR angiography is mandatory in cases of arteriovenous and combined malformations to assess the high-flow nature/component of the lesions and plan therapy. Infantile hemangiomas can be differentiated from congenital hemangiomas by clinical course. Reactive vascular tumors have nonspecific features similar to infantile hemangiomas. Locally malignant and malignant vascular tumors have irregular borders, infiltration of different tissue planes, and lower apparent diffusion coefficient values than benign vascular tumors.

Abstract
Intravascular lobular capillary hemangioma (ILCH) is a rare variant of pyogenic granuloma, which develops within the lumen of a blood vessel. Here, we report the case of a 38-year-old male presenting with a mobile, incompressible, nonpulsatile nodule in the superficial fascia of the forearm. A first ultrasonographic examination diagnosed the mass as intravascular thrombosis with partial recanalization. Three months later, a second ultrasonographic examination concluded to the existence of an intravascular tumor, which finally turned out at pathological examination to be ILCH. Here, we report the ultrasonographic features of ILCH and the differential diagnosis between ILCH and other intravascular masses like thrombus.

Abstract
Lobular capillary haemangioma, also known as pyogenic granuloma, is a benign vascular tumour that usually originates in the skin and mucosal membrane. It sometimes derives from the lumen of a vein and the clinical presentations are various and non-specific. A 72-year-old woman complained of a sensation of pressure in her left neck for 1 month when cooking. Her left cephalic vein was enlarged with no signs of oedema, and cervical ultrasound revealed a space-occupying lesion in the left subclavian vein. Contrast-enhanced CT and MRI revealed an intravascular tumour. This tumour was removed with operation, and histopathological examination revealed intravascular capillary haemangioma. Intravascular lobular capillary haemangioma is a rare condition that occurs in the veins of the neck and upper extremities. Intravascular tumours could cause a unique symptom, such as neck discomfort associated with neck anteflexion.

Abstract
Introduction Intravascular lobular capillary haemangioma is a rare benign intravascular tumour, especially in large vessels. This is the report of a case and associated literature review. Report and literature review This is the report of the first case of an intravenous lobular capillary haemangioma (ILCH) of the superior vena cava (SVC). A 30 year old female presented with a collateral thoraco-abdominal venous circulation. Chest computed tomography angiography, thoracic magnetic resonance imaging, and positron emission tomography revealed an intraluminal SVC tumour extending from the left brachiocephalic venous trunk to the distal third of the SVC. No pre-operative biopsy was indicated. An en bloc tumour excision was performed, followed by reconstruction of the SVC with an L shaped, ringed polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) prosthesis. Histopathology revealed the presence of an ILCH with free margins. A review of the literature identified 64 cases of ILCH to date, all of which underwent total resection. When reported, no recurrences were found during follow up. Discussion In this case, the ePTFE reconstruction of the SVC must be checked regularly for any adverse events. Although ILCH is a benign tumour with no risk of recurrence, regular surveillance is advised. Report of the first case of intraluminal capillary haemangioma involving the superior vena cava. Literature review of intraluminal capillary haemangioma. Successful en bloc tumour excision followed by an L shaped prosthetic repair.

Abstract
Vascular lesions have a varied appearance and can commonly occur in the head and neck. A majority of these lesions are cutaneous and congenital; however, some may be acquired and malignant. The presentation and clinical history of patients presenting with head and neck lesions can be used to guide further imaging, which can provide important diagnostic and therapeutic considerations. This review discusses the revised International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) classification system for vascular tumors and malformations, as well as explores the most common vascular anomalies including their clinical presentations and imaging findings.

Abstract
We report the fourth case reported world-wide of an intravenous pyogenic granuloma (IVPG) originating from a renal vessel. This rare and benign tumor is mostly found in the head and neck region and has been described very rarely in association with the kidneys. By reviewing the characteristics of all published cases we suggest diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for patients with possible IVPG in the renal vessels out of the view of highly experienced surgeons specialized in advanced Inferior Vena Cava-thrombectomy.

Abstract
Malignant vascular tumors as part of the vascular anomalies spectrum are extremely rare in children and young adults. Instead, benign vascular neoplasias are frequently encountered in the pediatric patient population. While vascular malformations are congenital vascular lesions, originating from a mesenchymal stem cell defect, vascular tumors are neoplastic transformations of endothelial and other vascular cells. The appropriate differential diagnosis and nomenclature according to the classification of the International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies (ISSVA) is decisive to initiate correct therapy. While infantile hemangioma can be routinely diagnosed by clinical means and rarely require therapy, more rare vascular tumors are frequently difficult to diagnose, require dedicated cross-sectional imaging, and benefit from an interdisciplinary treatment approach. The focus of this review is to provide an overview over the spectrum of vascular tumors, typical imaging characteristics, and summarize treatment options including interventional radiology approaches.

Abstract
A 52-year-old man presented with a rapidly growing red tumor on the central neckline. It had appeared over a congenital flat and pinkish vascular lesion that involved the shoulder and the upper anterior area of his chest. Intermingled with the pinkish stain, there were also some blue nodules several millimeters in diameter. Histopathologic examination revealed that the full lesion was a mixed venous-capillary malformation. The red tumor was excised and diagnosed as a pyogenic granuloma developing over the venous component of the vascular malformation. To our knowledge, a pyogenic granuloma growing over a venous malformation has not been previously described.
