Abstract
According to many studies, vitiligo has a negative psychological influence on the patient's life. Multiple factors contribute to the severity of the vitiligo disease burden, among which the most important are self-esteem, stress, and stigma. We aimed to measure the importance of health-related life quality in assessing disease burden in patients with vitiligo. We formulated an HA, which is the principal hypothesis, claiming a single fundamental factor that characterizes the life quality of patients with vitiligo. We also formulated 10 important research questions related to the quality of life that can be generally formulated for patients with dermatological illnesses but particularly suited for vitiligo patients. These research questions capture fundamental aspects of the health-related quality of life of vitiligo patients influenced by symptoms and feelings, daily activities, leisure, job and education, personal relationships, and treatment. These also cover specific aspects related to the quality of life, such as skin-caused sexual difficulties, difficulties in social relationships, and difficulties in performing sports, among others. The Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) questionnaire measures the health-related quality of life of persons suffering from skin diseases. We applied this generic questionnaire to patients with vitiligo. Following a set of inclusion and exclusion criteria, we obtained 114 carefully selected patients who responded to all the questions. This study also validated the DLQI questionnaire on persons who suffer from vitiligo. We investigated whether DLQI has acceptable internal consistency by applying Cronbach's alpha internal consistency indicator (Cα). The obtained Cα = 0.914 indicates excellent internal consistency. We also examined whether all the questions in the questionnaire were mathematically consistent, which we finally proved. It was not necessary to remove any of the questionnaire questions. To prove our HA, a Principal Axis Factoring (PAF) was applied, verifying the assumptions regarding the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and Convergent Validity (CV). HA proved that applying PAF on DLQI resulted in extracting a single general vitiligo latent factor of life quality, with an initial eigenvalue = 5.671, SS loadings = 5.2, and 52 % of the total cumulative variance explained. Diverse statistical analyses were applied to analyze the 10 formulated research questions. The results of the analysis of the research questions are presented and discussed in the manuscript. One of the conclusions related to the analysis of a research question was that sex had the lowest correlation with the latent life quality factor identified for vitiligo patients.

Abstract
The COVID pandemic inherently impacts clinical activity in Dermatological practices throughout all sectors. Under these circumstances, our service has implemented teledermatology in order to act both as a filter for reducing in-hospital admittance or face-to-face interactions, and as a straightforward solution to solve the issues faced by patients and family doctors within our area. Live consultations rely on the resident physician's capacity to take a detailed patient history in the limited time allotted, while the subsequent case-discussion with the leading-physician has good didactic value. The establishment of a quality international collaboration through teledermatology would further facilitate a more accurate and faster diagnosis, even for patients traveling for business or tourism.

Abstract
As the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) virus continues to infect patients globally, vaccination remains one of the primary methods to combat this prolonged pandemic. However, there are growing reports of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines possibly triggering autoimmunity, irrespective of the vaccine's design. This phenomenon has been observed in patients with vitiligo, with a rising number of cases reporting new-onset or worsening vitiligo following COVID-19 vaccinations. In this study, the authors present the most extensive case series of COVID-19 vaccine-associated vitiligo to date, along with a systematic review of the literature. The aim is to assist physicians in the clinical evaluation of patients with vitiligo with regard to future vaccinations.

Abstract
Oral lesions are early indicator of immunosuppression, leading to HIV new diagnoses. The type of oral lesions can reveal opportunistic diseases that are correlated with the severity of immune depletion. Highly active antiretroviral therapy decreases the incidence of opportunistic oral infections, whereas a large variety of lesions are frequently experienced in people with HIV. Overlapping pathogenic mechanisms and multiple contributing etiologies are related to unusual, atypical oral lesions that are challenging in the clinical practice. We present a rare case of eosinophilic granuloma of the tongue in an older male HIV patient with severe immunosuppression due to the failure of antiretroviral treatment. Differential diagnoses considered squamous carcinoma, lymphoma, viral, fungal or bacterial infections and autoimmune disorders, as well as the influence of HIV immune disfunctions or the influence of cannabidiol use. The histopathologic and immunohistochemistry examination clarified the inflammatory reactive benign substrate of the lesion, although future survey of the oral lesions is essential.
