Abstract
Purpose Cough variant asthma (CVA) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by recurrent coughing, a prevalent cause of chronic cough in children and adults. As a unique form of asthma, researchers have recently become increasingly interested in developing effective diagnostic and treatment methods. Currently, there has been no bibliometric analysis in CVA. Therefore, this study aims to enrich this knowledge network by examining the current development status, research focal points, and emerging trends in this field. Methods Articles and reviews on CVA published between 1993 and 2022 were collected from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database. Relevant data from the reports were extracted, and collaborative network analysis was performed using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software. Results 772 articles were included in this study, indicating a significant increase since 2019. The countries with the highest output are China, Japan. The Journal of Asthma and Pulmonary Pharmacology Therapeutics emerged as the most prolific journals in this field. Keyword analysis revealed 22 clusters, highlighting airway inflammation, airway hyperresponsiveness, and eosinophil as the main focus and frontier of research on CVA. Conclusion From the visual analysis results, the research of CVA is still in the development stage, and there is no unified definition of pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies. Therefore, researchers and teams should actively carry out cross-institutional and cross-regional cooperation, expand cooperation areas, and carry out high-quality clinical research in the future.

Abstract
BACKGROUND While evidence suggests that the attitudes of healthcare providers toward medical decision-making in adolescents diagnosed with depression merit exploration, research on their preferences for Shared Decision-Making (SDM) and the factors affecting these preferences remains limited. OBJECTIVE To investigate Chinese mental health professionals' (MHPs) preferences for SDM in adolescents with depression and identify the relationships between their preference for SDM and trust and discrimination. METHODS A cross-sectional design was used in this study. Clinical Decision-making Style-Staff (CDMS-S) was applied to evaluate their preferences for SDM. Physician Trust in the Patient Scale (PTPS) was utilised to assess their trust in consumers. Social Distance Scale to Mental Illness (SDSMI) was utilised to measure their discrimination against people with mental illness. RESULTS A total of 581 MHPs were identified in China. MHPs rated their preference for participation in decision making (PD) as shared (1.89 ± 0.472), information (IN) as moderate (2.62 ± 0.682), and family involvement (FI) as high (3.13 ± 0.840). The preferences for three decision topics ranked from the highest to the lowest score were working-related decision (2.35 ± 0.681), general preferences in decision (1.82 ± 0.581) and medication-related decision (1.74 ± 0.826). The mean score of PTPS and SDSMI were 34.71 (SD=9.709) and 15.17 (SD=4.299), respectively. Logistic regression indicated that the preference for PD was associated with discrimination; the preference for IN was associated with trust, discrimination and SDM-related training experience; and the preference for FI was associated with both trust and discrimination. CONCLUSIONS While MHPs generally exhibit a favourable attitude toward SDM, this positivity is not universally observed across all contexts. There remains room for improvement in the willingness to co-develop medication regimens and share health information. Rational recognition of depression, and building trusting and friendly therapeutic relationships are key to promoting MHPs' preferences for SDM. PRACTICAL VALUE MHPs' preferences for SDM have a significant impact on SDM implementation, which will be promoted by implementing SDM-related training.

Abstract
Objective Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is an autoimmune disease that mainly affects the salivary and lacrimal glands and further leads to dry mouth and eyes. In recent years, knowledge about the treatment of SS is developing rapidly. This study aims to assess research progress on SS treatment using a bibliometric approach and to identify research hotspots and emerging trends in this area. Methods The publications related to the treatment of SS were retrieved from the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E) database. The following search terms were used to extract document data: TS=(Sjogren* OR Sicca*) AND TS= (Treat* OR Therap* OR Disease Management). Articles and review articles published in English from 1900 to 2022 were selected. After the manual screening, the publication data were exported to a plain text file and applied for cooperative network analysis, keyword analysis, and reference co-citation analysis by using CiteSpace. Results A total of 2038 publications were included in the analysis from 571 journals by 9063 authors. The annual number of published studies and times cited showed an overall upward trend since 1992. There was a degree of national/regional collaboration in this area, but direct collaboration between institutions and authors was still lacking. The country with the highest number of publications was in the United States, followed by China and Japan. Five SS-related treatments as the research hotspots were summarized by analyzing keywords and references, including immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory therapy, regenerative therapy, gene therapy, surgical treatment, and symptomatic treatment. Among them, B cells, T cells, mucosal-associated invariant T (MAIT) cells, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), rituximab, belimumab, cell-target therapy, and immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory therapy were emerging trends in this field. Conclusions This study conducted a data-based and objective introduction to the treatment of SS from a fresh perspective. An analysis of the intellectual bases, research hotspots, and emerging trends in the field will contribute to future research and treatment decisions, which will ultimately benefit SS patients.

