Abstract
Neonatal genital prolapse is a rare situation. This report presents a unique case involving a pair of premature female twins who both developed vaginal wall prolapse without any neurological deficits. Multiple factors such as selective intrauterine growth restriction, feeding intolerance, extrauterine growth retardation, and elevated intra-abdominal pressure after birth may have contributed to the development of this phenomenon. Notably, the severity of prolapse was more pronounced in the twin with lower birth weight and smaller for gestational age. After a five-month follow-up period, the twins' prolapsed vaginal wall fully retracted due to a combination of conservative treatment and enhanced nutritional support.

Congenital Uterovaginal Prolapse in a Newborn. Case Rep Obstet Gynecol 2018; 2018:1425953. Abstract
BACKGROUND Uterovaginal prolapse is a rare condition in newborns which is usually associated with spinal cord defects. It is usually diagnosed at birth. Different treatment options have been proposed for genital prolapse in newborns. Most of the treatment options recommended are conservative; radical approach is rarely suggested for the treatment of these cases. CASE DETAILS We report a 6-hour-old newborn that was diagnosed to have congenital uterovaginal prolapse and was successfully managed conservatively with digital reduction of the mass and strapping of both legs together. CONCLUSION Congenital uterovaginal prolapse in newborns can be managed conservatively with simple digital reduction followed by strapping of the legs together; this approach is simple and cost-effective and has no associated complications.

Abstract
OBJECTIVES Few studies have focused on reproductive health care for women with spina bifida. This subject is rarely discussed, whether in patient groups or in the medical community. However, these patients need advice and a care that is appropriate to their condition. METHODS In association with the spina bifida reference center of the University Hospital of Rennes, we have conducted a four-year retrospective, observational study. Its aim was to analyze the characteristics of the patients' gynecological care and to adapt our practice to their needs. RESULTS Forty-eight patients were included. We demonstrated an increased risk of precocious puberty, labia minora hypertrophy and genital prolapse. CONCLUSION Some specific characteristics of the reproductive health care of patients with spina bifida are interesting to know. A study on a larger series of patients is needed to further analyze the obstetric, gynecological and sexological issues of these women.

Abstract
There exist several reports of pelvic organ prolapse in high-risk neonates, but acute pelvic organ prolapse in a healthy infant has never been reported. In the current case, the parents first noted their 11-month-old infant with a mass protruding from the vagina after playing in a baby walker. Third-degree uterine prolapse was subsequently diagnosed after careful physical examination and pelvic ultrasonography. Under general anesthesia, the uterus was replaced after emptying the bladder. No sequelae were noted during 6 months of follow-up.