Abstract
The global industrial structure had undertaken significant changes since the twenty-first century, making a severe problem of chlorobenzene pollution in soil and groundwater (CBsPSG). CBsPSG receives increasing attention due to the high toxicity, persistence, and bioaccumulation of chlorobenzenes. To date, despite the gravity of this issue, no bibliometric analysis (BA) of CBsPSG does exist. This study fills up the gap by conducting a BA of 395 articles related to CBsPSG from the Web of Science Core Collection database using CiteSpace. Based on a comprehensive analysis of various aspects, including time-related, related disciplines, keywords, journal contribution, author productivity, and institute and country distribution, the status, development, and hotspots of research in the field were shown visually and statistically. Moreover, this study has also delved into the environmental behavior and remediation techniques of CBsPSG. In addition, four challenges (unequal research development, insufficient cooperation, deeply mechanism research, and developing new technologies) have been identified, and corresponding suggestions have been proposed for the future development of research in the field. Afterwards, the limitations of BA were discussed. This work provides a powerful insight into CBsPSG, enabling to quickly identify the hotspot and direction of future studies by relevant researchers.

Abstract
Breast cancer, as a daunting global health threat, has driven an exponential growth in related research activity in recent decades. An area of research of paramount importance is protein synthesis, and the analysis of specific proteins inextricably linked to breast cancer. In this article, we undertake a bibliometric analysis of the literature on breast cancer and protein synthesis, aiming to provide crucial insights into this esoteric realm of investigation. Our approach was to scour the Web of Science database, between 2003 and 2022, for articles containing the keywords "breast cancer" and "protein synthesis" in their title, abstract, or keywords. We deployed bibliometric analysis software, exploring a range of measures such as publication output, citation counts, co-citation analysis, and keyword analysis. Our search yielded 2998 articles that met our inclusion criteria. The number of publications in this area has steadily increased, with a significant rise observed after 2003. Most of the articles were published in oncology or biology-related journals, with the most publications in Journal of Biological Chemistry, Cancer Research, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, and Oncogene. Keyword analysis revealed that "breast cancer," "expression," "cancer," "protein," and "translation" were the most commonly researched topics. In conclusion, our bibliometric analysis of breast cancer and related protein synthesis literature underscores the burgeoning interest in this research. The focus of the research is primarily on the relationship between protein expression in breast cancer and the development and treatment of tumors. These studies have been instrumental in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Sustained research in this area will yield essential insights into the biology of breast cancer and the genesis of cutting-edge therapies.

Abstract
ObjectiveWe conducted a scientometric and visual analysis of meningioma studies in the past ten years and discussed the current status and trends of meningioma research to provide a reference basis for conducting relevant clinical practice or research.MethodA search of the topic of meningioma in the Web of Science Core Collection database was conducted for January 2012-December 2021. The scientometric tools CiteSpace (version 5.8.R3), VOS viewer (version 1.6.17), and the Bibliometrix package of R software (version 4.2.1) were used to visualize and analyze the country of publication, institution, author, keywords, and cited literature of meningioma.ResultsA total of 10,397 documents related to meningioma were collected, of which 6,714 articles were analyzed. The annual analysis shows an increase in published articles, with an annual growth rate of 8.9%. 26,696 authors from 111 countries or regions were involved in publishing relevant studies. The country with the highest number of publications was the United States (1671), and the institution with the highest number of publications was the University of California, San Francisco (242). The keyword clustering of current studies can be grouped into five groups: meningioma characteristics and basic research, surgical treatment, radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and management of complications. Keyword trend analysis shows that meningioma classification and molecular characteristics are emerging hotspots for meningioma research in recent years.ConclusionThe scientometric and visual analysis demonstrated the research status and trends of meningioma. Over the past decade, meningioma research has focused on managing meningiomas with a predominance of surgical treatment and radiation therapy. At the same time, meningioma classification and molecular characteristics are emerging as current and possible research hotspots in the coming period.
